Extension of the Louzidian Metamorphic Core Complex and Development of Supradetachment Basins in Southern Chifeng,Inner Mongolia,China 被引量:19

The Louzidian metamorphic core complex (LMCC) in southern Chifeng is located on the northern margin of the North China craton. Structural analyses of the LMCC and its extensional detachment system indicate that the LMCC experienced two-stage extension. The ductile regime experienced top-to-northeast shearing extension and the brittle detachment fault underwent top-down-outwards slipping. Between these two stages, a semi-ductile regime recorded the transition from ductile to brittle. The hanging wall of the detachment fault is similar to those classic supradetachment basins in western North America. Analyses of provenance and paleocurrent directions in the basins show that there were two filling stages. In the early stage, materials came from the southwest margin of the basin and the hanging wall of the detachment system and were transported from southwest to northeast; while in the late stage, deposits were derived from the footwall of the detachment fault and transported outwards to the two sides of the core complex. Since the filling period of the basins is from the late Jurassic to the late Cretaceous and it is coeval with the extension, the two filling stages reflect the two-stage history of the detachment fault. The large-scale late Jurassic underplating in the deep crust of the Chifeng area led to thickening and heating of the middle-upper crust and trigged the extension at depths and volcanism on the surface. In the early Cretaceous the upper plate of the detachment fault moved northeastwards and sediments were transported from southwest to northeast, while in the late Cretaceous the core complex was uplifted rapidly, the original basin was separated by the uplifted core, and lower-plate-derived debris was deposited in the adjacent upper-plate basins of the detachment fault. Evidentially, the development of the supradetachment basins were controlled by the extension and in turn the fillings in the basins recorded information of the extension, which has provided new evidence for kinematic interpretation of the Louzidian core complex. 展开更多

Three tectonic units have been recognized in the Chifeng area, Inner Mongolia, from north to south, including the Qiganmiao accretionary prism, Jiefangyingzi arc belt and Sidaozhangpeng molasse basin, which formed an Andeantype active continent margin during the early to middle Paleozoic. The Qiganmiao accretionary prism is characterized by a mélange that consists of gabbro, two-mica quartz schist and basic volcanic rock blocks and heterogeneously deformed marble matrix. Two zircon U-Pb ages of 446.0±6.3 Ma and 1104±27 Ma have been acquired and been interpreted as the metamorphic and forming ages for the gabbro and two-mica quartz schist, respectively. The prism formed during the early to middle Paleozoic southward subduction of the Paleo Asian Ocean(PAO) and represents a suture between the North China craton(NCC) and Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB). The Jiefangyingzi arc belt consists of pluton complex and volcanic rocks of the Xibiehe and Badangshan Formations, and Geochronology analysis indicates that the development of it can be divided into two stages. The first stage is represented by the Xibiehe Formation volcanic rocks, which belong to the subalkaline series, enriched LREE and LILE and depleted HFSE, with negative Eu anomalies, and plot in the volcanic arc field in discrimination diagrams. These characters indicate that the Xibiehe Formation results from to the continental arc magmatic activity related to the subduction of the PAO during 400–420 Ma. Magmatism of the second stage in 380–390 Ma consists of the Badangshan Formation volcanic rocks. Geochemistry analysis reveals that rhyolite, basaltic andesite and basalt of the Badangshan Formation were developed in continental margin arc setting. Moreover, the basaltic andesite and basalt display positive Sr anomalies, and the basalt have very low Nb/La values, suggesting that fluid is involved in magma evolution and the basalts were contaminated by continental crust. The sequence of Sidaozhangpeng molasse basin is characterized by proximity, coarseness and large thickness, similar to the proximity molasses basin. According to our field investigation, geochronological and geochemical data, combined with previous research in this area, a tectonic evolutionary model for Andes-type active continental margin of the CAOB has been proposed, including a development of the subduction-free PAO before 446 Ma, a subduction of the PAO and arc-related magmatism during 446–380 Ma, and formation of a molasse basin during 380–360 Ma. 展开更多

