When underground cavities are subjected to explosive stress waves,a uniquely damaged zone may appear due to the combined effect of dynamic loading and static pre-load stress.In this study,a rate-dependent two-dimensional rock dynamic constitutive model was established to investigate the dynamic fractures of rocks under different static stress conditions.The effects of the loading rate and peak amplitude of the blasting wave under different confining pressures and the vertical compressive coefficient(K_(0))were considered.The numerical simulated results reproduced the initiation and further propagation of primary radial crack fractures,which were in agreement with the experimental results.The dynamic loading rate,peak amplitude,static vertical compressive coefficient(K_(0))and confining pressure affected the evolution of fractures around the borehole.The heterogeneity parameter(m)plays an important role in the evolution of fractures around the borehole.The crack propagation path became more discontinuous and rougher in a smallerheterogeneity parameter case. 展开更多

Based on the fact that a static problem has an equivalent wave speed of infinity and a dynamic problem has a wave speed of finite value, an effective loading algorithm associated with the explicit dynamic relaxation method was presented to produce meaningful numerical solutions for static problems. The central part of the explicit dynamic relaxation method is to turn a time-independent static problem into an artificial time-dependent dynamic problem. The related numerical testing results demonstrate that: (1) the proposed effective loading algorithm is capable of enabling an applied load in a static problem to be propagated throughout the whole system within a given loading increment, so that the time-independent solution of the static problem can be obtained; (2) the proposed effective loading algorithm can be straightforwardly applied to the particle simulation method for solving a wide range of static problems. 展开更多

Three-dimensional finite element models were developed to analyze 304 stainless steel rod and wire hot continuous rolling process with the help of MSC.Marc software. The entire 30-pass deformation process and the actual parameters of production line were taken into account. Static and dynamic procedures were used to study the continuous rolling process with the aid of the thermo-mechanical coupled FEM of elastic-plasticity. The properties of billets, such as deformation, temperature field and rolling force, were mainly discussed. The simulation results of temperature agree well with the measured values. Comparisons of the analysis results obtained using static implicit method and dynamic implicit method were presented. It is shown that static implicit procedure is more accurate than dynamic implicit procedure and is able to simulate the rolling process with a lower speed, such as a roughing mill. Whereas, dynamic analysis shows a higher efficiency than static analysis and is fit for simulating the rolling process with a higher speed, such as a finishing mill. 展开更多

Saturated sodium chloride solution under an external static electric field: A molecular dynamics study

The behavior of saturated aqueous Na Cl solutions under a constant external electric field(E) was studied by molecular dynamics(MD) simulation. Our dynamic MD simulations indicated that the irreversible nucleation process towards crystallization is accelerated by a moderate E but retarded or even prohibited under a stronger E, which can be understood by the competition between self-diffusion and drift motion. The former increases with E, thereby accelerating the nucleation process, whereas the latter pulls oppositely charged ions apart under a stronger E, thereby decelerating nucleation.Additionally, our steady-state MD simulations indicated that a first-order phase transition occurs in saturated solutions at a certain threshold Ec. The magnitude of Ec increases with concentration because larger clusters form more easily when the solution is more concentrated and require a stronger E to dissociate. 展开更多

Additionally,ant nests are often surrounded by trees and other natural barriers.In this study, the natural underground ant nests of Iridomyrmex anceps were gathered from different collection sites.Manual cutting and frozen computer numerical control milling were performed on the ant nests in a laboratory.The internal structure of each nest was measured and recorded,and then, the 2D and 3D numerical structure models of the Iridomyrmex anceps nest were created.The static and dynamic simulation analysis of an underground ant nest structure was performed by using finite element analysis software (ABAQUS),and the mechanical properties of the ant nest were discussed.The underground ant nest structure effectively resisted the additional stress due to external static and live loads,and the ant nest was not completely destroyed. 展开更多

