The microstruc-ture of normal and vitrified shoots and the characteristics of their stomas on leaf surface were compared by paraffin section and leaf epidermis-tearing method. The results showed the palisade tissue of Aronia melanocarpa El oit consists of 2-3 lay-ers of cells. The stomas on lower epidermis cave in, and are smal and dense. There are abundant vessels and sieve tubes in stems. ln contrast, the main veins of vitrified shoots are unobvious, messy and irregular. The boundary between pal-isade tissue and spongy tissue is not obvious. The stomas open circularly and bigly. The stems are swel ing and thick, but the pith parenchyma cells are broken.展开更多
Objective: To determine the anti-cancer effect of aronia leaf extract on SK-Hep1 cells using migration, metallo metrix proteinase-2/-9(MMP-2/-9) and MT-1 MMP expression and to evaluate the anti-inflammatory activities...Objective: To determine the anti-cancer effect of aronia leaf extract on SK-Hep1 cells using migration, metallo metrix proteinase-2/-9(MMP-2/-9) and MT-1 MMP expression and to evaluate the anti-inflammatory activities of the leaf extract. Methods: The effect of aronia leaf extract on cancer prevention was investigated. SK-Hep1 human liver cancer cell line was treated with aronia leaf extract at various concentractions. MTT assay was used to measure cancer cell growth inhibition, and wound migration assay was used for metastasis determination. The expression of MMP-2/-9 was measured at the protein level using zymography and the expression of MMP-2/-9 and MT-1 MMP was examined at the gene level by RT-PCR. Raw 264.7 macrophage cells were stimulated with lipopolysaccharides to induce inflammation, and then the inhibition of inflammation was evaluated by treatment of aronia leaf extract. Expressions of interleukin-6, tumor factor-d. Results: SK-Hep1 cell growth was inhibited毩, and nitric oxide(NO) were also determine in proportion to the concentration of aronia leaf extract. In migration assay, aronia leaf extract showed 61.3%-96.3% wound size inhibtion after treating 50-200 μg/mL of aronia leaf extract for 24 h. At the protein level, the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 decreased as the concentration of aronia leaf extract treated with SK-Hep1 cells increased. In addition, the same pattern as in the protein was also observed in the mRNA levels. The expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein were inhibited by 92.2% and 53.8%, respectively after treatment with 200 μg/mL aronia leaf extract. In addition, Raw 264.7 cells treated with aronia leaf extract did not affect cell survival. There was dose dependent inhibition of interleukine-6, tumor necrosis factor-a and nitric oxide after treating aronia leaf extract in lipopolysaccharides-treated Raw cell. Conclusions: The results show that aronia leaf has anticancer and and antimetastatic properties in SK-Hep1 and Raw 264.7 cells.展开更多

(Rosaceae) is therapeutically praised. Its potent antiobesity (P < 0.001, n = 6 - 8) as well as marked triacylglycerol-reducing efficacies (P < 0.001, n = 6 - 8) in 10 weeks-high cholesterol diet (HCD) fed rats are demonstrated. Pancreatic triacylglycerol lipase (PL), α-amylase and α-glucosidase are an interesting pharmacological target for the management of dyslipidemia, atherosclerosis, diabetes and obesity. Comparable to acarbose, acute starch induced postprandial hyperglycaemia as well glycemic excursions in normoglycemic overnight fasting rats was highly significantly (P < 0.001) dampened by C. aronia 100, 200 and 400 mg/Kg b.wt aqueous extracts (AE), but not acute glucose evoked postprandial hyperglycaemia increments, unlike diabetes pharmaco-therapeutics metformin and glipizide. C. aronia aerial parts as well as fruits AEs (0.1 - 10 mg/mL) were identified as in vitro dual inhibitors of α-amylase and α-glucosidase with respective IC50 (mg/mL) of 2.1 ± 0.3 and 3.5 ± 0.7. Still, it lacked on in vitro hindrance of glucose movement, dissimilar to guar gum. Equivalent to orlistat (PL IC50 of 0.1 ± 0.0 μg/mL), C. aronia tested AEs and its purified bioactive phytoconstituents;quercetin and rutin, inhibited highly substantially in a dose dependent trend PL in vitro (n = 3), in an ascending