Efficacy of wet-lab training versus surgical-simulator training on performance of ophthalmology residents during chopping in cataract surgery 被引量:5

AIM: To analyze whether wet-lab training(WLT) or surgical-simulator training(SST) is better for ophthalmology residents to master the chopping technique.METHODS: Sixty ophthalmology residents(in their second year) and three cataract surgeons participated in the study. The residents were randomly separated into two groups, WLT group and SST group. The residents in WLT group were asked to perform 10 trials of chopping using pig eyes and scored by the surgeons, and then they performed and scored using simulator for one time. The residents in SST group underwent 10 trials of chopping using simulator, and the simulator scored each trail. Then, this group were asked to perform the chopping using pig eyes and scored by the surgeons. At last, we investigated the residents’ satisfaction about the training.RESULTS: The demographic characteristics had no significant differences between the two groups. Recorded by the simulator, the residents in SST group got significantly higher overall score(83.90±1.31) than WLT group(78.73±1.92, P=0.03). And the residents in SST group got less corner area injured, and they spend less time than WLT group(P<0.05). Moreover, the residents in WLT group used more ultrasonic energy value than SST group(P=0.03). However, scored by the surgeons, the residents in two groups got nearly the same overall score. The residents in WLT group performed better on the frequencies of posterior capsule torn and incisional stress(P=0.03, 0.008, respectively). In the survey, the residents in two groups held the same opinion that the training was helpful and they strongly recommended this training. And all of them enjoyed the training, and enjoyed being randomized in their own group. However, with respect to the realistic character, the residents thought that WLT was better than SST(P<0.001).CONCLUSION: Both of the Eyesi surgical-stimulator and the wet-lab improve the residents’ chopping ability and each has its own advantages. The combination of the two training ways could be considered to be a part of the training curriculum for new residents. 展开更多

Reduction of current chopping noise with DSP controller in switched reluctance motor drive system

A novel current chopping mode was used in a switched reluctance motor drive system to make full use of the characteristics of digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320F240. The necessity of this 180° phase-shift current control (PSCC) mode is introduced first and then the principle of PSCC covering both hardware requirement and software programming is described in detail. The analysis made indicated that with this mode, the chopping frequency in winding can reach 20 kHz with 10 kHz power switches and the control frequency can reach 40 kHz at the same time. Subsequently, based on the linear and nonlinear mathematical models of the switched reluctance motor (SRM), some simulation work has been done. The simulation results show that when this mode is applied to SRM drive (SRD) system, the current waveform becomes better. So the ripple of the torque is reduced simultaneously and the vibration and acoustic noise are reduced involuntarily. Stationary tests show that the acoustic noise is greatly diminished. Finally, some experiments were made using a 50 kW SRD system for electric vehicle (EV). Experimental results indicate that this mode can be implemented feasibly and it has a good action on the SRD system. 展开更多

