学术界对于“什么是文明”存有争议的原因,是把文明(civilized)、文明社会(civilization)和国家(civitas)三个不同的概念混为一谈造成的。“文明1”大致相当于英语civilized(文明的)。文化是人群的生活方式,但是不仅彬彬有礼、琴棋书画... 学术界对于“什么是文明”存有争议的原因,是把文明(civilized)、文明社会(civilization)和国家(civitas)三个不同的概念混为一谈造成的。“文明1”大致相当于英语civilized(文明的)。文化是人群的生活方式,但是不仅彬彬有礼、琴棋书画、轻歌曼舞、美味佳肴是文化,愚昧粗鲁、恶俗陋习、野风蛮舞、吃糠咽菜也是生活方式,所以文明1不完全等同于文化,而只有被认可与受推崇的文化才被称为文明。无论古今中外,作为文化的文明1都是褒义的,文明1即“文明”的本义,也是对文化的价值判断。“文明2”相当于英语civilization(文明社会),摩尔根用以指称继蒙昧社会与野蛮社会之后出现的、高于蒙昧与野蛮状态的社会阶段。作为社会形态的文明2当然比蒙昧与野蛮社会要进步,但是文明社会并非一切都是文明的,其中充斥着种种不文明的蒙昧与野蛮,所以不能说文明2就是“文明的”社会。“文明3”相当于英语civitas(国家),是中国学者根据恩格斯的“国家是文明社会的概括”得出的概念,系指继部落联盟或酋邦之后出现的社会组织形态。因为不同国家的国体与政体各不相同,有了国家之后并非一切都变得比野蛮社会更文明了,所以作为国家的文明3也不都是“文明的”国家。 展开更多

The Impact of Official Promotion Pressure on Urban Economic Resilience:A Perspective Based on the Construction of“National Civilized City”

Driven by different promotion pressures,different decisions made by government officials may change the development path of cities and directly affect the ability to cope with crises,thus playing an all-encompassing and sustained role in urban economic resilience(UER).Considering that the COVID-19 pandemic that occurred at the end of 2019 is a large external shock,which may cause a large disturbance to economic resilience,this article tests the impact of official promotion pressure(OPP)on UER using data from 265 cities in China from 2004 to 2019.This paper also explores the role of the“National Civilized City”(NCC)selection mechanism in the process.The findings indicate a positive correlation and spatial spillover effect between OPP and UER.Moreover,the impact of both civilization status and civilization intensity on OPP is negative,which means that obtaining the title weakens OPP,and the positive effect on UER is weakened.And this effect becomes increasingly obvious with the increase in the duration of the title of NCC.Furthermore,the heterogeneity analysis yields rich findings,which provide new perspectives for the policy recommendations in this paper. 展开更多

With the rapid development of the aviation industry,air travel has become one of the most important modes.Improving the service quality of civil aviation airports is crucial to their competitiveness.This study intends to develop a scientific and rational evaluation methodology and framework for assessing service quality in civil aviation airports,thereby providing a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for enhancing service standards in the aviation industry.First,the study constructs a CRITIC-bidirectional grey possibility clustering model,which uses the CRITIC method to determine the weights of indicators and integrates the forward grey possibility clustering model and the inverse grey possibility clustering model to determine possibility functions from two perspectives.Second,a service quality evaluation index system for civil airports is constructed from four dimensions,and the weights of each index within the system are subsequently calculated.Finally,the constructed model is applied to evaluate the service quality of nine domestic civil airports.Based on the clustering results,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.Empirical results demonstrate that,compared to the traditional grey possibility clustering model,the proposed model balances the objectivity of indicator weighting,the objectivity of possibility function construction,and the simplicity of the computational process,thereby possessing significant theoretical and practical implications. 展开更多

Structural Health Monitoring(SHM)plays a critical role in ensuring the safety,integrity,longevity and economic efficiency of civil infrastructures.The field has undergone a profound transformation over the last few decades,evolving from traditional methods—often reliant on visual inspections—to data-driven intelligent systems.This review paper analyzes this historical trajectory,beginning with the approaches that relied on modal parameters as primary damage indicators.The advent of advanced sensor technologies and increased computational power brings a significant change,making Machine Learning(ML)a viable and powerful tool for damage assessment.More recently,Deep Learning(DL)has emerged as a paradigm shift,allowing for more automated processing of large data sets(such as the structural vibration signals and other types of sensors)with excellent performance and accuracy,often surpassing previous methods.This paper systematically reviews these technological milestones—from traditional vibration-based methods to the current state-of-the-art in deep learning.Finally,it critically examines emerging trends—such as Digital Twins and Transformer-based architectures—and discusses future research directions that will shape the next generation of SHM systems for civil engineering. 展开更多
