Covalent organic skeletons(COFs)have been widely used in gas separation due to their excellent pore structure,high crystallinity,and high specific surface area.In this work,Dha Tab-COF was synthesized by solvothermal method and filled in polyether block polyamide(PEBAX)to form mixed matrix membranes(MMMs).Various characterization methods such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),Xray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffractometry(XRD)were used to characterize the structure of Dha Tab-COF as well as the MMMs.The effects of operating pressure,operating temperature and the content of Dha Tab-COF particles on the CO_(2)/CH_(4)separation performance of the membranes were investigated.The best separation performance with a CO_(2)permeability of 295.8 barrer(1 barrer=7.52×10^(-18)m^(3)·(STP)·m^(-2)·m·s^(-1)·Pa^(-1))and a CO_(2)/CH_(4)selectivity of 21.6 was achieved when the Dha Tab-COF content is 2%(mass),which were 45.7%and 108.1%higher than that of the pure PEBAX membrane,respectively. 展开更多

醒脑静注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死(痰热内闭证)的临床观察

目的 观察醒脑静注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死(痰热内闭证)的疗效及对血管微炎症状态、基质金属蛋白酶及神经因子水平的影响。方法 将90例患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组(给予氯吡格雷治疗)与观察组(给予醒脑静注射液+氯吡格雷治... 目的 观察醒脑静注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死(痰热内闭证)的疗效及对血管微炎症状态、基质金属蛋白酶及神经因子水平的影响。方法 将90例患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组(给予氯吡格雷治疗)与观察组(给予醒脑静注射液+氯吡格雷治疗)。比较两组的临床疗效,治疗前后血管微炎症状态[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)]、基质金属蛋白酶相关生物标志物[基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9、MMP-3)]、神经因子[神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)]、脑血流动力学指标[大脑动脉血流平均流速(Vm)、最大峰值流速(Vs)、血管阻力指数(RI)]和中医证候评分;统计不良反应发生率。结果 观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组hs-CRP、IL-6、Lp-PLA2、ICAM-1、MMP-9、MMP-3、NSE、RI水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NGF、BDNF、Vm、Vs均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组痰热内闭证评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 醒脑静注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死(痰热内闭证)临床疗效显著,可以改善患者的血管微炎症状态,降低炎症因子水平,减轻血管损伤,提高神经因子水平,改善脑血流动力学指标,同时有效缓解临床症状,促进神经功能恢复。 展开更多

蔬菜穴盘苗分级和移栽作业在蔬菜穴盘种苗机械化生产过程中十分重要,机械化取苗相较于人工取苗效率更高。针对蔬菜穴盘苗取苗手夹取基质块易破碎松散导致取苗手作业性能不佳而限制了机械化分级和移栽发展的现状,基于捡拾齿式取苗手进行... 蔬菜穴盘苗分级和移栽作业在蔬菜穴盘种苗机械化生产过程中十分重要,机械化取苗相较于人工取苗效率更高。针对蔬菜穴盘苗取苗手夹取基质块易破碎松散导致取苗手作业性能不佳而限制了机械化分级和移栽发展的现状,基于捡拾齿式取苗手进行了穴盘苗基质块捡拾作业试验,探究优化捡拾齿式取苗手取苗作业的夹取方式,降低取苗手夹取基质块的破碎率。以番茄穴盘苗为捡拾作业对象,穴盘苗基质块采用纸钵基质,基质块样本与种苗质量为(8.5±1.2)g。为探讨捡拾齿式取苗手针对基质块的合理捡拾作业条件,基于插入基质块的捡拾齿的受力分析,设计了取苗手捡拾齿插入基质块倾角α、入土旋转角ω和捡拾齿间距D三因素三水平试验,以基质块破坏力F j为作业质量评价指标。试验结果表明:采用尺寸为50 mm×3 mm×1 mm的捡拾齿,以入土角度40°、入土旋转角度0°、捡拾齿间距20 mm的入土模式插入基质块时,基质块的破碎率最低,其破坏力远大于基质块样本质量,满足取苗手的作业要求。本研究可为蔬菜穴盘苗分级和移栽装备的捡拾取苗手优化提供技术参考。 展开更多

A novel carbon matrix/silicon nanowires(SiNWs) heterogeneous block was successfully produced by dispersing SiNWs into templated carbon matrix via a modified evaporation induced self-assembly method. The heterogeneous block was determined by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectra and scanning electron microscopy. As an anode material for lithium batteries, the block was investigated by cyclic voltammograms(CV), charge/discharge tests, galvanostatic cycling performance and A. C. impedance spectroscopy. We show that the SiNWs disperse into the framework, and are nicely wrapped by the carbon matrix. The heterogeneous block exhibits superior electrochemical reversibility with a high specific capacity of 529.3 mAh/g in comparison with bare SiNWs anode with merely about 52.6 mAh/g capacity retention. The block presents excellent cycle stability and capacity retention which can be attributed to the improvement of conductivity by the existence of carbon matrix and the enhancement of ability to relieve the large volume expansion of SiNWs during the lithium insertion/extraction cycle. The results indicate that the as-prepared carbon matrix/SiNWs heterogeneous block can be an attractive and potential anode material for lithium-ion battery applications. 展开更多

