6-PUS并联运动模拟器设计及工作空间分析

高质量La_(2)NiMnO_(6)薄膜的制备与阻变性能初探

采用溶胶-凝胶法在常压空气环境下于Si(100)基底上成功制备了高质量双钙钛矿La_(2)NiMnO_(6)(LNMO)薄膜。通过系统优化制备工艺,确定了最佳条件为:退火温度为900℃,退火气氛为空气,升温速率为5 K/min。X射线衍射与扫描电子显微镜表征表... 采用溶胶-凝胶法在常压空气环境下于Si(100)基底上成功制备了高质量双钙钛矿La_(2)NiMnO_(6)(LNMO)薄膜。通过系统优化制备工艺,确定了最佳条件为:退火温度为900℃,退火气氛为空气,升温速率为5 K/min。X射线衍射与扫描电子显微镜表征表明,该条件下所得薄膜结晶性良好、表面平整致密,且物相纯净。基于此薄膜构建的Au/LNMO/Si三明治结构阻变存储器原型器件表现出典型的双极阻变特性,其高、低阻态在2000 s测试时间内保持稳定,高阻态与低阻态的比值约为1.3。研究结果为LNMO材料在非易失性阻变存储器中的应用提供了可行的工艺方案与初步的性能依据。 展开更多

深层潜山凝析气田气驱注采连通性评价方法及其应用——以渤海湾盆地渤中19-6凝析气田为例

为了有效评价深层潜山凝析气田气驱注采井间连通性,以渤海湾盆地渤中19-6凝析气田为研究对象,综合应用岩心CT扫描、成像测井及生产动态资料,采用静态研究与动态研究相结合的方法开展了系统评价。静态研究基于拓扑裂缝平均连接数理论,明... 为了有效评价深层潜山凝析气田气驱注采井间连通性,以渤海湾盆地渤中19-6凝析气田为研究对象,综合应用岩心CT扫描、成像测井及生产动态资料,采用静态研究与动态研究相结合的方法开展了系统评价。静态研究基于拓扑裂缝平均连接数理论,明确了裂缝网络的微观结构与宏观分布模式;动态研究则基于Blasingame变产量、变流压气井拟稳态流动理论,建立了以采气指数叠加为核心的动态连通性判断方法。研究结果表明:(1)该气田储层裂缝平均连接数介于1.1~2.8,整体呈现“大尺度离散、中小尺度连通”的临界连通至弱连通模式,通过动静结合验证,明确了A2-A4H-A7井组间存在强连通性关系;(2)基于裂缝密度、开度及连通性参数,建立了考虑连通性的多尺度离散裂缝模型(EDFM+PGT),较之于传统双重介质模型,该新模型显著提高了气驱开发效果预测的精度;(3)在连通性评价指导下实施的“限产增注”均衡注采策略,在矿场应用中使目标井组表现出明显的气驱受效特征,实现了凝析油产量的“零递减”与气油比的“零上升”,有效遏制了反凝析现象。结论认为,所建立的动静结合连通性评价方法能够有效量化复杂裂缝性潜山凝析气藏的井间连通关系,为气驱开发方案优化与动态调控提供了科学依据,对同类油气田的高效开发具有参考和借鉴作用。 展开更多

目的探讨补肾活血法配合盆底神经肌肉电刺激治疗薄型子宫内膜(TE)不孕症的疗效及对血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法选取2022年7月至2023年12月... 目的探讨补肾活血法配合盆底神经肌肉电刺激治疗薄型子宫内膜(TE)不孕症的疗效及对血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法选取2022年7月至2023年12月昆山市中西医结合医院收治的112例TE不孕症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A组和B组,每组56例。A组给予戊酸雌二醇片和盆底神经肌肉电刺激治疗,B组在A组基础上给予补肾活血法自拟方治疗,3个月经周期为1个疗程,两组均连续治疗2个疗程,并随访观察1年。比较两组随访1年后临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、子宫血流动力学指标、子宫内膜形态、VEGF、TIMP-1、IL-6、TNF-α及雌激素水平。结果随访1年后,B组治疗总有效率高于A组(P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程后,两组性欲减退、腰膝酸软及头晕耳鸣评分均降低,且B组均低于A组(P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程后,两组子宫动脉搏动指数、阻力指数均降低,且B组均低于A组;B组C型子宫内膜占比降低,且B组低于A组(P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程后,两组血清VEGF、IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,且B组均低于A组;两组血清TIMP-1水平升高,且B组高于A组(P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程后,两组血清雌二醇(E 2)水平升高,且B组高于A组;两组血清黄体生成素(LH)及卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平均降低,且B组均低于A组(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血法配合盆底神经肌肉电刺激治疗TE不孕症可有效减轻患者临床症状,有助于改善患者子宫血流动力学指标及子宫内膜形态,调节血清VEGF、TIMP-1及雌激素水平,减轻炎症反应,进而提高临床疗效。 展开更多

