In the greenhouse, the fruit branches of 'Hongmanao' were cultured in water in a thermostatic environment. In this study,based on two CMOS cameras,an orthogonal optical observation platform has been set up for positive streamer branches under 1 m rod-plate air gap.The Monopodia branch and the Dichotomous branch have been p...In this study,based on two CMOS cameras,an orthogonal optical observation platform has been set up for positive streamer branches under 1 m rod-plate air gap.The Monopodia branch and the Dichotomous branch have been proposed for steamer branch classification.The branch length,the branch angle and the optical diameter are statistical obtained and compared for the two branch types under different impulse voltages.The empirical function between the branch length Ls and the inception voltage Ui of the Monopodia branch has been obtained.The distributions of the branch angle and the axial angle of the two types have been given,and the mean optical diameters have been provided.Based on the comparisons,the formation mechanism of the two branch types has been proposed.This experimental result can provide the basic data to the numerical calculation of positive long air gap discharge.展开更多
In the last decade,intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms(IPMNs) have become commonly diagnosed.From a morphological standpoint,they are classified in main-duct IPMNs(MD-IPMNs) and branch-duct IPMNs(BD-IPMNs),depend...In the last decade,intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms(IPMNs) have become commonly diagnosed.From a morphological standpoint,they are classified in main-duct IPMNs(MD-IPMNs) and branch-duct IPMNs(BD-IPMNs),depending on the type of involvement of the pancreatic ductal system by the neoplasm.Despite the fact that our understanding of their natural history is still incomplete,recent data indicate that MD-IPMNs and BD-IPMNs show significant differences in terms of biological behaviour with MD-IPMNs at higher risk of malignant degeneration.In the present paper,clinical and epidemiological characteristics,rates of malignancy and the natural history of MD-IPMNs and BD-IPMNs are analyzed.The profile of IPMNs involving both the main pancreatic duct and its side branches(combined-IPMNs) are also discussed.Finally,general recommendations for management based on these differences are given.展开更多

In this paper we analyze such a decomposition for the linear-fractional Bienayme-Galton-Watson processes with countably many types. We find explicit expressions for the main characteristics of the reproduction laws for so-called skeleton and doomed particles.展开更多
目的评价单分支型主动脉覆膜支架治疗Stanford B型主动脉夹层(Stanford type B aortic dissection,TBAD)的临床疗效。方法回顾性选取2023年2月至2025年2月天水市第一人民医院收治的80例TBAD患者,按照使用支架不同分为两组。观察组40例,...目的评价单分支型主动脉覆膜支架治疗Stanford B型主动脉夹层(Stanford type B aortic dissection,TBAD)的临床疗效。方法回顾性选取2023年2月至2025年2月天水市第一人民医院收治的80例TBAD患者,按照使用支架不同分为两组。观察组40例,应用Castor单分支型主动脉覆膜支架(简称Castor单分支支架)。对照组40例,应用覆膜支架(覆盖左锁骨下动脉、单开窗、平行支架等)。对比两组临床指标、手术成功率、分支支架通畅率、围手术期并发症发生情况以及术后情况。结果观察组的术中出血量[(132.57±43.24)mL]少于对照组[(250.13±82.26)mL],而手术时间[(2.48±0.72)h]、术后住院时间[(7.05±1.47)d]及总住院时间[(10.22±2.58)d]均比对照组[(4.33±1.16)h、(9.16±2.34)d、(12.85±3.81)d]短,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.001、8.569、4.829、3.615,P均<0.05)。两组手术成功率、分支支架通畅率、围手术期并发症发生率及术后即刻效果(支架补救率、内漏率)、术后3个月(新发主动脉夹层率、内漏率)对比,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论应用覆膜支架、Castor支架治疗TBAD的手术成功率、支架通畅率均较高,二者的围手术期并发症及术后情况相当,但Castor支架治疗TBAD具有术中出血少、手术及住院时间、总住院时间更短等优势,值得临床借鉴。展开更多
