Berry curvature describes the intrinsic geometric property of electronic band structure,crucial for governing emergent transport phenomena.As a typical Berry-curvature-related property,the anomalous Nernst effect probes local Berry curvature near the Fermi surface,whereas the anomalous Hall effect integrates contributions across all occupied states.Thus,the anomalous Nernst effect is a superior probe for detecting subtle evolution of Berry curvature near the Fermi level;however,their relation remains elusive.Here,we demonstrate giant anomalous Nernst angles induced by Berry curvature in layered itinerant ferromagnets Fe_(3)GaTe_(2)and Fe_(5)GeTe_(2).Their maximum values(≈0.33 for Fe_(3)GaTe_(2)and≈0.41 for Fe_(5)GeTe_(2))are one order of magnitude larger than those of traditional ferromagnets(θ_(AN)^(max)<0.02).Scaling analysis of anomalous Hall effect in these two systems further suggests these giant angles originate from intrinsic Berry curvature.These findings indicate Berrycurvature-dominated regimes,and establish these materials for high-performance spin-caloritronic devices. 展开更多

右肺动脉前移重建治疗Berry综合征四例

4例女性Berry综合征患儿,平均手术年龄为28.8 d,平均手术体重为3.64 kg,仅病例4是34 W+5早产儿,遂保守治疗至71 d行手术治疗,余3例均在新生儿期完成一期矫治手术,术后全部存活。采用两种不同的外科矫正技术用于修复主-肺动脉窗和异常起... 4例女性Berry综合征患儿,平均手术年龄为28.8 d,平均手术体重为3.64 kg,仅病例4是34 W+5早产儿,遂保守治疗至71 d行手术治疗,余3例均在新生儿期完成一期矫治手术,术后全部存活。采用两种不同的外科矫正技术用于修复主-肺动脉窗和异常起源的右肺动脉,包括1例行主动脉内挡板技术,3例行右肺动脉离断再植术(其中1例原位重建,2例右肺动脉前移到主动脉前方重建)。病例2使用主动脉内挡板术的患儿因术后右肺动脉狭窄经历了两次再次手术。病例3和病例4使用右肺动脉前移重建后的患儿随访右肺动脉发育均良好。Berry综合征通过心脏彩色超声和CT血管造影确诊后,应尽快在有经验的儿童心脏中心进行一期手术根治治疗,手术虽然高风险且复杂,但安全有效。 展开更多

The low-temperature spray drying technology was developed to process instant berry powder with high efficiency and higher anthocyanin retention.The maltodextrin,whey protein and inulin were selected as additives for instant properties formation in berry powder.The effects of inlet air temperature(40℃–80℃),vacuum degree(0.02–0.06 MPa)and additive amount on the physicochemical properties of berry powder were analyzed through solubility,anthocyanin retention and powder yield,based on moisture content and microstructure.The findings indicated that adding maltodextrin to berry enhanced the powder yield and instant solubility.Whey protein,as an additive,provided effective protection for the anthocyanins of berry powder,and the addition less than 10 g·100^(-1) g improved the powder yield.Inulin,as an additive,reduced moisture content of berry powder,which was conducive to the higher anthocyanin retention and solubility.Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)analysis was conducted to optimize the spray drying parameters for anthocyanin protection and solubility.The addition of 100%maltodextrin enhanced anthocyanin protection and solubility,while maintaining the desired moisture content and powder yield.This approach was used to evaluate the comprehensive quality of berry powder.This research can provide technical guidance for producing berry powder under low-temperature spray drying. 展开更多

Southern China has high temperatures and receives concentrated rainfall;therefore,the two-crop-a-year cultivation system has been applied to grape production so as to resolve the problem of relative seasonal surplus of grape yield.However,a common issue associated with this technique is the tendency of the second season fruits to be smaller than the first season fruits.We here used the first and second season fruits of‘Summer Black'at different ripening stages as research materials.Phenotypic and histological analyses revealed fewer cell number occurring between 7 and 14 days post anthesis(DPA)in the second season fruits,which ultimately resulted in a smaller fruit size compared with the first season fruits.To unravel the mechanism underlying this phenomenon,first and second season fruits of four time periods(7,14,21,and 28 DPA)were selected for RNA-seq analysis.This analysis identified 10431 differentially expressed genes(DEGs).These DEGs were classified into 9 clusters through GO and KEGG enrichment analyses.Then the time-ordered gene co-expression network(TO-GCN)analysis with the breadth-first search algorithm showed that DEGs in the GCN were divided into 8 levels.The DEGs of early berry development(L1-L3)were enriched in heat stress-and cell division-related pathways.The field investigation of effective accumulated temperature confirmed that the growth and development of the second season fruits were subjected to high temperature stress during 7-14 DPA.Moreover,based on the results of interactive analysis of TO-GCN and transcriptional regulation prediction of L1-L3 genes,we constructed a unique hierarchical regulatory network for the heat stress regulation of berry size.The expression level of 5 candidate genes was verified through qRT-PCR.Vitvi10g00469(HSFB2A),Vitvi16g00982(HSFB2A),Vitvi02g00387(HSFB2B),Vitvi15g01542(NTL9),and Vitvi06g00592(DIVARICATA)were upregulated in 7-14 DPA,whereas Vitvi18g00777(HSFB4)was downregulated in 7 DPA.These results suggest that during intense cell division,heat stress might act as a major factor causing a reduction in cell number,thereby ultimately resulting in the smaller size of the second season fruits. 展开更多

