Traditionally, acupoints are matched along the meridian distribution, which is a common rule in clinical practice, but the underlying mechanism remains unclear. Cerebral scans with functional magnetic resonance imaging （fMRI） have been used in the study of acupuncture and acupoint specifically. In this study, fMRI was used to detect the activation of the brain areas under different acupoints, matched along different meridians, to elucidate the acupoint combination via a modern medical approach. Forty healthy volunteers were randomly divided into the following groups： Waiguan point （SJ 5）, Waiguan （SJ 5） ＋ Zhigou （SJ 6） （2 acupoints come from the same meridian）, Waiguan （SJ 5） ＋ Neiguan （PC 6） （2 acupoints come from 2 meridians with the relationship of interior-exterior）, Waiguan （SJ 5） ＋ Yanglingquan （GB 34） （2 acupoints come from 2 meridians with the same name-Shaoyang Meridian）, and sham point groups （needling in different points on the right hand）. A real-time cerebral fMRI scan was simultaneously performed. The cerebral activation rate, and the number and strength of different regions of interest were compared among the groups. The fMRI cerebral imaging confirmed that there were some differences in the activation of cerebral areas by the needlings in SJ 5, and in combination with other acupoints. Needling at SJ 5 alone greatly activated the right cerebellum, while needling at both SJ 5 and different co-needling points activated different cerebral functional areas.展开更多
Combining the observation data from five Multi-GNSS Experiment(MGEX)stations with the precise orbit and clock products from Global Positioning System(GPS)and BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS),we studied the mode...Combining the observation data from five Multi-GNSS Experiment(MGEX)stations with the precise orbit and clock products from Global Positioning System(GPS)and BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS),we studied the model of combined GPS/BDS precise point positioning,and then analyzed the convergence speed and short-time(6 h)positioning accuracy.The calculation results show that in static positioning,the average convergence time of GPS is about 50 min,and its horizontal accuracy is better than 2 cm while the vertical accuracy is better than 4 cm.The convergence speed of combined GPS/BDS is about 40 min,and its positioning accuracy is close to that of GPS.In kinematic positioning,the average convergence time of GPS is about 72 min,and its horizontal accuracy is better than 5 cm while the vertical accuracy is better than 12 cm.The average convergence time of GPS/BDS is about 57 min,and its horizontal accuracy is better than 3 cm while the vertical accuracy is better than 9 cm.Combined GPS/BDS has significantly improved the convergence speed,and its positioning accuracy is slightly than that of GPS.展开更多

Although records about the right-left compatible use of these two points can be found in documents, the same-side compatible use of them has never been heardabout. Inspired by the good therapeutic effects in the treatment of paralytic strabismus by means of the same-side compatible use of these two points1, the author has applied this compatible use of them in the treatment of craniofacial diseases and obtained obvious therapeutic effects. The research results show that the convergence of BDS/GPS dual-frequency precise point positioning can achieve centimeter-level accuracy in the landslide environment. The convergence data can accurately measure the horizontal and vertical changes of the landslide, and can provide a strong basis and support for the disaster prevention of the landslide.展开更多

