大学校园是培养高层次青年人才的重要场所,是中国式现代化治理场景的重要组成部分。在高等教育迈向高质量发展的时代背景下,校园空间发展与治理面临转型与重构。“校园即社区”理念(Campus as a Community,简称CAAC),将大学校园视为多...大学校园是培养高层次青年人才的重要场所,是中国式现代化治理场景的重要组成部分。在高等教育迈向高质量发展的时代背景下,校园空间发展与治理面临转型与重构。“校园即社区”理念(Campus as a Community,简称CAAC),将大学校园视为多样化城市社区中一个特别的综合性社区类型,以研究其中人际互动与空间环境整体的内在关联,精准回应当下高等教育发展的新需求。本文立足我国高校情境,以学生为中心,统筹考量学生行为模式与物质空间环境的整体关系,构建适用于新时代我国大学校园实情的CAAC理念,统筹协调“人-空间-服务”的关系,为大学校园更新提供新思路。进而,聚焦大学校园公共空间活力问题,通过分析学生时空行为特征,拓展活力影响因素的识别维度,优化校园公共空间活力评估体系,促进校园公共空间活力提升、校园社区氛围营造。研究旨在将社区思维引入大学校园发展与治理框架,进一步丰富大学校园更新理论与规划方法。展开更多