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Ch/J:eng Yingyuan manipulation for migraine and its effects on endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO). Methods One hundred and seventeen cases were randomly divided into a treatment group (59 cases) and a control group (58 cases). The Chifeng Yingyuan manipulation was applied in the treatment group while oral administration of flunarizine hydrochloride capsules was applied in the control group for consecutive 4 weeks. Before and after the treatment, the clinical efficacy and migraine score in both groups were compared; radioimmunoassay was used to test level of ET while nitrate reductase method was for level of NO. Results Compared between two groups, the total effective rate was 91.5% in the treatment group, which was superior to 70.7% in the control group (P〈0.05). After the treatment, the migraine scores were both significantly decreased in two groups (P〈0.05, P〈0.01), which was more obvious in the treatment group (P〈0.05). The level of ET and NO was significantly changed after treatment (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Compared between two groups, the improvement of ET and NO in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (both P〈0.05). Conclusion The Chifeng Yingyuan manipulation has positive effect on migraine without any adverse reaction, which could maintain cerebrovascular vasomotor function by regulating level of ET and NO in the plasma. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To examine the nephroprotective mechanism of modified Huangqi Chifeng decoction(加味黄芪赤风汤,MHCD)in immunoglobulin A nephropathy(IgAN)rats.METHODS:To establish the IgAN rat model,the bovine serum albumin,lipopolysaccharide,and carbon tetrachloride 4 method was employed.The rats were then randomly assigned to the control,model,telmisartan,and high-,medium-,and low-dose MHCD groups,and were administered the respective treatments via intragastric administration for 8 weeks.The levels of 24-h urinary protein,serum creatinine(CRE),and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)were measured in each group.Pathological alterations were detected.IgA deposition was visualized through the use of immunofluorescence staining.The ultrastructure of the kidney was observed using a transmission electron microscope.The expression levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)were examined by immunohistochemistry and quantitative polymerase chain reaction.Levels of toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),myeloid differentiation factor 88(MyD88),and nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)P65,were examined by immunohistochemistry,Western blotting,and quantitative polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS:The 24-h urine protein level in each group increased significantly at week 6,and worsen from then on.But this process can be reversed by treatments of telmisartan,and high-,medium-,and low-dose of MHCD,and these treatments did not affect renal function.Telmisartan,and high-,and medium-dose of MHCD reduced IgA deposition.Renal histopathology demonstrated the protective effect of high-,medium-,and low-dose of MHCD against kidney injury.The expression levels of MCP-1,IL-6,and TGF-β1 in kidney tissues were downregulated by low,medium and high doses of MHCD treatment.Additionally,treatment of low,medium and high doses of MHCD decreased the protein and mRNA levels of TLR4,MyD88,and NF-κB.CONCLUSIONS:MHCD exerted nephroprotective effects on IgAN rats,and MHCD regulated the expressions of key targets in TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway,thereby alleviating renal inflammation by inhibiting MCP-1,IL-6 expressions,and ameliorating renal fibrosis by inhibiting TGF-β1 expression. 展开更多

