Observation on the Application of Case-based Three-dimensional Teaching Method Guided by Evidence-Based Thought in the Teaching of Intern Nurses in the Rehabilitation Department

Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the case-based three-dimensional teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking in the teaching of trainee nurses in the rehabilitation department.Method:Eighty nursing practice nurses who were conducting clinical practice learning in the Rehabilitation Department of Deyang People’s Hospital from June 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects.By using the controlled grouping method,the practice nurses from June 2024 to November 2024 were taken as the control group(n=40).The period from December 2024 to May 2025 was taken as the experimental group(n=40 students),the control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group was taught by evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method.The clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,exit assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of intern nurses at the time of leaving the department were compared.Results:At the time of leaving the department,the scores of each dimension and the total score of clinical thinking ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=9.268,6.354,6.199)9.694,all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the scores of each dimension and the total score of the autonomous learning ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=6.998,7.333,5.503,5.977,22.244)all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the theoretical assessment scores and operational assessment scores of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group(t=14.546,11.676,all p<0.05).At the time of graduation,the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=7.314,p<0.05.Conclusion:The adoption of the case-based three-dimensional teaching.Rehabilitation method guided by the evidence-based ideology during the teaching process can effectively improve the clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,departmental assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the intern nurses in the rehabilitation department,which is worthy of reference. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of Case-based Learning(CBL)combined with Problem-Based Learning(PBL)in the teaching of medical imaging to undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine.Methods:Undergraduates of clinical medicine majoring in the School of Clinical Medicine of Hebei University were selected as the research subjects and divided into the experimental group(CBL combined with PBL teaching mode)and the control group(traditional teaching mode),and the teaching effect was evaluated by the examination results and questionnaires.Results:The test scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the students in the experimental group reached more than 90%.Conclusion:CBL combined with PBL teaching mode can effectively improve the teaching quality of medical imaging in clinical medicine specialty. 展开更多

Purpose:To analyze the role of the seminar teaching method+case-based learning(CBL)teaching method+problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in oral clinical nursing teaching.Methods:13 undergraduate nursing students who entered the department from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the control group,adopting conventional nursing teaching methods;13 undergraduate nursing students who entered the department from September 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the observation group,adopting the seminar+CBL+PBL teaching method.The teaching effects were compared between the two groups.Results:All assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;all teaching satisfaction levels were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting the seminar+CBL+PBL teaching method during oral clinical nursing teaching can improve nursing students’assessment scores,strengthen their core competencies,and enhance teaching satisfaction. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching methods in pharmacoeconomics teaching.Methods:The students majoring in clinical pharmacy in 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and the cost-effectiveness analysis of different dosage forms of Yinzhihuang in the treatment of neonatal jaundice was selected as the teaching case.The flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method was used to carry out theoretical teaching to the students.After the course,questionnaires were distributed through the Sojump platform to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:The results of the questionnaire showed that 85.71%of the students believed that the flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method was helpful in mobilizing the learning enthusiasm and initiative,and improving the comprehensive application ability of the knowledge of pharmacoeconomics.92.86%of the students think that it is conducive to the understanding and memorization of learning content,as well as the cultivation of teamwork,communication,etc.Conclusion:Flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method can improve students’knowledge mastery,thinking skills,and practical application skills,as well as optimize and improve teachers’teaching levels. 展开更多

With the rapid development of technology,the application of artificial intelligence in the field of education is becoming increasingly widespread.As a core course of the human resource management major,“Personnel Recruitment and Evaluation”has a strong practical characteristic,making case teaching a key link.In this context,the importance of artificial intelligence to the case teaching of this course has become more prominent.This paper uses the literature research method and case analysis method to deeply explore the effective mode of artificial intelligence,enabling the case teaching of“Personnel Recruitment and Evaluation.”The research finds that artificial intelligence plays an important role in case screening and updating,in-depth analysis,and the construction of virtual simulation scenarios.However,its application also faces problems such as high technical costs,insufficient technical abilities of teachers,and data security and privacy.In response to these challenges,this paper proposes countermeasures such as reasonable planning of technology investment,strengthening teacher training,and improving the data security management mechanism. 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the effect of CBL(case-based learning)combined with case analysis in the teaching of clinical anesthesia.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020,a total of 100 clinical anesthesia interns in Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups,the reference group(50 interns)and the study group(50 interns),by random sampling method.The reference group was under the traditional teaching method,whereas for the study group,CBL combined with case analysis was implemented.The teaching satisfaction and achievement of the interns in both the groups were evaluated.Results:The teaching satisfaction of the study group was 98%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group(86%)(P<0.05);before teaching,there was no significant difference in the theoretical and clinical practice scores between the two groups(P>0.05);however,after teaching,the theoretical and clinical practice scores of the two groups increased significantly,in which the change of the research group was significantly greater than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CBL combined with case analysis in the teaching of clinical anesthesia has an ideal effect,improving the teaching satisfaction and achievement.It is a high-quality teaching method and is worthy of application. 展开更多

Application of CBL Teaching Method in Endocrine Teaching

Methods: two classes with 30 students in each class of clinical nursing specialty in a medical university were selected, and the students in one class were taken as the control group. The traditional teaching method was adopted. The other class is the observation group, using CBL teaching method. After the semester, take the exam, compare the exam results, and fill in the teaching method satisfaction questionnaire. Results: The test scores of the observation group and the control group were 64.25.8 and 56.35.7 respectively. The satisfaction of the observation group was 90% and that of the control group was 73%. The test scores and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. Conclusion: CBL teaching method can effectively improve the effectiveness of endocrine teaching and increase students' satisfaction with the teaching method. 展开更多