利妥昔单抗联合CHOP方案治疗弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者的临床效果观察

目的:观察壮医药线点灸对糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)模型大鼠内质网应激相关凋亡蛋白的作用,并探究其潜在的治疗机制。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、西药组、非经非穴组和阳明经穴组,每组12只。通过一次性腹腔注射2%链脲佐菌素(55 mg/k... 目的:观察壮医药线点灸对糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)模型大鼠内质网应激相关凋亡蛋白的作用,并探究其潜在的治疗机制。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、西药组、非经非穴组和阳明经穴组,每组12只。通过一次性腹腔注射2%链脲佐菌素(55 mg/kg),持续观察8周建立DGP大鼠模型。西药组采用枸橼酸莫沙必利混悬液(0.15 mg/mL)灌胃治疗;阳明经穴组选取“梁门”“气冲”“足三里”“丰隆”进行壮医药线点灸治疗,每穴3壮;非经非穴组操作同阳明经穴组,但穴位位于阳明经穴旁开2.5 mm和5 mm处;以上干预均每日1次,连续3周。评定各组大鼠症状积分,血糖仪测量随机血糖,酚红灌胃法检测大鼠胃排空率,TUNEL法检测胃窦平滑肌细胞凋亡指数,Western blot法检测胃窦平滑肌组织葡萄糖调节蛋白78(GRP78)、活化转录因子6(ATF6)、CCAAT增强子结合蛋白同源蛋白(CHOP)表达,免疫组织化学染色检测胃平滑肌组织B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2(Bcl-2)、Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)、半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶-12(Caspase-12)表达。结果:与空白组相比,模型组大鼠症状积分升高(P<0.01),血糖升高(P<0.01),胃排空率降低(P<0.01),胃平滑肌细胞凋亡指数升高(P<0.01),GRP78、ATF6、CHOP蛋白表达水平升高(P<0.01),Caspase-12、Bax表达上调(P<0.01),Bcl-2表达下调(P<0.01)。与模型组相比,阳明经穴组大鼠血糖降低(P<0.01);阳明经穴组和西药组大鼠症状积分降低(P<0.01),胃排空率升高(P<0.01),胃平滑肌凋亡指数降低(P<0.01),GRP78、ATF6、CHOP蛋白表达水平降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),Caspase-12、Bax表达下调(P<0.01),Bcl-2表达上调(P<0.01)。非经非穴组各项指标结果均与阳明经穴组趋势相反(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:壮医药线点灸阳明经穴通过调节血糖水平,促进胃排空,改善DGP症状,调节内质网应激相关凋亡蛋白的表达,通过抑制ATF6/CHOP通路中GRP78、ATF6、CHOP、Caspase-12、Bax蛋白表达,上调Bcl-2蛋白表达,减轻DGP模型大鼠胃平滑肌细胞凋亡,缓解DGP进展。 展开更多

Horizontal feeding devices and plate hob chopping devices are the key component of silage maize harvester.To solve the problem of feeding blockage,reduce energy consumption,and improve the chopping quality of the chopping device a horizontal different diameter five-rollers device(HDDFD)was designed and the plate hob chopping device was simultaneously optimized and analyzed.Through the dynamic analysis,the feeding conveying speed was determined to be 2.0-4.5 m/s.The distance equation of the actual and theoretical cutting-edge curve and the position of the fixed blade were finally obtained.Single factor and response surface orthogonal tests in the bench site were carried out with feeding speed,rotating speed of chopping cylinder,feeding amount,and feeding direction as influencing factors,standard grass length rate(SGLR),and energy consumption per unit mass(ECPUM)as evaluation indexes.The optimal working parameters for chopping performance could be concluded as a feeding speed of 3.39 m/s,rotating speed of the chopping cylinder of 1016.17 r/min,feeding amount of 8.04 kg/s,and feeding direction of 52.2°.In addition,the SGLR and ECPUM were obtained as 95.35%and 37.63 kJ/kg,respectively.The relative error between the experimental results with round parameter combination and the predicted value was verified to be less than 5%.Field tests verified the reliability of the optimized feeding and chopping device.It can be seen that the HDDFD and optimized plate hob chopping device can meet the requirements of mechanized silage harvesting which obviously improves the working quality and reduce the energy consumption of chopping. 展开更多

In order to address the problems of large chop length,high energy consumption and poor chopping effect that were associated with a horizontal total mixed rations(TMR)mixer,a straw chopping device was designed;further,its structure and working principle were analyzed.In this study,wheat straw was chosen as the test object.The number of processing times,number of fixed blades,cutting speed,number of tooth plates and the inclined angle of the box were considered as the test factors.The standard straw length rate and average power were used as evaluation indices for conducting the orthogonal rotation combination experiment with five factors and five levels of quadratic regression.The experimental results denoted that the order of influencing factors on the standard straw length rate can be given as follows:the number of processing times,number of fixed blades,cutting speed,number of tooth plates and inclined angle of the box.The order of the influence of each factor on the average power can be given as follows:the cutting speed,number of fixed blades and number of tooth plates.Further,the optimum structural and working parameters of the device can be determined as follows:linear cutting speed of 17-20 m/min,box inclined angle of 70°-80°,20-23 fixed blades,5-6 processing times and 4-7 tooth plates.Under such a circumstance,the standard straw length rate reached up to 70.5%-77.4%and the average power was low at 5.8-7 kW.The results can be used as reference for designing a chopping device for a TMR mixer. 展开更多

