Methods: a total of 124 students majoring in acupuncture and moxibustion from 2019 to 2020 in our university were selected as the experimental subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by using the digital parity method. During the course of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, routine teaching mode and case teaching method were used to implement the teaching. The differences in teaching effect, students' examination scores and students' satisfaction degree among the groups were counted. Results: the scores of practical ability and comprehensive ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of theoretical, practical and case analysis of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (p < 0.05). The scores of teaching contents, teaching methods and teachers' satisfaction indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: case-based teaching method can effectively improve students' assessment results and comprehensive ability, increase their satisfaction with the teaching model, and at the same time, it can fully mobilize students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, which is beneficial to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect, and is suitable for further promotion and reference.展开更多

Methods: the nursing students who participated in the practice of pediatrics in our hospital from April 2019 to August 2020 were taken as the research object of this subject, and 64 nursing students were involved in the teaching research. According to the double-blind method, the above-mentioned nursing students were divided into the general group (using the conventional teaching method to teach and train the nursing students) and the innovation group (using the innovative and improved case teaching method to teach and train the nursing students). Results: compared with the nursing students in the general group, the nursing students in the innovation group were more approbated to the quality of teaching and training. Through the examination of the nursing students in the two groups, it was found that the nursing students in the innovation group had better mastery of theoretical knowledge and application in practice (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the study found that nurses are a profession with high practical requirements, which requires practitioners to improve their practical ability on the basis of mastering enough theoretical knowledge. Through the development of case teaching method, the practice nursing students can quickly adapt to the current teaching work, improve the immersion of practice, and effectively improve the quality of teaching.展开更多

This article presents a micro-structure tensor enhanced elasto-plastic finite element(FE)method to address strength anisotropy in three-dimensional(3D)soil slope stability analysis.The gravity increase method(GIM)is e...This article presents a micro-structure tensor enhanced elasto-plastic finite element(FE)method to address strength anisotropy in three-dimensional(3D)soil slope stability analysis.The gravity increase method(GIM)is employed to analyze the stability of 3D anisotropic soil slopes.The accuracy of the proposed method is first verified against the data in the literature.We then simulate the 3D soil slope with a straight slope surface and the convex and concave slope surfaces with a 90turning corner to study the 3D effect on slope stability and the failure mechanism under anisotropy conditions.Based on our numerical results,the end effect significantly impacts the failure mechanism and safety factor.Anisotropy degree notably affects the safety factor,with higher degrees leading to deeper landslides.For concave slopes,they can be approximated by straight slopes with suitable boundary conditions to assess their stability.Furthermore,a case study of the Saint-Alban test embankment A in Quebec,Canada,is provided to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed FE model.展开更多

Methods: 56 students from one class of 2018 in the five-year p...Objective: explore the application value of hierarchical and progressive case teaching in clinical teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 56 students from one class of 2018 in the five-year program of traditional Chinese medicine major of our school were selected as the research objects from March to June 2022. One class was randomly selected as the observation group, and the other was the control group, with 28 students in each class. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the observation group adopted the hierarchical progressive case teaching method to evaluate the assessment results, teaching effects and teaching satisfaction of the two groups. Results: the assessment pass rate of the observation group was 100.0%, significantly higher than that of the control group by 82.14% (P 0.05). The teaching satisfaction rate was 100.0%, 96.43%, 100.0%, 100.0% and 96.43%, significantly higher than the control group, 82.14%, 78.57%, 82.14%, 78.57% and 78.57% (P 0.05). The suitability of the teaching mode of the observation group and the active recognition of classroom atmosphere were 100.0% and 100.0% were significantly higher than 60.00% and 50.00% (P 0.05) in the teaching mode of teachers (P> 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of hierarchical and progressive case teaching method in the clinical teaching of TCM gynecology can improve students assessment performance, improve the effect of classroom teaching, and obtain the recognition of teachers. Moreover, students satisfaction with the teaching mode is high, which is worth promoting.展开更多