Bulk-rock elements,isotopes,and zircon U–Pb ages are reported for magmatic rocks in the Dongzi–Changhanboluo Pb–Zn ore district in Chifeng,Inner Mongolia,China.Zircon U–Pb dating identified four stages of magmatism:Late Silurian gabbroic diorite(*420 Ma),Middle Permian monzonite(*274 Ma),Late Jurassic quartz porphyry and ignimbrite,breccia tuff(153–158 Ma)and Early Cretaceous andesitic porphyrite(*127 Ma).Integrating field observations,geochronology,and element and isotope geochemistry indicated a complex petrogenetic history of the magmatic rocks.The gabbroic diorite may have been sourced from EM1-type mantle.The source of the monzonite may have been mantle metasomatized by melt from the subducting plate.The Jurassic volcaniclastic rocks formed in a medium-pressure,high-temperature environment,possibly in the background of crustal thickening in a syncollisional stage and an early postcollisional stage.During this process,shaly sedimentary rocks were brought into the deep crust and heated,followed by the rapid isostatic uplift of the crust,which caused partial melting of the sedimentary rocks.Quartz monzonite porphyry and quartz porphyry formed by partial melting of mantle metasomatized by subducted sediments,but the quartz porphyry experienced high-degree differentiation and evolution.The andesitic porphyrite has characteristics similar to those of Permian monzonite,indicating that its source area was also the zone of mantle metasomatized by subducted sediment.The late Silurian and Permian magmatic rocks in this area most likely formed against a continental arc background related to the subduction of the Paleo-Asian Ocean Plate beneath the North China Plate.The Late Jurassic magmatic rocks suggest that the northern margin of the North China Craton may have been in a postcollisional setting during the Late Jurassic,with no obvious crustal thinning.The Cretaceous andesitic porphyrite may have formed against the background of lithospheric extension and thinning.According to the comprehensive analysis of geological characteristics,diagenetic and metallogenic epochs,and Pb isotope data,the formation of ore bodies in the Dongzi–Changhanboluo ore district was closely related to the Jurassic quartz porphyry. 展开更多

Chifeng is a concentrated mining area for non-ferrous metal minerals,as well as a key prevention and control area for heavyduty enterprises.This situation necessitates an efective ecological and human health risk assessment of heavy metal(loid)s driven by the wide distribution of metal ore processing,mining,and smelting factories in Hexigten Banner and Bairin Left Banner.We conducted surveys to assess the levels of heavy metal(loid)s(Cr,As,Pb,Cd,and Hg)in the topsoil and groundwater of the areas.The results indicated that the concentrations of As,Cd,and Pb in partial soil samples exceeded the environmental quality standards of Grade II.Based on contamination assessments,such as geoaccumulation indices and pollution indices,we inferred that Cd,Pb,and As were primary pollutants in topsoil.Potential ecological risks when considered as part of the average risk indices(RI)are up to 1626.40 and 2818.76,respectively,in the two areas.Comparative analysis revealed that Cd posed a very high potential ecological risk,followed by As.Moreover,the evaluation showed that the three exposure pathways of carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risk followed a descending order:inhalation>ingestion>dermal contact,except for Pb.Arsenic in topsoil posed a potential non-carcinogenic risk to human health,while there were no adverse efects of As in groundwater.In addition,the average total carcinogenic risk for As in the two areas,as well as the risk of Pb in the topsoil of Bairin Left Banner and all the fve heavy metal(loid)s in groundwater,exceeded human tolerance.Pb–Zn mines caused higher human health risks.In addition,the tandem contamination of heavy metal(loid)s in soil and groundwater was not obvious.This research study provides a basis for pollution remediation to control heavy industry-induced ecological and health risks of heavy metal(loid)s. 展开更多

Spatio-temporal Heterogeneity in the Performance of Rural Revitalization in Chifeng City of China:Based on a Range-wide EBM-GML Model

To solve the problems of rural revitalization performance research,a quantitative model of non-oriented range-wide EBM(Epsilon-Based Measure)-GML(Global-Malmquist)based on VRS(Variable Returns to Scale)conditions including non-desired outputs is constructed.A comprehensive spatio-temporal heterogeneity research index system of rural revitalization performance is also constructed.Taking the typical rural in Chifeng City as an example,the panel data from 2016-2020 are selected for empirical analysis,the conclusions and countermeasures are suggested as follows:1)In general,the rural revitalization performance of Chifeng City increases significantly during the five-year period,with significant spatio-temporal heterogeneity.The overall analysis shows that the overall performance value of rural revitalization in Chifeng City is 0.683 from 2016 to 2020.The highest performance value is 1 and the lowest performance value is 0.389.The performance growth rate increases year by year,with an average annual growth rate of 4.46%.2)From 2016 to 2020,the GML index of rural revitalization performance in Chifeng City is 1.174,showing an increasing trend.Based on the range of change of GML index,Chifeng City can be classified into three types:Continuous improvement,fluctuating improvement and fluctuating decline.3)Niujiayingzi,Guandongche,Zhaidamu,and Qiangangtai rural have the highest degree of technological progress. 展开更多