Distribution properties of airflow in the full envelope type maize stalk chopping chamber

Chopped and spread maize stalks improve soil structure and fertility. However, because of the absence of research on airflow distribution in the chopping chamber, improvement of the spreading uniformity of chopped stalks has been limited. Therefore, in this study, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology was applied to analyze the influence of structural and operational parameters of the chopping and spreading machine on the velocity, pressure, and turbulent kinetic energy distribution of airflow in the chopping chamber. The experimental factors considered were the relative position angle (RPA) between the collecting-chopping shaft and the sliding-supporting shaft, working velocity (WV) of the chopping chamber, and rotational velocity of the collecting-chopping blade (RVCCB). The results revealed that RPA and RVCCB had a significant influence on the maximum negative pressure in the inlet (MNPI), the proportion of negative pressure area at inlet (PNPAI), and the maximum pressure drop at inlet and outlet (MPDIO). Additionally, RVCCB had a strong influence on the maximum velocity, average velocity, and velocity variation coefficient of airflow at the outlet. Moreover, maximum turbulence (MT) and maximum turbulent kinetic energy dissipation rate (MTKEDR) showed a positive relationship with RVCCB. To determine the values of RPA, RVCCB, and WV, a multivariate parameters optimization regression model was constructed, which yielded the optimal values of 15°, 1800 r/min, and 0.50 m/s, respectively. Subsequently, a hyperbolic spiral-type guiding shell with an arc length of 90° was designed to enhance the uniform distribution of airflow in the chopping chamber. Finally, a validation experiment of airflow distribution was conducted. The results showed that the velocity difference between the simulation and the validation experiment was less than 15%, indicating the accuracy of CFD simulation, and the spreading uniformities of the chopped stalks were better than national standards. These findings can serve as technical and theoretical support for the design and optimization of chopping and spreading machines. 展开更多

目的:探讨利多卡因(LID)通过调控PERK/ATF4/CHOP通路对氧糖剥夺再灌注(OGD/R)诱导的星形胶质细胞损伤的保护作用及其分子机制。方法:采用终浓度分别为0、2.5、5、7.5、10、12.5、15μmol/L的LID处理大鼠星形胶质细胞,通过检测细胞活力... 目的:探讨利多卡因(LID)通过调控PERK/ATF4/CHOP通路对氧糖剥夺再灌注(OGD/R)诱导的星形胶质细胞损伤的保护作用及其分子机制。方法:采用终浓度分别为0、2.5、5、7.5、10、12.5、15μmol/L的LID处理大鼠星形胶质细胞,通过检测细胞活力筛选适宜的干预浓度;将大鼠星形胶质细胞分为对照(NC)组、OGD/R组、LID低剂量(LID-L)组、LID高剂量(LID-H)组、LID-H联合PERK激活剂CCT020312(LID-H+CCT020312)组和PERK抑制剂GSK2606414组;运用MTT法检测细胞增殖能力,流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡率,ELISA法检测炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)]水平及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性,生化法检测氧化应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性],Hoechst/PI双染色评估细胞膜损伤,Western blot检测凋亡相关蛋白[Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)、B细胞淋巴瘤-2(Bcl-2)、半胱天冬酶-3(Caspase-3)、裂解形式的半胱天冬酶-3(cleaved Caspase-3)]及PERK/ATF4/CHOP通路相关蛋白(p-PERK、PERK、p-eIF2α、eIF2α、ATF4、CHOP)的表达水平。结果:LID浓度低于10μmol/L时对正常星形胶质细胞无明显毒性。与NC组比较,OGD/R组细胞OD 490(24h、48h)值、GSH-PX和SOD活性、Bcl-2蛋白表达水平降低(P<0.05),细胞凋亡率、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平和LDH活性、MDA含量、PI阳性细胞比例、Bax、Caspase-3、cleaved Caspase-3、p-PERK/PERK、p-eIF2α/eIF2α、ATF4和CHOP蛋白表达水平均升高(P<0.05);与OGD/R组比较,LID-L组、LID-H组和GSK2606414组细胞上述损伤指标均显著改善(P<0.05),且LID-H组改善效果优于LID-L组。PERK激活剂CCT020312可显著削弱LID对OGD/R诱导星形胶质细胞损伤的保护作用(P<0.05)。结论:LID通过抑制PERK/ATF4/CHOP通路降低OGD/R诱导的星形胶质细胞炎症反应、氧化应激和细胞凋亡,发挥细胞保护作用。 展开更多