Goji berry is a famous edible and medicinal substance around the world.In this research,15 phenylpropionyl phenylethylamine derivatives(1-15),in cluding one new compound(1),were separated and identified from g oji berry.All isolates were elucidated via ex tensive nuclear magnetic resonance spectral analyses and chemical techniques.Six known isolates were first obtained from Lycium genus.Six isolates were effectively split in to double chromatographic peaks accompanied by the basically identical areas,indicating they belong to racemates.The oxygen radical absorbance capacity(ORAC)experiment indicated that all isolates displayed a capacity of scavenging free radicals,and most of them exhibited higher ORAC than epigallocatechingallate.In ethanol/palmitic acid-established in vitro hepatocyte injury model,four phenylpropionyl phenylethylamine derivatives(1,2,9,and 15)significantly alleviated hepatocyte injury,among which compound 1 exerted the strongest protective activity.Notably,the hepatoprotective effect of compound 1 was further confirmed in ethanol-established liver damage mouse model,reflected by the reduction of lipid accumulation and the attenuation of pathological alteration.Combined with the in vitro results,the in vivo observations suggested that compound 1 suppressed cell apoptosis and the outburst of inflammation.Our findings provided first-hand evidence proving that goji berry-derived phenylpropionyl phenylethylamine derivatives hold a potential in treating alcoholic liver disease. 展开更多

Fruit cracking is a phenomenon in which the peel cracks during grape berry development,which seriously affects the yield and quality of the fruit.However,there are few studies on the mining of candidate genes related to berry cracking.In order to better understand the genetic basis of berry cracking,we used the results of previous quantitative trait locus(QTL)mapping,combined with field surveys of berry-cracking types and the berry-cracking rate,to mine candidate berry-cracking genes.The results showed that three identical QTL loci were detected in two years(2019 and 2020);and three candidate genes were annotated in the QTL interval.In mature berries,the expressions of the candidate genes were more abundant in the cracking-susceptible parent(‘Crimson Seedless’)than in the cracking-resistant parent(‘Muscat Hamburg’).Grape berry cracking is a complex trait controlled by multiple genes,mainly including genes encoding cellulose synthase–like protein H1,glucan endo-1,3-beta-glucosidase 12,and brassinosteroid insensitive 1-associated receptor kinase 1.The high expression of the candidate berry-cracking genes may promote the occurrence of berry cracking.This study helps elucidate the genetic mechanism of grape berry cracking. 展开更多

目的通过对甲状腺手术中最常发生喉返神经损伤的Berry韧带区的解剖,为甲状腺手术中避免喉返神经的损伤提供解剖学基础。方法对25例(男性15例,女性10例)固定尸体标本进行大体解剖,记录Berry韧带的起止点及其与喉返神经的位置关系。将甲... 目的通过对甲状腺手术中最常发生喉返神经损伤的Berry韧带区的解剖,为甲状腺手术中避免喉返神经的损伤提供解剖学基础。方法对25例(男性15例,女性10例)固定尸体标本进行大体解剖,记录Berry韧带的起止点及其与喉返神经的位置关系。将甲状腺分别向外侧、前内侧提拉,从甲状腺的内、外侧测量喉返神经距Berry韧带甲状腺缘的距离。测量甲状腺下动脉主干上方喉返神经相对其入喉点的走形角度。结果 Berry韧带为一致密的白色致密结缔组织带,自环状软骨的中下缘外侧向下延伸到甲状腺峡部的水平,占2~3个气管软骨环,连接气管的后外侧与甲状腺。将甲状腺向前内侧、外侧提拉,测得喉返神经距Berry韧带甲状腺缘的距离分别为(4.8±1.5)和(2.7±0.9)mm。喉返神经主干走形在Berry韧带的后外侧,其分支均在Berry韧带的后方或中间穿过上行。有14侧喉返神经与其入喉点成0°~15°角走行,36侧成15°~30°角上行入喉。结论熟悉掌握Berry韧带区的解剖结构,对甲状腺手术中识别和避免喉返神经的损伤有重要意义。 展开更多

Intercellular Symplastic Connection and Isolation of the Unloading Zone in Flesh of the Developing Grape Berry 被引量:17

