基于空间通道双流注意力的Sentinel-2遥感影像超分辨率重建

【目的】通过深度学习和图像融合技术提高Sentinel-2遥感影像的空间分辨率,增强地表信息的精确性与可靠性,为后续森林资源的精确调查和监测、农业产量预测等方面提供数据支持。【方法】提出了一种基于空间通道双流注意力的Sentinel-2遥... 【目的】通过深度学习和图像融合技术提高Sentinel-2遥感影像的空间分辨率,增强地表信息的精确性与可靠性,为后续森林资源的精确调查和监测、农业产量预测等方面提供数据支持。【方法】提出了一种基于空间通道双流注意力的Sentinel-2遥感影像超分辨率方法,针对遥感影像多光谱与多分辨率特性设计了一种双分支模型,分别对高分辨率波段和低分辨率波段的信息进行差异化处理。其中对高分辨率波段通过引入空间注意力机制,精准捕获影像中的空间特征细节;对低分辨率波段则通过通道注意力机制动态调整光谱特征的权重分布,强化了光谱特征表达能力。在特征融合阶段,模型采用特征深度提取策略,将空间特征与光谱特征高效整合,生成包含多维度信息的复合特征表示。同时通过组合损失(即L 1损失和边缘损失)实现有效地反馈学习,最终完成超分辨率重建。【结果】分别在3个地区的降级采样图像和真实图像2种数据规模下进行超分辨率重建试验,结果表明所提出的算法的客观评价指标和主观视觉效果均优于对比算法。对于降级采样图像数据,所提出的算法的均方根误差(RMSE)较Bicubic插值算法至少下降了50.33,较DSen2算法至少下降了1.64。对于真实图像数据,所提出的算法视觉效果更清晰自然。【结论】提出的基于空间通道双流注意力的遥感影像超分辨率模型能有效提高Sentinel-2遥感影像光谱的空间分辨率,为作物健康监测、土地利用分析等提供了数据支持,并扩展了Sentinel-2卫星在各个领域的应用范围。 展开更多

星载激光雷达ICESat-2 ATL08数据对全球森林冠层结构监测具有重要意义,但其在不同分辨率下的性能差异尚未得到全面评估。该研究以ICESat-2 ATL08数据为研究对象,基于美国38个国家生态观测网络(National Ecological Observatory Net Work... 星载激光雷达ICESat-2 ATL08数据对全球森林冠层结构监测具有重要意义,但其在不同分辨率下的性能差异尚未得到全面评估。该研究以ICESat-2 ATL08数据为研究对象,基于美国38个国家生态观测网络(National Ecological Observatory Net Work,NEON)站点的高精度机载激光雷达数据,系统验证了ATL08数据在100 m×12 m和20 m×12 m两种空间尺度的冠层高度反演精度,并探讨了多种因素对其精度的影响。结果表明:①在100 m×12 m空间尺度上,冠层高度反演精度为RMSE=5.67 m,Bias=0.03 m,%RMSE=32.7%;经滤除未包含冠层顶部光子的低质量分段后,20 m×12 m空间尺度数据精度为RMSE=5.28 m,Bias=-0.43 m,%RMSE=34.2%;②夜间数据反演精度优于白天,强波束数据在穿透性和信噪比方面表现更佳,当使用两个空间尺度数据进行冠层高度反演时,夜间获取的强波束数据估算精度最高(RMSE<4.0 m,R^(2)>0.83);③冠层高度反演精度受地形坡度、植被特性、冠层光子数及分辨率的显著影响,研究还验证了冠层高度不确定性参数作为高分辨率数据质量筛选指标的有效性。 展开更多