目的 探讨银杏二萜内酯(ginkgo diterpene lactone,GDL)对血小板活化因子(platelet-activating factor,PAF)诱导神经元损伤的保护作用及相关机制。方法 构建PAF诱导神经元损伤的细胞模型与动物模型,给予GDL或PERK激动剂CCT020312进行处... 目的 探讨银杏二萜内酯(ginkgo diterpene lactone,GDL)对血小板活化因子(platelet-activating factor,PAF)诱导神经元损伤的保护作用及相关机制。方法 构建PAF诱导神经元损伤的细胞模型与动物模型,给予GDL或PERK激动剂CCT020312进行处理。分别使用CCK-8和Annexin V-FITC细胞凋亡检测试剂盒测定小鼠海马神经元细胞系HT22细胞活力和凋亡;使用乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)检测试剂盒检测HT22细胞培养上清液中LDH活性;采用Fluo-4钙离子检测试剂盒测定HT22细胞钙离子水平;采用分子对接探究相关分子机制;使用Western blotting检测HT22细胞与小鼠脑组织的细胞凋亡相关蛋白[半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶-3(cystein-asparate protease-3,Caspase-3)、cleaved Caspase-3、B细胞淋巴瘤-2(B-cell lymphoma-2,Bcl-2)、Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bcl-2 associated X protein,Bax)]和内质网应激相关蛋白[蛋白激酶R样内质网激酶(protein kinase R-like ER kinase,PERK)、p-PERK、真核翻译起始因子-2α(eukaryotic initiation factor-2α,eIF-2α)、p-e IF2α、转录激活因子4(activating transcription factor 4,ATF4)、C/EBP同源蛋白(C/EBP-homologous protein,CHOP)]的表达。结果 体外细胞实验结果显示,与对照组比较,模型组细胞活性显著降低(P<0.001),LDH释放率升高(P<0.001),钙离子水平升高(P<0.001),凋亡细胞显著增加(P<0.001),cleaved Caspase-3、Bax蛋白表达水平显著升高(P<0.001),Bcl-2蛋白表达水平显著下降(P<0.001),内质网应激相关蛋白表达水平显著升高(P<0.05、0.001);与模型组比较,GDL显著升高了细胞活力(P<0.05、0.001),显著上调Bcl-2的表达(P<0.05、0.001),显著下调cleaved Caspase-3、Bax、p-PERK、p-e IF2α、ATF4、CHOP的表达(P<0.05、0.01、0.001);CCT020312处理后GDL的效果均被逆转(P<0.001)。体内动物实验结果显示,与对照组比较,模型组小鼠脑组织Bax蛋白表达水平显著升高(P<0.001),Bcl-2蛋白表达水平显著下降(P<0.001),内质网应激相关蛋白表达水平显著升高(P<0.001);与模型组比较,GDL显著上调Bcl-2的表达(P<0.01、0.001),显著下调p-PERK、p-e IF2α、ATF4、CHOP、Bax的表达(P<0.001);CCT020312处理后GDL的效果均被逆转(P<0.001)。结论 PAF可以激活神经元内质网应激的PERK/ATF4/CHOP通路来诱导钙超载,从而使神经元凋亡;而GDL可以通过抑制PERK/ATF4/CHOP通路来抑制内质网应激、钙超载和凋亡,以减轻PAF诱导的神经元损伤。 展开更多