The ultrastructure and intercellular connection of the sugar unloading zone (i.e. the phloem in the dorsal vascular bundle and the phloem_surrounding the assimilate sink_cells) of grape ( Vitis vinifera× V. labrusca cv. Jingchao) berry was observed via transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that during the early developmental stages of grape berry, numerous plasmodesmata were found in the phloem between sieve element (SE) and companion cell (CC), between SE/CC complexes, between SE/CC complex and phloem parenchyma cell and in between phloem parenchyma cells, which made the phloem a symplastic integration, facilitating sugar unloading from sieve elements into both companion cells and phloem parenchyma cells via a symplastic pathway. On the contrary, there was almost no plasmodesma between phloem and its surrounding flesh photoassimilate sink_cells, neither in between the flesh photoassimilate sink_cells giving rise to a symplastic isolation both between phloem and its surrounding flesh photoassimilate sink_cells, as well as among the flesh photoassimilate sink_cells. This indicated that both the sugar unloading from phloem and postphloem transport of sugars should be mainly via an apoplastic pathway. During the ripening stage, most of the plasmodesmata between SE/CC complex and the surrounding phloem parenchyma cells were shown to be blocked by the electron_opaque globules, and a phenomenon of plasmolysis was found in a number of companion cells, indicating a symplastic isolation between SE/CC complex and its surrounding parenchyma cells during this phase. The symplastic isolation between the whole phloem and its surrounding photoassimilate sink_cells during the early developmental stages shifted to a symplastic isolation within the phloem during the ripening phase, and thus the symplastic pathway of sugar unloading from SE/CC complex during the early development stages should be replaced by a dominant apoplastic unloading pathway from SE/CC complex in concordance. 展开更多

目的分析归纳Berry综合征的超声声像图特点,探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图对Berry综合征的诊断价值。方法以2010年4月至2019年11月在湖南省儿童医院经超声心动图诊断为Berry综合征的8例患儿为研究对象,采用PHILIPS IE33型及PHILIPS EPIQ 7C... 目的分析归纳Berry综合征的超声声像图特点,探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图对Berry综合征的诊断价值。方法以2010年4月至2019年11月在湖南省儿童医院经超声心动图诊断为Berry综合征的8例患儿为研究对象,采用PHILIPS IE33型及PHILIPS EPIQ 7C型彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断仪,配S5-1、S8-3、X7-2探头,频率2.5~7.5MHz。除常规扫查切面外,重点扫查大动脉短轴切面、右室流出道肺动脉长轴切面、胸骨上窝主动脉弓长轴切面、剑突下切面等,仔细观察主动脉与肺动脉的间隔连续情况,肺动脉主干走形及左、右肺动脉分支起源,主动脉弓顶端分支结构及远端与降主动脉延续情况等。结果8例Berry综合征患儿均进行彩色多普勒超声心动图检查,其中7例诊断为Berry综合征,1例术前超声心动图仅仅诊断为动脉导管未闭、主动脉弓缩窄,后经CT血管重建证实Berry综合征并接受手术治疗。患儿心脏畸形包括:Ⅱ型主-肺动脉间隔缺损(8例)、右肺动脉异常起源主动脉(8例)、主动脉弓离断(7例)、主动脉弓狭窄(1例)、动脉导管未闭(8例),8例室间隔连续且完整,均合并肺动脉高压、三尖瓣轻至中度反流;7例合并卵圆孔未闭。7例经手术治疗痊愈,1例合并重度肺动脉高压、重症肺炎于术前死亡。结论彩色多普勒超声心动图作为一种无创检查方法,能较直观地显示Berry综合征的各种畸形,对于临床疑诊病例,需联合CT血管重建,做出准确判断。 展开更多

目的通过对甲状腺手术中容易出血、常引起喉返神经损伤等并发症的Berry韧带区进行解剖研究,探索并总结体系化的腔镜甲状腺手术流程。方法通过回顾性分析50例患者临床资料,录像分析Berry韧带区血管结构及其与神经的关系,以发现影响甲状... 目的通过对甲状腺手术中容易出血、常引起喉返神经损伤等并发症的Berry韧带区进行解剖研究,探索并总结体系化的腔镜甲状腺手术流程。方法通过回顾性分析50例患者临床资料,录像分析Berry韧带区血管结构及其与神经的关系,以发现影响甲状腺腔镜手术的突破性结构。结果Berry韧带是一个致密的白色致密结缔组织带,从圆形软骨的外中下边缘一直延伸到甲状腺的峡部水平,占据一些气管软骨环,横向连接气管与甲状腺。从前方及两侧将甲状腺向前牵拉,测量喉返神经与腹韧带甲状腺边缘的距离为(4.3±2.1)mm和(3.2±1.1)mm。在由下向上的腔镜甲状腺手术中,存在2个动脉和喉返神经交叉层面解剖标志,分别为甲状腺下动脉(ITA)层面及上旁腺动脉(PGA)层面,ITA层面U型牵拉的出现率左侧为74.96%,右侧为83.14%;PGA层面U型牵拉的出现率左侧为51.8%,右侧为73.6%。结论在腔镜甲状腺手术中,ITA和PGA两条动脉和喉返神经的交叉面是腔镜下甲状腺手术的重要标志结构。手术中对ITA和PGA两个动脉层的松解是保护喉返神经和甲状旁腺血液供应的关键步骤。 展开更多
