Based on dual path model of commodity sales, an online reviews impact on the relationship between various factors, and then the theoretical hypothesis of each factor has been put forward in the model. As it is intuitive and strongly supported empirically, data including Chinese texts captured from Tmall.com was utilized, and then analyzed by SPSS and ROST CM6. The objective of this study is to compare the ranking of the quality of e-commerce B2C portals in Brazil according to explicit criteria described in the article with the ranking according to the INFO 100 ranking. Theoretical research is first described, followed by the construction of eight self-established criteria of B2C portal quality measures and identification and compilation of requirements used by the I-Best, Opinia, E-bit and other institutes. After that, a portal quality evaluation is made by the web site content analysis;finally, a comparison of the rankings is presented. The obtained results showed that in spite of the lack of knowledge of the criteria adopted by INFO100 [1], there could be agreement with the criteria adopted in this study, because there was agreement with the results for the Ponto Frio portal. Therefore, it was concluded that the eight criteria used in this study can be useful in a quality analysis of B2C electronic portals. 展开更多

北斗三号MEO卫星B1C/B2a信号单系统精密产品性能评估

本文系统评估了北斗三号(BDS-3)MEO卫星B1C/B2a信号在单系统模式下的精密产品性能,从产品生成与应用两个层面,对比分析了BDS-3 MEO单系统与BDS-3MEO/GPS双系统的表现。结果显示:在定轨模糊度固定方面,BDS-3 MEO单系统的非差宽巷与窄巷... 本文系统评估了北斗三号(BDS-3)MEO卫星B1C/B2a信号在单系统模式下的精密产品性能,从产品生成与应用两个层面,对比分析了BDS-3 MEO单系统与BDS-3MEO/GPS双系统的表现。结果显示:在定轨模糊度固定方面,BDS-3 MEO单系统的非差宽巷与窄巷固定率分别为97.97%和90.28%,接近双系统水平;单系统轨道的1D RMS为51.2 mm,略低于双系统,而钟差拟合残差平均值为0.14 ns,序列平滑性优于双系统;在地球自转参数(ERP)方面,X、Y极坐标的RMS分别为39.2μas和27.8μas,X、Y极坐标速率的RMS分别为230.0μas/d和262.2μas/d,日长变化的RMS为203.2μs/d,部分指标略低于双系统,但整体仍满足精密产品要求;单系统天顶总延迟(ZTD)的平均RMSE为6.7 mm;单系统网解PPP的非差模糊度宽巷固定率超过98%,窄巷平均固定率为83%;静态精密单点定位(PPP)中,单系统收敛时间为27.89 min,E、N、U三个方向的精度分别为1.71 cm、2.34 cm和1.25 cm;在框架一致性比对中,单系统的平均尺度变化为0.065 ppb,优于双系统的0.188 ppb,表明在BDS天线对齐至ITRF 2020后单系统产品框架一致性表现良好。研究证实,BDS-3单系统具备独立生成高精度产品的能力,为北斗系统实现自主运行提供了有力支撑。 展开更多

The purpose of this study is to analyze factors affecting the purchasing behavior of low-income Vietnamese on e-commerce platforms.700 questionnaires were dispersed among universities,coffee shops,and Facebook community groups in Vietnam.Respondents to the questionnaires were consumers of those places in Vietnam,which were randomly selected.Finally,SEM analysis was used on the data to test the hypotheses of the study.The study identified that“Subjective norms”and“Consumer attitudes”have no effect on shopping behavior on e-commerce platforms,while“Perceived behavioral control”is most affected and“Perceived risks”are least affected on shopping behavior. 展开更多