order of obtained PL-IC50 (μg/mL): quercetin;30.1 ± 2.8, rutin;77.3 ± 11.7, C. aronia aerial parts;225.2 ± 33.4 and C. aronia fruits;286.1 ± 37.4. Nanoparticles(NPs)have already been widely used in catalysis,antibacterial and coating fields.Compared with the traditional toxic and harmful reducing reagents,green synthesis of NPs by using plant extracts is not onl...Nanoparticles(NPs)have already been widely used in catalysis,antibacterial and coating fields.Compared with the traditional toxic and harmful reducing reagents,green synthesis of NPs by using plant extracts is not only environmental-friendly and cost-effective but also conducive to the multi-level and efficient utilization of wild plant resources.In this study,the aqueous extracts from Sorbus pohuashanensis(SP)and Aronia melanocarpa(AM)fruits were used as the reducing and protective reagents for synthesizing Au/AgNPs,with the characteristics of originality operation and high repeatability.The SP/AM fruit extracts functionalized Au/AgNPs were characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy(UV-vis),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).UV-vis spectrums showed the NPs peaks verified by the presence between 400–550 nm;TEM and SEM demonstrated NPs displayed approximately spherical structures;EDS confirmed the existence of Au/Ag elements;XRD measurements confirmed that the obtained NPs showed highly crystalline structures;FTIR demonstrated the fruits extracts were adsorbed on the surface of NPs.Primary experiments indicated that SP/AM fruit extracts functionalized-NPs could be used as the reagents for removing the organic dyes efficiently;Zone of inhibition tests(ZOI)explained that NPs have slow-release antibacterial activity.展开更多

The extraction of polyphenols from Aronia melanocarpa was carried out using a combination of enzymatic and ultrasound.After single-factor and orthogonal design and experiment,the optimized polyphenol extraction condit...The extraction of polyphenols from Aronia melanocarpa was carried out using a combination of enzymatic and ultrasound.After single-factor and orthogonal design and experiment,the optimized polyphenol extraction conditions were 1%enzyme,1:40 material-to-liquid ratio,55℃,60 min ultrasonication,70%ethanol,and the final extraction amount was 88.634 mg/g,which displayed a 25.15%and 34.08%improvement compared with the single ultrasonication and enzymatic extraction methods,respectively.Significant antibacterial effects of polyphenols were shown against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis.Further antioxidation effects were evaluated,and the superoxide anion radical scavenging rate,hydroxyl radical scavenging rate and DPPH free radical scavenging rate reached 45.2%,83.5%and 85.4%,respectively.This combined enzymatic and ultrasonic extraction method exhibited the advantages of high extraction rate,saving solvent consumption and extraction time,but also provided a new method for the development and utilization of natural antimicrobial and antioxidant health products.展开更多
As a kind of berry food rich in flavonoids,the determination method of total flavonoids content of Aronia melanocarpa is of great significance.This paper compares the applicability of NaNO_(2)-Al(NO_(3))_(3)-NaOH colo...As a kind of berry food rich in flavonoids,the determination method of total flavonoids content of Aronia melanocarpa is of great significance.This paper compares the applicability of NaNO_(2)-Al(NO_(3))_(3)-NaOH colorimetry and AlCl_(3)colorimetry to total flavonoids content of the exocarp of Aronia melanocarpa by Ultraviolet-visible Spectrophotometry.At the same time,we determined hydroxyl radical(OH·-)inhibition rate,superoxide anion radical(O_(2)·-)inhibition rate and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical free radical(DPPH·)scavenging rate of total flavonoids extracted from Aronia melanocarpa.It is found that AlCl_(3)colorimetry has good repeatability,precision,and accuracy.The method is suitable for the determination of total flavonoids in the exocarp of Aronia melanocarpa.Thus,by the established method the content of total flavonoids in the exocarp of Aronia melanocarpa was determined as high as(36.711±0.034)mg/g.The results of antioxidant activity showed superoxide anion radical scavenging ability,hydroxyl radical scavenging ability and DPPH radical scavenging ability of the total flavonoids extract reached 45.33%,87.87%and 98.05%,respectively,indicating that it had good antioxidant activity.展开更多