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Neiguan (内关 PC 6) in combination with respiratory reinforcing and reducing method for treatment of cardiac neurosis. Methods Thirty-eight patients with cardiac neurosis were selected for treatment through acupuncture at PC 6 in combination with respiratory reinforcing and reducing method. With twice per day, treated for 6 days per week, and 4 weeks as one course, the therapeutic effect was assessed after one course. Results Twenty-one cases were cured, 15 cases were remarkably improved, and 2 cases were failed. The total effective rate was 94.7%. Conclusion Acupuncture at PC 6 in combination with respiratory reinforcing and reducing method is effective in treatment of cardiac neurosis. 展开更多

为了探究成形外圆磨削加工工艺参数对18CrNiMo7-6钢表面质量的影响,并确定较优的工艺参数组合,利用万能工具磨床和CBN成形砂轮,采用成形磨削V型缺口技术,以工件转速、砂轮转速和砂轮径向进给速度为变量,以表面粗糙度、均方根粗糙度、表... 为了探究成形外圆磨削加工工艺参数对18CrNiMo7-6钢表面质量的影响,并确定较优的工艺参数组合,利用万能工具磨床和CBN成形砂轮,采用成形磨削V型缺口技术,以工件转速、砂轮转速和砂轮径向进给速度为变量,以表面粗糙度、均方根粗糙度、表面偏斜度和表面峭度等三维表面粗糙度幅度参数为评价表面质量的指标开展单因素和正交试验研究.试验结果表明:随着工件转速的增大,表面粗糙度、均方根粗糙度和表面偏斜度均先减小后增大,而表面峭度逐渐减小;随着砂轮转速的增大,表面粗糙度和均方根粗糙度也先减小后增大,而表面偏斜度和表面峭度先增大后减小;随着砂轮径向进给速度的增大,表面粗糙度和均方根粗糙度均逐渐增大,表面偏斜度和表面峭度则先增大后减小.三变量对工件三维表面粗糙度的影响程度从大到小依次为砂轮转速、砂轮径向进给速度和工件转速.综合试验结果确定较优的工艺参数:工件转速、砂轮转速和砂轮径向进给速度分别为900 r/min、5000 r/min和0.15 mm/min. 展开更多

In this study,a high-throughput screening method was established through the 24-square deep-well microliter plate(MTP) fermentation and micro-plate detection for large-scale screening of the mutants.It was suitable for screening a large number of mutants and improving the breeding efficiency after heavy-ion beam irradiation.Seventeen strains showed higher cellulase activity compared with the initial strain after the screening of plate and MTP fermentation.The filter paper activity and β-glucosidase activity of Aspergillus niger H11201 had increased 38.74 and 63.23%separately compared with A.niger H11 by shaking flask fermentation,and it was genetically stable after being passaged to nine generations.The results indicate that the high-throughput screening method can be used for the quick breeding of A.niger with high cellulase activity. 展开更多

The structure parameters of 6-degree of freedom(DOF)vibration isolation platform have a significant effect on its performance.To make the designed vibration isolation platform perform well,non-dominanted sorting genetic algorithm version II(NSGA-II)was applied to optimize its structure based on the transfer matrix method for multibody systems.Firstly,the Jacobian matrix of 6-DOF vibration isolation platform was solved based on kinematics.Secondly,the transfer equation of 6-DOF vibration isolation system was established by the linear transfer matrix method for multibody systems.And the formula of its natural frequency was derived according to the boundary conditions of the system.Thirdly,the manipulability index was constructed based on a dimensionless Jacobian matrix.And a new performance index function was established considering the influence of dynamic isotropic and legs mass.Fourthly,genetic algorithm(GA)and NSGA-II were used to optimize the structure of the 6-DOF vibration isolation platform under the same conditions,respectively.It showed that NSGA-II had higher optimization efficiency,better calculation accuracy and shorter optimization time than that of GA.Finally,NSGA-II was adopted for multi-objective optimization design of 6-DOF vibration isolation platform based on the constraint conditions.Optimal Pareto solutions were obtained,which provides structural parameters for subsequent design work.Therefore,the proposed optimization method and the performance index in this paper provide a theoretical basis for the optimal design of relevant vibration isolation mechanism. 展开更多

Ti6Al4V substrates were anodized in a 0.5 mol/L H_2SO_4 solution at applied voltages of 90-140 V.A hydroxyapatite-titanium oxide(HA-TiO2)coating was then deposited on the anodized Ti6Al4 V substrates via a hydrothermal-electrochemicalmethod at a constant current.The obtained films and coatings were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,and Fourier-transform infrared spectrometry.The microstructures of the porous films on the Ti6Al4 V substrates were studied to investigate the effect of the anodizing voltage on the phase and morphology of the HATiO_2 coating.The results indicated that both the phase composition and the morphology of the coatings were significantly influenced by changes in the anodizing voltage.HA-TiO_2 was directly precipitated onto the surface of the substrate when the applied voltage was between 110 and 140 V.The coatings had a gradient structure and the HA exhibited both needle-like and cotton-like structures.The amount of cotton-like HA structures decreased with an increase in voltage from 90 to 120 V,and then increased slightly when the voltage was higher than 120 V.The orientation index of the(002)plane of the coating was at a minimum when the Ti6Al4 V substrate was pretreated at 120 V. 展开更多

