Bibliometric and visual analysis of global research on snake venom disintegrins(2009–2023)

Snake venom disintegrins,through their inhibition of integrin-related binding,effectively impede both cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions as well as signal transduction pathways,rendering them promising candidates for lead therapeutics across a spectrum of diseases.This study aimed to conduct a comprehensive bibliometric analysis,elucidating recent trends in disintegrin research.Using relevant keywords,we meticulously explored the Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC)database.Employing CiteSpace and VOSviewer,we conducted an exhaustive analysis,encompassing 142 documents published between 2009 and 2023.These publications,dispersed across 74 journals,involved 670 authors representing 207 institutes spanning 42 countries.Notably,the United States contributed the highest number of records,with Texas A&M University emerging as the most prolific institution.Within this landscape,Elda E.Sanchez emerged as the foremost author,and Toxicon emerged as the predominant journal.Keyword analysis underscored prevailing research foci,with an emphasis on expression,in vitro experimentation,and ASP-containing peptides.This study presented a comprehensive overview of disintegrin research globally,spanning the period from 2009 to 2023,and held potential utility in guiding future research endeavors.By identifying current research hotspots,our findings offered invaluable insights to shape forthcoming investigations in this dynamic field. 展开更多

Based on 6403 research articles in the Web of Science database from 2000 to 2023,informa-tion visualization technology is employed to analyze the literature year distribution,keyword co-occurrence and research hot spots,author cooperation network,institutional and national co-operation network,published journals,and co-cited literature in the middle of hydrothermal pretreatment.Our results show that the number of applied research publications related to hy-drothermal pretreatment has increased every year in the past two decades.Among these pub-lications,China(36.5%)is the most active country in the world,followed by the United States(14.6%)and Japan(8.2%),with increasing global cooperation.The Chinese Academy of Sciences ranks first among the institutions in the light of total publication output(245 articles,accounting for 3.82%).Among 955 journals,Bioresource Technology is cited the most frequently.The study is centered on the enhancement and potential evolution of lignocellulosic biomass raw materi-als via hydrothermal pretreatment for subsequent bioenergy transformation.Concurrently,the domain of hydrothermal pretreatment has progressively become more cross-disciplinary,inter-twining with the sectors of microbial populations and genomes. 展开更多

Exploration on acupoint-selection patterns based on data mining for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis 被引量:3

Objective:To analyze the features and patterns of acupoint selection in acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)by data mining technique.Methods:Relevant clinical studies published before 25 June,2017 were searched in databases including PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane library,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),China National Knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),and Wanfang Academic Journal Full-text Database(Wanfang).Results:A total of 122 papers were included,involving 69 points.It was found that the top three points on the frequency list were Zusanli(ST 36),Zhongwan(CV 12)and Weishu(BL 21).The points selected were distributed in 11 meridians,in which the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming,Conception Vessel,and Bladder Meridian of Foot Taiyang ranked the top and accounted for 74.0%of the total frequency.Of the involved specific points,Five Shu-Transmitting points,crossing points and Back-Shu points ranked the top,accounting for 47.1%.The analysis of association pattern has shown that Zusanli(ST 36)and Zhongwan(CV 12)won the highest support rate in the paired groups;Zusanli(ST 36),Weishu(BL 21)and Zhongwan(CV 12)had the highest support rate among the point groups.The Five Shu-Transmitting points and the Lower He-Sea points had the highest support rate among the specific point groups.Conclusion:The data mining results of the studies on acupuncture-moxibustion for CAG are substantially in line with the acupuncture-moxibustion treatment theories in traditional Chinese medicine.The results can reflect the acupoint selection patterns in treatment of CAG and provide reference for acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of CAG in clinic. 展开更多