异型大截面BaF_2晶体的生长与性能研究

众所周知 ,BaF2 晶体具有快慢 2个发光成分 ,快成分荧光衰减常数为 0 .88ns,比常用的塑料闪烁体还快 ;慢成分发光强度高 ,有很好的能量分辨率 ,使用该晶体可分别进行能量谱和时间谱的测量。为满足高能物理和低能物理实验工程的需要 ,我... 众所周知 ,BaF2 晶体具有快慢 2个发光成分 ,快成分荧光衰减常数为 0 .88ns,比常用的塑料闪烁体还快 ;慢成分发光强度高 ,有很好的能量分辨率 ,使用该晶体可分别进行能量谱和时间谱的测量。为满足高能物理和低能物理实验工程的需要 ,我们采用Bridgman技术 ,设计出适于大截面BaF2 晶体生长的温场 ,加强了下保温 ,选取优质原料 ,使用异型孔状结构的高纯石墨坩埚 ,在真空石墨电阻加热的下降炉中 ,生长出异型大截面晶体。晶体截面为六方形 ,两平行对边之间距离为 1 0 0mm ,晶体全长达 2 5 0mm ,重量达 1 0kg左右。晶体生长工艺参数 :真空度 1~ 2× 1 0 -3 Pa ,固液界面附近温梯 2 0~ 30℃ /cm ,坩埚下降速率 1~ 2mm/h ,降温速率 1 0~ 2 0℃ /h。经一系列实验测量发现 ,晶体中的阴离子如OH-,O2 -等杂质含量较高 ,使晶体在 1 90nm ,2 1 0nm ,2 5 0nm光谱透过波段产生吸收峰 ,可降低晶体的快成分发光和抗辐照性能 ;而一些有害的稀土离子如La ,Tm ,Ce等杂质的存在可影响晶体慢成分的发光 ,并降低晶体的能量分辨率。同时 ,BaF2 原料中常伴生有Ra等放射性元素 ,这使晶体α辐射本底增加 ,影响晶体使用。另外 ,BaF2 晶体加工表面的光洁度和清洁度也会对晶体闪烁性能起到重要作用 ,特别是选用不同的抛光粉和表面? 展开更多

术前高分辨率T_(2)WI联合IVIM-DWI检查对老年直肠癌患者壁外血管侵犯的诊断价值

目的探讨术前高分辨率T_(2)加权成像(T_(2)WI)联合体素内不相干运动-扩散加权成像(IVIM-DWI)检查对老年直肠癌患者壁外血管侵犯(EMVI)的诊断价值。方法选取120例老年直肠癌患者,术前均行T_(2)WI、IVIM-DWI检查,根据是否发生直肠癌EMNI,... 目的探讨术前高分辨率T_(2)加权成像(T_(2)WI)联合体素内不相干运动-扩散加权成像(IVIM-DWI)检查对老年直肠癌患者壁外血管侵犯(EMVI)的诊断价值。方法选取120例老年直肠癌患者,术前均行T_(2)WI、IVIM-DWI检查,根据是否发生直肠癌EMNI,将患者分为EMNI组(n=53)与非EMNI组(n=67),收集并比较两组一般资料和T_(2)WI参数[肿瘤最大厚度(MTT)、肿瘤长径(MTL)、肿瘤体积(GTV)、肿瘤下缘距肛门距离(DTA)、肿瘤最大截面积(MTA)]、IVIM-DWI参数[真性扩散系数(D)、假性扩散系数(D^(*))、灌注分数(f)]。采用多因素Logistic回归分析老年直肠癌患者EMVI的影响因素,绘制ROC曲线分析术前T_(2)WI联合IVIM-DWI参数对老年直肠癌患者EMVI的诊断价值。结果与非EMVI组比较,EMVI组GTV、f值更高,D值则更低(P均<0.05)。EMVI组N_(2)期占比和T_(3)、T_(4)期占比高于非EMVI组(P均<0.05)。多因素Logistic分析结果显示,T分期为T_(3)和T_(4)、GTV、f值较高是老年直肠癌患者发生EMVI的危险因素,D值较高则是保护因素(P均<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,GTV、D、f、T分期单独诊断患者EMNI的AUC分别为0.809(95%CI:0.727~0.875)、0.797(95%CI:0.714~0.865)、0.817(95%CI:0.736~0.882)、0.696(95%CI:0.601~0.792),联合模型、Logistic联合模型诊断效能分别为0.938(95%CI:0.878~0.974)、0.950(95%CI:0.894~0.981),联合模型、Logistic联合模型诊断效能均更高(P均<0.05)。结论术前基于T_(2)WI测量的GTV及IVIM-DWI定量参数(D、f)均与老年直肠癌患者EMVI状态密切相关,其中T_(3)、T_(4)期以及高GTV、高f值是EMVI发生的危险因素,而高D值则是保护因素,三者(GTV、f、D)联合检测对老年直肠癌EMVI具有较高的诊断价值。 展开更多

