Agricultural green development is an essential direction for global sustainable agriculture.The academic literature,however,needs to place greater emphasis on studying the factors influencing agricultural green develo...Agricultural green development is an essential direction for global sustainable agriculture.The academic literature,however,needs to place greater emphasis on studying the factors influencing agricultural green development performance and how such performance can be improved.A theoretical framework for agricultural green development performance was constructed in this paper using the Super-SBM model,which considers undesirable outputs,to measure the agricultural green development performance of 330 cities at or above the prefecture level in China(excluding Xizang Autonomous Region,Hong Kong region,Macao region and Taiwan of China)from 2007 to2018.Furthermore,the influencing mechanism of agricultural green development performance was then analyzed using a spatial econometric model.The results show that:1)from 2007 to 2018,China’s agricultural green development performance experienced three stages of evolution:‘rise,decline and rise’.2)The regions with high performance agricultural green development are mainly distributed in eastern China,northeastern China,and southern Qinghai Province.3)The agricultural economic level,industrialization process,and labor quality play significant roles in promoting local agricultural green development performance,while such performance is obviously inhibited by the openness level and the government’s environmental regulations.Local agricultural green development performance is significant inhibited by the agricultural economic level and accelerated industrialization process in neighboring cities,while significantly promoted by the agricultural industrial structure in neighboring cities.Some suggestions for improving agricultural green development performance are proposed based on these research results,which can provide scientific references for promoting sustainable agriculture.展开更多

Green development is vital for bringing about high-quality development,which makes measuring and comparing provincial green development levels essential.This study calculates the comprehensive green development scores...Green development is vital for bringing about high-quality development,which makes measuring and comparing provincial green development levels essential.This study calculates the comprehensive green development scores using panel data from 30 Chinese provinces and autonomous regions(2013-2022)and a combined subjective-objective weighting method.It also innovatively establishes a grey relational degree matrix and a grey improvement sequence to analyze provincial similarities and identify benchmarks for improvement.The results indicate that ecological and environmental protection holds the highest weight among the primary indicators.Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin,Zhejiang,and Jiangsu lead in green development,with Shanghai,Beijing,and Tianjin exhibiting distinct development trajectories,while Guizhou and Yunnan share a similar trend.Zhejiang and Shaanxi have prominent benchmarks for improvement,while some provinces dynamically adjust their targets.The results suggest that advanced regions should further refine their green development pathways to align with their specific contexts,while less-developed regions should adaptively learn from the appropriate benchmarks and periodically reassess their strategies.This study provides scientific guidance for regional green development planning,policymaking,and benchmarking,thus contributing to sustainable regional development.Furthermore,it lays a foundation for future research to expand into broader datasets,scales,influencing factors,and policy evaluations.展开更多

The viscous reserves were of high structural dip angle. In addition delta depositional system represented highly variable geomorphology, where stacked sandbodies and shale bedding are crossing each other frequently. In order to keep a higher production rate, using horizontal wells along with water injection was not enough;therefore, detailed reservoir characterization, well pattern pilot experiment and GeoSteering were used to optimize previous development strategy and keep horizontal trajectories safely landing into reservoir target zone. The stratigraphic sequence architecture that is derived from seismic interpretations captured the variation within these high dip structural backgrounds very effectively. The best combination of choices was “Injecting Water outside from OWC” and “Stair Shaped Horizontal Trajectories”. The borehole collision risks of these optimized strategies were then analyzed and controlled successfully by the GeoSteering tools during trajectory landing process. The reservoir development performance is improved tremendously as result of these renewed development strategies.展开更多