目的探讨活化蛋白C(APC)、血栓素B2(TXB2)对妊娠合并抗磷脂综合征(APS)妊娠结局的预测价值。方法选取2022年1月至2024年12月在该院就诊的204例APS孕妇为研究对象,根据妊娠结局将其分为妊娠不良组(104例)和妊娠良好组(100例)。检测各组血... 目的探讨活化蛋白C(APC)、血栓素B2(TXB2)对妊娠合并抗磷脂综合征(APS)妊娠结局的预测价值。方法选取2022年1月至2024年12月在该院就诊的204例APS孕妇为研究对象,根据妊娠结局将其分为妊娠不良组(104例)和妊娠良好组(100例)。检测各组血浆APC、TXB2水平,绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评价血浆APC、TXB2对APS孕妇妊娠结局的预测价值,采用二分类Logistic逐步回归分析APS孕妇妊娠结局的影响因素。结果与妊娠良好组比较,妊娠不良组血浆APC水平降低(P<0.05),血浆TXB2水平升高(P<0.05)。血浆APC、TXB2及二者联合预测APS孕妇妊娠结局的曲线下面积(AUC)及95%CI分别为0.726(0.681~0.776)、0.839(0.794~0.889)、0.902(0.857~0.952),血浆APC、TXB2二者联合预测APS孕妇妊娠结局的AUC大于二者单独预测的AUC(Z=9.207、11.365,P<0.05)。妊娠不良组未使用低剂量阿司匹林(LDA)联合低分子肝素(LMWH)、既往不良孕产史、既往血栓史的人数占比均高于妊娠良好组(P<0.05)。二分类Logistic逐步回归分析显示,未使用LDA联合LMWH治疗(OR=2.115,95%CI 1.134~3.944),既往不良孕产史(OR=2.307,95%CI 1.372~3.878),血浆APC≤8.38ng/mL(OR=3.607,95%CI1.900~6.848),血浆TXB2≥253.36pg/mL(OR=3.019,95%CI 1.835~4.967)是影响APS孕妇不良妊娠结局的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论血浆APC水平降低、TXB2水平升高与妊娠合并APS患者的不良妊娠结局密切相关,二者联合检测对其不良妊娠结局具有较高的预测价值。 展开更多

目的探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗对子宫肌瘤术后患者血清核因子-κB p65(NF-κB p65)、B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因(Bcl-2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)水平及复发的影响。方法选取2020年10月—2022年10月在张家口市第一医院... 目的探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗对子宫肌瘤术后患者血清核因子-κB p65(NF-κB p65)、B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因(Bcl-2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)水平及复发的影响。方法选取2020年10月—2022年10月在张家口市第一医院行肌瘤剔除术的多发子宫肌瘤患者82例,随机分为中药组和对照组,每组41例。2组患者均予注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林缓释微球皮下注射3个月后行肌瘤剔除术,术后对照组常规处理,中药组给予桂枝茯苓胶囊口服3个月,2组均随访1年。比较2组入组时及术后3个月的子宫体积、中医证候总积分、COX痛经症状量表(CMSS)评分及血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E 2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、NF-κB p65、Bcl-2、VEGF、VEGF-C水平,统计2组术后3个月的临床疗效、治疗期间中药组不良反应发生情况、随访1年2组复发情况。结果与入组时比较,术后3个月2组患者子宫体积均明显缩小(P均<0.05),但2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组中医证候总积分、CMSS评分及血清LH、FSH、E 2、TNF-α、NF-κB p65、Bcl-2、VEGF、VEGF-C水平均明显降低(P均<0.05),且中药组各指标均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组血清IL-2水平均明显升高(P均<0.05),且中药组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,中药组总有效率明显高于对照组[90.24%(37/41)比73.17%(30/41),P<0.05];治疗期间中药组不良反应发生率为17.07%(7/41);中药组随访1年复发率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义[9.76%(4/41)比14.63%(6/41),P>0.05]。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗可明显减轻多发子宫肌瘤术后患者临床症状和痛经程度,调节患者性激素、炎性因子及NF-κB p65、Bcl-2、VEGF、VEGF-C水平,促进残留小肌瘤缩小,且安全,但未显示出明显预防复发效果。 展开更多

This paper studies the impact of logistics cooperation in two competing companies,one of which is equipped with a self-run logistics system while the other is not.The latter outsources logistics services to a third-party logistics company before logistics cooperation,or to its competitor after logistics cooperation with the client's service quality being in proportion to and no greater than the service provider's service quality.We find that when the service provider is a price taker,logistics cooperation is beneficial to both firms only when the service quality after logistics cooperation is moderate.Interestingly,under some circumstances,the client's profit increases even when its service quality decreases after logistics cooperation because logistics cooperation eases the price competition.We also find that all-win situations in which logistics cooperation increases the firms7 profit,consumer surplus and social welfare can be achieved.Finally,when the service price can be chosen by the service provider,we propose a negotiation process in which agreement on logistics cooperation can be reached;when the firm can invest in service quality,logistics cooperation may lower the equilibrium investment level. 展开更多

