Based on the up-to-date development of new technology and digital broadband seismology, we discussed the Asian Seismological Commission (ASC) Proposal “Asian-Pacific Seismological Data Center”. We applied the concept of virtual seismological network (Ottemoeller and Havskov, 1999) to the proposed ASC data exchange program. Based on the development of digital seismology, we introduced a concept of “modern earthquake catalogues” which include not only location parameters and magnitudes as in the conventional earthquake catalogues but also new parameters of earthquakes such as CMT, radiated energy, STF, and earthquake rupture process. We recommended a web-based regional international data exchange program between the ASC members with the purpose of forming a virtual Asian-Pacific seismological network, and the interpretation and analysis of broadband digital seismic waveforms conducted at distributed “data centers”.展开更多

文摘目的探讨不同院前诊断及区域协同救治对ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者心肌总缺血时间的影响。方法以杭州师范大学附属医院为中心,联合"120"急救中心、基层非经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)医院,利用微信平台和胸痛中心远程监控系统建立不同程度的区域协同救治模式。将基层非PCI医院转院患者作为观察组(115例),"120"急救中心送入患者作为对照组1(53例),自行入院患者作为对照组2(61例),比较三组患者的心肌总缺血时间即发病至球囊扩张(symptom to balloon,S-to-B)时间、发病至首次医疗接触(symptom onset-to-first medical contact, S-to-FMC)时间、首次医疗接触至球囊扩张(first medical contact to balloon,FMC-to-B)时间、进门至球囊扩张(door to balloon,D-to-B)时间、进入导管室至球囊扩张(cathlab door to balloon,C-to-B)时间。结果观察组、对照组1、对照组2三组比较,S-to-B时间[(449.26±243.91)min比(174.19±64.33)min比(374.38±901.81)min,P=0.004]、FMC-to-B时间[(249.24±150.90)min比(104.40±21.80)min比(85.48±32.74)min,P <0.001]、D-to-B时间[(65.21±22.16)min比(76.70±20.32)min比(90.16±32.79)min,P <0.001]差异均有统计学意义;而S-to-FMC时间、C-to-B时间差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0.05)。组间两两比较, S-to-B时间观察组大于对照组1 [(449.26±243.91)min比(174.19±64.33)min,P=0.003],差异有统计学意义,而观察组与对照组2、对照组1与对照组2相比,差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0.05);FMC-to-B时间观察组大于对照组1 [(249.24±150.90)min比(104.40±21.80)min,P <0.001]、观察组大于对照组2 [(249.24±150.90)min比(85.48±32.74)min,P <0.001],差异均有统计学意义,而对照组1与对照组2相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05); D-to-B时间观察组少于对照组1 [(65.21±22.16)min比(76.70±20.32)min,P=0.019]、观察组少于对照组2 [(65.21±22.16)min比(90.16±32.79)min,P <0.001]、对照组1少于对照组2 [(76.70±20.32)min比(90.16±32.79)min,P=0.014],差异均有统计学意义。结论不同院前诊断及区域协同救治主要影响ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者从发病至进入导管室的过程,进而影响心肌总缺血时间。这就要求临床医师不断探索新策略,进一步普及院前诊断和完善区域协同救治模式,切实提高急救效率,缩短心肌总缺血时间。
