Analysis of Static Pressure in Area between Back Plate and Cylinder of a Carding Machine with CFD 被引量:2

To analyze static pressure between back plate and cylinder in an A186 carding machine,a fluid model is established. The model takes into account static pressure of airflow near back plate with the numerical simulation method of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) in FLUENT software. The result of the simulation in the model shows that static pressure in this area quickly increases to its maximum then rapidly decreases to a lower fixed value from inlet to outlet along a zone between back plate and cylinder. Both rotating speeds of the cylinder and the taker-in affect static pressure from the inlet to the outlet,of which the cylinder rotating speed has more influence than that of taker-in. Numerical simulations reveal that static pressure on surface of back plate are in good agreement with the former result of experimental analysis. 展开更多

Combinations of all the capital equipment display the process’ critical condition. By transforming unprocessed fibers into carded sliver and yarn, the carding machine serves a critical role in the textile industry. The carding machine’s licker-in and flat speeds are crucial operational factors that have a big influence on the finished goods’ quality. The purpose of this study is to examine the link between licker-in and flat speeds and how they affect the yarn and carded sliver quality. A thorough experimental examination on a carding machine was carried out to accomplish this. The carded sliver and yarn produced after experimenting with different licker-in and flat speed combinations were assessed for important quality factors including evenness, strength, and flaws. To account for changes in material qualities and machine settings, the study also took into consideration the impact of various fiber kinds and processing circumstances. The findings of the investigation showed a direct relationship between the quality of the carded sliver and yarn and the licker-in and flat speeds. Within a limited range, greater licker-in speeds were shown to increase carding efficiency and decrease fiber tangling. On the other hand, extremely high speeds led to more fiber breakage and neps. Higher flat speeds, on the other hand, helped to enhance fiber alignment, which increased the evenness and strength of the carded sliver and yarn. Additionally, it was discovered that the ideal blend of licker-in and flat rates varied based on the fiber type and processing circumstances. When being carded, various fibers displayed distinctive behaviors that necessitated adjusting the operating settings in order to provide the necessary quality results. The study also determined the crucial speed ratios between the licker-in and flat speeds that reduced fiber breakage and increased the caliber of the finished goods. The results of this study offer useful information for textile producers and process engineers to improve the quality of carded sliver and yarn while maximizing the performance of carding machines. Operators may choose machine settings and parameter adjustments wisely by knowing the impacts of licker-in and flat speeds, which will increase textile industry efficiency, productivity, and product quality. 展开更多

From the system theoretic point of view, it is marked by stochastic disturbance, long delays, and parameter variation. So, a carding process is difficult to control with traditional control algorithms (such as PID). In this paper, a weighted adaptive generalized predictive control (GPC) law was developed to control such a process. The experimental results show that GPC autoleveller controller could greatly reduce the sliver’s standard deviation and reject disturbance. 展开更多

