Methods: from 2019 to December 2020, 70 patients with thoracic obstruction admitted to our hospital were divided into control group and study group. The control group was given conventional nursing researchers and related traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention nursing measures. The adverse mood and compliance behavior before and after treatment were analyzed. Results: SAS real-time detection was applied to the two groups of patients, and the adverse emotions and related effects of compliance behavior between the two groups were comprehensively analyzed. The study group was significantly better than the control group, and the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). It was found that there was a significant difference between the study group and the control group, and the data of the study group was significantly better, which we call statistically significant (P < 0.05). The two groups of patients in compliance behavior, through the study found that the data of the study group was significantly better than the control group, the data between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: combined with the actual situation of patients with thoracic obstruction, through conventional nursing methods and traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing intervention measures, the implementation of patients' bad mood and compliance behavior can be effectively improved, which greatly improves the scientific effect of clinical treatment, effectively improves the overall nursing effect of patients' bad mood, and is worthy of clinical promotion.展开更多
