Objective:To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching methods in pharmacoeconomics teaching.Methods:The students majoring in clinical pharmacy in 2019 were selecte...Objective:To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching methods in pharmacoeconomics teaching.Methods:The students majoring in clinical pharmacy in 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and the cost-effectiveness analysis of different dosage forms of Yinzhihuang in the treatment of neonatal jaundice was selected as the teaching case.The flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method was used to carry out theoretical teaching to the students.After the course,questionnaires were distributed through the Sojump platform to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:The results of the questionnaire showed that 85.71%of the students believed that the flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method was helpful in mobilizing the learning enthusiasm and initiative,and improving the comprehensive application ability of the knowledge of pharmacoeconomics.92.86%of the students think that it is conducive to the understanding and memorization of learning content,as well as the cultivation of teamwork,communication,etc.Conclusion:Flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method can improve students’knowledge mastery,thinking skills,and practical application skills,as well as optimize and improve teachers’teaching levels.展开更多

Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the case-based three-dimensional teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking in the teaching of trainee nurses in the rehabilitation department.Method:Eighty nursi...Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the case-based three-dimensional teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking in the teaching of trainee nurses in the rehabilitation department.Method:Eighty nursing practice nurses who were conducting clinical practice learning in the Rehabilitation Department of Deyang People’s Hospital from June 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects.By using the controlled grouping method,the practice nurses from June 2024 to November 2024 were taken as the control group(n=40).The period from December 2024 to May 2025 was taken as the experimental group(n=40 students),the control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group was taught by evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method.The clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,exit assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of intern nurses at the time of leaving the department were compared.Results:At the time of leaving the department,the scores of each dimension and the total score of clinical thinking ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=9.268,6.354,6.199)9.694,all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the scores of each dimension and the total score of the autonomous learning ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=6.998,7.333,5.503,5.977,22.244)all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the theoretical assessment scores and operational assessment scores of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group(t=14.546,11.676,all p<0.05).At the time of graduation,the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=7.314,p<0.05.Conclusion:The adoption of the case-based three-dimensional teaching.Rehabilitation method guided by the evidence-based ideology during the teaching process can effectively improve the clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,departmental assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the intern nurses in the rehabilitation department,which is worthy of reference.展开更多

To address the widespread challenges of insufficient classroom participation,difficulty maintaining learning interest,and inaccurate learning outcome assessment in existing teaching models,this study introduces a hybr...To address the widespread challenges of insufficient classroom participation,difficulty maintaining learning interest,and inaccurate learning outcome assessment in existing teaching models,this study introduces a hybrid and dual-teacher classroom model.Based on big data and online platforms,this study constructs a music teaching resource system that integrates online micro-lessons,real-time interaction,virtual choirs,collaborative composition,and learning behavior tracking to enhance the openness and personalization of teaching.Through comparative experiments,the study focuses on changes in student knowledge acquisition,musical skills,learning interest,and classroom engagement.Results show that the experimental group significantly outperforms the control group in terms of improvement in knowledge test scores,rhythm and pitch performance,task completion rate,and scores on the learning motivation questionnaire.Differences are particularly prominent in interaction frequency and the expressiveness of the work.The study shows that Group A demonstrates significant improvement in all three dimensions:interest increases from 3.1 to 4.2;autonomous learning motivation increases from 3.0 to 4.1;emotional engagement increases from 3.2 to 4.3,demonstrating strong positive effects.Experimental Group B shows the greatest improvement,with interest increasing from 3.0 to 4.5,autonomous learning motivation from 2.9 to 4.4,and emotional engagement from 3.1 to 4.6,indicating the most significant improvements in learning attitudes and emotions.展开更多
This systematic review aims to examine the role of modern technologies in supporting quality in teaching and learning processes.Using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)guideline...This systematic review aims to examine the role of modern technologies in supporting quality in teaching and learning processes.Using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)guidelines,a comprehensive analysis of literature published between 2020-2025 was conducted to identify current trends,challenges,and advances in technology-enhanced education.The study analyzed 15 peer-reviewed articles focusing on the implementation of modern technologies such as technology-enhanced learning platforms,professional development systems,electronic educational resources,information technology applications,and next-generation learning systems in educational settings.The findings reveal that modern technologies significantly enhance learning outcomes,student engagement,and teaching effectiveness when properly implemented.Key benefits include improved 21st century skills development(up to 38%improvement),enhanced teaching competency(37%improvement),increased learning efficiency(41%enhancement),and better classroom performance(35%improvement in efficiency).However,challenges such as systematic implementation requirements,pedagogical integration needs,infrastructure limitations,technical investment requirements,and institutional coordination barriers remain significant obstacles to widespread adoption.The review identifies emerging technologies including next-generation learning systems,interactive digital platforms,and innovative teaching technologies as promising solutions for future educational enhancement.The study concludes that successful integration of modern technologies requires systematic implementation approaches,comprehensive teacher training,robust institutional support,pedagogical alignment,and continuous evaluation processes.Critical success factors include strategic planning,quality assurance frameworks,sustainability planning,and evidence-based decision making.These findings provide valuable insights for educators,policymakers,and technology developers working to improve educational quality through technological innovation.The research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on technology-enhanced education and offers practical recommendations for implementing sustainable and effective digital learning solutions that prioritize pedagogical effectiveness while leveraging technological capabilities for comprehensive educational enhancement.展开更多
Objective:To explore the application effect of the case-based problem-based learning(PBL)teaching model in clinical microbiology laboratory internship teaching,and provide a reference for the reform of clinical practi...Objective:To explore the application effect of the case-based problem-based learning(PBL)teaching model in clinical microbiology laboratory internship teaching,and provide a reference for the reform of clinical practical teaching.Methods:A total of 36 students who interned in the Clinical Laboratory of the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from May 2023 to April 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by the envelope method,with 18 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional lecture-based teaching model,while the study group used the case-based PBL teaching model.The teaching scores,teaching quality,and satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results:The theoretical score(65.28±2.78),skill score(26.06±2.34),and total score(91.33±3.54)of the study group were all higher than those of the control group(61.67±3.01,22.28±2.49,83.94±3.72,respectively),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that the scores of students in the study group in terms of autonomous learning,clinical thinking ability,comprehension ability,and learning interest were significantly higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the satisfaction rate of students in the study group with the teaching was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PBL teaching model can effectively improve the academic performance of interns and the quality of teaching,enhance teaching satisfaction,and thus serve as a powerful auxiliary teaching method in clinical internship education.展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To assess the effect of case-based learning(CBL)in the education of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).METHODS:The studies concerning TCM courses designed with CBL were included by searching the databases of ...OBJECTIVE:To assess the effect of case-based learning(CBL)in the education of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).METHODS:The studies concerning TCM courses designed with CBL were included by searching the databases of EBSCO,Pubmed,Science Citation Index,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Chongqing VIP database.The valid data was extracted in accordance with the included criteria.The quality of the studies was assessed with Gemma Flores-Masteo.RESULTS:A total of 22 articles were retrieved that met the selection criteria:one was of high quality;two were of low quality;the rest were categorized as moderate quality.The majority of the studiesdemonstrated the better effect produced by CBL,while a few studies showed no difference,compared with the didactic format.All included studies confirmed the favorable effect on learners'attitude,skills and ability.CONCLUSION:CBL showed the desirable results in achieving the goal of learning.Compared to didactic approach,it played a more active role in promoting students'competency.Since the quality of the articles on which the study was based was not so high,the findings still need further research to become substantiated.展开更多

