A new sandwiched polyoxometalate [HK11Cd4Cl2(PW9034)2]·18H2O (1), incor- porating a unique hybrid tetranuclear cadmium cluster (abbreviated to {Cd4}) with two trivacant polyanions [B-α-PW9O34]9-, has been ...A new sandwiched polyoxometalate [HK11Cd4Cl2(PW9034)2]·18H2O (1), incor- porating a unique hybrid tetranuclear cadmium cluster (abbreviated to {Cd4}) with two trivacant polyanions [B-α-PW9O34]9-, has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, UV-vis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 19.2997(4), b = 13.8014(3), c = 31.9819(8) A, β = 102.764(2)°, V= 8308.3(3) A3, Z = 4, P2O86Cl2K11Cd4W18H37, Mr = 5735.13, Dc = 4.584 mg-mm-3, F(000) = 10084, μ = 26.579 mm-1, the final R = 0.0378 and wR = 0.0989 for 6558 observed reflections (I〉 2σ(I)). X-ray crystallographic study shows that the molecular structure of 1 contains four cadmium atoms. Two CdO6 distorted octahedra and two CdOsC1 distorted octahedra combine with each other in turn via edge-sharing, resulting in a regular rhomb-like cluster sandwiched between two {B-a-PW9034} units. Further, the sandwich-type polyoxoanions were connected by K+ ions to form a complicated 3-D open-framework through connecting with each terminal O atom of the [Cd4C12(PW9O34)2]12- polyoxoanions. In addition, compound 1 exhibits photoluminescence property at room temperature and the band gap can be assessed at 3.25 eV.展开更多

It is found that the model can exhibit four types of percolation transitions, two continuous percolation transitions and two discontinuous ones. Continuous and discontinuous percolation transitions can be distinguished from each other by the largest single jump. Two types of continuous percolation transitions show different behaviors in the time gap. Two types of discontinuous percolation transitions are different in the time evolution of the cluster size distribution. Moreover, we also find that the time gap may also be a measure to distinguish different discontinuous percolations in this model.展开更多

However, due to the particularity of acute aortic dissection, studies on the application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in acute aortic dissection are relatively rare and there are great differences among different studies. This study adopts the method of evidence-based nursing practice accelerate rehabilitation cluster of surgical nursing strategy developed and applied to the patients with primary acute aortic dissection and adopts “accelerate rehabilitation cluster of surgical nursing strategy” and “accelerated rehabilitation cluster of surgical nursing strategies in patients with acute aortic dissection in clinical intervention”, the new nursing concept and organic combination of traditional nursing measures, using the optimal cluster nursing intervention mode, to explore the safety, effectiveness and feasibility of the intervention mode in the perioperative period of the original acute aortic dissection in patients’ cluster intervention, to accelerate the rehabilitation surgery in acute aortic dissection in the clinical care to provide a scientific basis for the operation.展开更多

In this study, several spatio-temporal point process models are applied to investigate the clustering characteristics of the well-known Tangshan sequence based on classical empirical laws and a few assumptions. The relative fit of competing models is compared by Akalke Information Criterion. The spatial clustering pattern is well characterized by the model which gives the best fit to the data. Cloud profiles are grouped based on the combination of a time–height clustering me...A cloud clustering and classification algorithm is developed for a ground-based Ka-band radar system in the vertically pointing mode. Cloud profiles are grouped based on the combination of a time–height clustering method and the k-means clustering method. The cloud classification algorithm, developed using a fuzzy logic method, uses nine physical parameters to classify clouds into nine types: cirrostratus, cirrocumulus, altocumulus, altostratus, stratus, stratocumulus, nimbostratus,cumulus or cumulonimbus. The performance of the clustering and classification algorithm is presented by comparison with all-sky images taken from January to June 2014. Overall, 92% of the cloud profiles are clustered successfully and the agreement in classification between the radar system and the all-sky imager is 87%. The distribution of cloud types in Beijing from January 2014 to December 2017 is studied based on the clustering and classification algorithm. The statistics show that cirrostratus clouds have the highest occurrence frequency(24%) among the nine cloud types. High-level clouds have the maximum occurrence frequency and low-level clouds the minimum occurrence frequency.展开更多

Grid and line sampling methods were used to ...By selecting a typical peak-cluster depression area of karst region in Southwest China, we evaluated the effect of land use types and topographic factors on soil nutrients. Grid and line sampling methods were used to sample soil in depression and slope lands respectively, and classical statistical tools were applied to analyze the spatial variability character of soil organic carbon (SOC), total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), total potassium (TK), available nitrogen (AN), available phosphorus (AP), available potassium (AK), pH, and C/N. It was found that land use type was the dominant factor that effected the spatial heterogeneity of SOC, TN, TP, TK, AN, and AP. The content of SOC, TN, and AN decreased with the increase of land use intensity. Due to high fertilizer input, TP and AP in tillage fields were higher than those in the other land use types. TK had no obvious change trend among various land use types. Topographic factors had a significant effect on SOC, TN, TP, AN, AP, AK, and pH. Habitat factor was the dominant factor that effected AK. Altitude factor was the dominant factor for pH. However, all of these factors had no significant effect on C/N. Tillage practice had important effect on soil nutrients loss and soil degradation in the fragile karst ecosystem, and the input of organic manure should be increased in this region.展开更多
The effects of ion doses on the properties of boron implanted Si for n-type solar cell application were investigated with doses ranging from 5×10^14cm^-2 to 2×10^15cm^-2 and a subsequent two-step annealing p...The effects of ion doses on the properties of boron implanted Si for n-type solar cell application were investigated with doses ranging from 5×10^14cm^-2 to 2×10^15cm^-2 and a subsequent two-step annealing process in a tube furnace.With the help of the TCAD process simulation tool, knowledge on diffusion kinetics of dopants and damage evolution was obtained by fitting SIMS measured boron profiles. Due to insufficient elimination of the residual damage, the implanted emitter was found to have a higher saturation current density(J0e) and a poorer crystallographic quality. Consistent with this observation, V oc, J sc, and the efficiency of the all-implanted p^+–n–n^+solar cells followed a decreasing trend with an increase of the implantation dose. The obtained maximum efficiency was 19.59% at a low dose of 5×10^14cm^-2. The main efficiency loss under high doses came not only from increased recombination of carriers in the space charge region revealed by double-diode parameters of dark I–V curves, but also from the degraded minority carrier diffusion length in the emitter and base evidenced by IQE data. These experimental results indicated that clusters and dislocation loops had appeared at high implantation doses, which acted as effective recombination centers for photogenerated carriers.展开更多
