Objective:To investigate the impact of MDT-oriented CBL model on teaching for cardiac nursing interns.Methods:A convenience sampling study was conducted with 100 cardiac nursing interns from September 2023 to June 202...Objective:To investigate the impact of MDT-oriented CBL model on teaching for cardiac nursing interns.Methods:A convenience sampling study was conducted with 100 cardiac nursing interns from September 2023 to June 2024 as subjects.The cohort was divided into two groups:50 interns(control group,traditional teaching method)from September 2023 to January 2024,and 50 interns(experimental group,MDT-oriented CBL model)from February 2024 to June 2024.Comparative analyses were performed on theoretical assessments,practical skill evaluations,and teaching satisfaction.Results:The experimental group demonstrated higher scores in both theoretical and practical knowledge assessments(p<0.05)compared to the control group.The experimental group also scored higher in all skill assessment categories(communication,teamwork,emergency response,medical history acquisition,organizational skills,humanistic care,and clinical competence)(p<0.05).Satisfaction ratings for teaching objectives,content,methods,process,and outcomes were significantly higher in the experimental group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing the MDT-oriented CBL model in cardiac nursing education significantly improves interns’theoretical and practical knowledge assessment scores,enhances nursing skills,and increases teaching satisfaction.This teaching model demonstrates significant potential for widespread application.展开更多

Methods: a total of 124 students majoring in acupuncture and moxibustion from 2019 to 2020 in our university were selected as the experimental subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by using the digital parity method. During the course of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, routine teaching mode and case teaching method were used to implement the teaching. The differences in teaching effect, students' examination scores and students' satisfaction degree among the groups were counted. Results: the scores of practical ability and comprehensive ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of theoretical, practical and case analysis of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (p < 0.05). The scores of teaching contents, teaching methods and teachers' satisfaction indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: case-based teaching method can effectively improve students' assessment results and comprehensive ability, increase their satisfaction with the teaching model, and at the same time, it can fully mobilize students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, which is beneficial to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect, and is suitable for further promotion and reference.展开更多

Methods: Two classes in junior year were selected by convenience sampling in 2022, and the two classes were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group by tossing a coin. The intervention group utilized the case combined with seminar teaching method, while the control group used the traditional teaching-based method. The stage test average score, final exam results were compared after the end of the course. The autonomous learning ability evaluation scale and the Chinese critical thinking ability scale were used to attain students’ autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability before and after the course. The self-made evaluation scale was used to know students’ evaluation of the new teaching method after the course. Results: 1) The stage test average scores of the intervention group and the control group were 79.13 ± 6.39 and 74.67 ± 5.25 respectively (P , the final exam scores were 79.83 ± 6.09 and 75.21 ± 4.91 respectively (P < 0.05);2) The total scores of autonomous learning ability were 118.67 ± 7.70 and 106.49 ± 7.67 respectively (P , and the total scores of critical thinking ability were 283.45 ± 7.82 and 251.37 ± 8.93 respectively (P < 0.05);3) More than 80% of the students in the intervention group believed that the case combined with seminar teaching method could deepen the understanding of knowledge, promote the habit of thinking and literature consulting, and improve the ability to analyze and solve problems, integrate knowledge and communicate and coordinate. Conclusions: Application of case combined with seminar teaching method in Pediatric Nursing improved the students’ autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability, and strengthened the students’ understanding and application of knowledge. One class was randomly selected as the observation group, and the other was the control group, with 28 students in each class. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the observation group adopted the hierarchical progressive case teaching method to evaluate the assessment results, teaching effects and teaching satisfaction of the two groups. Results: the assessment pass rate of the observation group was 100.0%, significantly higher than that of the control group by 82.14% (P 0.05). The teaching satisfaction rate was 100.0%, 96.43%, 100.0%, 100.0% and 96.43%, significantly higher than the control group, 82.14%, 78.57%, 82.14%, 78.57% and 78.57% (P 0.05). The suitability of the teaching mode of the observation group and the active recognition of classroom atmosphere were 100.0% and 100.0% were significantly higher than 60.00% and 50.00% (P 0.05) in the teaching mode of teachers (P> 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of hierarchical and progressive case teaching method in the clinical teaching of TCM gynecology can improve students assessment performance, improve the effect of classroom teaching, and obtain the recognition of teachers. Moreover, students satisfaction with the teaching mode is high, which is worth promoting.展开更多

