[Method] Based on the amino acid sequence, the physical and chemical properties, hydrophilicity/hyd...[Objective] This study aimed to perform the bioinformatics analysis of Zinc transporter (ZnT) from Baoding Alfalfa. [Method] Based on the amino acid sequence, the physical and chemical properties, hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity, secondary structure of ZnT from Baoding alfalfa were predicted by a series of bioinformatics software. And the transmembrane domains were predicted by using different online tools. [Result] ZnT is a hydrophobic protein containing 408 amino acids with the theoretical pl of 5.94, and it has 7 potential transmembrane hydrophobic regions. In the sec- ondary structure, co-helix (Hh) accounted for 48.04%, extended strand (Ee) for 9.56%, random coil (Cc) for 42.40%, which was accored with the characteristic of transmembrane protein. [Conclusion] mZnT is a member of CDF family, responsible for transporting Zn^2+ out of the cell membrane to reduce the concentration and toxicity of Zn^2+.展开更多
By reviewing advantageous location of Baoding City in the green economic circle of capital rim, as well as its resource and environmental advantages, present development and future trend of leisure agriculture in Baod...By reviewing advantageous location of Baoding City in the green economic circle of capital rim, as well as its resource and environmental advantages, present development and future trend of leisure agriculture in Baoding City were analyzed, SWOT analysis of its conditions for the docking with Beijing and Tianjin was carried out, its strengths were demonstrated in policy, location, passenger origin and humanistic environment; its weaknesses were proposed as: lack of integrated planning, unitary, scattered and low-grade products, incomplete infrastructure and management service system, inadequate efforts in propagation; opportunities: development of the green economic circle of capital rim, stable promotion of new countryside construction, economic development and changing concepts of people; threats: competition of neighboring regions. On this basis, internal and external environment that leisure agriculture of Baoding City must have to realize its docking with Beijing and Tianjin were studied, and then it was proposed that spatial pattern docking was the first step, and the docking should be realized in rings and modules.展开更多

[Method] Using fluor reagent spec- trophotometry, fluoride concentration in the atmosphere in spring and winter of Baoding City was detection, and its air pollution by fluoride was assessed. [ Result ] In winter, atmospheric fluoride concentration in Baoding City was 0.009 -0.052μg/L, and the average detected rate of atmospheric fluoride concentration in the campus of Hebei University was 80%, In spring, atmospheric fluoride concentration was 0. 018 -0. 059 μg/L, and the detected rate was 94%. Compared with winter, air 'pollution by fluoride was more serious in spring. During a day, the peaks of fluoride concentration in the atmosphere appeared from 10:00 to 11:00 or at 14:00. A rain could reduce fluoride concentration in the atmosphere and make the air clean. [Condusion] The research could provide scientific references for the effective control of air pollution by fluoride in Baoding City.展开更多

With more and more attention attached to the quality of the air environment,it is imminent to analyze the future development trend of air quality. In this paper,the grey correlation analysis was used to determine the weights of 6 pollution indexes,namely PM10,PM2. 5,SO2,NO2,CO and O3. The fuzzy comprehensive assessment method was applied to determine the air quality eigenvalues H( 2. 145,1. 926,and 1. 805) of Baoding City in 2014-2016,suggesting that the air quality in Baoding is getting better and better. In addition,the grey forecasting model GM( 1,1) was used to forecast and test the air quality of Baoding City. The results show that the prediction is good.展开更多

According to the surveys, per capita net income level of the villages maintained consistent growth, as indicated by survey data on the years of 1930, 1936, 1957, 1986 and 1997, except for 1946 which saw decline, and enjoyed rapid growth particularly in the years of reform and opening-up after 1986. The changes reflect the national trendsustained decline of the proportion of net income from household operations versus eontinuous growth of the proportion wages income takes of the whole income.展开更多

In order to accurately predict the production performance of coalbed methane(CBM)wells and to formulate a reasonable production system,this paper established a coal reservoir permeability model considering the influen...In order to accurately predict the production performance of coalbed methane(CBM)wells and to formulate a reasonable production system,this paper established a coal reservoir permeability model considering the influence of pulverized coal blockage.Then,on the basis of this model,the flow velocity sensitivity(FVS)experimental data of 15 groups of coal samples taken from the Baode Block,Qinshui Basin,Liulin Block,Hancheng Block,and the Huanglong Coalfield were fitted to determine the permeability models for different coal samples.On this basis,this newly established permeability model was incorporated into a previously developed CBM well performance analysis software,and production history matching was carried out on two CBM wells.Finally,the effects of the parameters of pulverized coal blockage on the permeability of coal reservoirs and the production performance of CBM wells were studied by taking the fitting parameters of CBM Well W1 as the reference.And the following research results are obtained.First,this new model considering the influence of pulverized coal blockage can quantitatively describe the variation of coal reservoir permeability with fluid velocity.In addition,this model can be incorporated into a CBM numerical simulation software or a CBM well performance analysis software to apply it in a wide range.Second,the coal reservoir permeability is less affected by pulverized coal blockage in the Baode Block,but this effect shall not be ignored in the Qinshui Basin and the Huanglong Coalfield.Third,the greater the theoretical maximum permeability damage degree(D_(max))and the permeability damage degree index(n)are,the lower the relative flow velocity(v0.5)corresponding to the critical flow velocity of pulverized coal blockage is and the more obvious the effect of pulverized coal blockage on coal reservoir permeability is.Fourth,in order to reduce the adverse effect of pulverized coal blockage on coal reservoir permeability,it is suggested to reduce the production pressure difference appropriately in the process of production,especially in the initial stage of gas production,so as to avoid severe damage to coal reservoir permeability.展开更多