Strain and shear types of the Louzidian ductile shear zone in southern Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, China 被引量:22

The Louzidian ductile shear zone at the south of Chifeng strikes NE-SW and dips SE at low-medium- angles. This ductile shear zone is mainly composed of granitic mylonite, which grades structurally upward into a chloritized zone, a microbreccia zone, a brittle fault and a gouge zone. All these zones share similar planar attitudes, but contain different linear attitudes and kinematic indicators. Finite strain measurements were performed on feldspar porphyroclasts using the Fry method. These meas- urements yield Fulin indexes of 1.25―3.30, Lode's parameters of -0.535―-0.112 and strain parameters of 0.41―0.75 for the protomylonite, respectively. These data are plotted within the apparent constric- tional field in Fulin and Hossack diagrams. In contrast, for the mylonite, corresponding parameters are 0.99―1.43, -0.176―-0.004 and 0.63―0.82, respectively, and located in the apparent constrictional field close to the plane strain. The mean kinematic vorticity numbers of the protomylonite and mylonite by using three methods of polar Mohr circle, porphyroclast hyperbolic and oblique foliation, are in the range of 0.67―0.95, suggesting that the ductile shearing is accommodated by general shearing that is dominated by simple shear. Combination of the finite strain and kinematic vorticity indicates that shear type was lengthening shear and resulted in L-tectonite at the initial stage of deformation and the shear type gradually changed into lengthening-thinning shear and produced L-S-tectonite with the uplifting of the shear zone and accumulating of strain. These kinds of shear types only produce a/ab strain facies, so the lineation in the ductile shear zone could not deflect 90° in the progressively deformation. 展开更多

生态源地作为生态安全格局构建的基础,其识别结果对生态廊道和生态节点具有重要作用.当前研究在生态源地识别中忽略了社会与生态系统间的关联,以及城市快速发展需要充足的生态源地.因此,以赤峰为研究区,提出了基于“生态系统服务供需关... 生态源地作为生态安全格局构建的基础,其识别结果对生态廊道和生态节点具有重要作用.当前研究在生态源地识别中忽略了社会与生态系统间的关联,以及城市快速发展需要充足的生态源地.因此,以赤峰为研究区,提出了基于“生态系统服务供需关系-生态敏感性-景观连通性”识别初始生态源地的方法,并根据生态用地占比确定源地最佳扩散距离,进而得到优化生态源地,利用土地发展概率对阻力面进行修正,并运用电路理论识别生态廊道和生态节点,从而构建生态安全格局.结果表明:①赤峰生态系统服务供需空间匹配度低,呈现北部和西南部高供给-低需求,中部和东南部低供给-高需求的空间格局;②优化后生态源地面积扩大到3210.56 km^(2),主要位于研究区西北和西南角的林地和水域,由优化后源地得到84条生态廊道,33个生态节点,提高了生态网络的连通性;③结合研究区自然状况和生态要素分布特征,提出“一屏、三区、多廊、多点”的生态安全格局,针对不同区域状况因地制宜开展生态修复.研究可为生态安全格局构建提出一种新的思路,对生态可持续发展提供科学指导. 展开更多