目的:观察白虎人参合枳实薤白桂枝汤对糖尿病心肌病MKR小鼠心肌损伤的保护作用,并基于PERK/eIF2α/CHOP通路探讨其作用机制。方法:MKR小鼠按随机数表法分为模型组,二甲双胍组,白虎人参合枳实薤白桂枝汤低、中、高剂量组(以下简称中药低... 目的:观察白虎人参合枳实薤白桂枝汤对糖尿病心肌病MKR小鼠心肌损伤的保护作用,并基于PERK/eIF2α/CHOP通路探讨其作用机制。方法:MKR小鼠按随机数表法分为模型组,二甲双胍组,白虎人参合枳实薤白桂枝汤低、中、高剂量组(以下简称中药低、中、高剂量组),FVB小鼠作为对照组。高脂饮食联合链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病心肌病模型。二甲双胍(200 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))和白虎人参合枳实薤白桂枝汤低、中、高剂量(10、20、40 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))灌胃4周后测量小鼠空腹血糖(FBG),检测血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及B型心房钠尿肽(BNP)含量;心脏超声检测小鼠左心室射血分数(EF)、缩短分数(FS);HE染色、透射电子显微镜观察心肌组织病理形态和超微结构;Western Blot检测小鼠心肌组织GRP78、p-eIF2α、p-PERK、CHOP、Caspase12蛋白表达情况。结果:与模型组比较,各给药组小鼠FBG显著下降(P<0.01),中药高剂量组下降更明显(P<0.01,P<0.05);各给药组EF与FS显著升高(P<0.01),血清TC及BNP含量显著减少(P<0.01),二甲双胍组及中药高剂量组TG含量显著减少(P<0.01);各给药组心肌组织排列渐趋整齐,细胞质染色及细胞核分布均匀,心肌细胞线粒体嵴排列渐趋整齐,损伤断裂减少;各给药组小鼠心肌组织GRP78、p-eIF2α、p-PERK、CHOP、Caspase12蛋白显著减少(P<0.01)。结论:白虎人参合枳实薤白桂枝汤能改善糖尿病心肌病MKR小鼠心功能,调整糖脂代谢,减少PERK/eIF2α/CHOP信号通路蛋白表达,从而减少心肌损伤,保护心肌组织,延缓疾病进程。 展开更多

目的探讨疏肝健脾方对腹泻型肠易激综合征(diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,D-IBS)大鼠内脏敏感性的调节作用。方法取1日龄雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、造模组和药物组,除正常组外,其余采用母婴分离联合束缚应激的方法进... 目的探讨疏肝健脾方对腹泻型肠易激综合征(diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,D-IBS)大鼠内脏敏感性的调节作用。方法取1日龄雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、造模组和药物组,除正常组外,其余采用母婴分离联合束缚应激的方法进行造模。造模结束后,药物组给予疏肝健脾方灌胃,连续14 d。实验结束后,应用腹壁回撤反射(abdominal withdrawal reflex,AWR)评分及腹外斜肌肌电图曲线下面积(electromyography area under curve,EMG AUC)测定内脏敏感性;检测粪便含水量变化;取材后,实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)法测定各组大鼠结肠组织胶质细胞纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、中枢神经特异蛋白(S100β)mRNA水平变化;蛋白免疫印迹法(Western blot)检测各组大鼠结肠组织中GFAP、S100β、磷酸化蛋白激酶R样内质网激酶(p-PERK)、蛋白激酶R样内质网激酶(PERK)、磷酸化真核翻译起始因子2α激酶(p-eIF2α)、真核翻译起始因子2α激酶(eIF2α)、活化转录因子4(ATF4)、C/EBP同源蛋白(CHOP)的蛋白表达水平。结果与正常组比较,模型组粪便含水量明显升高(P<0.01),AWR评分和EMG AUC增加(P<0.05或P<0.01),大鼠结肠组织中GFAP、S100βmRNA和蛋白表达水平升高(P<0.01),p-PERK、p-eIF2α、ATF4、CHOP蛋白表达水平升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,药物组大鼠粪便含水量明显降低(P<0.01),AWR评分和EMG AUC降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),结肠组织中GFAP、S100βmRNA和蛋白表达水平降低(P<0.01),p-PERK、p-eIF2α、ATF4、CHOP蛋白表达水平降低(P<0.01)。3组大鼠PERK、eIF2α蛋白表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疏肝健脾方能够改善D-IBS大鼠内脏敏感性和粪便含水量,其作用机制可能与抑制PERK/eIF2α/ATF4/CHOP通路有关。 展开更多