As a new resource food,Aronia melanocarpa is rich in flavonoids,which has a broad development prospect.In order to obtain a higher extraction rate of flavonoids,cellulase was used to extract total flavonoids from the ...As a new resource food,Aronia melanocarpa is rich in flavonoids,which has a broad development prospect.In order to obtain a higher extraction rate of flavonoids,cellulase was used to extract total flavonoids from the fruits of Aronia melanocarpa by ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic extraction(UAEE).The extraction process was optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The optimum conditions were as follows:enzymatic hydrolysis time 2.0 h,enzymatic hydrolysis temperature 37℃,enzyme content 0.5%(by weight of fruit pulp),ethanol concentration 90%,solid-liquid ratio 1:20,enzymatic hydrolysis temperature 37℃,enzymatic hydrolysis temperature 37℃,enzyme content 0.5%(by weight of fruit pulp),ethanol concentration 90%.Ultrasonic extraction time 1,0h,temperature 45℃.Under the above conditions,the extraction yield of flavonoids reached 1.455 mg/g.Compared with ultrasonic-assisted extraction(UAE),the extraction yield was significantly improved.Therefore,ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic hydrolysis is an effective method for the extraction of total flavonoids hom Aronia melanocarpa.展开更多

Objectives:To reveal the mechanisms behind the dual effects of Crataegus aronia(C.aronia)aqueous extract on platelet aggregation by focusing on function,regulation,expression,and signaling of platelets P_(2)Y_(12)rece...Objectives:To reveal the mechanisms behind the dual effects of Crataegus aronia(C.aronia)aqueous extract on platelet aggregation by focusing on function,regulation,expression,and signaling of platelets P_(2)Y_(12)receptors.Methods:Adult male Wistar rats(120±10 g)were classified as control received the vehicle,C.aronia(200 mg/kg),and C.aronia(2,000 mg/kg)-treated rats.After treatments for consecutive 7 days,hematological and molecular experiments were conducted to detect alterations in platelet aggregation,thromboxane B2(THXB2)and intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS)content;protein levels of P_(2)Y_(12),p-Akt,cyclic adenosine monophosphate(c AMP),phosphorylated vasodilator-stimulated-phosphoprotein(p-VASP),nuclear factorκB(NF-κB),P-selectin,etc.in platelets were determined by Western blot;m RNA expressions of P_(2)Y_(12)and some inflammatory markers were determined by real-time polymerase chain reaction.Results:At a concentration of 200 mg/kg,C.aronia inhibited platelet aggregation through multiple interconnected mechanisms including downregulation P_(2)Y_(12)synthesis and expression,stimulating intracellular cAMP levels and protein levels of p-VASP,inhibiting platelets THXB2 release and protein levels of P-selectin.Also,it inhibited platelets level of ROS and of NF-κB,a major signaling pathway that stimulates the expression of P_(2)Y_(12)and THXA2 synthesis.Opposite findings were seen in platelets of rats received C.aronia at a concentration of 2,000 mg/kg.Interestingly,co-administration of N-acetylcysteine prevented all hematological and molecular alterations exerted by the high dose of the extract and inhibited platelet aggregation.Conclusion:Oral administration of C.aronia at low dose inhibits platelet aggregation by reducing THXB2 release,expression of P-selectin and activating c AMP and Akt signaling through two major mechanisms including downregulation of P_(2)Y_(12)and inhibition of ROS-induced activation of NF-κB,an effect that is observed to be in the opposite direction with its high dose.展开更多