目的 基于代谢组学方法探讨黄芪赤风汤(HQCF)对颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)大鼠的肝脏脂质代谢的作用机制。方法 SD大鼠随机分为5组:假手术组、模型组、阿托伐他汀钙片(Ato,1.8mg·kg^(-1))组和HQCF低、高剂量(1.53、3.06 g·kg^(-1))... 目的 基于代谢组学方法探讨黄芪赤风汤(HQCF)对颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)大鼠的肝脏脂质代谢的作用机制。方法 SD大鼠随机分为5组:假手术组、模型组、阿托伐他汀钙片(Ato,1.8mg·kg^(-1))组和HQCF低、高剂量(1.53、3.06 g·kg^(-1))组,采用动脉钳夹术联合高脂饲料喂养建立大鼠CAS模型,假手术组大鼠只做分离颈动脉处理而不使用血管钳,喂食基础饲料。造模时间持续12周,造模结束后ig给药,每天1次,持续28 d。HE染色评估大鼠颈动脉、肝脏的病理学形态;试剂盒法检测大鼠血清肝功能、血脂以及肝脏氧化指标水平;实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)法测定大鼠肝组织炎性因子基因表达水平;Western blotting法测定大鼠肝组织脂质代谢相关蛋白水平;非靶向代谢组学分析大鼠肝组织代谢物谱。结果 与模型组比较,HQCF组血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平显著下降(P<0.01);颈动脉纤维斑块与钙化灶生成明显减少,肝脏组织脂肪变性明显改善;肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力显著上调、丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下调(P<0.01),肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-6和IL-1β基因表达水平显著下调(P<0.01),脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)、胆固醇调节元件结合蛋白-1c(SREBP-1c)、前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9(PCSK9)蛋白表达水平显著下调且过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)蛋白表达水平显著上调(P<0.01);肝脏非靶向代谢共鉴定出30个差异代谢物,主要富集于初级胆汁酸生物合成、鞘脂代谢、色氨酸代谢等代谢途径。结论 HQCF改善CAS大鼠血脂紊乱的作用机制与调节肝脏组织代谢物水平,从而改善肝脏脂质代谢相关。 展开更多

目的基于NLRP3炎症小体探讨黄芪赤风汤(HQCF)通过改善动脉粥样硬化(AS)内皮损伤的分子机制。方法氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)诱导bEnd.3细胞构建内皮细胞损伤模型,结合si-激活NOD样受体家族含pyrin结构域蛋白3(NLRP3)基因敲低技术及HQCF(5... 目的基于NLRP3炎症小体探讨黄芪赤风汤(HQCF)通过改善动脉粥样硬化(AS)内皮损伤的分子机制。方法氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)诱导bEnd.3细胞构建内皮细胞损伤模型,结合si-激活NOD样受体家族含pyrin结构域蛋白3(NLRP3)基因敲低技术及HQCF(50、100、200μg·mL^(-1))干预。乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)试剂盒检测bEnd.3细胞受损伤程度;试剂盒法检测bEnd.3细胞内总胆固醇(TC)、游离胆固醇(FC)、胆固醇酯(CE)水平和CE/TC;实时荧光定量PCR(qRTPCR)检测bEnd.3细胞炎性因子白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6、IL-18和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和黏附分子细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)基因表达水平;DCFH-DA探针通过流式细胞仪检测bEnd.3细胞内活性氧(ROS)含量;Western blotting检测bEnd.3细胞中Toll样受体4(TLR4)、p-核因子κB(NF-κB)/NF-κB、核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)、含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶-1(Caspase-1)和凋亡相关斑点样蛋白(ASC)蛋白表达水平;qRT-PCR评估si-NLRP3序列的转染效率;油红O染色评估b End.3细胞内脂质聚积情况。结果与模型组相比,HQCF组LDH释放量显著减少(P<0.05、0.01),TC、FC、CE水平及CE/TC显著降低(P<0.05、0.01),ROS水平显著下调(P<0.01),IL-1β、IL-6、IL-18、TNF-αm RNA表达水平显著下调(P<0.01),TLR4、p-NF-κB/NF-κB、NLRP3、Caspase-1和ASC蛋白表达水平显著下调(P<0.01)。与ox-LDL+si-NC组相比,ox-LDL+si-NLRP3组和ox-LDL+si-NLRP3+HQCF组细胞脂质蓄积情况明显改善,且以ox-LDL+si-NLRP3+HQCF组改善效果最佳;ox-LDL+si-NLRP3组细胞TC和CE水平显著下调(P<0.01),FC和CE/TC有下调趋势但无统计学意义,ox-LDL+si-NLRP3+HQCF组细胞TC、FC、CE、CE/TC的水平显著下调(P<0.01);ox-LDL+si-NLRP3组与ox-LDL+si-NLRP3+HQCF组bEnd.3细胞ICAM-1和VCAM-1 mRNA表达水平显著下调(P<0.01)。结论HQCF通过抑制NLRP3炎症小体通路激活,减轻ox-LDL诱导的内皮细胞脂质蓄积及炎症,从而发挥抗AS内皮细胞损伤的作用。 展开更多

