The blend complexes of the salts with P(MEO_(16)—AM) show high cationic conductivity, the transference numbers of lithium ion(t_+)in [P(MEO_(16)—AM)/LiSAEO_8] and [-P(MEO_(16)—AM)/LiSAEO_(12)] are 0.93 and 0.98 at 50℃, and their ambient conductivities are 1.4×10^(-5)/cm and 7.7×10^(-6)S/cm respectively. 展开更多

The effect of temperature-responsive solution behavior of PNIPAM-b-PPEOMA-b-PNIPAM on its inclusion complexation with α-cyclodextrin was studied. The triblock polymer was prepared by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization and formed inclusion complexes (ICs) after selective threading of the PEO segment of the triblock polymer through the cavities of α-CD units. For comparison, PPEOMA homopolymer was prepared and the inclusion complexation with α-CD was also studied. The ICs were prepared with a-CD when the polymer was in different conformations by changing the temperature, and the formed ICs were characterized by XRD, ^1H-NMR, TGA and DSC. The solutions of the ICs show temperature-responsive clear/turbid transition or fluidic emulsion/gel transition depending on the concentration of the α-CD added, and the stoichiometry determined by ^1H-NMR and TGA indicates that the stoichiometry of EO to α-CD of the resulted ICs increases with increasing of temperature. 展开更多

A new kind of comblike copolymer film composed of acrylic acid-polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether acrylate copolymer(AA-PEGMA copolymer)was successfully synthesized to immobilize hemoglobin(Hb).FTIR,UV-Vis and CD spectra suggest that Hb kept its original structure in the AA-PEGMA copolymer film without denaturation.A pair of well-defined,quasi-reversible cyclic voltammetric peaks at around–270 mV vs.saturated calomel electrode(SCE)for the Hb Fe(III)/Fe(II)redox couple was observed on the film-modified electrode in phos phate buffer solution(PBS,pH=7.0).The formal potential of Hb/AA-PEGMA copolymer film-modified electrode is linearly dependent on solution pH with a slope of–46.3 mV/pH,illustrating that one-proton transfer was accompa nied with each electron transfer.Furthermore,the modified electrode displayed electrocatalytic response to the reduc tion of H2O2 with a linear range of 3.5―126μmol/L and a detection limit of 1.17μmol/L.In conclusion,the AA-PEGMA copolymer film was proved to be an excellent matrix for the immobilization and electrochemistry of proteins. 展开更多