High level architecture(HLA) is the open standard in the collaborative simulation field. Scholars have been paying close attention to theoretical research on and engineering applications of collaborative simulation based on HLA/RTI, which extends HLA in various aspects like functionality and efficiency. However, related study on the load balancing problem of HLA collaborative simulation is insufficient. Without load balancing, collaborative simulation under HLA/RTI may encounter performance reduction or even fatal errors. In this paper, load balancing is further divided into static problems and dynamic problems. A multi-objective model is established and the randomness of model parameters is taken into consideration for static load balancing, which makes the model more credible. The Monte Carlo based optimization algorithm(MCOA) is excogitated to gain static load balance. For dynamic load balancing, a new type of dynamic load balancing problem is put forward with regards to the variable-structured collaborative simulation under HLA/RTI. In order to minimize the influence against the running collaborative simulation, the ordinal optimization based algorithm(OOA) is devised to shorten the optimization time. Furthermore, the two algorithms are adopted in simulation experiments of different scenarios, which demonstrate their effectiveness and efficiency. An engineering experiment about collaborative simulation under HLA/RTI of high speed electricity multiple units(EMU) is also conducted to indentify credibility of the proposed models and supportive utility of MCOA and OOA to practical engineering systems. The proposed research ensures compatibility of traditional HLA, enhances the ability for assigning simulation loads onto computing units both statically and dynamically, improves the performance of collaborative simulation system and makes full use of the hardware resources. 展开更多

With the development of activated sludge model, the simulation software for the design and operation of wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) was produced and has been widely used. The dynamic change of the quality and flow of influent are major factors causing the unstable operation of wastewater treatment process. As a basic model, ASMI model was used for the simulation of activated sludge process, and double exponential model was selected for the simulation of secondary sedimentation tank. The influences of influent change to the aeration tank and secondary sedimentation tank were investigated, and the relationship among influent change, the quality of effluent and the level of sludge blanket in secondary sedimentation tank was established. On the basis of the simulation results, the operation of the WWTP could be adjusted under the dynamic change of the influent. Furthermore, the controlling strategy combined the feed-forward on the influent flow and the feedback on the level of sludge blanket in the secondary sedimentation tank was studied. 展开更多

郑庄区块岩石力学特征对压裂的影响及开发对策

煤储层岩石力学特征对天然裂缝的形成演化及人工裂缝的扩展规律具有重要控制作用,是影响煤储层压裂改造的关键因素。为明确郑庄区块岩石力学特征和压裂裂缝发育规律,实现煤储层高效改造和开发,利用阵列声波测井资料建立纵横波转换模型,... 煤储层岩石力学特征对天然裂缝的形成演化及人工裂缝的扩展规律具有重要控制作用,是影响煤储层压裂改造的关键因素。为明确郑庄区块岩石力学特征和压裂裂缝发育规律,实现煤储层高效改造和开发,利用阵列声波测井资料建立纵横波转换模型,基于岩石力学参数试验和测井计算建立动静态岩石力学参数转换模型,利用声波时差、密度等常规测井数据,计算得到郑庄区块岩石力学参数分布规律。在此基础上,利用FrSmart压裂模拟软件建立郑庄区块不同井区水平井的地质力学模型,开展压裂模拟探究岩石力学参数和压裂规模对压裂裂缝形态的影响,并针对不同井区提出差异化开发对策。结果表明:郑庄区块静态弹性模量在0.28~1.45 GPa,平均为0.95 GPa,静态泊松比为0.31~0.34,平均为0.32,整体呈不均匀分布。随着煤储层弹性模量的不断增大和泊松比的减小,压裂缝长和单缝宽均有逐渐减小的趋势。压裂缝长和单缝宽与压裂规模有正相关关系,增加压裂液量和砂量可以有效增加压裂缝长和单缝宽,提高裂缝体积。增大施工排量,压裂缝长、单缝宽、裂缝体积均大幅度增加。在郑庄区块北部开展大规模大排量压裂先导试验,裂缝监测结果显示:平均压裂缝长超400 m,缝宽在40 m以上,平均单段储层改造体积170×10^(4) m^(3),改造效果较以往提升580%。在后续开发过程中,郑庄区块北部井区建议采用大规模大排量压裂,最佳井距为320 m;中北部井区建议采用中等压裂规模进行改造,最佳井距为300 m;西南部井区建议采用中等规模压裂,最佳井距为260 m。 展开更多