大兴安岭南段多金属成矿带多源遥感蚀变信息提取研究——以内蒙古赤峰地区为例

内蒙古赤峰北部地区拥有丰富的铅锌银锡钨铜锂铍铌钽钼铁矿产资源,是大兴安岭南段有色金属-稀有金属-银成矿带的重要组成区域。前人对大兴安岭南段,特别是赤峰地区开展了大量的地、物、化、遥和矿产等各方面的调查,但仍缺少有效的浅覆... 内蒙古赤峰北部地区拥有丰富的铅锌银锡钨铜锂铍铌钽钼铁矿产资源,是大兴安岭南段有色金属-稀有金属-银成矿带的重要组成区域。前人对大兴安岭南段,特别是赤峰地区开展了大量的地、物、化、遥和矿产等各方面的调查,但仍缺少有效的浅覆盖区找矿方法。考虑该区成矿地质背景、矿床的空间分布规律等综合因素,本文采用多源遥感技术对赤峰北部的克什克腾旗和林西县开展矿化蚀变信息提取。利用多光谱数据(Landsat-8、ASTER数据)通过主成分分析法提取了不同类别的矿物蚀变信息;针对GF-5数据,采用混合调谐匹配滤波技术对矿化蚀变信息进行提取;再将三种遥感提取结果进行叠加分析,完成成矿靶区的圈定,并开展野外验证,进一步深化遥感在地质矿产资源调查领域的应用。基于Landsat-8、ASTER两种多光谱数据对铁染、羟基类(Mg-OH、Al-OH)矿物信息进行了提取;基于GF-5数据识别出了白云母、绿帘石、高岭石3种蚀变矿物。经过野外验证发现,遥感提取结果与实际蚀变异常对应良好,并在圈定的靶区内发现了锡铜银铅锌矿化。本次研究结合不同数据源的提取与叠加结果,同时通过野外验证,印证了本文使用的矿化蚀变信息遥感提取方法的准确度。多光谱-高光谱遥感数据相结合有助于后续蚀变分带的分析与更精确的成矿预测,从而更好地服务于矿产资源调查等领域。 展开更多

