Methods: the nursing management of blood collection in blood stations was divided according to the groups before and after the implementation of continuous quality improvement. From January 2020 to December 2020, it was the routine nursing group, and routine nursing was implemented, and the continuous quality improvement from January 2021 to December 2021.The satisfaction of blood donors, the incidence of adverse reactions and the scrap rate of blood donors between the two groups were compared. Results: there were significant differences in the satisfaction, incidence of adverse reactions, blood scrap rate and routine care group, P <0.05. The satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions in blood donors were higher than those in the usual care group (P <0.05).The satisfaction of the continuous quality improvement care group was 94.22 ± 3.61, the incidence of adverse R was 1.00%, while the usual care group was 80.01 ± 2.12, and the incidence of adverse R was 9.00%.The blood scrap rate in the continuous quality improvement care group was lower than that in the usual care group (p <0.05).One was had blood scrap, accounting for 1%, while 15, accounting for 15.0%.Conclusion: continuous quality improvement of blood collection can improve the quality of care, reduce blood scrap, reduce adverse reactions, and improve the satisfaction of blood donors.展开更多
Objective:To assess the management effect of comprehensive nursing management on blood donation services in blood stations.Methods:Sixty-four individuals who donated blood at a blood station between September 2021 and...Objective:To assess the management effect of comprehensive nursing management on blood donation services in blood stations.Methods:Sixty-four individuals who donated blood at a blood station between September 2021 and September 2023 were selected and randomly assigned into two groups of 32 each.The first group received comprehensive nursing management,while the second group received routine nursing management.Blood donation indexes and observational indexes such as adverse reactions were compared between the groups.Results:The total blood donation volume and qualified blood donation volume were higher in the first group than in the second group.The amount of discarded blood and the rate of blood discards were lower in the first group compared to the second group(P<0.05).Additionally,the adverse reaction rate in the first group was lower,the blood donation comfort scores were higher,the psychological state scores were lower,and the quality of care scores were higher than those in the second group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing management can improve the efficiency of blood donation,reduce the rate of blood discards,decrease the incidence of adverse reactions,alleviate negative psychological states of blood donors,and enhance both the comfort level of blood donation and the quality of care provided.展开更多

Comparative analysis of the test results between the two groups. Results: the scrap rate of group A blood samples was 0.33% higher than 1.67% in Group B (P <0.05);No laboratory review results and ALT (P> 0.05). Methods: based on the implementation time limit of error management, the cases of routine management from January 2020 to January 2021 were included in the control group, and those of error management from February 2021 to February 2022 were included in the observation group. The results of the two management modes were compared. Results: the results in tables 1-4 show that the management benefits obtained by the observation group are more satisfactory (p < 0.05). The incidence rate and satisfaction degree of infection events were compared between the two groups. Results: the incidence rate of infection events in the research group was lower than that in the conventional group, and staff satisfaction was higher than that in the conventional group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Methods: the study took the blood supply department of the blood station as the pilot, and the research was carried out from April 2021 to may 2022. The observation group was divided according to the time. From April 2021 to October 2021, 500 blood samples were screened through retrospective analysis, aiming at the key control points in the storage and distribution of blood products in the quality management of the blood supply department of the blood station, forming a clear quality management system within the blood supply department, and strengthening the quality management of key control points. The qualified rate of blood quality was observed from November 2021 to February 2025. Results: the unqualified rate of blood after quality management of key control points was lower than that before management (P < 0.05);Before and after the quality management of key control points, the management quality scores of blood supply department staff in environmental monitoring, quality screening and safety management were higher than those before the management (P < 0.05). Conclusion: strengthening the quality management of the key control points of the blood supply department of the blood station and implementing the continuous quality improvement countermeasures are helpful to strengthen the quality management system of the blood supply department, implement the work of the key control points of the blood supply department of the blood station, improve the quality control in the storage and distribution of blood products, effectively ensure the blood quality, and can be popularized in practical work.展开更多
