The optimal behavioral algorithms for each e...The original modified method of the direct delayed reaction has been used for the evaluation of food-obtaining strategy across spatial learning tasks in T-maze alternation. The optimal behavioral algorithms for each experimental day have been identified so that the animals obtain maximum possible food amount with minimal number of mistakes. Markov chain method has been used for the prognosis of rat’s behavioral strategy during the spatial learning task. The learning and decision-making represent the probabilistic transition process where the animal choice at each step (state) depends on the learning experience from previous step (state).展开更多

The plural mov- ingobjects which go and back in it according to a single moving strategy are supposed.The moving strategy is expressed by numerical values as a decision table. Coding is performed with this table as chromosomes, and this is optimized by using genetic algorithm. These environments were realized on a computer, and the simulation was carried out. As the result, the learning of the method to act so that moving objects do not obstruct mutually was recognized, and it was confirmed that these methods are effective for optimizing moving strategy.展开更多
Based on the job demands-resources(JD-R)model,this study aims to investigate how algorithmic behavioral constraint and algorithmic tracking evaluation affect gig workers’turnover intention by increasing relative depr...Based on the job demands-resources(JD-R)model,this study aims to investigate how algorithmic behavioral constraint and algorithmic tracking evaluation affect gig workers’turnover intention by increasing relative deprivation and the extent to which this mediating role is moderated by algorithmic standardized guidance.Data from 242 gig workers were collected in two rounds and used to test the hypotheses.The results reveal that algorithmic behavioral constraints and algorithmic tracking evaluation are positively related to turnover intention,while algorithmic standardized guidance is negatively related to turnover intention.Moreover,algorithmic behavioral constraint and algorithmic tracking evaluation are positively related to turnover intention through relative deprivation,with algorithmic standardized guidance weakening this effect.展开更多