目的观察芩翘口服液联合人干扰素α2b喷雾剂治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎临床疗效。方法回顾性选取2023年3月—2025年4月武汉市中医医院门诊收治的98例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿,按照用药方案的不同分为对照组(49例)和治疗组(49例)。对照组患儿咽峡喷... 目的观察芩翘口服液联合人干扰素α2b喷雾剂治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎临床疗效。方法回顾性选取2023年3月—2025年4月武汉市中医医院门诊收治的98例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿,按照用药方案的不同分为对照组(49例)和治疗组(49例)。对照组患儿咽峡喷用人干扰素α2b喷雾剂,1~2喷/次,3次/d。在对照组的基础上,治疗组口服芩翘口服液,20 mL/次,3次/d。两组患儿均治疗7 d。观察两组患儿临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患儿中医症状积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分和世界卫生组织生活质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分,及血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为95.92%,明显高于对照组的总有效率81.63%(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组对比,治疗组发热、咽部疼痛、咽部疱疹等症状积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿PSQI评分比治疗前明显降低,而WHOQOL-BREF评分明显升高(P<0.05);且治疗后,治疗组评分明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿IL-6、CRP、PCT水平比治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组血清因子水平比对照组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论芩翘口服液与人干扰素α2b喷雾剂协同治疗疗效显著,加快消退症状,促使咽部炎症降低,患儿睡眠及生活质量提高。 展开更多

As one of the most widely accepted adoption models in information systems research, the technology acceptance model (TAM) focuses exclusively on cognition-oriented constructs such as perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. This perspective may have limited the explanatory power of TAM when it is utilized in studying consumers’ adoption intentions of online shopping. Based on the contrasts between e-commerce systems and traditional workplace information systems as well as empirical findings from a variety of recent e-commerce research works, this paper analyzes an extended model which integrates three additional constructs: trust, social presence, and perceived enjoyment. The interrelationship between these constructs is also explained. Empirical validations of this extended model are expected in future research. 展开更多

目的:探讨左归降糖舒心方对于脂多糖(LPS)诱导的H9C2心肌细胞损伤的保护机制。方法:以H9C2心肌细胞为研究对象,随机分为空白血清组、模型组、左归降糖舒心方组、二甲双胍组、TAK-242组。除空白血清组外,其余各组均以LPS诱导损伤,构建心... 目的:探讨左归降糖舒心方对于脂多糖(LPS)诱导的H9C2心肌细胞损伤的保护机制。方法:以H9C2心肌细胞为研究对象,随机分为空白血清组、模型组、左归降糖舒心方组、二甲双胍组、TAK-242组。除空白血清组外,其余各组均以LPS诱导损伤,构建心肌细胞炎症损伤体外模型。通过CCK-8法筛选含药血清干预浓度,ELISA法及免疫荧光法检测细胞IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6含量及蛋白表达;Hoechst/PI双染检测细胞焦亡水平;AO/EB双染检测细胞膜通透性;Western Blot法检测TLR4、NF-κB p65、p-NF-κB p65及NLRP3蛋白表达;RT-PCR技术检测IL-1β、Caspase-1及GSDMD mRNA表达。结果:通过CCK-8法筛选,确定10%的左归降糖舒心方含药血清浓度为后续实验的干预浓度。与空白血清组相比,模型组H9C2细胞释放的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β含量和相对荧光强度增加(P<0.01)。PI染色细胞数量明显增多,EB橘红色荧光比例上升,TLR4、p-NF-κB p65、NLRP3蛋白表达升高,IL-1β、Caspase-1及GSDMD mRNA表达增高(均P<0.01)。与模型组相比,左归降糖舒心方组、二甲双胍组、TAK-242组细胞中的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β含量及相对荧光强度降低(P<0.01)。PI染色细胞数量减少,左归降糖舒心方组AO/EB染色的EB橘红色荧光比例缩小。中药含药血清及TAK-242可抑制细胞的TLR4、p-NF-κB p65、NLRP3蛋白表达和Caspase-1、GSDMD mRNA表达。结论:左归降糖舒心方含药血清能抑制LPS诱导的H9C2心肌细胞炎症反应,减轻心肌细胞焦亡,这与抑制TLR4/NF-κB/NLRP3信号通路相关。 展开更多

