Aiming at practical demands of manufacturing enterprises to the CAPP system in the Internet age, the CAPP model is presented based on Web and featured by open, universality and intelligence. A CAPP software package is developed with three layer structures (the database, the Web server and the client server) to realize CAPP online services. In the CAPP software package, a new process planning method called the successive casebased reasoning is presented. Using the method, process planning procedures are divided into three layers (the process planning, the process procedure and the process step), which are treated with the successive process reasoning. Process planning rules can be regularly described due to the granularity-based rule classification. The CAPP software package combines CAPP software with online services. The process planning has the features of variant analogy and generative creation due to adopting the successive case-based reasoning, thus improving the universality and the practicability of the process planning. 展开更多

This paper introduces the approach to design and implementation of an integrated CAD/CAPP system (IC2S) based on PDM. This system is an important compent of computer integrated manufacturing system in KELON Inc(Kelon-CIMS). It includes user management, bill of materials(BOM) management, knowledge based process planning, knowledge management and database maintaining sub-systems. This kind of nesting knowledge representation method the system provided can represent complicated arithmetic and logical relationship to deal with process planning tasks. With the representation and manipulation of XML based technological file, the system solves some important problems in web environment such as information interactive efficiency and refreshing of web page. The CAPP system is written in ASP VBScript, JavaScript, Visual C++ languages and Oracle database. At present, the CAPP system is running in Shenyang Machine Tools. This study is i... Existing computer-aided process planning (CAPP) systems for garment manufacturing emphasize all-purpose ones, lack specialism and availability. So, few developed is popular in the garment industries. This study is intended for developing a CAPP system, which aims at the actual condition of process planning in the small and medium size apparel enterprises (SMAs). It enables the technologists of process planning to be quicker in generating suitable plans that are similar to existing styles or new. It also automatically provides labor cost by considering the shop-ricer caztiticns. Process planning is achieved by adopting the Hybrid Interactive-variant process planning mete. The proposed system has been realized in Borland Delphi 7 and Orade 8. For validation of the system, the software has been implemented successfully in a firm named Jingchen in China. 展开更多

With the support of standard database of master process planning documents which are developed by parameterization technique, and instance process planning for special product(instance product)can be generated automatically by the sub-system of variant de- sign of process planning.Finally,a CAPP system was developed for process design of rotor of steam turbine to validate the feasibil- ity and applicability of the method. 展开更多

The amount of material must be removed away to produce the final product should be minimized, excess stock will increase not only the material cost, but also processing cost, fixture cost, tooling cost, and increases machine cycle times. This paper proposed a variant CAPP system for rotational parts based on the concept of group technology, this system accepts part features characteristics code number as an input and specify operation details for manufacturing route with the suitable primary processes required to produce the blank work piece as an output. 展开更多

By adopting the parameterized designing method of f ea ture assembled and feature unit, for the feature of non-conventional type parts , such as welding box and bearer, by use of Visual C++ and AutoCAD a s soft tools, the system can successfully carry out the basic function of featur e assembled, the processing of two-dimensional figure, the building of three-d imensional feature, the automatic producing of technical papers, and so on. The thoughts and design methods of this system can be served as the preference to CA D/CAPP integrated for othernon-conventional type parts. For non-conventional parts, its feature is too much, so the parameter is much. By adopting interactive entry for graphic parameter, under the control of main c ontrol module, through inputting the feature parameter and calling the feature g raphic unit, the function for modeling is completed. To reduce input of feature parameter, the description of position feature is adopted in the feature descrip tion of non-conventional parts, that is, fix position is constraint through str ucture and dimension of non-conventional parts. In such a manner, the assembled process has been transformed the coordinate conversion process, and this is ver y important in the production of three-dimensional graphics. In the one hand, b y calling the feature of parts in the library of feature-graphic unit, the two -dimensional DXF file and three-dimensional SCR file are automatically produce d in AutoCAD. On the other hand, by calling the rules and standard operational s equences in the technologic knowledge base, through inferring of inference engin e, the assembled sequence of non-conventional parts and welding sequences are a utomatically produced. The two aspects constitute overall design philosophy for system. So the CAD/CAPP integration of feature-assembled for non-conventio nal parts are completed. The principle of dividing feature is based on the thought of group technology, t hat is, according to the function feature of parts. The feature-assembled p arameterized design method is to divide the parts into many feature-units, acco rding to the structure, function, and secondary feature, and the each unit is in teractively produced, so the whole part is assembled gradually. At the same time , to display the sequences which deviser chooses varied features, hidden feature code is adopted. The feature-unit parameterized design method is to assemble dimension, margin tolerance and fitting-in, and surface roughness into one unit that it becomes a fixed structure. However big it is, it could be added to or taken off like a ba sic feature-unit.By adopting above-mentioned methods, the module of parts is e stablished. Under the integrated environment, according to basic construct of expert system, CAPP system is made up of three sectionsdynamic database (document-view ), knowledge library and inference engine. Dynamic database is served as storing initialized and middle information as well as ultimate design result. The knowl edge library is composed of static database, rule set, and standard welding proc ess library. 展开更多

“十三五”节能减排综合治理方案明确指出,推进传统产业转型升级,强化工业节能减排,是当前我国节能减排工作的重中之重。钢铁工业作为能耗大户,是我国节能减排的重点领域之一。针对自由锻造成型柔性和小批量生产的需求,研究与开发了自... “十三五”节能减排综合治理方案明确指出,推进传统产业转型升级,强化工业节能减排,是当前我国节能减排工作的重中之重。钢铁工业作为能耗大户,是我国节能减排的重点领域之一。针对自由锻造成型柔性和小批量生产的需求,研究与开发了自由锻造CAPP系统,以全生命周期锻件生产流程为研究对象,首先从能量流形成机理入手,以能流平衡模型为基础,对加热炉系统进行能量平衡分析,找出4个主要的能量损耗问题,并提出改进方向;在此基础上,以过程优化为目标,开展工艺优化研究,从加热过程优选、装炉调度等方面实现节能目标。此外,拟采用物质流与能量流相结合的方法,采用定点模型法进行建模,探讨物质流与能量流之间的关系。 展开更多
