In recent years, the incidence of severe infectious diseases has increased, and the number of emerging infectious diseases continues to increase. The Chinese government and military forces have paid a great deal of at...In recent years, the incidence of severe infectious diseases has increased, and the number of emerging infectious diseases continues to increase. The Chinese government and military forces have paid a great deal of attention to infectious disease prevention and control, and using military-civilian cooperation, they have successfully prevented numerous severe epidemic situations, such as severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS), influenza A(H1N1), avian influenza H5N1 and H7N9, and Ebola hemorrhagic fever, while actively maintained public health, economic development, and national construction. This paper focuses on the mechanisms of the military-cooperative emergency response to infectious diseases–the joint working mechanism, the information-sharing mechanism, the research collaboration mechanism, and the joint disposal mechanism–and presents a sorted summary of the practices and experiences of cooperative emergency responses to infectious diseases. In the future, the Chinese military and the civilian sector will further strengthen the cooperative joint command system and emergency rescue force and will reinforce their collaborative information-sharing platform and technical equipment system to further improve military-civilian collaborative emergency infectious diseases disposal, advance the level of infectious disease prevention and control, and maintain public health.展开更多

Methods The convenience sampling method was performed,and an anonymous survey on 324 nurses who participated in the "backbone civilian nurses training program"from September 2013 to October 2015 was carried out by using self-made questionnaire.Results(1)Among the 324 nurses,12. 04% of them volunteered to participate in the training and 87. 96%were sent by their departments.(2)More than 90% of training contents met their needs.(3)The training methods in demand included theoretical classroom teaching,clinical observation and probation,seminars,clinical management practice,clinical problem discussion and clinical nursing practice(4)The training period suggested by most nurses was about 2 to 4 weeks. Conclusion It is important to strengthen the significance of post-oriented education training and to improve the quality and capacity of civilian through scientific education design and practical training programs.展开更多

It shows that the civilian granary system reduced social instability in the Qing Dynasty, while climate shocks raised social instability. Owing to the rather peaceful unifi cation policy of the Third Dynasty of Ur,the old aristocracy enjoyed a variety of political and social rights,playing signifi cant infl uence on the local administrative system at th...Owing to the rather peaceful unifi cation policy of the Third Dynasty of Ur,the old aristocracy enjoyed a variety of political and social rights,playing signifi cant infl uence on the local administrative system at the beginning.In order to strengthen centralization and control,the kings gradually selected and appointed several foreign military officials to balance these old aristocratic networks.As a result,a separate management of military and civilian affairs in the local administrative system of the Third Dynasty of Ur appeared.By counterbalancing military offi cers and civilian offi cials,the political situation of the Third Dynasty of Ur became relatively stable.Nevertheless,the old aristocracy was not exterminated,and the military offi cials slowly became powerful,too.This resulted in a gradual weakening of the king’s rule and eventually led to a collapse of whole dynasty.展开更多
