文摘The intricate interactions between immune cells and tumors exert a profound influence on cancer progression and therapeutic efficacy.Within the tumor microenvironment, exosomes have emerged as pivotal mediators of intercellular communication, with their cargo of non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)serving as key regulatory elements. This review examines the multifaceted roles of immune cell-derived exosomal ncRNAs in tumor biology. The involvement of various immune cells, including T cells,B cells, natural killer cells, macrophages, neutrophils, and myeloid-derived suppressor cells,in utilizing exosomal ncRNAs to regulate tumor initiation and progression is explored.Additionally, the biogenesis and delivery mechanisms of these immune cell-derived exosomal ncRNAs are discussed, alongside their potential clinical applications in cancer.

文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a common and deadly malignancy worldwide, causing high morbidity and mortality rates.Chemoresistance continues to be the major barrier to the effective treatment of CRC.Circular RNA(circRNA),a recently identified class of non-coding RNA,has become an emerging focus in CRC research due to its abundant presence and stability in extracellular vesicles(EVs).The circRNA of EVs(EVs-circRNA)is closely associated with CRC progression and plays a pivotal role in chemoresistance mechanisms. This paper investigates the circRNA mechanism underlying different chemoresistance scenarios in CRC and explores the dual role of EVs-circRNA in mediating chemotherapy resistance.Furthermore,EVs-circRNA,a non-invasive biomarker for liquid biopsies, holds significant promise in clinical applications, ranging from early CRC diagnosis to monitoring disease progression and assessing prognosis. These studies provide a new perspective for uncovering CRC pathogenesis and lay the foundation for precision therapy and personalized treatment strategies for CRC.In the future, therapeutic strategies targeting EVs-circRNAs are anticipated to revolutionize CRC treatment, leading to improved therapeutic outcomes and enhanced quality of life for patients.
文摘Objective: To analyze the clinical effects of the patient participation health model in the health management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 124 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were randomly assigned to either the control group (64 patients) or the intervention group (60 patients). Patients in the control group received routine health management, while those in the intervention group were managed using a patient-participation health model with progressive, stage-based interventions. Outcomes were assessed based on blood glucose control, disease awareness, and self-management behaviors. Adverse reactions during health management were closely monitored in both groups. Results: Patients in the intervention group showed significantly better outcomes in blood glucose control, disease awareness, and self-management behaviors compared to the control group. Conclusion: The patient participation health model demonstrated significant clinical value, effectively enhancing self-management abilities, improving glycemic control, and increasing disease awareness. This model is recommended for widespread adoption in the health management of type 2 diabetes to achieve better therapeutic outcomes and improve patient quality of life.
基金The Basic Scientific Research Project of Colleges and Universities in 2022:HRV and Brain Electrophysiological Mechanism of Electromyography Biofeedback in Improving Depression and Anxiety of College Students(Project No.:LJKMZ20221274)。
文摘Biofeedback is a behavioral intervention technology based on psychophysiology, which uses various electronic devices to collect the physiological activities of individuals in real time and provides them to themselves through various ways,so that people can actively change their own physiological changes when they perceive the changes in some physiological functions of their own,and consciously control the physiological functions of various aspects of the autonomic nervous system within a fixed range. It can play a role in improving physical health status, preventing and treating some somatic diseases.Studies have shown that biofeedback relaxation training can make the training subjects learn to regulate their own physiological functions and psychological activities, improve negative emotional states such as depression and anxiety by regulating the body function, and can also be used to assist in the treatment of other clinical diseases. As a new psychological intervention, biofeedback relaxation training has great development potential and can be better applied to the prevention and treatment of physical and mental diseases in the general population in the future.

文摘Multidisciplinary team (MDT) model is a diagnostic and treatment model characterized by interdisciplinarity, integration, centralism, individualization, and precision and is becoming more common in the management of complex malignancies. MDT emphasizes team spirit and a personalized treatment strategy according to the actual condition of each patient. A cooperative and effective multidisciplinary team is an important guarantee for delivering high-quality services to patients. Under the guidance of a medical humanistic concept, MDT provides reasonable, effective, convenient, and a full range of excellent quality medical service to patients. The MDT maximizes patient benefits, and it is the developmental direction for large-scale general hospitals. At the same time, the MDT is also an important measure to strengthen the core competitiveness of hospitals. Here, we introduce the clinical application of the model in tumor therapy as well as the current state and development in our hospital.