双胎输血综合征受血儿心功能变化:从羊水NT⁃proBNP角度

目的探索双胎输血综合征(TTTS)受血儿的羊水NT⁃proBNP变化,分析其与心脏线性数据及CHOP评分的相关性,以判断其作为生化指标评估胎儿心功能的可行性。方法选取中南大学湘雅医院2020年10月至2023年7月TTTS孕妇47例,另选取同期特发性羊水... 目的探索双胎输血综合征(TTTS)受血儿的羊水NT⁃proBNP变化,分析其与心脏线性数据及CHOP评分的相关性,以判断其作为生化指标评估胎儿心功能的可行性。方法选取中南大学湘雅医院2020年10月至2023年7月TTTS孕妇47例,另选取同期特发性羊水过多孕妇21例、正常单胎妊娠114例,测量3组胎儿心脏线性参数、羊水深度、羊水NT⁃proBNP值,分析3组数据的组间差异,计算TTTS受血儿羊水NT⁃proBNP与羊水深度、心脏线性数据、CHOP评分的相关性。结果特发性羊水过多胎儿羊水NT⁃proBNP、心脏线性参数与正常单胎相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TTTS受血儿羊水NT⁃proBNP显著高于另两组,室壁厚度及心胸比显著大于另两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。控制孕周变量后,TTTS受血儿羊水NT⁃proBNP与心房/心室横径、室壁厚度、心胸比、CHOP评分的相关性均有统计学意义,与CHOP评分呈强相关。结论羊水NT⁃proBNP是一个敏感的客观生化指标,在TTTS受血儿羊水中明显升高,并与心脏线性参数及CHOP评分呈正相关,可作为超声心动图评估的的重要补充,评估胎儿心力衰竭的严重程度。 展开更多

脂肪干细胞调控CHOP/Bcl-2通路缓解犬急性胰腺损伤

急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)是犬常见的严重消化系统疾病,其高复发率和并发症对犬的健康构成严重影响。本研究的目的是探究脂肪干细胞(adipose derived stem cells,ADSCs)调控CHOP/Bcl-2通路缓解犬急性胰腺损伤的机制。比格犬20... 急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)是犬常见的严重消化系统疾病,其高复发率和并发症对犬的健康构成严重影响。本研究的目的是探究脂肪干细胞(adipose derived stem cells,ADSCs)调控CHOP/Bcl-2通路缓解犬急性胰腺损伤的机制。比格犬20只,随机分为假手术(Sham)组、AP模型(AP)组、ADSCs治疗(ADSCs)组和条件培养基治疗(CM)组,AP、ADSCs和CM组经胰胆管注射胰蛋白酶和牛磺胆酸钠混合溶液建立AP模型,ADSCs组于术后立即静脉注射犬ADSCs和CM制剂,术后24 h采集胰腺组织,通过病理组织学、透射电镜、免疫印迹、荧光定量、免疫荧光、TUNEL法检测CHOP/Bcl-2通路的变化。结果显示,AP引起胰腺组织明显的间质水肿、出血、炎性细胞浸润,细胞染色质固缩、内质网肿胀,GRP78、CHOP表达升高,Bcl-2表达下调,BAX、JNK、Caspase-3和Caspase-12表达升高,细胞凋亡率增加,ADSCs和CM治疗都能够减轻胰腺组织病理损伤,CHOP以及细胞凋亡相关标志物表达下调,抗凋亡蛋白Bcl-2表达上调,细胞凋亡率降低。本研究结果表明,ADSCs通过调控CHOP/Bcl-2通路,缓解胰蛋白酶和牛磺胆酸钠诱导的犬急性胰腺损伤。靶向调控CHOP转录活性可能为AP提供一种新的治疗方案。 展开更多
