Modern business information systems face significant challenges in managing heterogeneous data sources,integrating disparate systems,and providing real-time decision support in complex enterprise environments.Contempo...Modern business information systems face significant challenges in managing heterogeneous data sources,integrating disparate systems,and providing real-time decision support in complex enterprise environments.Contemporary enterprises typically operate 200+interconnected systems,with research indicating that 52% of organizations manage three or more enterprise content management systems,creating information silos that reduce operational efficiency by up to 35%.While attention mechanisms have demonstrated remarkable success in natural language processing and computer vision,their systematic application to business information systems remains largely unexplored.This paper presents the theoretical foundation for a Hierarchical Attention-Based Business Information System(HABIS)framework that applies multi-level attention mechanisms to enterprise environments.We provide a comprehensive mathematical formulation of the framework,analyze its computational complexity,and present a proof-of-concept implementation with simulation-based validation that demonstrates a 42% reduction in crosssystem query latency compared to legacy ERP modules and 70% improvement in prediction accuracy over baseline methods.The theoretical framework introduces four hierarchical attention levels:system-level attention for dynamic weighting of business systems,process-level attention for business process prioritization,data-level attention for critical information selection,and temporal attention for time-sensitive pattern recognition.Our complexity analysis demonstrates that the framework achieves O(n log n)computational complexity for attention computation,making it scalable to large enterprise environments including retail supply chains with 200+system-scale deployments.The proof-of-concept implementation validates the theoretical framework’s feasibility withMSE loss of 0.439 and response times of 0.000120 s per query,demonstrating its potential for addressing key challenges in business information systems.This work establishes a foundation for future empirical research and practical implementation of attention-driven enterprise systems.展开更多

In the context of the revolution in new technologies,a key question is whether the rapid growth of the digital economy,driven by digital technologies,has improved regional innovation performance.Using inter-provincial...In the context of the revolution in new technologies,a key question is whether the rapid growth of the digital economy,driven by digital technologies,has improved regional innovation performance.Using inter-provincial panel data from China(2012–2022)and adopting a business environment perspective,this study applies a Panel Extended Regression Model(PERM),a Panel Simultaneous Equation Model(PSEM),and a Tobit-IV model to analyze how the development of the digital economy influences regional innovation.The results reveal a pronounced U-shaped relationship between the digital economy and the regional innovation performance at the provincial level in China,with the business environment serving as a significant mediator in this relationship.Moreover,regional innovation performance in China exhibits a“ratchet effect,”with the impact of the digital economy varying markedly across regions.While the eastern and western regions have entered an upward phase,whereby the digital economy boosts innovation,the central region displays a weaker effect.Further analysis indicates that the synergy between the business environment and the digital economy in driving innovation remains suboptimal.These findings were supported by robust checks.This study offers theoretical insights and empirical evidence that support the coordinated development of digital government and the digital factor market,as well as business environment reforms that are in alignment with the innovation demands of the digital era.展开更多

The RBD (Recreation Busi...The growing attention on urban tourism was very widespread. There are two angles to study urban tourism: supply-side and demand-side. And the supply-side of the tourism remains very important. The RBD (Recreation Business District) is a useful framework to understand the components of urban tourism and how they fit together. The paper begins with a review on the RBD and the spatial structure of tourism in urban areas and then attempts to develop a more general understanding of the spatial structure evolution of RBDs in a tourist-historic city-Suzhou. The spatial structures and functions of the RBDs in Suzhou are examined, based on field observations, interviews with city officials and industry leaders, and a review of available documents. The urban tourism of Suzhou has developed in a range of contexts, that various types of RBDs have emerged as a result of different urban development strategies. The spatial structure has evolved from the past "Single-cored Structure" to "Double-cored Structure" at present, and then to "Chain Structure" in the future. The spatial form and evolution of RBD in Suzhou are closely relative with its urban spatial expansion. Urban area dispersal is the prerequisite of the emergence of the RBD. Planning and constructing the RBD becomes a new impetus to urban growth or renewal. Finally, a number of strategies for planning and developing the RBD in Suzhou are suggested. The different RBDs should adopt different strategies. Intensification can be the possible strategy for the RBDs in the ancient city. Accreting with the urban theme park or engrafting on the Jinji Lake is suggested respectively for the RBD in the Suzhou New District and the Suzhou Industrial Park.展开更多