Electroacupuncture and pinaverium bromide therapy both markedly decreased abdominal withdrawal reflex scores in rats with visceral hypersensitivity, and significantly decreased P2X4 receptor immunoreactivity in the colon and spinal cord. BACKGROUND Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is a common complication of diabetes.The patient’s prognosis is poor once DKD progresses to advanced stage.Accurate diagnosis and timely treatment of early DKD are important for...BACKGROUND Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is a common complication of diabetes.The patient’s prognosis is poor once DKD progresses to advanced stage.Accurate diagnosis and timely treatment of early DKD are important for improving patient’s prognosis and reducing mortality.AIM To explore the value of elastography point quantification(ElastPQ)in improving the accuracy of early DKD diagnosis.METHODS A total of 69 patients with type 2 diabetes were recruited from Naval Military Medical University Affiliated Gongli Hospital.Patients were divided into early DKD group and medium DKD group according to pathological results and urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER).Another 40 patients with simple diabetes were included as the diabetes group.The baseline data,laboratory diagnostic indicators,and ultrasound indicators for each patient were recorded.The differences of the indicators in the three groups were compared.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of the development from simple diabetes into early DKD and from early DKD into medium DKD.Receiver operating characteristic analyses of potential indicators in identifying early DKD and medium DKD,and early DKD and simple diabetes were established.RESULTS Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that UAER(P<0.001),renocortical Young's Modulus(YM)(P<0.001),and renal parenchymal thickness(P=0.013)were the independent influencing factors of the development from early DKD into medium DKD.Diabetes duration(P=0.041),UAER(P=0.034),and renocortical YM(P=0.017)were the independent influencing factors of the development from simple diabetes into early DKD.Receiver operating characteristic analysis indicated that UAER,renocortical YM,and renal parenchymal thickness were accurate in identifying early DKD and medium DKD[all area under curve(AUC)>0.9].The accuracy of UAER(AUC=0.744),diabetes duration(AUC=0.757),and renocortical YM(AUC=0.782)for the diagnosis of early DKD and simple diabetes were limited.However,the combined diagnosis of UAER,diabetes duration,and renocortical YM was accurate in identifying early DKD and simple diabetes(AUC=0.906),which was significantly higher than any of the three indicators(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION ElastPQ is of great value in the diagnosis of early DKD.When combined with the diabetes duration and UAER,it is expected to diagnose accurately early DKD.展开更多
Obtaining accurate development cost estimation results of general aviation aircraft is crucial for companies to adopt the best strategy in the development process.To address this problem,this paper proposes a combinat...Obtaining accurate development cost estimation results of general aviation aircraft is crucial for companies to adopt the best strategy in the development process.To address this problem,this paper proposes a combination of three commonly used single prediction methods.The optimal weight values of the three single prediction methods are determined by utilizing the shortest ideal point method.Ten cost datasets collected from literature are utilized for fitting and testing the combined prediction method,and the weight coefficients of the three individual prediction methods are calculated as 0.6859,0.0035 and 0.3106,respectively.The results of this study indicate that the developed method has better fitting and estimation accuracy than that of the three individual methods,with average fitting and predicting error values of 2.60%and 6.43%,respectively.Additionally,the cost data of military and civil aircraft development from literature are collected for verification.The results further confirm that the proposed method is not only superior to the single prediction methods in terms of high precision but has wider applications.More importantly,this research can provide important reference for general aviation aircraft companies in term of product cost planning and corporate sales strategies.展开更多
Reducing pollutant emissions from electricity production in the power system positively impacts the control of greenhouse gas emissions.Boosting kernel search optimizer(BKSO)is introduced in this research to solve the...Reducing pollutant emissions from electricity production in the power system positively impacts the control of greenhouse gas emissions.Boosting kernel search optimizer(BKSO)is introduced in this research to solve the combined economic emission dispatch(CEED)problem.Inspired by the foraging behavior in the slime mould algorithm(SMA),the kernel matrix of the kernel search optimizer(KSO)is intensified.The proposed BKSO is superior to the standard KSO in terms of exploitation ability,robustness,and convergence rate.The CEC2013 test function is used to assess the improved KSO's performance and compared to 11 well-known optimization algorithms.BKSO performs better in statistical results and convergence curves.At the same time,BKSO achieves better fuel costs and fewer pollution emissions by testing with four real CEED cases,and the Pareto solution obtained is also better than other MAs.Based on the experimental results,BKSO has better performance than other comparable MAs and can provide more economical,robust,and cleaner solutions to CEED problems.展开更多

Results After treatment for two courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the 52 patients was 96.2%. 文摘We have performed operations on the patients with perforation of gastric ulcer forsubtotal gastrectomy under acupuncture combined with epidural anesthesia of smaIl dosage （studygroup） or epidural anesthesia only（control gr0up） at rand0m, 2O cases in each group. There is no ob-vious difference of successful rates between tw0 groups （P】O. O5）. But the fluctuation of the bloodpressure of the study group is smaller than that of the control group（PwtO- O1 ）; the comparison of thefluctuations of capacity of vessel and the changes 0f TMwave of ECG before and during operationshows that the study group is better than control gr0up （PrO. O1, P【O. O5, respectively）; in thestudy group, WBC is decreased significantly after operation, while in the control guoup, CRP（C-re-active pr0tein） is markedIy increased, there are significant differences of these indices between twogroups（P【0. 05, respectively）; complement C<sub>3</sub>, IgA, IgG and IgM are decreased to a different ex- tent after operation in both groups, but the