目的探讨学生主导的角色扮演联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)/案例教学法(case based learning,CBL)在儿科临床教学中的效果。方法选取2021年2—6月重庆医科大学儿科学院本科见习生中的105名学生作为研究对象,按...目的探讨学生主导的角色扮演联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)/案例教学法(case based learning,CBL)在儿科临床教学中的效果。方法选取2021年2—6月重庆医科大学儿科学院本科见习生中的105名学生作为研究对象,按照教学方法的不同将2021年2—3月的44名本科见习生设为非演员组,将2021年4—6月的61名本科见习生设为演员组。非演员组采用PBL联合CBL教学法,演员组在非演员组的基础上给予学生主导的角色扮演教学法。比较2组的准备指标、教学效果、教学满意度。结果演员组的表演前花费时间[(7.13±3.58)分]短于非演员组[(8.23±5.38)分]、文献阅读量[(2.66±2.54)分]少于非演员组[(4.05±4.79)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。演员组的提高临床思维能力[(2.36±0.23)分]、增强团队协作[(2.33±0.32)分]、提高组织能力[(2.35±0.24)分]、提高学生之间亲密度[(2.47±0.14)分]和提高与老师的亲密度[(2.33±0.26)分]得分均高于非演员组[(2.01±0.17)分、(2.01±0.11)分、(2.03±0.14)分、(2.04±0.09)分、(1.94±0.11)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。演员组的教学满意度评分为(75.0±15.0)分,高于非演员组的(61.0±14.0)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论学生主导的角色扮演教学法在儿科实践教学中的应用效果显著,能够缩短表演前花费时间,减少文献阅读量,提升教学效果,提高教学满意度。展开更多

Methods: a total of 80 students with rehabilitation techniques were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, while the experimental group adopted the case teaching method on the basis of the traditional teaching method. The experimental data were tested by independent sample t. Results: the case teaching method can increase students' autonomous learning, establish clinical logical thinking, enable students to have clear thinking when facing patients, thus improving students' ability to analyze and solve problems, and can better achieve the teaching objectives and vocational ability training objectives of the course.

文摘Case Method originated in the 1920s and was initiated by Harvard Business School in the United States.At that time,it adopted a unique style of case study,which was based on real situations or events in business management,in this way,it is helpful to cultivate and develop students’active participation in class discussion.For investment students,specialized courses such as Investment Project Evaluation and corporate finance are concentrated in the upper grades,and in the freshman,sophomore phase has completed the Finance,finance,macroeconomics and other basic courses.On the basis of students’existing knowledge structure,the course“Investment Project Evaluation”needs to fully tap students’potential in learning and train students’practical problem-solving ability,to cultivate students’thinking ability of combining theoretical knowledge with practical cases,to avoid the teaching mode of“I tell you to listen”,and to guide students to think,analyze and solve problems actively.
文摘Objective: to explore the innovation and effect of case teaching method in pediatric nursing teaching. Methods: the nursing students who participated in the practice of pediatrics in our hospital from April 2019 to August 2020 were taken as the research object of this subject, and 64 nursing students were involved in the teaching research. According to the double-blind method, the above-mentioned nursing students were divided into the general group (using the conventional teaching method to teach and train the nursing students) and the innovation group (using the innovative and improved case teaching method to teach and train the nursing students). Results: compared with the nursing students in the general group, the nursing students in the innovation group were more approbated to the quality of teaching and training. Through the examination of the nursing students in the two groups, it was found that the nursing students in the innovation group had better mastery of theoretical knowledge and application in practice (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the study found that nurses are a profession with high practical requirements, which requires practitioners to improve their practical ability on the basis of mastering enough theoretical knowledge. Through the development of case teaching method, the practice nursing students can quickly adapt to the current teaching work, improve the immersion of practice, and effectively improve the quality of teaching.

