Observation on the Application of Case-based Three-dimensional Teaching Method Guided by Evidence-Based Thought in the Teaching of Intern Nurses in the Rehabilitation Department

Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the case-based three-dimensional teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking in the teaching of trainee nurses in the rehabilitation department.Method:Eighty nursing practice nurses who were conducting clinical practice learning in the Rehabilitation Department of Deyang People’s Hospital from June 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects.By using the controlled grouping method,the practice nurses from June 2024 to November 2024 were taken as the control group(n=40).The period from December 2024 to May 2025 was taken as the experimental group(n=40 students),the control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group was taught by evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method.The clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,exit assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of intern nurses at the time of leaving the department were compared.Results:At the time of leaving the department,the scores of each dimension and the total score of clinical thinking ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=9.268,6.354,6.199)9.694,all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the scores of each dimension and the total score of the autonomous learning ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=6.998,7.333,5.503,5.977,22.244)all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the theoretical assessment scores and operational assessment scores of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group(t=14.546,11.676,all p<0.05).At the time of graduation,the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=7.314,p<0.05.Conclusion:The adoption of the case-based three-dimensional teaching.Rehabilitation method guided by the evidence-based ideology during the teaching process can effectively improve the clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,departmental assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the intern nurses in the rehabilitation department,which is worthy of reference. 展开更多

Objective: The aim of this project was to train highly professional and specialized nursing students from medical colleges to adapt to bedside clinical care by exploring and discussing various methods of injection and IV infusion in animal experimentation to hone the core professional nursing competencies. Methods: Two classes from the 2012 senior graduating nursing class were randomly selected by a computer to conduct the diversified practical teaching methods based on animal experimentation. A hospital environment was simulated by requiring students to perform different types of injections and practical IV infusion techniques. A comprehensive evaluation of the core professional competencies, as well as other integrated competencies, was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the teaching methods. Results: Two-sampled, pairwise u-tests were performed between the scores of the experimental (nursing class 2) and control (nursing class 1) groups. These findings showed that the overall test scores were significantly higher in the experimental group compared to the control group and that the average P-values for the competencies in various categories were 〈0.01, which indicated statistically significant results. Conclusions: Based on the data from this project, diversified teaching methods for basic nursing training founded on animal experimentation can help nursing students perfect their core professional competencies and improve their overall professional standing. The introduction of animal experimentation requires further verification, and an increased acknowledgement of its benefits through the widespread dissemination of this information. 展开更多

In a teaching experiment, Japanese Grade 9 students investigated how to measure the height of an aerial balloon using different models involving angles and distances, and also to evaluate the models they developed. As novices to mathematical modelling, they needed to decide which of several possible models were both valid and practicable, and the errors in measurement that are likely to arise. Opportunities to construct and use paper models, as scale reductions of the real situation, and discussing their results in small groups were effective in moving forward the thinking of many students on the dimensions mentioned above. While students were less able to identify different sources of errors, many came to appreciate the need to learn trigonometric techniques that are more suitable in dealing with problems of this kind. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching methods in pharmacoeconomics teaching.Methods:The students majoring in clinical pharmacy in 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and the cost-effectiveness analysis of different dosage forms of Yinzhihuang in the treatment of neonatal jaundice was selected as the teaching case.The flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method was used to carry out theoretical teaching to the students.After the course,questionnaires were distributed through the Sojump platform to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:The results of the questionnaire showed that 85.71%of the students believed that the flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method was helpful in mobilizing the learning enthusiasm and initiative,and improving the comprehensive application ability of the knowledge of pharmacoeconomics.92.86%of the students think that it is conducive to the understanding and memorization of learning content,as well as the cultivation of teamwork,communication,etc.Conclusion:Flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method can improve students’knowledge mastery,thinking skills,and practical application skills,as well as optimize and improve teachers’teaching levels. 展开更多

随着人工智能技术深度赋能工程教育,传统“机械设计基础”课程在教学模式与评价体系上面临严峻挑战。为适应智能化教学转型需求,亟需构建更为科学的教学评价机制。针对当前评价方法中过程性评价缺失、实践与创新能力难以量化、评价维度... 随着人工智能技术深度赋能工程教育,传统“机械设计基础”课程在教学模式与评价体系上面临严峻挑战。为适应智能化教学转型需求,亟需构建更为科学的教学评价机制。针对当前评价方法中过程性评价缺失、实践与创新能力难以量化、评价维度单一等突出问题,文章将源于工业质量优化的正交试验法引入教学评价领域。通过融合机械学科内核与AI赋能教学特征,构建了包含“过程学习参与度、理论知识内化度、专业实践完成度、创新应用能力”的四维评价因素模型。在此基础上,设计L9(3^(4))正交试验,模拟AI环境下多种权重组合方案,以成绩区分度与能力导向性为指标,通过极差分析探寻各因素最优权重配比。结果表明:该方法能有效提升评价的科学性与有效性,显著强化对学生工程实践与创新素养的引导与评估。 展开更多

以FDM技术为核心的“增材制造技术”教学改革实践

[目的]将网络药理学与分子对接技术融入实验教学设计与实践,帮助本科生构建从分子水平到整体疗效的学习路径,深化对方剂机制的理解。[方法]以四逆汤组方配伍减毒增效为例,通过中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台(Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform,TCMSP)、Cytoscape 3.9.0软件构建网络,运用基因本体(gene ontology,GO)和京都基因与基因组百科全书(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes,KEGG)通路富集分析、分子对接等手段开展教学,并在教学中以实验预习、实验模拟以及团队协作能力培养为抓手,引导学生自主设计并完善验证性实验,最终依据线上操作和线下实验报告考核,完成过程和结果评价,及时做好教学反馈。[结果]通过收集四逆汤118个活性成分与364个共有靶点,学生可作图分析出丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶1(serine/threonine-protein kinase 1,AKT1)和白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)等核心靶点与相应信号通路,并经分子对接获得可视化数据。与传统教学相比,实验教学班级期末得分率较高,学习成果显著。[结论]网络药理学与分子对接技术在方剂学课程中的应用,有助于学生理解方剂的作用机制及疗效,有效提升方剂学的教学质量。 展开更多

Under the background of“new engineering”construction,software engineering teaching pays more attention to cultivating students’engineering practice and innovation ability.In view of the inconsistency between development and demand design,team division of labor,difficult measurement of individual contribution,single assessment method,and other problems in traditional practice teaching,this paper proposes that under the guidance of agile development methods,software engineering courses should adopt Scrum framework to organize course project practice,use agile collaboration platform to implement individual work,follow up experiment progress,and ensure effective project advancement.The statistical data of curriculum“diversity”assessment show that there is an obvious improvement effect on students’software engineering ability and quality. 展开更多