Ovarian function and oocyte quality decrease with age, whereas the frequency of chromosomal abnormalities increases. In this study, improvement of oocyte quality and ovarian function were attempted using a herbal medicine comprising 7 crude drugs:Angelicae radix,Rehmanniae radix,Plantaginis semen,Lonicerae flos,Carthami flos,Ginseng radix, andCucurbita moschata Duch. Thirty-one women who repeatedly failed to conceive by intracytoplasmic sperm injection took the herbal medicine before breakfast and dinner from the start of menstrual cycle in the ovum pickup cycle. Average patient age was 38.5 ± 0.7 years, and the average ovum pickup frequency on the first dosage day was 7.9 ± 1.5. To analyze the effects of herbal medicine intake, the number of recovered and mature oocytes, their morphology and physical qualities, as well as the rates of fertilization, oocyte development, and pregnancy was compared before and after intake. The recovered and mature oocyte numbers, oocyte morphology and physical qualities, and fertilization rate were not significantly different before and after drug intake. However, the oocyte development rate was significantly higher(58.0%) after herbal medicine intake than before (32.5%;p = 0.0003). Moreover, the successful pregnancy rate was significantly higher after intake than before (6.9% versus 0%;p = 0.0111). Herbal medicine may constitute a useful adjunct to assisted reproductive technology in women.展开更多

Decision making requires a careful selection of the right conceptual framework and models for planning and implementation processes. Planning process models dictate in very clear terms what must be done and how it is done to achieve a successful completion of a process of activity [1]. Since about 80% of data used to support decisions are geographically related [3], it is necessary to put Geographic Information Systems (GIS) at the core of the planning and implementation model. There exists a great disparity in a heterogeneous world. The locational disparity in achieving sustainable development, therefore, necessitates a planning model that is “location specific” i.e. identifies areas (locations) requiring intervention and areas (locations) requiring continuous improvement strategies. This was achieved in this study by reviewing Bell’s Information System Strategic Planning Model and Kaufman’s Strategic Planning Model, and the designing of new model to overcome the limitation of existing models. Practical application of the new model was carried out in education planning and administration in order to achieve the global goals for sustainable development 4 (quality education). Finding shows that the Comparative Geospatial Planning Model for “Location Specific” Intervention and Continuous Improvement Strategy is useful to support the achievement of sustainable development goals in multidisciplinary, multi-sector applicable instances.展开更多
China has decided to speed-up the nuclear power development.It is programmed that the nuclear power capacity will reach 40 GWe in 2020 and envisaged 60 GWe and 240 GWe in 2030 and 2050 respectively.The basic strategy ...China has decided to speed-up the nuclear power development.It is programmed that the nuclear power capacity will reach 40 GWe in 2020 and envisaged 60 GWe and 240 GWe in 2030 and 2050 respectively.The basic strategy of PWR-FBR matched development with Fast reactor metal fuel closed cycle for a sustainable and quick increasing nuclear energy supply is adopted.Another strategy also decided is that the partitioning and transmutation of MA will be realized using fast burner and ADS.The fast reactor engineering development will be divided into three steps:China Experimental Fast Reactor(CEFR 65 MWt/20 MWe),China Prototype/Demonstration Fast Reactor(CPFR/CDFR≥1500 MWt/600 MWe)and China Demonstration Fast Breeder Reactor(CDFBR 1000~1500 MWe).The CEFR is under installation and pre-operation testing with it's first criticality planned in 2009.The design study of CPFR is just started in 2006.Recently a discussion for the second step is under way to faster the fast reactor development by a larger than 600 MWe CPFR and as a role of CDFR.展开更多