In this work, ZnSn(OH)6with a cubic structure is successfully synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method without any catalyst. The response and recovery characteristics of gas sensing were investigated against various gases via quartz crystal microbalance(QCM) at room temperature. The sensor exhibited high sensitivity and good selectivity toward CO gas. Moreover, a linear dependence of log^(àDelta F)about CO concentration was obtained. It is demonstrated that the QCM sensor coated cubic ZnSn(OH)6could be a suitable candidate for detecting CO. 展开更多

Pr0.6-x NdxCa0.4 FeO3-δ ( x = 0.0, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6) were synthesized using Pechini method. A number of studies were conducted concerning composition, specific area, crystalline structure and microstructure of the samples by means of FT-IR, BET, XRD TG-DTA and SEM. The results show that all the samples with different doping amounts of Pr^3+ and Nd^3+ on A-site are fine dispersed, and mean particle size less than 100 nm. The powders have good sinterability, and the relative density is 95% after sintered at 1200 ℃ for 2 h. It is found that all specimens are entirely single phase solid solutions with orthorhombic perovskite structure, the stable perovskitetype phase is formed completely after calcination at 900 ℃. 展开更多

The criteria of resuming insulation discharge failure conforming to CSO2/CH2S>7, is quite broad to SO2 and the H2S concentration permission. Even if it reaches 100μL/L, it will not be in danger immediately to the safe operation of equipment. We may plan, arrange, and overhaul calmly. 电化学法-石墨烯/原位聚合PA6复合材料的制备及其阻燃性能

采用石墨纸为阳极的电化学剥离法获得片层结构完整的石墨烯(GR),并在聚酰胺6(PA6)原位聚合过程中引入GR,从而制备GR/PA6复合材料。对原位聚合PA6进行了结构表征,并对GR/PA6复合材料进行了热学、力学、阻燃等性能的测试。结果表明,GR显... 采用石墨纸为阳极的电化学剥离法获得片层结构完整的石墨烯(GR),并在聚酰胺6(PA6)原位聚合过程中引入GR,从而制备GR/PA6复合材料。对原位聚合PA6进行了结构表征,并对GR/PA6复合材料进行了热学、力学、阻燃等性能的测试。结果表明,GR显著提升了材料的热稳定性和阻燃性能。当GR质量分数为0.6%时,GR/PA6复合材料初始分解温度由纯PA6的257.85℃提高至361.14℃;复合材料的结晶温度由纯PA6的182.65℃升至190.03℃,结晶焓也由纯PA6的71.43 J/g增至81.31 J/g。GR质量分数为1.5%时,锥形量热测试结果显示复合材料的热释放速率峰值和总热释放量分别由535.2 kW/m^(2),52.7 MJ/m^(2)降至166.8 kW/m^(2),14.5 MJ/m^(2);残炭率也增至2.01%。GR/PA6复合材料的极限氧指数值保持在26%~28%,其中GR质量分数为1.2%和1.5%的复合材料样品在UL 94测试中达到V-0级。GR质量分数为1.5%时,复合材料的拉伸断裂应力由纯PA6的37.66 MPa升至65.96 MPa,拉伸强度和弯曲强度也分别提升至69.21 MPa和68.34 MPa。综上,电化学剥离法制备的GR能有效分散于原位聚合的PA6基体,显著改善了材料的热稳定性、阻燃性、结晶行为和力学性能。 展开更多

Comparison of HPLC-DAD and GC-FID Methods for Determination of 6-Methyl Coumarin in Cosmetics

The positive samples were confirmed by GC-MS. Methanol was used to extract 6-methyl coumarin from cosmetics. The chromatographic conditions of the two methods were optimized and the samples were determined. The recovery, precision, correlation coefficient, detection limit and quantitative limit of the two methods were compared. The results showed that the linear relationship between the two methods was good. The percentage recovery of standard addition by HPLC-DAD was 92.20%~102.80%, by RSD was 0.77%~2.00%;the detection limit was 0.05 mg/kg, the quantitative limit was 0.17 mg/kg. The percentage recovery of standard addition by GC-FID was 97.30%~103.28%, by RSD was 0.47%~4.87%;the detection limit was 1.3 mg/kg, the quantitative limit was 5.0 mg/kg. The detection limit by HPLC-DAD was lower and more sensitive than that by GC-FID , which also shows that HPLC-DAD has more advantages for the detection of low content samples. 展开更多