针对现有的水力计算主要利用阀门的静态阻力特性,静态阻力特性与实际阀门动作时的动态阻力特性可能存在差异,从而导致水力计算偏差等问题,以DN50球阀为例,设计搭建输水管道实验系统,同时结合三维计算流体动力学(CFD)方法,研究阀门静态... 针对现有的水力计算主要利用阀门的静态阻力特性,静态阻力特性与实际阀门动作时的动态阻力特性可能存在差异,从而导致水力计算偏差等问题,以DN50球阀为例,设计搭建输水管道实验系统,同时结合三维计算流体动力学(CFD)方法,研究阀门静态、动态阻力特性及其差异与影响.为实现三维水锤计算,CFD模型考虑了管道壁面的弹性和水体的可压缩性,引入了与水锤波速有关的水体密度和压力耦合因素,并通过实验观测阀门静态阻力特性、水锤压力验证三维模拟方法的准确性.结果表明:三维CFD数值模拟可以准确确定阀门的静动态阻力特性;实验阀门的静态阻力系数随关闭率的增加呈指数增长趋势;其动态阻力特性与关闭率具有与静态类似的变化关系.动态阻力特性与关阀时间密切相关.当关闭率小于81%时,动态阻力系数与关阀时间呈负相关;关闭率≥81%时,动态阻力系数与关阀时间呈正相关.关阀时间越长,动态阻力特性趋近于静态阻力特性.阀门静动态阻力特性之间的差异会影响水锤压力的计算偏差.研究结果对实际工程中阀门操作规律及水力安全精准校核计算等具有重要理论指导意义. 展开更多

基于MEMS传感器的仿真电子玉米果穗设计与试验

针对高含水率玉米籽粒收获时存在破碎率高的问题,本文设计了一种可脱粒式仿真电子玉米果穗,电子果穗内部嵌入了IMU模块和柔性薄膜压力传感器,可以对脱粒过程中电子果穗受到的动态冲击力和静态挤压力进行实时检测,为探究脱粒过程中籽粒... 针对高含水率玉米籽粒收获时存在破碎率高的问题,本文设计了一种可脱粒式仿真电子玉米果穗,电子果穗内部嵌入了IMU模块和柔性薄膜压力传感器,可以对脱粒过程中电子果穗受到的动态冲击力和静态挤压力进行实时检测,为探究脱粒过程中籽粒破碎原理提供新的技术方法。为验证该电子果穗工作性能,分别开展了动态冲击力检测试验和挤压力检测试验。动态冲击力检测试验结果表明,该电子果穗动态冲击力检测平均误差为0.91 N,最大误差为2.25 N,平均检测精度为98.15%。静态挤压力检测试验结果表明,电子果穗挤压力平均检测误差为2.47 N,最大检测误差为7.25 N,与万能试验机曲线拟合度较高,R^(2)为0.9874。利用纵轴流脱粒装置开展了电子果穗实际工况下的脱粒试验,结果表明,电子果穗能够有效检测出其在脱粒装置中的受力情况。当喂入量为2.5 k/s、脱粒滚筒转速为450 r/min、脱粒间隙为40 mm、导流角度为45°时,电子果穗受到的平均冲击力为17.40 N,最大冲击力为70.73 N;平均挤压力为34.49 N,最大挤压力为96.30 N。研究结果为解析高速绕流群体果穗脱粒工况下玉米果穗受力参数提供新的技术手段,为探明籽粒发生破碎的原理提供新的研究方法。 展开更多