Methods: from January 2020, 40 residents who implemented standardized resident training in the Department of Anesthesiology of our hospital to December 2020, were divided into control and observation groups based on different training modes, with 20 patients in each group. The control group gave the routine teaching, and the observation group taught the case fragmentation. Compare the academic performance of the two groups of doctors (skill level and theoretical knowledge), clinical ability test results (preoperative visit, anesthesia protocol preparation, preoperative preparation, anesthesia operation, intraoperative management, clinical competence), and teaching satisfaction (very satisfactory, general satisfaction and unsatisfactory). Results: the results of the observation group were higher than the control group, and the results of preoperative visit, anesthesia plan formulation, preoperative preparation, intraoperative management and clinical competence, with P <0.05;the teaching intervention was 95%, higher than the control group, but the difference was not obvious (P> 0.05). Conclusion: case fragmentation teaching in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents can play a remarkable role in improving the teaching effect, enhancing the doctors' clinical ability and improving the teaching satisfaction, which is worth promoting and implementing in the industry.展开更多

文摘Objective:To explore the effect of fragmented case teaching in the standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department.Methods:80 doctors who participated in the standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the 80 doctors were divided into experimental groups according to the clinical teaching mode(n=40,implemented case fragmented teaching method)and the control group(n=40,traditional teaching method).The training lasted for 2 months,and the medical history collection,medical record analysis,practical operation ability,theoretical assessment results,and the degree of satisfaction towards the training of the two groups of doctors were compared.Results:After 2 months of training,the theoretical knowledge and operational ability of the doctors in the two groups have improved to a certain extent,but the medical history collection,medical record analysis,practical operation ability,theoretical assessment results and satisfaction of the doctors in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the fragmented case teaching method in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents is significantly better than the traditional teaching mode.The abilities of doctors have significantly improved after the training.Hence,the fragmented case teaching method is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
文摘Objective:To investigate the effect of using audible thinking combined with the case teaching method in the teaching of nursing checkups for regulation nurses.Methods:The period was April 2023–April 2024,and a randomized controlled group study was carried out in which 76 regulation nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into a research group and a control group,with 38 regulation nurses in each group.The control group used conventional teaching methods,and the research group used audible thinking combined with the case teaching method,comparing the two groups’independent learning ability scores,assessment scores,and teaching satisfaction.Results:Independent learning ability score:after teaching,the research group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);Assessment results:the research group was considerably higher than the control group(P<0.05);Teaching satisfaction:the research group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of audible thinking combined with the case teaching method in the teaching of nursing room visits for trained nurses can improve independent learning ability and assessment results and increase teaching satisfaction.

文摘Taking contents of Italian Renaissance gardens in the course Foreign Landscape Architecture History as an example,this paper introduces case teaching method and analyzes application of three-dimensional graphic analysis method in case teaching in detail,aiming at typical cases of Italian Renaissance gardens,namely,Villa Medici,Fiesole and Villa d’Este,Tivoli.Three-dimensional graphic analysis can help students form intuitive feeling of terrain and space,further understand the typical gardening techniques of foreign gardens,so as to improve the teaching effect of landscape architecture history course.

文摘Since the idea of“Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education”was formally proposed in 2016,it has rapidly become a research hotspot in education reform.Although a large number of relevant studies have focused on the effective paths to curriculum-based ideological and political education in specific courses,there are few studies on how to integrate ideological and political education contents into particular courses under specific educational concepts and by particular teaching methods.Thus,this paper will explore how to improve the teaching effectiveness of curriculumbased ideological and political education in College English course with the OBE concept as the driving force and the case teaching method as the means.Finally,a few thoughts on the application of case teaching method in College English course are offered.