This method can transform learning process from the passive one in the conventional classroom to an active one, so that classroom atmosphere will become active, inspiring students＇ interest in learning, and students would have the initiative to study. 文摘This article presents a micro-structure tensor enhanced elasto-plastic finite element(FE)method to address strength anisotropy in three-dimensional(3D)soil slope stability analysis.The gravity increase method(GIM)is employed to analyze the stability of 3D anisotropic soil slopes.The accuracy of the proposed method is first verified against the data in the literature.We then simulate the 3D soil slope with a straight slope surface and the convex and concave slope surfaces with a 90turning corner to study the 3D effect on slope stability and the failure mechanism under anisotropy conditions.Based on our numerical results,the end effect significantly impacts the failure mechanism and safety factor.Anisotropy degree notably affects the safety factor,with higher degrees leading to deeper landslides.For concave slopes,they can be approximated by straight slopes with suitable boundary conditions to assess their stability.Furthermore,a case study of the Saint-Alban test embankment A in Quebec,Canada,is provided to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed FE model.
文摘Objective: explore the application value of hierarchical and progressive case teaching in clinical teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 56 students from one class of 2018 in the five-year program of traditional Chinese medicine major of our school were selected as the research objects from March to June 2022. One class was randomly selected as the observation group, and the other was the control group, with 28 students in each class. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the observation group adopted the hierarchical progressive case teaching method to evaluate the assessment results, teaching effects and teaching satisfaction of the two groups. Results: the assessment pass rate of the observation group was 100.0%, significantly higher than that of the control group by 82.14% (P 0.05). The teaching satisfaction rate was 100.0%, 96.43%, 100.0%, 100.0% and 96.43%, significantly higher than the control group, 82.14%, 78.57%, 82.14%, 78.57% and 78.57% (P 0.05). The suitability of the teaching mode of the observation group and the active recognition of classroom atmosphere were 100.0% and 100.0% were significantly higher than 60.00% and 50.00% (P 0.05) in the teaching mode of teachers (P> 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of hierarchical and progressive case teaching method in the clinical teaching of TCM gynecology can improve students assessment performance, improve the effect of classroom teaching, and obtain the recognition of teachers. Moreover, students satisfaction with the teaching mode is high, which is worth promoting.

文摘To capitalize on the synergies between the Econometrics course and the Environmental Economics major,this paper aims to enhance students’ability to conduct empirical analysis and practical application using econometric models.It also seeks to promote collaborative teaching through case studies and model research.The primary focus is on the hot research issues within the field of environmental economics,utilizing the econometric model as a vehicle for instruction.To achieve this,the paper proposes the development of a comprehensive case library specific to environmental economics.This resource will serve to optimize the case teaching approach,incorporating the use of econometric software,and fostering interactive teaching models between educators and students.By implementing these strategies,the paper outlines a path and mode for collaborative teaching that effectively bridges the gap between econometrics and environmental economics.
文摘目的探讨学生主导的角色扮演联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)/案例教学法(case based learning,CBL)在儿科临床教学中的效果。方法选取2021年2—6月重庆医科大学儿科学院本科见习生中的105名学生作为研究对象,按照教学方法的不同将2021年2—3月的44名本科见习生设为非演员组,将2021年4—6月的61名本科见习生设为演员组。非演员组采用PBL联合CBL教学法,演员组在非演员组的基础上给予学生主导的角色扮演教学法。比较2组的准备指标、教学效果、教学满意度。结果演员组的表演前花费时间[(7.13±3.58)分]短于非演员组[(8.23±5.38)分]、文献阅读量[(2.66±2.54)分]少于非演员组[(4.05±4.79)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。演员组的提高临床思维能力[(2.36±0.23)分]、增强团队协作[(2.33±0.32)分]、提高组织能力[(2.35±0.24)分]、提高学生之间亲密度[(2.47±0.14)分]和提高与老师的亲密度[(2.33±0.26)分]得分均高于非演员组[(2.01±0.17)分、(2.01±0.11)分、(2.03±0.14)分、(2.04±0.09)分、(1.94±0.11)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。演员组的教学满意度评分为(75.0±15.0)分,高于非演员组的(61.0±14.0)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论学生主导的角色扮演教学法在儿科实践教学中的应用效果显著,能够缩短表演前花费时间,减少文献阅读量,提升教学效果,提高教学满意度。