针对现有文献“缺乏显性模型化B2C共享服务的分时租赁服务特性”这一缺陷,本研究引入共享运营效率(即共享产品在服务消费者过程中的周转率),建立和求解了相应的两阶段博弈模型,其中,制造商在第一阶段选择运营策略(传统销售策略、内部B2... 针对现有文献“缺乏显性模型化B2C共享服务的分时租赁服务特性”这一缺陷,本研究引入共享运营效率(即共享产品在服务消费者过程中的周转率),建立和求解了相应的两阶段博弈模型,其中,制造商在第一阶段选择运营策略(传统销售策略、内部B2C共享业务拓展策略或外部B2C共享业务拓展策略),第二阶段,制造商和(外部B2C共享业务拓展策略下的)第三方B2C共享平台在相应运营策略下决定具体的运营变量.基于模型子博弈精炼均衡,获得了如下主要结果.1)制造商选择内部(外部)B2C共享业务拓展策略的必要条件是制造商(第三方B2C共享平台)的共享运营效率超过一定的临界水平,并且,在此条件下,当且仅当第三方共享平台的共享运营效率(相对于制造商的共享运营效率)充分高且制造商的共享运营效率不是非常高时,制造商选择外部B2C共享业务拓展策略,否则,选择内部B2C共享业务拓展策略;2)如果用共享运营效率和共享需求满足能力这两个维度来刻画第三方B2C共享平台的特征,不仅对任意给定的第三方B2C共享平台的共享需求满足能力约束,结果1)在性质上依然成立,而且在影响制造商在内外部B2C共享业务拓展策略选择的意义上,这两个维度之间存在替代关系;3)从利益相关者的角度,对于给定的制造商的共享运营效率,只有在充分高和充分低的第三方B2C共享平台共享运营效率下制造商的最优运营策略能够实现三赢(制造商、消费者和社会计划者),否则,要么消费者剩余受损,要么社会总福利受损. 展开更多

背景:钟基因Rev-erbα参与调节炎症,但激活Rev-erbα会增加心脑血管疾病风险。为降低相关风险,探索Rev-erbα激动剂SR9009联合其他药物来减轻骨骼肌成肌细胞炎症,奠定治疗炎症相关性骨骼肌萎缩的理论基础。目的:探讨脂多糖刺激C2C12成... 背景:钟基因Rev-erbα参与调节炎症,但激活Rev-erbα会增加心脑血管疾病风险。为降低相关风险,探索Rev-erbα激动剂SR9009联合其他药物来减轻骨骼肌成肌细胞炎症,奠定治疗炎症相关性骨骼肌萎缩的理论基础。目的:探讨脂多糖刺激C2C12成肌细胞时吲哚丙酸、SR9009与核因子κB信号通路的关系。方法:①1μg/mL脂多糖刺激C2C12成肌细胞,RNA转录组测序结合KEGG通路富集分析信号通路。②CCK-8法检测C2C12成肌细胞活性,筛选吲哚丙酸的最佳给药浓度;然后将细胞分为空白对照组、脂多糖(1μg/mL)组、SR9009(10μmol/L)+脂多糖组、吲哚丙酸(80μmol/L)+脂多糖组、吲哚丙酸+SR9009+脂多糖组,ELISA检测细胞上清液中白细胞介素6水平,RT-qPCR检测白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α、Toll样受体4、CD14 mRNA表达,Western blot检测NF-κB p65、p-NF-κB p65蛋白表达。③siRNA敲减Rev-erbα,RT-qPCR评估敲减效率,检测白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子αmRNA表达。结果与结论:①与空白对照组比较,脂多糖时间依赖性抑制成肌细胞融合形成肌管,白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子αmRNA表达水平升高,细胞上清液中白细胞介素6水平显著升高;KEGG通路分析支持脂多糖刺激激活核因子κB信号通路。②吲哚丙酸浓度>80μmol/L时抑制C2C12成肌细胞活性;吲哚丙酸和SR9009通过抑制核因子κB信号通路发挥抗炎作用,降低白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α、Toll样受体4、CD14 mRNA表达水平,p-NF-κB p65/NF-κB p65蛋白表达比值低于脂多糖组。SR9009联合吲哚丙酸显著降低脂多糖诱导的炎症,Toll样受体4、CD14、白细胞介素6和肿瘤坏死因子αmRNA表达水平进一步下调,p-NF-κB p65/NF-κB p65蛋白表达比值显著低于吲哚丙酸+脂多糖组和SR9009+脂多糖组。③Rev-erbα随脂多糖刺激时间依赖性升高;siRNA敲减Rev-erbα效率达58%以上,成功敲减Rev-erbα后添加脂多糖,白细胞介素6和肿瘤坏死因子αmRNA表达较脂多糖组显著上调。④结果说明,Rev-erbα可以作为调节炎症反应的靶点,SR9009靶向激活Rev-erbα联合吲哚丙酸能抑制核因子κB信号通路显著减轻C2C12成肌细胞的炎症反应,联合抗炎效果优于单独干预。 展开更多
