[Method] The special plant nutritional element (SPNE) was sprayed on the flowering Chinese cabbage plants after the beginning of harvesting. The effects of SPNE on the yield traits and biochemical quality traits of flowering Chinese cabbage were investigated in the un-conventional using period. [Results] The results showed the flowering stalk of flow-ering Chinese cabbage developed earlier and grew fasterly for the SPNE treatment;the diameter, length and weight of flowering stalk of SPNE-treated flowering Chi-nese cabbage were al higher than that of control. The SPNE treatment could not only increase yield, but also bring better biochemical quality. The protein, vitamin C and calcium contents, especial y the chlorophyl and sugar contents in the SPNE-treated flowering Chinese cabbage were al higher than that of control, making the SPNE-treated flowering Chinese cabbage taste better. [Conclusion] lt was indicated although sprayed after the beginning of harvesting, the SPNE had a certain effect on the flowering Chinese cabbage.展开更多

In order to ...The information about the nonstationarity of the aus-cultation signal is utilized in this paper to objectively and auto-matically identify healthy people and patients with qi-deficiency or yin-deficiency. In order to characterize the nonstationarity of the sound signal,the nonlinear cross-prediction method is used to extract features from the signal. A feature selection method based on conditional mutual information maximization criterion (CMIM) is implemented to find an optimal feature set. By means of the support vector machine (SVM) classifier,three common states (healthy,qi-deficiency and yin-deficiency) in traditional Chinese medicine are distinguished using the feature set,and a satisfactory classification accuracy of 80% is achieved in the experiment. In conclusion,the analysis based on the nonstationarity of the sound signal provides an alternative and outstanding approach to the objective auscultation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).展开更多

Understanding the micro-coevolution of the human gut microbiome with host genetics is challenging but essential in both evolutionary and medical studies.To gain insight into the interactions between host genetic varia...Understanding the micro-coevolution of the human gut microbiome with host genetics is challenging but essential in both evolutionary and medical studies.To gain insight into the interactions between host genetic variation and the gut microbiome,we analyzed both the human genome and gut microbiome collected from a cohort of 190 students in the same boarding college and representing 3 ethnic groups,Uyghur,Kazakh,and Han Chinese.We found that differences in gut microbiome were greater between genetically distinct ethnic groups than those genetically closely related ones in taxonomic composition,functional composition,enterotype stratification,and microbiome genetic differentiation.We also observed considerable correlations between host genetic variants and the abundance of a subset of gut microbial species.Notably,interactions between gut microbiome species and host genetic variants might have coordinated effects on specific human phenotypes.Bacteroides ovatus,previously reported to modulate intestinal immunity,is significantly correlated with the host genetic variant rs12899811(meta-P=5.55×10^(-5)),which regulates the VPS33B expression in the colon,acting as a tumor suppressor of colorectal cancer.These results advance our understanding of the micro-coevolution of the human gut microbiome and their interactive effects with host genetic variation on phenotypic diversity.展开更多

This paper adopt converse design thinking and presents an improved design thinking methodo logy based on C: FBS for product appearance design and give a general summarizat ion for the features, methods and technology based on human-machine interaction and interface. Meanwhile it also combines with the behavior design of product r elated IT fields and constructs a new outline to improve the design of product a ppearance supported by the technology of computer aided design. So the new metho d about design thinking for computer aided design, the new abstract product design model and the key problem of design thinking based on human-machine inte raction and interface are addressed in this paper. This kind of creative design theory that is driven by human-machine interaction and interface will help the development of CAD software system and the research of product design and manufa cture. Among all possible machine cooperation controls, to synchro...Efficient multi-machine cooperation and network dynamics still remain open that jeopardize great applications in largescale machine-to-machine(M2M) networks. Among all possible machine cooperation controls, to synchronize tremendous machines in a timing-efficient brings one of the greatest challenge and serves as the foundation for any other network control policies. In this paper, we propose a linear-time synchronization protocol in large M2M networks. Specifically, a closed-form of synchronization rate is provided by developing the statistical bounds of the second smallest eigenvalue of the graph Laplacian matrix. These bounds enable the efficient control of network dynamics, facilitating the timing synchronization in networks. Through a practical study in Metropolis, simulation results confirm our theoretical analysis and provide effective selection of wireless technologies, including Zigbee, Wi-Fi, and cellular systems, with respect to the deployed density of machines. Therefore, this paper successfully demonstrates a practical timing synchronization, to make a breakthrough of network dynamic control in real-world machine systems, such as Internet of Things.展开更多