The lipases from different sources were screened for their ability to catalyze the resolution of 2-octanol in organic solvents with vinyl acetate as the acylating reagent. The medium effect has been studied on the irreversible transesterification with varying water activity(a_w). The influence of vinyl acetate concentration on it has also been investigated. Under the optimal conditions, the enantiomeric ratio(E value) of pseudomonas fluorescence lipase(PFL) exceeded 200 with an enantiomeric excess(e.e.) of S-2-octanol above 99% at a 51% degree of conversion. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Neurovascular compression(NVC) is the main cause of primary trigeminal neuralgia(TN) and hemifacial spasm(HFS). Microvascular decompression(MVD) is an effective surgical method for the treatment of TN and HFS caused by NVC. The judgement of NVC is a critical step in the preoperative evaluation of MVD, which is related to the effect of MVD treatment. Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) technology has been used to detect NVC prior to MVD for several years. Among many MRI sequences, three-dimensional time-of-flight magnetic resonance angiography(3D TOF MRA) is the most widely used. However, 3D TOF MRA has some shortcomings in detecting NVC. Therefore, 3D TOF MRA combined with high resolution T2-weighted imaging(HR T2WI) is considered to be a more effective method to detect NVC.AIM To determine the value of 3D TOF MRA combined with HR T2WI in the judgment of NVC, and thus to assess its value in the preoperative evaluation of MVD.METHODS Related studies published from inception to September 2022 based on PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and the Cochrane Library were retrieved. Studies that investigated 3D TOF MRA combined with HR T2WI to judge NVC in patients with TN or HFS were included according to the inclusion criteria. Studies without complete data or not relevant to the research topics were excluded. The Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies checklist was used to assess the quality of included studies. The publication bias of the included literature was examined by Deeks’ test. An exact binomial rendition of the bivariate mixed-effects regression model was used to synthesize data. Data analysis was performed using the MIDAS module of statistical software Stata 16.0. Two independent investigators extracted patient and study characteristics, and discrepancies were resolved by consensus. Individual and pooled sensitivities and specificities were calculated. The I_(2) statistic and Q test were used to test heterogeneity. The study was registered on the website of PROSERO(registration No. CRD42022357158).RESULTS Our search identified 595 articles, of which 12(including 855 patients) fulfilled the inclusion criteria. Bivariate analysis showed that the pooled sensitivity and specificity of 3D TOF MRA combined with HR T2WI for detecting NVC were 0.96 [95% confidence interval(CI): 0.92-0.98] and 0.92(95%CI: 0.74-0.98), respectively. The pooled positive likelihood ratio was 12.4(95%CI: 3.2-47.8), pooled negative likelihood ratio was 0.04(95%CI: 0.02-0.09), and pooled diagnostic odds ratio was 283(95%CI: 50-1620). The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve was 0.98(95%CI: 0.97-0.99). The studies showed no substantial heterogeneity(I2 = 0, Q = 0.001 P = 0.50).CONCLUSION Our results suggest that 3D TOF MRA combined with HR T2WI has excellent sensitivity and specificity for judging NVC in patients with TN or HFS. This method can be used as an effective tool for preoperative evaluation of MVD. 展开更多

The (R)-and (S)-2-n-butylbutanedioic acid 4-t-butyl esters were obtained by the resolution of the above-mentioned racemic compounds with(S)-( - ) or(R)-( + )-α- methylbenzylamine, respectively. A practical synthesis of (S)-N-(2-ethyl-6-methylphenyl)alanine, a key intermediate for (S)-metolachlor, was completed by means of lipase-catalyzed hydrolytic kinetic resolution and chemical racemization of the remaining ester. The effects of operating temperature and enzyme concentration on the activity and enantioselectivity of enzyme were initially studied, and it was found that the enantioselectivity of CAL-B towards the resolution was not high enough to obtain enantiomerically pure compound(E=12.1). When diethyl ether(15%, volume fraction) was added in the reaction medium, the lipase gave an excellent enantioselectivity(E=117.8), which is about 9.7-fold that in pure buffered aqueous solution. For overcoming the limitation of a maximum theoretical yield of 50%, the acid product was separated from the remaining ester by a simple extraction procedure and the remaining ester was racemized with aldehyde and acetic acid under microwave irradiation or conventional heating condition, The results show the microwave irradiation was more effective than the conventional heating method and gave the desired (R,S)-N-(2- ethyl-6-methylphenyl)alanine methyl ester a high yield(92%) with R/S=50/50 in 1 h. 展开更多

