Objective:To explore the application effect of an information-based flipped classroom teaching model in nursing education of rheumatology and immunology,providing empirical evidence for optimizing specialized nursing ...Objective:To explore the application effect of an information-based flipped classroom teaching model in nursing education of rheumatology and immunology,providing empirical evidence for optimizing specialized nursing education models.Methods:Eighty nursing students from the 2021 grade of Xi’an Medical University were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group(n=40)and a control group(n=40)using a random number table method.The control group received traditional lecture-based teaching,while the experimental group underwent information-based flipped classroom teaching.The theoretical knowledge scores and practical operation assessment scores of the two groups were compared after teaching,and the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group students was evaluated through a questionnaire survey.Results:The theoretical knowledge score(85.60±5.20)and practical operation score(88.30±4.70)of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(76.20±6.50)and(75.80±5.90),respectively.The differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).The satisfaction scores of all dimensions in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:The information-based flipped classroom teaching model can effectively improve the quality of nursing teaching in rheumatology and immunology,enhance students’knowledge mastery and practical abilities,and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing teaching.展开更多

Objective:To explore the application value of a new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model in teaching Chinese medicine nursing in otorhinolaryngology.Methods:60 nurses who practiced in t...Objective:To explore the application value of a new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model in teaching Chinese medicine nursing in otorhinolaryngology.Methods:60 nurses who practiced in the otolaryngology department of our hospital from June 2022 to October 2024 were included in the study and equally divided into two groups using a convenient sampling method.30 nurses who chose traditional Chinese medicine skill teaching management were included in the control group,and 30 nurses who chose the new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model were included in the observation group.Relevant indicators such as clinical teaching environment perception,theoretical knowledge scores of Chinese medicine nursing,and excellent rate of practical operation assessment were compared.Results:The nurses in the observation group had higher scores for clinical teaching environment perception than the control group(P<0.05).However,the midterm and final exam scores for theoretical knowledge of Chinese medicine nursing were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher excellent rate of practical operation assessment(93.33%>73.33%)and a higher Chinese medicine nursing ability score[(215.69±19.73)points>(184.87±15.66)points](P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model to Chinese medicine nursing teaching in otolaryngology can help nurses understand the theoretical knowledge of Chinese medicine nursing and optimize the clinical teaching environment,thereby promoting their practical skills and Chinese medicine nursing abilities.展开更多

文摘By analyzing the urgent demand for digital talents in the current landscape industry and the challenges faced by the traditional teaching mode,this study aims to explore a set of teaching methodology reform solutions based on digital technology to improve the quality of teaching and enhance the practical innovation ability of students.The study firstly describes the application of digital technologies such as CAD/BIM,3D modelling and rendering,virtual reality(VR)/augmented reality(AR),and geographic information system(GIS)in the field of landscape architecture.Then,the current teaching status of plant configuration and landscape architecture courses is analyzed,and the advantages and challenges of digital technology applications are identified.On this basis,this study proposes a multi-dimensional reform path and practice plan including the reconstruction of teaching objectives and content,innovation of teaching mode,improvement of teaching strategies and methods,as well as the construction of teaching resources and the reform of teaching evaluation,guided by modern educational theories such as constructivism,collaborative learning and project-based learning(PBL).Finally,this study emphasizes the key roles of faculty construction,optimization of hardware and software environment,and teaching management and institutional guarantee in the reform.

文摘Neurosurgical patients present complex clinical conditions with high nursing risks.Under traditional teaching models,nursing interns often exhibit challenges such as weak clinical reasoning,insufficient reflective capabilities,and inadequate operational proficiency,which fail to meet clinical nursing demands.This study focuses on neurosurgical nursing interns as research subjects,systematically exploring the application value and implementation pathways of serious game pedagogy in cultivating clinical competencies.
文摘Objective:To explore the application value of a new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model in teaching Chinese medicine nursing in otorhinolaryngology.Methods:60 nurses who practiced in the otolaryngology department of our hospital from June 2022 to October 2024 were included in the study and equally divided into two groups using a convenient sampling method.30 nurses who chose traditional Chinese medicine skill teaching management were included in the control group,and 30 nurses who chose the new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model were included in the observation group.Relevant indicators such as clinical teaching environment perception,theoretical knowledge scores of Chinese medicine nursing,and excellent rate of practical operation assessment were compared.Results:The nurses in the observation group had higher scores for clinical teaching environment perception than the control group(P<0.05).However,the midterm and final exam scores for theoretical knowledge of Chinese medicine nursing were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher excellent rate of practical operation assessment(93.33%>73.33%)and a higher Chinese medicine nursing ability score[(215.69±19.73)points>(184.87±15.66)points](P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model to Chinese medicine nursing teaching in otolaryngology can help nurses understand the theoretical knowledge of Chinese medicine nursing and optimize the clinical teaching environment,thereby promoting their practical skills and Chinese medicine nursing abilities.
文摘China's traditional teaching methods, Grammar-Translation Methods, can not satisfy modern English teaching anymore. Since English transferred into China as a foreign language, the Grammar-Translation Methods was the only teaching method. Nowadays, China's English teaching methods have been greatly promoted and improved; however, the Grammar-Translation Methods still over weight the others.