The carding cycle affects the sliver quality and the subsequent yarn attributes since it is the main sliver formation step. Processing parameters assume a significant part in affecting the nature of the eventual outcome in any sorts of production. In the case of carding machine, a higher production rate makes the operation more sensitive. And this will cause degradation in product quality. So optimization of speed is the talk of the town in spinning field [1]. Extreme higher speed can prompt fiber harm and unnecessary neps generation will corrupt the end result. Again lower speed will lessen the production rate which isn’t reasonable. So we need to discover the ideal speed which will be advantageous to both product quality and production rate. In carding machine, real operational activity happens between flats and cards [1]. From an ordinary perspective, high produce able cards generates higher level of speed. Speed of the cards impacts the carding cycle and the nature of the yarn and in practical point of view, flat’s level of speed is advanced and optimized. The aim of the project was to find out the optimum flat speed in the context of yarn quality. 40 Ne cotton yarns were produced with the slivers manufactured at different flat speeds such as 240, 260, 280, 300 and 320 mm/min. 目的研究应用利拉鲁肽治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的疗效及其对外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体家族吡啉结构域蛋白3(NLRP3)、含CARD结构域的凋亡相关颗粒样蛋白(ASC)和半胱氨酸天冬氨... 目的研究应用利拉鲁肽治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的疗效及其对外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体家族吡啉结构域蛋白3(NLRP3)、含CARD结构域的凋亡相关颗粒样蛋白(ASC)和半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶1(caspase-1)水平的影响。方法2022年1月~2025年1月我院诊治的106例NAFLD合并T2DM患者被随机分为对照组53例和观察组53例,分别给予二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗或在此治疗的基础上给予利拉鲁肽治疗,观察6个月。采用qRT-PCR法检测外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)NLRP3、Caspase-1和ASC mRNA水平,采用ELISA法检测血清丙二醛(MDA)水平,采用紫外分光光度法检测血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,采用2-硝基苯甲酸法检测血清谷胱甘肽过物酶(GSH-Px)水平。结果在治疗后,观察组血生化指标改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素和HOMA-IR水平分别为(5.9±1.1)mmol/L、(7.3±1.0)mmol/L、(6.2±0.7)%、(9.2±1.8)μIU/ml和(2.5±0.5),均显著低于对照组【分别为(6.5±1.3)mmol/L、(8.7±1.5)mmol/L、(7.0±1.0)%、(13.4±2.3)μIU/ml和(3.1±0.4),P<0.05】;观察组PBMC NLRP3、Caspase-1和ASC mRNA水平分别为(1.1±0.2)、(1.2±0.3)和(1.0±0.2),均显著低于对照组【分别为(1.7±0.3)、(1.6±0.4)和(1.5±0.3),P<0.05】;观察组血清MDA水平为(7.3±1.5)nmol/mL,显著低于对照组【(10.2±2.1)nmol/mL,P<0.05】,而血清SOD和GSH-Px水平分别为(134.6±7.5)U/L和(153.7±14.0)U/L,均显著高于对照组【分别为(117.2±8.3)U/L和(129.1±13.9)U/L,P<0.05】。结论应用利拉鲁肽治疗NAFLD合并T2DM患者近期疗效显著,可能与调节了PBMC NLRP3、Caspase-1和ASC水平有关。 展开更多

目的:探讨NLR家族含CARD域蛋白3(NLR family CARD domain containing 3,NLRC3)在血管内皮细胞中的功能及在冠心病中的诊断价值。方法:取20只8周龄雄性ApoE^(-/-)C57BL/6小鼠,分为实验组及对照组(各10只),实验组采用高脂饮食喂养8周诱导... 目的:探讨NLR家族含CARD域蛋白3(NLR family CARD domain containing 3,NLRC3)在血管内皮细胞中的功能及在冠心病中的诊断价值。方法:取20只8周龄雄性ApoE^(-/-)C57BL/6小鼠,分为实验组及对照组(各10只),实验组采用高脂饮食喂养8周诱导动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS),对照组采用普通饮食喂养;采用RT-qPCR及免疫荧光检测主动脉NLRC3的表达;采用白细胞介素1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β;10μg/L)刺激人脐静脉内皮细胞(human umbilical vein endothelial cells,HUVECs),检测NLRC3的表达变化;采用慢病毒载体或质粒载体在内皮细胞中过表达或敲减NLRC3的表达并用IL-1β诱导炎症,采用RT-qPCR和ELISA检测NLRC3对内皮细胞炎症的影响,采用Western blot和免疫荧光检测NLRC3对内皮细胞NF-κB信号通路的调控;采用ELISA检测冠心病患者及对照患者血浆NLRC3的表达水平,通过受试者工作特征曲线评估检测NLRC3在冠心病诊断中的价值。结果:AS小鼠主动脉中可观察到明显的粥样斑块病变;NLRC3在AS小鼠主动脉弓的表达较对照组小鼠下调;NLRC3在IL-1β刺激的HUVECs中显著下调,并呈现时间依赖性(P<0.01)和剂量依赖性(P<0.01);过表达NLRC3显著抑制IL-1β刺激的内皮细胞IL-6、IL-8、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(monocyte chemoatbactant protein-1,MCP-1)、p-p65及p-IκBα的表达(P<0.01),而敲减NLRC3则增加内皮细胞IL-6、IL-8、MCP-1、p-p65及p-IκBα的表达(P<0.01);NLRC3在冠心病患者血浆中的表达水平显著低于对照组,其诊断冠心病的曲线下面积为0.851,95%CI为0.785~0.918(P<0.01),当临界值为1.605μg/L时,诊断灵敏度为93.8%,特异度为71.3%。结论:NLRC3可能通过抑制NF-κB通路调节内皮炎症影响AS的发展,并可作为冠心病诊断的潜在生物标志物。 展开更多