Methods: by exploring the pharmacological effects of traditional Chinese medicine, 80 stroke patients...Objective: to comprehensively explore the curative effect on gout and analyze the effect by Modified Simiao Powder. Methods: by exploring the pharmacological effects of traditional Chinese medicine, 80 stroke patients who were hospitalized in our hospital were selected, and the patients who came to our hospital for treatment from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into the control group/observation group. The patients in the control group received the related routine treatments, mainly "Febuxostat Tablets". On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with Modified Simiao Powder. Comprehensive analysis of the two groups of patients after the implementation of treatment related to the treatment of gout effect and monitoring the level of uric acid joint function score and upper model simulation score and related safety. Results: through the analysis, related gout treatment effect in the observation group was significantly better than the control group, two groups of patients after treatment of related indicators were scored significantly better than the control group, two groups of patients in the clinical treatment of related indicators, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: through careful analysis of patients with gout in the treatment process, and then using the conventional effect of traditional treatment, combined with the modified Simiao Powder treatment, the resulting clinical effect of improving the condition of patients can better promote the relief of pain in patients with gout, and reduce the level of related clinical detection of uric acid, which effectively enhances the function of patients in improving related joints and promotes the clinical effect of safety treatment at the same time, reducing side effects, worthy of clinical application.展开更多

In this study, the mixture of HF and HNO3 acids in high-t...Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) has become a powerful tool for providing reliable analytical results in many laboratories around the word. In this study, the mixture of HF and HNO3 acids in high-temperature and high-pressure closed-vessel digestion technique were used to decompose some Chinese reference materials, and thirty seven elements were determined by ICP-MS. Most of the results for Chinese soil reference materials were found to be in reasonable agreement with the reference values, except Cs, Ta, Li, Ge, Zn, Nd, Tb and Ta whose values need to be revised. Their precisions were typically lower than 5% RSD. However, the Precisions of Chinese clay reference materials, especially for GBW03102 and GBW03102a, were significantly different with reference values, probably reflecting the existence of a coarser-grained fraction(>70 μm) in samples, and the formation of fluorides in Al-rich samples during sample decomposition by using the mixture of HF and HNO3 acids. Moreover, thirty-seven trace elements covering the mass range from Li to U in four Chinese clay reference materials were firstly provided with good precision and accuracy in this study.展开更多
A study of leeward vortex structure over chined fuselage and the effects of micro tip perturbation on its vortex flow have been carried out in wind tunnel experiments at Reynolds numbers from 1.26×105 to 5.04...A study of leeward vortex structure over chined fuselage and the effects of micro tip perturbation on its vortex flow have been carried out in wind tunnel experiments at Reynolds numbers from 1.26×105 to 5.04×105 with PIV and pressure measurement techniques.Firstly,the experiment results have proved that micro tip perturbation has no effects on the vortex flow and its aerodynamic characteristics over chined fuselage at high angle of attack,in which there are not any non-deterministic flow behaviors.Secondly,the evolution of leeward vortex structure over chined fuselage along the axis of model can be divided into four flow regimes:linear conical developed regime,decay regime of leeward vortex intensity,asymmetric leeward vortex break down regime and completely break down regime.And a correlation between leeward vortex structure and sectional aerodynamic force was also revealed in the present paper.Thirdly,the experiment results show the behavior of leeward vortex core trajectories and zonal characteristics of leeward vortex structure with angles of attack.Finally,the experiment results of Reynolds number effect on the leeward vortex flow have further confirmed research conclusions from previous studies:the flows over chined fuselage at high angles of attack are insensitive to variation of Reynolds number,and there is a little effect on the secondary boundary layer separation and the suction peak induced by leeward vortex.展开更多

文摘A study of leeward vortex structure over chined fuselage and the effects of micro tip perturbation on its vortex flow have been carried out in wind tunnel experiments at Reynolds numbers from 1.26×105 to 5.04×105 with PIV and pressure measurement techniques.Firstly,the experiment results have proved that micro tip perturbation has no effects on the vortex flow and its aerodynamic characteristics over chined fuselage at high angle of attack,in which there are not any non-deterministic flow behaviors.Secondly,the evolution of leeward vortex structure over chined fuselage along the axis of model can be divided into four flow regimes:linear conical developed regime,decay regime of leeward vortex intensity,asymmetric leeward vortex break down regime and completely break down regime.And a correlation between leeward vortex structure and sectional aerodynamic force was also revealed in the present paper.Thirdly,the experiment results show the behavior of leeward vortex core trajectories and zonal characteristics of leeward vortex structure with angles of attack.Finally,the experiment results of Reynolds number effect on the leeward vortex flow have further confirmed research conclusions from previous studies:the flows over chined fuselage at high angles of attack are insensitive to variation of Reynolds number,and there is a little effect on the secondary boundary layer separation and the suction peak induced by leeward vortex.
文摘The scale of global data center market has been explosive in recent years. As the market grows, the demand for fast provisioning of the virtual resources to support elas- tic, manageable, and economical computing over the cloud becomes high. Fast provisioning of large-scale virtual ma- chines (VMs), in particular, is critical to guarantee quality of service (QoS). In this paper, we systematically review the existing VM provisioning schemes and classify them in three main categories. We discuss the features and research status of each category, and introduce two recent solutions, VMThunder and VMThunder+, both of which can provision hundreds of VMs in seconds.