Because the watermark embedding and the extraction algorithms are the kernel in this architecture, we also discuss how to choose and design the algorithms. The paper begins with a review on the RBD and the spatial structure of tourism in urban areas and then attempts to develop a more general understanding of the spatial structure evolution of RBDs in a tourist-historic city-Suzhou. The spatial structures and functions of the RBDs in Suzhou are examined, based on field observations, interviews with city officials and industry leaders, and a review of available documents. The urban tourism of Suzhou has developed in a range of contexts, that various types of RBDs have emerged as a result of different urban development strategies. The spatial structure has evolved from the past "Single-cored Structure" to "Double-cored Structure" at present, and then to "Chain Structure" in the future. The spatial form and evolution of RBD in Suzhou are closely relative with its urban spatial expansion. Urban area dispersal is the prerequisite of the emergence of the RBD. Planning and constructing the RBD becomes a new impetus to urban growth or renewal. Finally, a number of strategies for planning and developing the RBD in Suzhou are suggested. The different RBDs should adopt different strategies. Intensification can be the possible strategy for the RBDs in the ancient city. Accreting with the urban theme park or engrafting on the Jinji Lake is suggested respectively for the RBD in the Suzhou New District and the Suzhou Industrial Park.
文摘This paper applies the perspective of business ecosystem to mobile communications industry,trying to help mobile network operators improve their strategies in the era of the third generation mobile communications(3G).According to the definition of the business ecosystem,the ecosystem structure of mobile network operators is analyzed.As an important hub in the ecosystem,mobile network operators are advised to take a keystone strategy.The key points of the strategy are summarized.Finally,suggestions for Chinese mobile network operators are given based on the analysis.

文摘At present, in mobile business, the secure environment in the terminal of users has not been embedded, many cryptology-based methods can not be directly used to protect the copyright of digital media. Under this situation, a transparent system based on watermark for digital right management and digital copyright protection is proposed in this paper. The transparent system is called WDRM (watermark-based digital rights management) and transparent to users. Its core is WDRM Agent. In this paper, system inner model and procession are designed in detail at first, including the registration, the downloading, the super distribution, and the cooperation. Because the watermark embedding and the extraction algorithms are the kernel in this architecture, we also discuss how to choose and design the algorithms. Then we establish a package for all algorithms in WDRM Agent.
文摘The complexity of business and information systems(IS)alignment is a growing concern for researchers and practitioners alike.The extant research on alignment architecture fails to consider the human viewpoint,which makes it difficult to embrace emergent complexity.This paper contributes to the extant literature in the following ways.First,we combine an enterprise architecture(EA)framework with a human viewpoint to address alignment issues in the architecture design phase;second,we describe a dynamic alignment model by developing a humancentered meta-model that explains first-and second-order changes and their effects on alignment evolution.This paper provides better support for the theoretical research and the practical application of dynamic alignment.

But very few subsequent processes of management, maintenance, improvement, and exploitation of this appearance are deeply studied. The interactive nature of the website, as both transmitter of information and receiver, has attracted the attention of scholars since the interaction allows opening new approaches to the study of the network traffic (the pages user has visited, order them, the time that it has been in them, the actions carried out...) and cyber behavior. Information flows from the physical to the cyber world, and vice versa, adapting the converged world to human behavior and social dynamic. The business intelligence systems based on Internet enable organizations intelligent actions to address time-sensitive business processes and benefit from analytics. As result provides the opportunity to anticipate and estimate visitor habits in a changing environment. This paper presents the research and technological fields which have been incorporated to study of the destination web, a business intelligent tool based on Internet that it aims to increase the performance of the local manager or tour operator by providing an enhanced insight through the behavior of visitors on the website and future trends in research are expressed.

By analyzing the status quo and the motivation of transformation of the liquor industry, the liquor business ecosystem is constructed in this paper. And the path of transitional development of liquor industry is proposed based on the type division of liquor business ecosystem. Then we give some countermeasures and suggestions to improve transitional development of liquor industry from the aspect of liquor business ecosystem, government regulation and the transformation of liquor making company.
文摘In the software engineering literature, it is commonly believed that economies of scale do not occur in case of software Development and Enhancement Projects (D&EP). Their per-unit cost does not decrease but increase with the growth of such projects product size. Thus this is diseconomies of scale that occur in them. The significance of this phenomenon results from the fact that it is commonly considered to be one of the fundamental objective causes of their low effectiveness. This is of particular significance with regard to Business Software Systems (BSS) D&EP characterized by exceptionally low effectiveness comparing to other software D&EP. Thus the paper aims at answering the following two questions: (1) Do economies of scale really not occur in BSS D&EP? (2) If economies of scale may occur in BSS D&EP, what factors are then promoting them? These issues classify into economics problems of software engineering research and practice.
文摘In order to find the roles of knowledge-intensive business services (KIBS) in the innovation activities, This paper focus on three perspectives. First, we find that KIBS possess good prerequisites to function as vehicles in innovation distribution, the sources of innovation and the facilitators of innovation in their client firms. Second, we further discuss KIBS as the knowledge and innovation infrastructure of society in parallel with the research, educational and other public institutions. Third, we present some research policies and agenda to promote the development of KIBS. It is regarded that much remains to be studied both in the use of KIBS and in their own activities, including integrating and networking the knowledge-intensive services into the client companies, the convergence of various services and closer connection with the client companies' strategy, and the national policies to connect the KIBS to the different sectors.