In recent years, automatic identification of butterfly species arouses more and more attention in different areas. Because most of their larvae are pests, this research is not only meaningful for the popularization of science but also important to the agricultural production and the environment. Texture as a notable feature is widely used in digital image recognition technology; for describing the texture, an extremely effective method, graylevel co-occurrence matrix(GLCM), has been proposed and used in automatic identification systems. However,according to most of the existing works, GLCM is computed by the whole image, which likely misses some important features in local areas. To solve this problem, this paper presents a new method based on the GLCM features extruded from three image blocks, and a weight-based k-nearest neighbor(KNN) search algorithm used for classifier design. With this method, a butterfly classification system works on ten butterfly species which are hard to identify by shape features. The final identification accuracy is 98%. 展开更多

In this study,the problem of bundle adjustment was revisited,and a novel algorithm based on block matrix Cholesky decomposition was proposed to solve the thorny problem of self-calibration bundle adjustment.The innovation points are reflected in the following aspects:①The proposed algorithm is not dependent on the Schur complement,and the calculation process is simple and clear;②The complexities of time and space tend to O(n)in the context of world point number is far greater than that of images and cameras,so the calculation magnitude and memory consumption can be reduced significantly;③The proposed algorithm can carry out self-calibration bundle adjustment in single-camera,multi-camera,and variable-camera modes;④Some measures are employed to improve the optimization effects.Experimental tests showed that the proposed algorithm has the ability to achieve state-of-the-art performance in accuracy and robustness,and it has a strong adaptability as well,because the optimized results are accurate and robust even if the initial values have large deviations from the truth.This study could provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the image-based positioning and 3D reconstruction in the fields of photogrammetry,computer vision and robotics. 展开更多

稀疏表示理论凭借其建模简单、鲁棒性高与抗干扰能力强等优势成为研究热点,将稀疏理论应用于图像修复已成为图像处理领域新的研究方向。针对工业现场中常出现的被遮挡而不能识别的二维码图像,提出一种基于稀疏表示模型的块聚类图像修复... 稀疏表示理论凭借其建模简单、鲁棒性高与抗干扰能力强等优势成为研究热点,将稀疏理论应用于图像修复已成为图像处理领域新的研究方向。针对工业现场中常出现的被遮挡而不能识别的二维码图像,提出一种基于稀疏表示模型的块聚类图像修复算法。依据待修复图像内的有效信息,以固定重叠像素的方式将图像分块,分别对图像块使用欧几里得距离进行训练匹配,将得到的具有相似结构的图像块聚类为结构组作为图像稀疏表示的基本单位,利用每个结构组的估计来快速学习字典。通过使用分离迭代与优化梯度算法对组稀疏表示模型的L1范数最小化问题进行求解,提高了修复算法的鲁棒性。实验结果表明,该算法能够很好地修复被遮挡、划痕或像素丢失等受损的Data Matrix码图像,较大地提高了条码的识别率。 展开更多

The results demonstrate that the inclining style is the best way to mix powders. The Al and nano SiC powders are pressed into blocks, dipped into molten Al, stirred into mold so that SiC/Al matrix composites can be obtained at last. The microstructure of SiC particle reinforced Al matrix composite prepared by "block dispersal and cast" method have been studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Phase analysis has also been conducted by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that nano SiC particles can be dispersed uniformly in Al matrix. Thus, it is feasible to prepare SiC particle reinforced Al matrix composites by this method. 展开更多

Cloud computing provides powerful processing capabilities for large-scale intelligent Internet of things(IoT)terminals.However,the massive realtime data processing requirements challenge the existing cloud computing model.The edge server is closer to the data source.The end-edge-cloud collaboration offloads the cloud computing tasks to the edge environment,which solves the shortcomings of the cloud in resource storage,computing performance,and energy consumption.IoT terminals and sensors have caused security and privacy challenges due to resource constraints and exponential growth.As the key technology of IoT,Radio-Frequency Identification(RFID)authentication protocol tremendously strengthens privacy protection and improves IoT security.However,it inevitably increases system overhead while improving security,which is a major blow to low-cost RFID tags.The existing RFID authentication protocols are difficult to balance overhead and security.This paper designs an ultra-lightweight encryption function and proposes an RFID authentication scheme based on this function for the end-edge-cloud collaborative environment.The BAN logic proof and protocol verification tools AVISPA formally verify the protocol’s security.We use VIVADO to implement the encryption function and tag’s overhead on the FPGA platform.Performance evaluation indicates that the proposed protocol balances low computing costs and high-security requirements. 展开更多

Robust Low-Power Algorithm for Random Sensing Matrix for Wireless ECG Systems Based on Low Sampling-Rate Approach

The main drawback of current ECG systems is the location-specific nature of the systems due to the use of fixed/wired applications. That is why there is a critical need to improve the current ECG systems to achieve extended patient’s mobility and to cover security handling. With this in mind, Compressed Sensing (CS) procedure and the collaboration of Sensing Matrix Selection (SMS) approach are used to provide a robust ultra-low-power approach for normal and abnormal ECG signals. Our simulation results based on two proposed algorithms illustrate 25% decrease in sampling-rate and a good level of quality for the degree of incoherence between the random measurement and sparsity matrices. The simulation results also confirm that the Binary Toeplitz Matrix (BTM) provides the best compression performance with the highest energy efficiency for random sensing matrix. 展开更多