目的:系统评价野樱莓及其提取物的补充对心脏代谢危险因素的影响。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、Pubmed、Embase、Web of Science数据库。纳入从建库起至2024年11月18日使用野樱莓及其提取物干预的随机对照研究,采用Stata 14.0软件...目的:系统评价野樱莓及其提取物的补充对心脏代谢危险因素的影响。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、Pubmed、Embase、Web of Science数据库。纳入从建库起至2024年11月18日使用野樱莓及其提取物干预的随机对照研究,采用Stata 14.0软件进行荟萃分析。使用Cochrane风险评估工具对文献进行质量评价。结果:共纳入9项随机对照研究(10篇公开发表文献),包含654例受试者,研究组341例,对照组313例。荟萃分析结果发现,研究组血总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、氧化型低密度脂蛋白较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义,但对甘油三酯、血糖的影响则无显著差异。结论:有限且低质量的证据表明,野樱莓及其提取物的摄入可能与血脂的改善相关,对于血糖和血压的影响尚需进一步研究。展开更多

Therefore, the objecti...Postharvest storage of many freshly picked berries affects polyphenol and sugar content. However, little is known about the impact of refrigerated and frozen storage on aronia berry composition. Therefore, the objective of this study was to characterize how storage at 4 ± 2 °C and − 20 ± 2 °C, and temperature cycles affect aronia berry polyphenols, total solid content, pH, titratable acidity, polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity, sugar content, acid content, color, and cell structure. Refrigerated storage reduced proanthocyanidins (21%), anthocyanins (36%), and total phenols (21%) after 12 weeks. Frozen storage increased polyphenols in the first 6 mo. of frozen storage but then decreased polyphenols at mo. 8 to levels similar to initial values. Frozen temperature cycling reduced anthocyanins 18% but did not affect total phenols or proanthocyanidins. Scanning electron microscopy analysis indicated temperature cycling induced cell damage, shrinking, and fusion. This disruption led to the release of anthocyanins inside the berry tissue. PPO activity did not significantly correlate with the decrease in polyphenol content during storage. °Brix did not significantly change during refrigeration and frozen storage but did during the 12th temperature cycle. Aronia berries’ pH and titratable acidity were affected more by refrigeration than frozen and temperature storage. The pH increased by 4% during refrigeration, and titratable acidity decreased by 17% at 12 weeks. In conclusion, refrigerated storage results in a modest reduction of aronia berry polyphenols, but absolute extractable polyphenols are stable for up to 8 months of frozen storage.展开更多
为筛选出有效保留黑果花楸果脯酚类物质及抗氧化活性的干燥加工方法,分别采用热风干燥、微波-热风干燥、真空冷冻干燥3种干燥加工方式处理黑果花楸,测定其干燥后酚类物质含量、单体酚类物质的组成及抗氧化活性,并分析了黑果花楸果脯酚...为筛选出有效保留黑果花楸果脯酚类物质及抗氧化活性的干燥加工方法,分别采用热风干燥、微波-热风干燥、真空冷冻干燥3种干燥加工方式处理黑果花楸,测定其干燥后酚类物质含量、单体酚类物质的组成及抗氧化活性,并分析了黑果花楸果脯酚类物质与抗氧化活性之间的相关性。结果表明:经过干燥加工处理后黑果花楸果脯总酚含量和总黄酮含量显著下降,采用真空冷冻干燥二者保留率最高(总酚保留率为85.35%,总黄酮保留率为85.37%);抗氧化活性均有不同程度的下降,真空冷冻干燥组表现出最强的抗氧化能力(1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基清除率为21.06%,2,2’-联氮-双(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)(ABTS)阳离子自由基清除率为82.19%,铁离子还原抗氧化能力为798μmol Trolox/100 g m_(d),羟基自由基清除率为69.68%)。经真空冷冻干燥处理后,黑果花楸果脯中白藜芦醇、阿魏酸、芥子酸、表儿茶素含量无显著变化,肉桂酸含量显著增加,其他各单体酚含量均显著降低。黑果花楸果脯的总酚含量、总黄酮含量与DPPH自由基清除率、ABTS阳离子自由基清除率、铁离子还原抗氧化能力之间呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与羟基自由基清除率的相关性不显著,黑果花楸果脯中主要起抗氧化作用的单体酚类物质为槲皮素、芦丁、咖啡酸、白藜芦醇。综上,真空冷冻干燥是一种有效保留黑果花楸中酚类物质及抗氧化活性的加工方式。展开更多

文摘Nanoparticles(NPs)have already been widely used in catalysis,antibacterial and coating fields.Compared with the traditional toxic and harmful reducing reagents,green synthesis of NPs by using plant extracts is not only environmental-friendly and cost-effective but also conducive to the multi-level and efficient utilization of wild plant resources.In this study,the aqueous extracts from Sorbus pohuashanensis(SP)and Aronia melanocarpa(AM)fruits were used as the reducing and protective reagents for synthesizing Au/AgNPs,with the characteristics of originality operation and high repeatability.The SP/AM fruit extracts functionalized Au/AgNPs were characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy(UV-vis),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).UV-vis spectrums showed the NPs peaks verified by the presence between 400–550 nm;TEM and SEM demonstrated NPs displayed approximately spherical structures;EDS confirmed the existence of Au/Ag elements;XRD measurements confirmed that the obtained NPs showed highly crystalline structures;FTIR demonstrated the fruits extracts were adsorbed on the surface of NPs.Primary experiments indicated that SP/AM fruit extracts functionalized-NPs could be used as the reagents for removing the organic dyes efficiently;Zone of inhibition tests(ZOI)explained that NPs have slow-release antibacterial activity.