文摘Objective: to explore the value of applying case teaching method to the teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in colleges and universities. Methods: a total of 124 students majoring in acupuncture and moxibustion from 2019 to 2020 in our university were selected as the experimental subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by using the digital parity method. During the course of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, routine teaching mode and case teaching method were used to implement the teaching. The differences in teaching effect, students' examination scores and students' satisfaction degree among the groups were counted. Results: the scores of practical ability and comprehensive ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of theoretical, practical and case analysis of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (p < 0.05). The scores of teaching contents, teaching methods and teachers' satisfaction indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: case-based teaching method can effectively improve students' assessment results and comprehensive ability, increase their satisfaction with the teaching model, and at the same time, it can fully mobilize students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, which is beneficial to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect, and is suitable for further promotion and reference.
文摘Objective: To explore the application effect of case combined with seminar teaching method in Pediatric Nursing. Methods: Two classes in junior year were selected by convenience sampling in 2022, and the two classes were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group by tossing a coin. The intervention group utilized the case combined with seminar teaching method, while the control group used the traditional teaching-based method. The stage test average score, final exam results were compared after the end of the course. The autonomous learning ability evaluation scale and the Chinese critical thinking ability scale were used to attain students’ autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability before and after the course. The self-made evaluation scale was used to know students’ evaluation of the new teaching method after the course. Results: 1) The stage test average scores of the intervention group and the control group were 79.13 ± 6.39 and 74.67 ± 5.25 respectively (P , the final exam scores were 79.83 ± 6.09 and 75.21 ± 4.91 respectively (P < 0.05);2) The total scores of autonomous learning ability were 118.67 ± 7.70 and 106.49 ± 7.67 respectively (P , and the total scores of critical thinking ability were 283.45 ± 7.82 and 251.37 ± 8.93 respectively (P < 0.05);3) More than 80% of the students in the intervention group believed that the case combined with seminar teaching method could deepen the understanding of knowledge, promote the habit of thinking and literature consulting, and improve the ability to analyze and solve problems, integrate knowledge and communicate and coordinate. Conclusions: Application of case combined with seminar teaching method in Pediatric Nursing improved the students’ autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability, and strengthened the students’ understanding and application of knowledge. The students had a positive attitude towards the new teaching method.
文摘Objective:To analyze the feasibility of adopting a combined ladder and case teaching method in otolaryngology nursing teaching.Method:Nursing students in the otolaryngology department were selected.According to the admission time of nursing students,30 nursing students formed a control group(conventional nursing teaching),and 30 nursing students who were admitted later formed an observation group(ladder and case teaching method).The learning performance and teaching effectiveness of nursing students under different teaching methods were analyzed.Result:The academic performance and teaching effectiveness of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the ladder and case teaching method during the teaching of otolaryngology nursing significantly improved the student’s academic performance and teaching effectiveness.This method has great practical value.
文摘Objective: explore the application value of hierarchical and progressive case teaching in clinical teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 56 students from one class of 2018 in the five-year program of traditional Chinese medicine major of our school were selected as the research objects from March to June 2022. One class was randomly selected as the observation group, and the other was the control group, with 28 students in each class. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the observation group adopted the hierarchical progressive case teaching method to evaluate the assessment results, teaching effects and teaching satisfaction of the two groups. Results: the assessment pass rate of the observation group was 100.0%, significantly higher than that of the control group by 82.14% (P 0.05). The teaching satisfaction rate was 100.0%, 96.43%, 100.0%, 100.0% and 96.43%, significantly higher than the control group, 82.14%, 78.57%, 82.14%, 78.57% and 78.57% (P 0.05). The suitability of the teaching mode of the observation group and the active recognition of classroom atmosphere were 100.0% and 100.0% were significantly higher than 60.00% and 50.00% (P 0.05) in the teaching mode of teachers (P> 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of hierarchical and progressive case teaching method in the clinical teaching of TCM gynecology can improve students assessment performance, improve the effect of classroom teaching, and obtain the recognition of teachers. Moreover, students satisfaction with the teaching mode is high, which is worth promoting.

文摘Objective: to analyze the value and effect of case fragmentation teaching in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents. Methods: from January 2020, 40 residents who implemented standardized resident training in the Department of Anesthesiology of our hospital to December 2020, were divided into control and observation groups based on different training modes, with 20 patients in each group. The control group gave the routine teaching, and the observation group taught the case fragmentation. Compare the academic performance of the two groups of doctors (skill level and theoretical knowledge), clinical ability test results (preoperative visit, anesthesia protocol preparation, preoperative preparation, anesthesia operation, intraoperative management, clinical competence), and teaching satisfaction (very satisfactory, general satisfaction and unsatisfactory). Results: the results of the observation group were higher than the control group, and the results of preoperative visit, anesthesia plan formulation, preoperative preparation, intraoperative management and clinical competence, with P <0.05;the teaching intervention was 95%, higher than the control group, but the difference was not obvious (P> 0.05). Conclusion: case fragmentation teaching in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents can play a remarkable role in improving the teaching effect, enhancing the doctors' clinical ability and improving the teaching satisfaction, which is worth promoting and implementing in the industry.
