The Chinese government and military forces have paid a great deal of at...In recent years, the incidence of severe infectious diseases has increased, and the number of emerging infectious diseases continues to increase. The Chinese government and military forces have paid a great deal of attention to infectious disease prevention and control, and using military-civilian cooperation, they have successfully prevented numerous severe epidemic situations, such as severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS), influenza A(H1N1), avian influenza H5N1 and H7N9, and Ebola hemorrhagic fever, while actively maintained public health, economic development, and national construction. This paper focuses on the mechanisms of the military-cooperative emergency response to infectious diseases–the joint working mechanism, the information-sharing mechanism, the research collaboration mechanism, and the joint disposal mechanism–and presents a sorted summary of the practices and experiences of cooperative emergency responses to infectious diseases. In the future, the Chinese military and the civilian sector will further strengthen the cooperative joint command system and emergency rescue force and will reinforce their collaborative information-sharing platform and technical equipment system to further improve military-civilian collaborative emergency infectious diseases disposal, advance the level of infectious disease prevention and control, and maintain public health.展开更多

Methods The convenience sampling method was performed,and an anonymous survey on 324 nurses who participated in the "backbone civilian nurses training program"from September 2013 to October 2015 was carried out by using self-made questionnaire.Results(1)Among the 324 nurses,12. 04% of them volunteered to participate in the training and 87. 96%were sent by their departments.(2)More than 90% of training contents met their needs.(3)The training methods in demand included theoretical classroom teaching,clinical observation and probation,seminars,clinical management practice,clinical problem discussion and clinical nursing practice(4)The training period suggested by most nurses was about 2 to 4 weeks. Conclusion It is important to strengthen the significance of post-oriented education training and to improve the quality and capacity of civilian through scientific education design and practical training programs.展开更多

With the increase of technology content and the enhancement of structural complexity of ordnance equipment,the traditional way of military self-independent support is unable to meet the troops' requirements. It has become an inevitable trend to integrate ordnance materials with the militarycivilian joint support. However, there is a problem demanding prompt solution,that is,to distinguish the categories of ordnance material that can be supported by civilian source. Based on the inherent properties of ordnance material, a method to classify ordnance materials military-civilian joint support categories based on multiple attribute decision was proposed. 随着无人机与人们日常生活联系日益紧密,无人机“黑飞”事件时有发生,相关安全问题引发了社会公众的广泛关注。为了准确把握民用无人机潜在风险领域的研究动态和发展趋势,利用文献可视化分析工具CiteSpace,针对中国知网(China National ...随着无人机与人们日常生活联系日益紧密,无人机“黑飞”事件时有发生,相关安全问题引发了社会公众的广泛关注。为了准确把握民用无人机潜在风险领域的研究动态和发展趋势,利用文献可视化分析工具CiteSpace,针对中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)、Web of Science(WOS)核心数据库中的有关论文数据集,依次从研究力量、研究热点、研究前沿等方面进行文献计量分析。结果表明:发文量从2015年开始快速增长,与安全风险有关的研究逐渐增多,论文总量呈现“井喷”式增长,英文论文发文量远超中文论文;英文论文的核心作者较多,各研究机构之间合作紧密,国内学者倾向在英文期刊发表研究成果;研究热点呈现显著的迁移和转移特征,近10年来,研究热点集中在航迹规划、飞行控制、人工智能、通信网络等方向;20年间,绝大部分研究集中在技术领域,2017年至今,“公共安全”“安全监测”等方向成为该领域的研究前沿。展开更多