文摘The disconnection between teaching,learning,and evaluation is particularly pronounced in traditional high school chemistry teaching.To align with the demands of the new curriculum standards for talent development,it is essential to implement reforms and innovations in teaching methods.This paper initially elucidates the integrated concept of teaching,learning,and evaluation,as well as its practical significance in the classroom.Subsequently,it explores the effective teaching design centered on the theme of iron and its compounds,actively investigating the implementation approach of the integration principle of teaching,learning,and evaluation in classroom.Furthermore,the paper emphasizes the pivotal role of the evaluation part in fostering the professional development of teachers and enhancing the core competencies of students,ultimately aiming to achieve high efficiency and quality in chemistry classroom teaching.
文摘To address the widespread challenges of insufficient classroom participation,difficulty maintaining learning interest,and inaccurate learning outcome assessment in existing teaching models,this study introduces a hybrid and dual-teacher classroom model.Based on big data and online platforms,this study constructs a music teaching resource system that integrates online micro-lessons,real-time interaction,virtual choirs,collaborative composition,and learning behavior tracking to enhance the openness and personalization of teaching.Through comparative experiments,the study focuses on changes in student knowledge acquisition,musical skills,learning interest,and classroom engagement.Results show that the experimental group significantly outperforms the control group in terms of improvement in knowledge test scores,rhythm and pitch performance,task completion rate,and scores on the learning motivation questionnaire.Differences are particularly prominent in interaction frequency and the expressiveness of the work.The study shows that Group A demonstrates significant improvement in all three dimensions:interest increases from 3.1 to 4.2;autonomous learning motivation increases from 3.0 to 4.1;emotional engagement increases from 3.2 to 4.3,demonstrating strong positive effects.Experimental Group B shows the greatest improvement,with interest increasing from 3.0 to 4.5,autonomous learning motivation from 2.9 to 4.4,and emotional engagement from 3.1 to 4.6,indicating the most significant improvements in learning attitudes and emotions.
文摘This systematic review aims to examine the role of modern technologies in supporting quality in teaching and learning processes.Using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)guidelines,a comprehensive analysis of literature published between 2020-2025 was conducted to identify current trends,challenges,and advances in technology-enhanced education.The study analyzed 15 peer-reviewed articles focusing on the implementation of modern technologies such as technology-enhanced learning platforms,professional development systems,electronic educational resources,information technology applications,and next-generation learning systems in educational settings.The findings reveal that modern technologies significantly enhance learning outcomes,student engagement,and teaching effectiveness when properly implemented.Key benefits include improved 21st century skills development(up to 38%improvement),enhanced teaching competency(37%improvement),increased learning efficiency(41%enhancement),and better classroom performance(35%improvement in efficiency).However,challenges such as systematic implementation requirements,pedagogical integration needs,infrastructure limitations,technical investment requirements,and institutional coordination barriers remain significant obstacles to widespread adoption.The review identifies emerging technologies including next-generation learning systems,interactive digital platforms,and innovative teaching technologies as promising solutions for future educational enhancement.The study concludes that successful integration of modern technologies requires systematic implementation approaches,comprehensive teacher training,robust institutional support,pedagogical alignment,and continuous evaluation processes.Critical success factors include strategic planning,quality assurance frameworks,sustainability planning,and evidence-based decision making.These findings provide valuable insights for educators,policymakers,and technology developers working to improve educational quality through technological innovation.The research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on technology-enhanced education and offers practical recommendations for implementing sustainable and effective digital learning solutions that prioritize pedagogical effectiveness while leveraging technological capabilities for comprehensive educational enhancement.

