血清PKM2、TRPC6水平与肺炎支原体感染患儿病情进展的关系及对预后的影响

目的探究血清丙酮酸激酶M2(PKM2)、瞬时受体电位通道C6(TRPC6)水平与肺炎支原体(MP)感染患儿病情进展及预后的相关性,为临床诊疗提供参考依据。方法选取2024年1月-2025年1月在首都医科大学附属首都儿童医学中心呼吸科确诊的104例MP感染... 目的探究血清丙酮酸激酶M2(PKM2)、瞬时受体电位通道C6(TRPC6)水平与肺炎支原体(MP)感染患儿病情进展及预后的相关性,为临床诊疗提供参考依据。方法选取2024年1月-2025年1月在首都医科大学附属首都儿童医学中心呼吸科确诊的104例MP感染患儿作为研究组,另选取同期106名健康体检儿童为对照组。根据病情评估结果,将研究组分为轻度组62例,重度组42例。根据预后评估结果,将研究组分为预后良好组68例,预后不良组36例。采用ELISA法检测MP患儿血清PKM2、TRPC6水平;使用多因素logistic分析MP感染患儿预后不良的风险因素;采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清PKM2、TRPC6水平对MP感染患儿预后不良的预测价值。结果与对照组比较,研究组血清PKM2、TRPC6水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(t=43.862、41.886,P均<0.05)。与轻度组比较,重度组血清PKM2、TRPC6水平提高,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.736、6.697,P均<0.05)。与预后良好组比较,预后不良组血清PKM2、TRPC6、CRP水平和CPIS评分明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.001、7.006、3.093、9.278,P均<0.05)。血清PKM2、TRPC6水平和CPIS评分升高是MP感染患儿预后不良的独立危险因素(P均<0.05)。血清PKM2、TRPC6水平联合预测MP感染患儿预后不良的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.948,联合预测优于单独预测(Z=3.431、3.263、3.106,P均<0.05)。结论MP感染患儿血清PKM2、TRPC6水平升高,与患儿病情进展及预后相关,二者联合预测MP感染患儿预后不良具有一定价值。 展开更多

The purpose of this study is to analyze factors affecting the purchasing behavior of low-income Vietnamese on e-commerce platforms.700 questionnaires were dispersed among universities,coffee shops,and Facebook community groups in Vietnam.Respondents to the questionnaires were consumers of those places in Vietnam,which were randomly selected.Finally,SEM analysis was used on the data to test the hypotheses of the study.The study identified that“Subjective norms”and“Consumer attitudes”have no effect on shopping behavior on e-commerce platforms,while“Perceived behavioral control”is most affected and“Perceived risks”are least affected on shopping behavior. 展开更多

Quality Criteria for B2C E-Commerce Websites in Brazil

The objective of this study is to compare the ranking of the quality of e-commerce B2C portals in Brazil according to explicit criteria described in the article with the ranking according to the INFO 100 ranking. Theoretical research is first described, followed by the construction of eight self-established criteria of B2C portal quality measures and identification and compilation of requirements used by the I-Best, Opinia, E-bit and other institutes. After that, a portal quality evaluation is made by the web site content analysis;finally, a comparison of the rankings is presented. The obtained results showed that in spite of the lack of knowledge of the criteria adopted by INFO100 [1], there could be agreement with the criteria adopted in this study, because there was agreement with the results for the Ponto Frio portal. Therefore, it was concluded that the eight criteria used in this study can be useful in a quality analysis of B2C electronic portals. 展开更多

E-commerce to cloud computing as the basic environment, the construction of public cloud services and private cloud resources, based on public cloud to the SaaS way to provide services to customers, focus on business search and business collaboration, make full use of the lnternet, modern communications technology to provide the real- service. The development of agricultural economy, no longer depends only on the number of some traditional agricultural resources, but also depends on the modern technology, information access and use. Through the development of basic network technology, by virtue of some modern electronic information technology and some other means that can improve the intelligence of agricultural use of the information resources, the proposed model provides the new methodology of the solution. 展开更多

C2M电子商务模式下绿色制造资源配置的理论与方法研究

在“双碳”目标与消费升级背景下,制造业面临“个性化定制”与“绿色可持续”发展的双重挑战。传统大规模生产模式因其固有的资源错配与环境问题,难以有效应对,制约了产业的高质量发展。C2M (用户直连制造)电子商务模式以需求驱动生产,... 在“双碳”目标与消费升级背景下,制造业面临“个性化定制”与“绿色可持续”发展的双重挑战。传统大规模生产模式因其固有的资源错配与环境问题,难以有效应对,制约了产业的高质量发展。C2M (用户直连制造)电子商务模式以需求驱动生产,为破解此“二元困境”提供了新的解决范式。本文采用理论推演方法,系统研究了C2M电子商务模式,探讨其如何破解这一困境并赋能绿色制造资源配置。研究发现,C2M通过“信息–流程–生态”重构资源配置逻辑:信息赋能以数字精准替代物理冗余,流程赋能以动态柔性实现过程增效,生态赋能以网络协同优化全链价值。最后,提出了C2M模式下绿色制造资源配置的实现路径,为制造企业践行绿色发展理念、实现数字化与绿色化协同转型提供了理论参考与战略指引。 展开更多

Objective:Aloin,the main active component in Aloe vera(L.)Burm.f.,has shown promising anti-tumor effects.This study investigated the impact of aloin in lung squamous cell carcinoma(LUSC)and explored its functional mechanism.Methods:We analyzed the viability,migration,invasion,proliferation,and apoptosis of two LUSC cell lines after treatment with aloin.Target molecules of aloin and downstream target transcripts of nuclear receptor subfamily 3 group C member 2(NR3C2)were predicted by bioinformatics.The biological functions of NR3C2 and metallothionein 1M(MT1M)in the malignant properties of LUSC cells were determined.A co-culture system of LUSC cells with monocyte-derived macrophages was constructed.Mouse xenograft tumor models were generated to analyze the functions of aloin and NR3C2 in the tumorigenic activity of LUSC cells and macrophage polarization in vivo.Results:Aloin suppressed malignant properties of LUSC cells in vitro.However,these effects were negated by the silencing of NR3C2.NR3C2 was found to activate MT1M transcription by binding to its promoter.Additional upregulation of MT1M suppressed the malignant behavior of LUSC cells augmented by NR3C2 silencing.Analysis of the M1 and M2 markers/cytokines in the macrophages or the culture supernatant revealed that aloin treatment or MT1M overexpression in LUSC cells enhanced M1 polarization while suppressing M2 polarization of macrophages,whereas NR3C2 silencing led to reverse trends.Consistent findings were reproduced in vivo.Conclusion:This study demonstrated that aloin activates the NR3C2/MT1M axis to suppress the malignant behavior of LUSC cells and M2 macrophage polarization.Please cite this article as:Chen YN,Lu JY,Gao CF,Fang ZR,Zhou Y.Aloin blocks the malignant behavior of lung squamous cell carcinoma cells and M2 macrophage polarization by modulating the NR3C2/MT1M axis. 展开更多