The best combination of choices was “Injecting Water outside from OWC” and “Stair Shaped Horizontal Trajectories”. The borehole collision risks of these optimized strategies were then analyzed and controlled successfully by the GeoSteering tools during trajectory landing process. The reservoir development performance is improved tremendously as result of these renewed development strategies.
文摘Due to fast development of Chinese steel industry,continuous adjustment of product,improvement of quality,research of value-added product,RH technology is significantly developed.More and more steel plants are covered with RH facilities.RH ratio is growing rapidly as well.Over past decade,through assimilating advanced foreign technologies and further refining them,Chinese large scale steel plants master the technology of RH production,operation,maintenance and make it more widespread.RH functions are well applied and improved.RH is more widely effectively put into use.Through independent innovation,RH core devices and technology,such as RH vacuum pump,oxygen top lance,vacuum vessel preheating lance,ladle lifting device etc.have realized localization.The development of equipment design,software design,equipment manufacturing technology,equipment mounting,test technology and EPC management makes equipment configuration more flexible,equipment more functional and stable,easier to operate and maintain.It also guarantees highly effective and low energy consumption production and quality of steel,reaches international advanced level,lowers the cost of RH construction and operation,makes after-sake service more convenient.How to continuously optimize and develop RH process,equipment and control technology,in order to meet the needs of product with more reasonable and economic process,exploit potentialities,build more effective,lower cost,lower energy consumption,protecting environment RH facilities will be the key point of future RH technology development in China.

It is proposed reasons and specific programmes of green development strategy of Xinjiang cotton,and specific strategies contain ecological water supply,land desertification control,soil improvement,and ecological control of diseases,insect pests and weeds,thereby providing the support for sustainable development of Xinjiang cotton.

文摘As one of important channels in rural revitalization and development, rural tourism obtains a lot of remarkable achievements in rural development. However, relatively single product and homogenized development model make competition gradually intensify, and many once glorious rural tourist destinations gradually decline. Xishan District of Kunming City of Yunnan Province is taken as research object in this paper. Via literature research, field survey and depth interview, development process, status quo and existing problems of its rural tourism are deeply explored. Based on above research results, development idea, strategy and countermeasure for quality improvement and effect increase of traditional rural tourism destination are proposed, and cooperative development, mutual benefit and win-win are taken as the ultimate development goals.
文摘Soybean(Glycine max(L.)Merr)is an agro-economic crop growing across the world to cater nutrition for both human and animal feed due to the high oil and protein content in its edible seeds.The genes and QTLs associated with important agronomic traits in this crop have already been identified and validated for soybean cyst nematode(SCN),Phytophthora root and stem rot,Pythium root rot and aphid resistance,seed quality,nutrient values,and also employed for genetic improvement in soybean.In the last decade,micro RNAs(miRNAs)have been considered the effector molecules,so the detection and characterization of novel miRNAs in soybean have been taken up by several workers.The advancement in the strategy of sequencing and tools of bioinformatics during last decade has contributed to the discovery of many soybean miRNAs,thus miRNA can be used as a tool in molecular breeding studies,and this has opened new vistas for miRNA mediated genetic improvement of soybean to augment crop productivity as well as nutritional quality.This review addresses the current state of understanding of miRNAmediated stress responses,nutrient acquisition,plant development and crop production processes in soybean.

文摘Maternal age is a significant factor in infertility treatment. Ovarian function and oocyte quality decrease with age, whereas the frequency of chromosomal abnormalities increases. In this study, improvement of oocyte quality and ovarian function were attempted using a herbal medicine comprising 7 crude drugs:Angelicae radix,Rehmanniae radix,Plantaginis semen,Lonicerae flos,Carthami flos,Ginseng radix, andCucurbita moschata Duch. Thirty-one women who repeatedly failed to conceive by intracytoplasmic sperm injection took the herbal medicine before breakfast and dinner from the start of menstrual cycle in the ovum pickup cycle. Average patient age was 38.5 ± 0.7 years, and the average ovum pickup frequency on the first dosage day was 7.9 ± 1.5. To analyze the effects of herbal medicine intake, the number of recovered and mature oocytes, their morphology and physical qualities, as well as the rates of fertilization, oocyte development, and pregnancy was compared before and after intake. The recovered and mature oocyte numbers, oocyte morphology and physical qualities, and fertilization rate were not significantly different before and after drug intake. However, the oocyte development rate was significantly higher(58.0%) after herbal medicine intake than before (32.5%;p = 0.0003). Moreover, the successful pregnancy rate was significantly higher after intake than before (6.9% versus 0%;p = 0.0111). Herbal medicine may constitute a useful adjunct to assisted reproductive technology in women.
文摘Pig industry is the basic industry of China’national economy.In order to maintain the healthy and stable development of China’s pig breeding industry,through in-depth investigation,observation and analysis,this paper points out that there are problems of insufficient and unbalanced development in the current development of China’s pig industry.In accordance with the reality of our country,this paper puts forward the remedial methods and measures to maintain the sustained,healthy and stable development of pig breeding.The first is to lay a solid foundation for the nodes of the industrial chain and coordinate the development of production,supply and marketing.The second is to improve the epidemic prevention network of live pigs to ensure the healthy development of the pig industry.The third is to draw a red line of environmental protection and adhere to the green development of the pig industry.The fourth is to improve the social service organization and promote the new development of the pig industry.These methods provide useful thinking for the further development of pig industry.