文摘Objective:To explore the application effect of the case-based problem-based learning(PBL)teaching model in clinical microbiology laboratory internship teaching,and provide a reference for the reform of clinical practical teaching.Methods:A total of 36 students who interned in the Clinical Laboratory of the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from May 2023 to April 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by the envelope method,with 18 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional lecture-based teaching model,while the study group used the case-based PBL teaching model.The teaching scores,teaching quality,and satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results:The theoretical score(65.28±2.78),skill score(26.06±2.34),and total score(91.33±3.54)of the study group were all higher than those of the control group(61.67±3.01,22.28±2.49,83.94±3.72,respectively),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that the scores of students in the study group in terms of autonomous learning,clinical thinking ability,comprehension ability,and learning interest were significantly higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the satisfaction rate of students in the study group with the teaching was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PBL teaching model can effectively improve the academic performance of interns and the quality of teaching,enhance teaching satisfaction,and thus serve as a powerful auxiliary teaching method in clinical internship education.

文摘With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,deep learning,as one of its core technologies,occupies an important position in the cultivation of applied talents.Based on the concept of integration of industry and education,this paper proposes a systematic teaching reform plan to address the issues of disconnection between theory and practice,single teaching methods,and insufficient practical resources in the deep learning courses for professional master’s students at our university.Through deep cooperation with Huawei Cloud Technologies Co.,Ltd.,we introduce cutting-edge theoretical content(such as GoogleNet,ResNet,Transformer,BERT,etc.),update practical cases(covering computer vision,natural language processing,and smart manufacturing),and adopt a case-led comprehensive teaching method combined with the online and offline hybrid practical platform ModelArts to promote the close integration of theory and practice.Simultaneously,a diversified evaluation system with practice as the core is constructed to comprehensively assess students’practical abilities and project execution levels.The research in this paper provides a valuable reference for the innovation of teaching modes and the cultivation of practical abilities in deep learning courses in higher education institutions.

文摘This study focuses on exploring the practical path of Micro Project-Based Learning from the perspective of integrated unit teaching,aiming to address the issue of integrating the Project Section with other sections in the new junior high school English textbook published by Shanghai Education Press.Based on two rounds of action research,a micro-project design framework is constructed,which includes“unit micro-project design”,“micro-project-based unit teaching”,“micro-project achievement display”,and“evaluation and reflection”.Practice shows that with the guidance of task lists and scaffolding support,this framework effectively promotes the integration of subject knowledge and the development of students’core competence,providing a transferable implementation paradigm for integrated unit teaching.

文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the effect of case-based learning(CBL)in the education of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).METHODS:The studies concerning TCM courses designed with CBL were included by searching the databases of EBSCO,Pubmed,Science Citation Index,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Chongqing VIP database.The valid data was extracted in accordance with the included criteria.The quality of the studies was assessed with Gemma Flores-Masteo.RESULTS:A total of 22 articles were retrieved that met the selection criteria:one was of high quality;two were of low quality;the rest were categorized as moderate quality.The majority of the studiesdemonstrated the better effect produced by CBL,while a few studies showed no difference,compared with the didactic format.All included studies confirmed the favorable effect on learners'attitude,skills and ability.CONCLUSION:CBL showed the desirable results in achieving the goal of learning.Compared to didactic approach,it played a more active role in promoting students'competency.Since the quality of the articles on which the study was based was not so high,the findings still need further research to become substantiated.
文摘Native language has been rejected for a long time in the foreign language class, which results from a misunderstanding to native language transfer by most teachers. Actually, it is an effective learning strategy to complete the communication task under the help of native language, which should be acknowledged. Using native language to explain specific words or grammar rules can take advantage of the limited class-time efficiently and increase the class efficiency; using native language to discuss teaching method and solve the problems for the students can promote their enthusiasm. In these specific teaching processes, native language is an important teaching resource. Instances identify that native language has positive effects in the foreign language learning and teaching and it should have its own standpoint.
