Three measures are suggested and combined for overcoming process inherent nonlinearities:(1) variable scaling; (2) multi-model representation of process dynamics and (3) feedforward compensation. These strategies can offer the developed control systems with several distinct advantages: (1) capability of dealing with severe disturbances; (2) tight tuning of controller parameters and (3) high robustness with respect to variation of operating conditions. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.展开更多

By employing a low temperature ohmic process...In this paper, TiN/A1Ox gated A1GaN/GaN metal-oxide-semiconductor heterostructure field-effect transistors (MOS- HFETs) were fabricated for gate-first process evaluation. By employing a low temperature ohmic process, ohmic contact can be obtained by annealing at 600 ℃ with the contact resistance approximately 1.6 Ω.mm. The ohmic annealing process also acts as a post-deposition annealing on the oxide film, resulting in good device performance. Those results demonstrated that the TiN/A1Ox gated MOS-HFETs with low temperature ohmic process can be applied for self-aligned gate AIGaN/GaN MOS-HFETs.展开更多

Two tetrasubstituted carbazole derivatives TBICz and TOXDCz have been designed and synthesized,which possess the twist skeletons and exhibit excellent thermal and morphological stabilities.Utilizing these novel compou...Two tetrasubstituted carbazole derivatives TBICz and TOXDCz have been designed and synthesized,which possess the twist skeletons and exhibit excellent thermal and morphological stabilities.Utilizing these novel compounds as host material,high efficiency solution-processed green phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes(PhOLEDs)have been achieved.The high triplet energies of TBICz and TOXDCz ensure efficient energy transfer from the host to the phosphor and triplet exciton confinement on the phosphor.Solution-processable green phospho⁃rescent devices employing Ir(ppy)3 as vip and the two tetrasubstituted carbazole derivatives as hosts exhibit high ef⁃ficiencies.The best EL performance is achieved for the TBICz-based device,with a maximum current efficiency of 27.3 cd/A,a maximum power efficiency of 15.9 lm/W,and a maximum external quantum efficiency of 7.8%,which provides more host material options for solution-processed OLEDs.展开更多
New and efficient proposed to treat perfluorinated reactor systems were compounds via catalytic decomposition. One system has a single reactor (S-1), and another has a series of reactors (S-2). Both systems are c...New and efficient proposed to treat perfluorinated reactor systems were compounds via catalytic decomposition. One system has a single reactor (S-1), and another has a series of reactors (S-2). Both systems are capable of producing a valuable CaF2 and eliminating toxic HF effluent and their feasibility was studied at various temperatures with a commercial process simulator, Aspen HYSYS. They are better than the conventional system, and S-2 is better than S-1 in terms of CaF2 production, a required heat for the system, natural gas usage and CO2 emissions in a boiler, and energy consumption. Based on process simulation results, preliminary economic analysis shows that cost savings of 12.37% and 13.55% were obtained in S-2 at 589.6 and 621.4℃compared to S-1 at 700 and 750 ℃, respectively, for the same amount of CaF2 production.展开更多