目的探索黄芪赤风汤对脑缺血/再灌注损伤的神经保护作用及对小鼠血清中炎症因子CRP、TNF-α、IL-18、IL-1β表达的影响。方法体外:将BV2细胞分为对照组、模型组及黄芪赤风汤低、中、高剂量组5组,构建氧糖剥夺/再复氧(OGD/R)模型,采用CC... 目的探索黄芪赤风汤对脑缺血/再灌注损伤的神经保护作用及对小鼠血清中炎症因子CRP、TNF-α、IL-18、IL-1β表达的影响。方法体外:将BV2细胞分为对照组、模型组及黄芪赤风汤低、中、高剂量组5组,构建氧糖剥夺/再复氧(OGD/R)模型,采用CCK-8法检测细胞的活性;体内:使用随机数字表的方法,将25只C57BL/6小鼠随机分配到以下5组:假手术组、模型组及低、中、高剂量的黄芪赤风汤组,构建大脑中动脉栓塞/再灌注(MCAO/R)模型,采用改良神经功能缺损评分(mNSS)对小鼠进行神经行为学评价,TTC染色估算小鼠脑组织梗死体积,HE和Nissl染色观察小鼠脑组织内神经元的变化,ELISA检测血清中CRP、TNF-α、IL-18、IL-1β的表达。结果体外:模型组BV2细胞存活率较对照组降低(P=0.0004<0.001);黄芪赤风汤低、中、高剂量组BV2细胞存活率均较模型组提高,以高剂量组最为明显,但差异无显著性(P=0.3459>0.05)。体内:模型组小鼠的mNSS评分较假手术组显著升高(P<0.0001),脑组织梗死体积明显增加(P=0.0002<0.001),脑组织梗死部位的神经元发生形态改变,部分神经元变性、坏死,伴有空泡形成,细胞核固缩、深染,胞质内尼氏体的数量减少且着色变浅,血清中的炎症因子CRP、TNF-α、IL-18、IL-1β的表达均明显增加(P<0.0001);黄芪赤风汤低、中、高剂量组的mNSS评分均较模型组有不同程度的降低,以黄芪赤风汤高剂量组最为明显(P=0.0002<0.001),且脑组织的梗死体积减少,尤其是高剂量组(P=0.0144<0.05),脑组织梗死部位的神经元病理形态得到改善,血清中CRP、TNF-α、IL-18、IL-1β表达水平降低,亦以高剂量组效果最佳(P=0.0001<0.001,P=0.0011<0.01,P<0.0001,P=0.0003<0.001)。结论黄芪赤风汤对脑缺血/再灌注损伤具有一定的神经保护作用,其作用机制可能与CRP、IL-18、IL-1β等炎症因子介导的神经炎症反应密切相关。 展开更多

目的观察推拿联合加味黄芪赤风汤治疗神经根型颈椎病气虚血瘀证患者的临床疗效。方法选择神经根型颈椎病气虚血瘀证患者120例,按随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组予加味黄芪赤风汤治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合推拿治疗... 目的观察推拿联合加味黄芪赤风汤治疗神经根型颈椎病气虚血瘀证患者的临床疗效。方法选择神经根型颈椎病气虚血瘀证患者120例,按随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组予加味黄芪赤风汤治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合推拿治疗。比较2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分、日本骨科协会(JOA)评分、颈椎前屈活动度、中医症状积分、椎-基底动脉血流参数以及治疗后6个月生活质量量表(SF-36)评分变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组VAS评分、NDI评分、中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05),JOA评分、颈椎生理曲度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),RI低于对照组(P<0.05),PSV与TMFV高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,观察组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论推拿联合加味黄芪赤风汤治疗神经根型颈椎病气虚血瘀证患者,可提高临床疗效,改善患者颈椎功能,促进患者椎-基底动脉血流供应恢复。 展开更多

1954年学术界正式提出“红山文化”,明确了其考古学文化类型的地位。1954年-2024年,内蒙古自治区赤峰地区共发现红山文化遗址700余处,积累了大量现代考古学调查和发掘经验,这些资料与研究成果都促使红山文化研究进入了新的阶段。作为红... 1954年学术界正式提出“红山文化”,明确了其考古学文化类型的地位。1954年-2024年,内蒙古自治区赤峰地区共发现红山文化遗址700余处,积累了大量现代考古学调查和发掘经验,这些资料与研究成果都促使红山文化研究进入了新的阶段。作为红山文化的发现地、命名地,赤峰目前有最繁多、最密集、最全面的红山文化遗迹,其特征性遗迹为半地穴房址、祭坛、积石冢;代表性遗物为陶器、石器、玉器。这些遗迹和遗物揭示了古代社会的独特面貌和文明起源的初始样态,显示了红山文化在中华文明起源中占据的重要地位。70年来,关于红山文化的研究虽然取得了一系列重要成果,但是,想要更加系统、科学地研究红山文化,就必须多尝试与统计学、植物学、体质人类学、历史地理学等学科的交叉贯通,多借鉴应用物理学和分析化学领域的检测手段,利用科学技术助力文物分析,这是当前非常有潜力的研究领域。 展开更多