文摘This paper reviews the main benefits of Aronia melanocarpa Elliot for eye health,focusing on its antioxidant protection,prevention of visual deterioration,reduction of inflammation,improvement of blood circulation,protection of the retina,and immunity enhancement.Based on the existing studies,the application of A.melanocarpa Elliot in the field of eye health is promising and deserves further research and promotion.
文摘The extraction of polyphenols from Aronia melanocarpa was carried out using a combination of enzymatic and ultrasound.After single-factor and orthogonal design and experiment,the optimized polyphenol extraction conditions were 1%enzyme,1:40 material-to-liquid ratio,55℃,60 min ultrasonication,70%ethanol,and the final extraction amount was 88.634 mg/g,which displayed a 25.15%and 34.08%improvement compared with the single ultrasonication and enzymatic extraction methods,respectively.Significant antibacterial effects of polyphenols were shown against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis.Further antioxidation effects were evaluated,and the superoxide anion radical scavenging rate,hydroxyl radical scavenging rate and DPPH free radical scavenging rate reached 45.2%,83.5%and 85.4%,respectively.This combined enzymatic and ultrasonic extraction method exhibited the advantages of high extraction rate,saving solvent consumption and extraction time,but also provided a new method for the development and utilization of natural antimicrobial and antioxidant health products.
文摘As a kind of berry food rich in flavonoids,the determination method of total flavonoids content of Aronia melanocarpa is of great significance.This paper compares the applicability of NaNO_(2)-Al(NO_(3))_(3)-NaOH colorimetry and AlCl_(3)colorimetry to total flavonoids content of the exocarp of Aronia melanocarpa by Ultraviolet-visible Spectrophotometry.At the same time,we determined hydroxyl radical(OH·-)inhibition rate,superoxide anion radical(O_(2)·-)inhibition rate and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical free radical(DPPH·)scavenging rate of total flavonoids extracted from Aronia melanocarpa.It is found that AlCl_(3)colorimetry has good repeatability,precision,and accuracy.The method is suitable for the determination of total flavonoids in the exocarp of Aronia melanocarpa.Thus,by the established method the content of total flavonoids in the exocarp of Aronia melanocarpa was determined as high as(36.711±0.034)mg/g.The results of antioxidant activity showed superoxide anion radical scavenging ability,hydroxyl radical scavenging ability and DPPH radical scavenging ability of the total flavonoids extract reached 45.33%,87.87%and 98.05%,respectively,indicating that it had good antioxidant activity.
文摘As a new resource food,Aronia melanocarpa is rich in flavonoids,which has a broad development prospect.In order to obtain a higher extraction rate of flavonoids,cellulase was used to extract total flavonoids from the fruits of Aronia melanocarpa by ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic extraction(UAEE).The extraction process was optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The optimum conditions were as follows:enzymatic hydrolysis time 2.0 h,enzymatic hydrolysis temperature 37℃,enzyme content 0.5%(by weight of fruit pulp),ethanol concentration 90%,solid-liquid ratio 1:20,enzymatic hydrolysis temperature 37℃,enzymatic hydrolysis temperature 37℃,enzyme content 0.5%(by weight of fruit pulp),ethanol concentration 90%.Ultrasonic extraction time 1,0h,temperature 45℃.Under the above conditions,the extraction yield of flavonoids reached 1.455 mg/g.Compared with ultrasonic-assisted extraction(UAE),the extraction yield was significantly improved.Therefore,ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic hydrolysis is an effective method for the extraction of total flavonoids hom Aronia melanocarpa.

