In the context of the revolution in new technologies,a key question is whether the rapid growth of the digital economy,driven by digital technologies,has improved regional innovation performance.Using inter-provincial...In the context of the revolution in new technologies,a key question is whether the rapid growth of the digital economy,driven by digital technologies,has improved regional innovation performance.Using inter-provincial panel data from China(2012–2022)and adopting a business environment perspective,this study applies a Panel Extended Regression Model(PERM),a Panel Simultaneous Equation Model(PSEM),and a Tobit-IV model to analyze how the development of the digital economy influences regional innovation.The results reveal a pronounced U-shaped relationship between the digital economy and the regional innovation performance at the provincial level in China,with the business environment serving as a significant mediator in this relationship.Moreover,regional innovation performance in China exhibits a“ratchet effect,”with the impact of the digital economy varying markedly across regions.While the eastern and western regions have entered an upward phase,whereby the digital economy boosts innovation,the central region displays a weaker effect.Further analysis indicates that the synergy between the business environment and the digital economy in driving innovation remains suboptimal.These findings were supported by robust checks.This study offers theoretical insights and empirical evidence that support the coordinated development of digital government and the digital factor market,as well as business environment reforms that are in alignment with the innovation demands of the digital era.展开更多

And the supply-side of the tourism remains very important. The RBD (Recreation Business District) is a useful framework to understand the components of urban tourism and how they fit together. The paper begins with a review on the RBD and the spatial structure of tourism in urban areas and then attempts to develop a more general understanding of the spatial structure evolution of RBDs in a tourist-historic city-Suzhou. The spatial structures and functions of the RBDs in Suzhou are examined, based on field observations, interviews with city officials and industry leaders, and a review of available documents. The urban tourism of Suzhou has developed in a range of contexts, that various types of RBDs have emerged as a result of different urban development strategies. The spatial structure has evolved from the past "Single-cored Structure" to "Double-cored Structure" at present, and then to "Chain Structure" in the future. The spatial form and evolution of RBD in Suzhou are closely relative with its urban spatial expansion. Urban area dispersal is the prerequisite of the emergence of the RBD. Planning and constructing the RBD becomes a new impetus to urban growth or renewal. Finally, a number of strategies for planning and developing the RBD in Suzhou are suggested. The different RBDs should adopt different strategies. Intensification can be the possible strategy for the RBDs in the ancient city. 文摘Economic new normal and the change of industry environment, market environment and competition environment boost the liquor industry to conduct the transitional development. By analyzing the status quo and the motivation of transformation of the liquor industry, the liquor business ecosystem is constructed in this paper. And the path of transitional development of liquor industry is proposed based on the type division of liquor business ecosystem. Then we give some countermeasures and suggestions to improve transitional development of liquor industry from the aspect of liquor business ecosystem, government regulation and the transformation of liquor making company.
文摘In the software engineering literature, it is commonly believed that economies of scale do not occur in case of software Development and Enhancement Projects （D＆EP）. Their per-unit cost does not decrease but increase with the growth of such projects product size. Thus this is diseconomies of scale that occur in them. The significance of this phenomenon results from the fact that it is commonly considered to be one of the fundamental objective causes of their low effectiveness. This is of particular significance with regard to Business Software Systems （BSS） D＆EP characterized by exceptionally low effectiveness comparing to other software D＆EP. Thus the paper aims at answering the following two questions： （1） Do economies of scale really not occur in BSS D＆EP？ （2） If economies of scale may occur in BSS D＆EP, what factors are then promoting them？ These issues classify into economics problems of software engineering research and practice.
文摘In order to find the roles of knowledge-intensive business services （KIBS） in the innovation activities, This paper focus on three perspectives. First, we find that KIBS possess good prerequisites to function as vehicles in innovation distribution, the sources of innovation and the facilitators of innovation in their client firms. Second, we further discuss KIBS as the knowledge and innovation infrastructure of society in parallel with the research, educational and other public institutions. Third, we present some research policies and agenda to promote the development of KIBS. It is regarded that much remains to be studied both in the use of KIBS and in their own activities, including integrating and networking the knowledge-intensive services into the client companies, the convergence of various services and closer connection with the client companies＇ strategy, and the national policies to connect the KIBS to the different sectors.

文摘The paper discusses efforts of finding a simple and transparent method to analyze business processes and developing its management system architecture. By introducing ontology and its state, the approach tried to find a unified representation and a flexible choreography of business processes. The main idea of the paper is the transformation of ontology＇s states, which are the most important scenarios of enterprises. The business activity composition, that is, case composition based on an AI technique, Case Based Reason （CBR）, which is to solve new problems by retrieving solutions to previous problems, and then store the modified solution. The main interest in CBR relies on that it allows a system to avoid past failures and exploit past successes.

文摘The system uses Japanese Mitsubishi PLC as the main control core,and intermediate relay is used for signal acquisition and conversion.The system is mainly composed of data processing module,municipal electricity monitoring module,wireless communication module,remote controller,speech recognition module,display module,sensor,switching output module and UPS power supply. The system can automatically start generator for power supply when municipal electricity is failure; when municipal electricity returns to normal,it automatically restores the power supply function of municipal electricity. In order to improve the stability of the system,the system has the functions of fault alarm,remote reset and remote query,etc.,which can realize seamless switching of municipal electricity and generator. It effectively avoids meteorological data loss,data delay,network interruption,etc. caused by unstable municipal electricity,solves the power supply problem of grass-roots meteorological station,especially at night,provides stable power supply for the integrated meteorological observation,forecasting,and early warning service.