混合是现代工业的关键过程,在湿法磷酸制造工艺中,高效地混合是磷酸萃取提纯过程的核心。本文对微旋流混合器的混合特性进行初步探究,研究微旋流混合器强化湿法磷酸萃取过程的可行性。采用Eulerian-Eulerian多相流模型模拟了不同入口雷... 混合是现代工业的关键过程,在湿法磷酸制造工艺中,高效地混合是磷酸萃取提纯过程的核心。本文对微旋流混合器的混合特性进行初步探究,研究微旋流混合器强化湿法磷酸萃取过程的可行性。采用Eulerian-Eulerian多相流模型模拟了不同入口雷诺数下的Kenics混合器、单切向进口微旋流混合器、双切向进口微旋流混合器,对三种混合器的混合性能、涡量与湍流动能、压降进行对比分析。结果表明微旋流混合器的涡量与湍流动能更大,更有利于混合;单个切向进口微旋流混合器出口变异系数COV比另外两个混合器平均小0.15,混合均匀程度最好;随着入口雷诺数增大,压降相应增大,在入口雷诺数为7400时,双切向进口微旋流混合器的压降最大约12782.5Pa,比其他两种混合器大14.7%。综合混合均匀程度与压降两个关键指标,单切向进口微旋流混合器性能更佳。 展开更多

为研究压缩机等熵效率、系统过热度和过冷度等关键因素对高温热泵系统性能的影响,本文构建适用于热泵循环的ASPEN HYSYS仿真模型,采用动态模拟与静态模拟相结合的方式对模型进行模拟研究。结果表明,动态模拟过程在200 s时基本稳定,其稳... 为研究压缩机等熵效率、系统过热度和过冷度等关键因素对高温热泵系统性能的影响,本文构建适用于热泵循环的ASPEN HYSYS仿真模型,采用动态模拟与静态模拟相结合的方式对模型进行模拟研究。结果表明,动态模拟过程在200 s时基本稳定,其稳定值与静态模拟输出值基本一致;当过热度、过冷度、压缩机等熵效率增加时,系统性能系数也增加;且过冷度每增加1℃,制热系数约提升0.05,而过热度增加1℃,制热系数仅提升约0.01;绝热效率90%,过热度与过冷度均取8℃时,系统得到最大制热系数为3.31。当过热度降低、压缩机绝热效率增加时,可有效降低排气温度;绝热效率90%,过热度取5℃时,压缩机得到最小排气温度108.8℃;相较于过热度与过冷度,压缩机等熵效率对系统性能影响更明显。因此适当增加过冷度、提升压缩机等熵效率,合理降低过热度可以有效提高热泵性能。 展开更多

北川沈家包边坡抗滑桩抗震设计参数优化研究

本文以北川王家岩南侧沈家包抗滑桩加固工程为背景,通过现场低应变测试、混凝土强度测试、FLAC3D数值模拟及拟静力理论计算,系统研究了强震作用下抗滑桩加固边坡的动力响应规律。结果表明,随输入地震动强度增大,PGA放大系数呈非线性衰... 本文以北川王家岩南侧沈家包抗滑桩加固工程为背景,通过现场低应变测试、混凝土强度测试、FLAC3D数值模拟及拟静力理论计算,系统研究了强震作用下抗滑桩加固边坡的动力响应规律。结果表明,随输入地震动强度增大,PGA放大系数呈非线性衰减特征,抗滑桩可以显著抑制边坡动力放大效应,其阻滑能力随地震动峰值增强而提升,地震作用下桩顶位移9.78cm满足规范容许限值;抗滑桩内力分布特征显示,桩身剪力与弯矩峰值位于滑面附近;参数敏感性分析表明,桩长16m、间距6.75m为最优抗震设计参数;拟静力法计算得出桩身峰值剪力与峰值弯矩较数值模拟分别偏小2.93%和5.87%,建议抗震设计安全系数取1.2以上;研究揭示了抗滑桩在强震作用下的动力响应机理,为高烈度区边坡抗震设计提供了理论与技术支撑。 展开更多