Improvement of resolution in 2-D gel analysis by simple pre-treatment of human urine with EDTA

Regardless of thermodynamic stability, less complex proteome than plasma, convenient and noninvasive sampling of urine, reproducibility and comparability of the data among laboratories are challenges for the urine proteome analysis. Pretreatment of urine with 10 mM EDTA in conjunction with desalting methods to remove interfering molecules significantly improved the presentation of urine proteome on 2-D gels. Statistical analysis of the average ratio of the spot numbers on 2-D gels between EDTA-treated and non-treated samples were 1.35 ± 0.167, 1.26 ± 0.091, and 1.24 ± 0.095 for dialysis, ultrafiltration, and desalting column, respectively, with the p-value of 5.85 × 10–6 for the overall comparison. This result came from the fact that EDTA-treated samples showed better resolutions with less streaks and clearer spots on 2-D gels than the control samples. The results suggest that a simple and non-fractionating EDTA-treatment can be employed to the procedures for the high resolution 2-D gel analysis and other urinary proteomic analysis. 展开更多

The time resolution of the spectrometer is 195 ps and the nonlinearity is less than 2 %. The spectrometer works very stably and no time drift is found over a period of experimelltal ruffs. This spectrometer has been successfully used in the g-factor measurement of 43 Sc (19/2-,3.1232 MeV). 展开更多

Exploiting Lateral Resolution of Near-Surface Seismic Refraction Methods

The 1D τ-p inversion algorithm is widely employed to generate starting models with most computer programs that implement refraction tomography. However, this algorithm emphasizes the vertical resolution of many layers, and as a result, it frequently fails to detect even large lateral variations in seismic velocities, such as the decreases that are indicative of shear zones. This study presents a case that demonstrates the failure of the 1D τ-p inversion algorithm to define or even detect a major shear zone that is 50 m or ten stations wide. Furthermore, the majority of refraction tomography programs parameterize the seismic velocities within each layer with vertical velocity gradients. By contrast, the 2D generalized reciprocal method (GRM) inversion algorithms emphasize the lateral resolution of individual layers. This study demonstrates the successful detection and definition of the 50-m wide shear zone with the GRM inversion algorithms. The existence of the shear zone is corroborated by a 2D analysis of the head wave amplitudes and by numerous closely spaced orthogonal seismic profiles carried out as part of a later 3D refraction investigation. Furthermore, a 1D analysis of the head wave amplitudes indicates that a reversal in the seismic velocities, rather than vertical velocity gradients, occurs in the weathered layers. While all seismic refraction operations should aim to provide as accurate depth estimates as is practical, the major conclusion reached in this study is that refraction inversion algorithms that emphasize the lateral resolution of individual layers generate more useful results for geotechnical and environmental applications. The advantages of the improved lateral resolution are obtained with 2D profiles in which the structural features can be recognized from the magnitudes of the variations in the seismic velocities. Furthermore, the spatial patterns obtained with 3D investigations facilitate the recognition of structural features that do not display any intrinsic variation or "signature" in seismic velocities. 展开更多

Compound 2 was characterized by IR spectroscopy, MS, NMR and X-ray diffrac- tion, and it crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group P212121, absolute structure parameter 0.56(8), with cell parameters a = 8.323(2), b = 10.203(2), c = 26.178(5) ? C16H34Cl2N2O8, Mr = 453.272, V = 2223.0(8) ?, Z = 4, Dc = 1.354 g/cm3, m = 0.335 mm-1, F(000) = 968, R = 0.0534 and wR = 0.1274 for 4376 observed reflections (I > 2s(I)). The lattice is composed of two S-3-chloro- 2-oxy-propyltrimethylammonium cations and one R,R-tartrate dianion which are arranged in separate stacks linked via hydrogen bonds. 展开更多