目的:探讨银屑病患者在生物制剂治疗中免疫漂移发生的风险因素,为临床生物制剂的安全使用提供理论依据。方法:回顾性分析白细胞介素(IL)-17A抑制剂治疗160例银屑病患者发生免疫漂移与临床指标之间的相关性,并探究诱发免疫漂移的风险因... 目的:探讨银屑病患者在生物制剂治疗中免疫漂移发生的风险因素,为临床生物制剂的安全使用提供理论依据。方法:回顾性分析白细胞介素(IL)-17A抑制剂治疗160例银屑病患者发生免疫漂移与临床指标之间的相关性,并探究诱发免疫漂移的风险因素。使用基因靶向测序检测30例患者CARD14基因的突变情况,按是否出现矛盾性湿疹将其分为试验A组(20例)和试验B组(10例),并探究遗传因素与免疫漂移发生的关系。结果:是否发生免疫漂移的患者过敏性疾病病史、家族史、嗜酸性粒细胞计数、总蛋白、高密度脂蛋白和总IgE水平比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素Cox回归分析显示,过敏性疾病病史、家族史、嗜酸性粒细胞升高、血清钠升高和总IgE水平升高有统计学意义(HR>1,P<0.05)。多因素Cox比例风险模型显示过敏性疾病病史、家族史、嗜酸性粒细胞升高及总IgE水平升高有统计学意义(HR>1,P<0.05)。本研究结果示试验A组11例(55.00%)患者CARD14基因的rs11652075(C>T)突变阳性,试验B组1例(10%)患者为阳性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IL-17A抑制剂治疗的银屑病患者过敏性疾病病史、家族史、嗜酸性粒细胞升高和总IgE水平升高为免疫漂移发生的独立风险因素。同时,存在CARD14基因的错义变异体rs11652075的银屑病患者更容易发生免疫漂移。 展开更多

目的分析FNDC5、NLRC4与高血压脑出血(HICH)患者病情严重程度及预后情况的关联。方法选取123例HICH患者,按照病情严重程度不同将其分为重度组33例、中度组45例和轻度组45例,分析FNDC5、NLRC4与HICH患者血压指标、神经功能血清指标的相... 目的分析FNDC5、NLRC4与高血压脑出血(HICH)患者病情严重程度及预后情况的关联。方法选取123例HICH患者,按照病情严重程度不同将其分为重度组33例、中度组45例和轻度组45例,分析FNDC5、NLRC4与HICH患者血压指标、神经功能血清指标的相关性及对患者不良预后的预测效能。结果重度组的FNDC5低于中度组和轻度组,NLRC4高于中度组和轻度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度组的SPB、DBP、NSE、S100β均高于中度组、轻度组(P<0.05)。FNDC5与HICH患者的SBP、DBP、NSE、S100β呈负相关(P<0.05)。NLRC4与HICH患者的SBP、DBP、NSE、S100β呈正相关(P<0.05)。预后不良组的FNDC5低于预后良好组,NLRC4高于预后良好组(P<0.05)。FNDC5、NLRC4联合检测对HICH患者不良预后的预测灵敏度、特异度均高于FNDC5、NLRC4单独检测。结论FNDC5、NLRC4联合检测能实现对患者不良预后的早期预测。 展开更多

Reducing the risk of fraud in credit card transactions is crucial for the competitiveness of companies,especially in Latin American countries.This study aims to establish measures for preventing and detecting fraud in the use of credit cards in shops through analytical methods(data mining,machine learning and artificial intelligence).To achieve this objective,the study employs a predictive methodology using descriptive and exploratory statistics and frequency,frequency&monetary(RFM)classification techniques,differentiating between SMEs and large businesses via cluster analysis and supervised models.A dataset of 221,292 card records from a Latin American merchant payment gateway for the year 2022 is used.For fraud alerts,the classification model has been selected for small and medium–sized merchants,and the multilayer perceptron(MLP)neural network has been selected for large merchants.Random forest or Gini decision tree models have been selected as backup models for retraining.For the detection of punctual fraud patterns,the K-means and partitioning around medoids(PAM)models have been selected,depending on the type of trade.The results revealed that the application of the identified models would have prevented between 48 and 85%of fraud transactions,depending on the trade size.Despite the promising results,continuous updating is recommended,as fraudsters frequently implement new fraud techniques. 展开更多