文摘In order to expand and strengthen the cucumber industry in Linyi City of Shandong City and make it more effective in revitalizing the rural economy,the authors surveyed the current situation of the cucumber planting area,production management,fresh-keeping processing and marketing in Linyi City.Based on the survey,it analyzed the current problems in the development of the cucumber industry in Linyi City,including low level of facilities and equipment,the post-picking processing technology,the imperfect quality control system,the low degree of information and the weak degree of organization.Finally,it came up with recommendations including developing increasing modern technological innovation of facility structure and equipment,accelerating research on post-picking commercial processing technology of cucumber,accelerating the construction of product quality traceability system,promoting in-depth integration of informationization and cucumber industry,and improving the degree of organization and industrialization,to improve the quality and benefits of cucumber industry,so as to provide guidance for improving the overall quality,benefit and market competitiveness of cucumber industry in Linyi City.
文摘Sustainable development can only be achieved by conscious planning and implementation of action plans. Decision making requires a careful selection of the right conceptual framework and models for planning and implementation processes. Planning process models dictate in very clear terms what must be done and how it is done to achieve a successful completion of a process of activity [1]. Since about 80% of data used to support decisions are geographically related [3], it is necessary to put Geographic Information Systems (GIS) at the core of the planning and implementation model. There exists a great disparity in a heterogeneous world. The locational disparity in achieving sustainable development, therefore, necessitates a planning model that is “location specific” i.e. identifies areas (locations) requiring intervention and areas (locations) requiring continuous improvement strategies. This was achieved in this study by reviewing Bell’s Information System Strategic Planning Model and Kaufman’s Strategic Planning Model, and the designing of new model to overcome the limitation of existing models. Practical application of the new model was carried out in education planning and administration in order to achieve the global goals for sustainable development 4 (quality education). Finding shows that the Comparative Geospatial Planning Model for “Location Specific” Intervention and Continuous Improvement Strategy is useful to support the achievement of sustainable development goals in multidisciplinary, multi-sector applicable instances.
文摘China has decided to speed-up the nuclear power development.It is programmed that the nuclear power capacity will reach 40 GWe in 2020 and envisaged 60 GWe and 240 GWe in 2030 and 2050 respectively.The basic strategy of PWR-FBR matched development with Fast reactor metal fuel closed cycle for a sustainable and quick increasing nuclear energy supply is adopted.Another strategy also decided is that the partitioning and transmutation of MA will be realized using fast burner and ADS.The fast reactor engineering development will be divided into three steps:China Experimental Fast Reactor(CEFR 65 MWt/20 MWe),China Prototype/Demonstration Fast Reactor(CPFR/CDFR≥1500 MWt/600 MWe)and China Demonstration Fast Breeder Reactor(CDFBR 1000~1500 MWe).The CEFR is under installation and pre-operation testing with it's first criticality planned in 2009.The design study of CPFR is just started in 2006.Recently a discussion for the second step is under way to faster the fast reactor development by a larger than 600 MWe CPFR and as a role of CDFR.
