Methods: the research process of intensive treatment after cerebral infarction was comprehensively promoted and analyzed with patients. Seventy patients who were hospitalized in our hospital were selected, the control group/observation group/each group have 35 cases, and the effects of routine rehabilitation treatment for patients in the control group were effectively analyzed. On the basis of the control group, butylphthalide injection was used in the observation group for clinical treatment. Finally, the comparison of aphasia index AQ/ total effective rate/adverse reactions and the degree of neurological impairment between the two groups before and after treatment is promoted. Results: after in-depth analysis of the observation group, the degree of loss of exponential neurological function and other deficiencies of patients after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group. The total effective rate of the observation group was superior to the clinical treatment effect of the control group. The difference in data comparison between the two groups was clinically statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of patients with aphasia after cerebral infarction is effectively improved. The neurological and linguistic functions of the patients with aphasia are effectively reduced through the application of conventional drugs combined with styrene-butadiene peptide injection for clinical rehabilitation, which is worthy of reference and promotion.展开更多