Research on the Value of PBL and CBL Teaching Methods Applied in Respiratory Medicine Teaching

Objective: to compare and analyze the application effects of problem-based learning (PBL) and clinical case-based learning (CBL) in respiratory medicine teaching. Methods: research time: from March 2020 to March 2021, the research object was 100 junior medical students majoring in clinical medicine. They were divided into PBL group (50 cases, PBL teaching) and CBL group (50 cases, CBL teaching) according to different teaching methods. The comprehensive teaching effect of the two groups of students was analyzed. Results: in terms of theoretical assessment score, the PBL group was higher than the CBL group. In terms of practical operation score, the CBL group was higher than the PBL group. In clinical thinking ability self-assessment score, case analysis and communication skills self-assessment, CBL teaching method is higher than PBL teaching method, the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05);The satisfactory rate of PBL and CBL was 94.00% and 96.00%, respectively, with no significant difference (χ2=0.211, P=0.646). Conclusion: in the teaching of respiratory medicine, PBL and CBL have their own advantages. The former focuses on theoretical teaching, while the latter focuses on clinical practice and ability training. The specific application can effectively combine the two to improve the teaching effect of respiratory medicine. 展开更多

A total of 82 ophthalmology nursing interns were included in the study. They were grouped based on teachers' teaching methods. The interns who received traditional teaching methods were included in the comparison group, and the interns who received PBL combined with CBL teaching were included in the experiment group. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the examination results and nursing ability scores of the nursing interns in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: the application of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in ophthalmology nursing interns can improve the assessment results and working ability of nursing interns. 展开更多

Concomitant with the advancement of contemporary medical technology,the significance of perioperative nursing has been increasingly accentuated,necessitating elevated standards for the pedagogy of perioperative nursing.Presently,the PBL(problem-based learning)pedagogical approach,when integrated with CBL(case-based learning),has garnered considerable interest.An extensive literature review has been conducted to analyze the application of the PBL-CBL fusion in the education of perioperative nursing.Findings indicate that this integrative teaching methodology not only enhances students’theoretical knowledge,practical competencies,and collaborative skills but also contributes to the elevation of teaching quality.In conclusion,the PBL-CBL teaching approach holds immense potential for broader application in perioperative nursing education.Nevertheless,it is imperative to continually refine this combined pedagogical strategy to further enhance the caliber of perioperative nursing instruction and to cultivate a greater number of exceptional nursing professionals in the operating room setting. 展开更多

目的 探讨SimMan 3G联合情景模拟教学、问题式学习(PBL)、案例式学习(CBL)模式在临床技能教学中的应用效果。方法 研究对象为山东中医药大学临床医学院2018级临床医学专业大四在校学生103名,采用随机抽样法分为实验组(52名)和对照组(51... 目的 探讨SimMan 3G联合情景模拟教学、问题式学习(PBL)、案例式学习(CBL)模式在临床技能教学中的应用效果。方法 研究对象为山东中医药大学临床医学院2018级临床医学专业大四在校学生103名,采用随机抽样法分为实验组(52名)和对照组(51名)。对照组采用传统“理论讲授+单项技术练习”教学方法,实验组采用SimMan 3G联合情景模拟、CBL、PBL综合教学法,比较两组理论成绩、技能操作成绩及实训教学效果评价。结果 实验组理论成绩、技能操作成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),实训教学效果评价也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 SimMan 3G联合情景模拟、CBL、PBL模式不仅提高了学生的学习兴趣及自学主观能动性,同时帮助其培养临床综合思维能力、提高临床综合技能水平、增强急救意识和相关知识、增强团队合作意识,以及提高医患沟通技巧、人文素养等,为培养以岗位胜任力为导向的综合应用型临床医师奠定良好基础。 展开更多

目的通过分析CBL教学法结合考研大纲对中医急诊临床实习带教效果的影响,对该教学方法的优势进行客观评估。方法将在北京中医药大学附属护国寺中医医院中医急诊实习的准备考研的临床医学五年制本科生作为研究对象。进入内科实习报到时按... 目的通过分析CBL教学法结合考研大纲对中医急诊临床实习带教效果的影响,对该教学方法的优势进行客观评估。方法将在北京中医药大学附属护国寺中医医院中医急诊实习的准备考研的临床医学五年制本科生作为研究对象。进入内科实习报到时按照随机数字表法将实习医师随机平均分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用CBL教学法结合考研大纲教学模式进行临床实习教学;对照组按照传统的教学大纲,由教学干事围绕实习大纲要求设计教学带教。入科前、出科后采取理论考试、技能操作方式进行综合评价,记录每位学生的成绩并随访记录每位学生考研中医综合成绩。同时,发放教学方式满意度及教师评价与反馈问卷,根据结果评估两种教学方式的差异。结果观察组在理论知识掌握、临床技能操作、考研中医综合成绩、满意度、教师评价与反馈方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论研究表明,CBL教学法结合考研大纲能有效提高中医急诊临床实习带教效果,为培养高素质中医人才提供了新的教学思路。 展开更多
