Introduction Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)in patients with Billroth II gastrectomy has been considered a challenging procedure due to the surgically altered gastrointestinal anatomy[1].Endoscopi...Introduction Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)in patients with Billroth II gastrectomy has been considered a challenging procedure due to the surgically altered gastrointestinal anatomy[1].Endoscopic ultrasound(EUS)-guided rendezvous technique(EUS-RV)is an effective salvage technique for failed biliary cannulation during ERCP[2].We present a case of biliary calculus in a patient with a history of Billroth II gastrectomy.We successfully performed ERCP combined with EUS-RV using simultaneous endoscopic ultrasonography and gastroscopy to remove the biliary stones.This approach offers a novel and feasible endoscopic therapeutic strategy for managing such complex cases.展开更多