文摘As a consumer product,black chokeberry(Aronia melanocarpa)is diffi cult to consume due to its pungent taste.It is mainly used in various food industries to produce a variety of juices,preserves,extracts,fruit teas and nutritional supplements.Traditionally,Potawatomi Native Americans used black chokeberry to treat colds,coughs and fever.It has been found to contain numerous active ingredients.Currently,there are many health and medical products that contain black chokeberry.The purpose of this review is to understand the nutritional benefi ts of black chokeberry and to explore its benefi cial effects on biological systems in vitro,thereby emphasizing its therapeutic prospects.

文摘Objectives:To reveal the mechanisms behind the dual effects of Crataegus aronia(C.aronia)aqueous extract on platelet aggregation by focusing on function,regulation,expression,and signaling of platelets P_(2)Y_(12)receptors.Methods:Adult male Wistar rats(120±10 g)were classified as control received the vehicle,C.aronia(200 mg/kg),and C.aronia(2,000 mg/kg)-treated rats.After treatments for consecutive 7 days,hematological and molecular experiments were conducted to detect alterations in platelet aggregation,thromboxane B2(THXB2)and intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS)content;protein levels of P_(2)Y_(12),p-Akt,cyclic adenosine monophosphate(c AMP),phosphorylated vasodilator-stimulated-phosphoprotein(p-VASP),nuclear factorκB(NF-κB),P-selectin,etc.in platelets were determined by Western blot;m RNA expressions of P_(2)Y_(12)and some inflammatory markers were determined by real-time polymerase chain reaction.Results:At a concentration of 200 mg/kg,C.aronia inhibited platelet aggregation through multiple interconnected mechanisms including downregulation P_(2)Y_(12)synthesis and expression,stimulating intracellular cAMP levels and protein levels of p-VASP,inhibiting platelets THXB2 release and protein levels of P-selectin.Also,it inhibited platelets level of ROS and of NF-κB,a major signaling pathway that stimulates the expression of P_(2)Y_(12)and THXA2 synthesis.Opposite findings were seen in platelets of rats received C.aronia at a concentration of 2,000 mg/kg.Interestingly,co-administration of N-acetylcysteine prevented all hematological and molecular alterations exerted by the high dose of the extract and inhibited platelet aggregation.Conclusion:Oral administration of C.aronia at low dose inhibits platelet aggregation by reducing THXB2 release,expression of P-selectin and activating c AMP and Akt signaling through two major mechanisms including downregulation of P_(2)Y_(12)and inhibition of ROS-induced activation of NF-κB,an effect that is observed to be in the opposite direction with its high dose.
文摘目的:系统评价野樱莓及其提取物的补充对心脏代谢危险因素的影响。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、Pubmed、Embase、Web of Science数据库。纳入从建库起至2024年11月18日使用野樱莓及其提取物干预的随机对照研究,采用Stata 14.0软件进行荟萃分析。使用Cochrane风险评估工具对文献进行质量评价。结果:共纳入9项随机对照研究(10篇公开发表文献),包含654例受试者,研究组341例,对照组313例。荟萃分析结果发现,研究组血总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、氧化型低密度脂蛋白较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义,但对甘油三酯、血糖的影响则无显著差异。结论:有限且低质量的证据表明,野樱莓及其提取物的摄入可能与血脂的改善相关,对于血糖和血压的影响尚需进一步研究。

文摘Postharvest storage of many freshly picked berries affects polyphenol and sugar content. However, little is known about the impact of refrigerated and frozen storage on aronia berry composition. Therefore, the objective of this study was to characterize how storage at 4 ± 2 °C and − 20 ± 2 °C, and temperature cycles affect aronia berry polyphenols, total solid content, pH, titratable acidity, polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity, sugar content, acid content, color, and cell structure. Refrigerated storage reduced proanthocyanidins (21%), anthocyanins (36%), and total phenols (21%) after 12 weeks. Frozen storage increased polyphenols in the first 6 mo. of frozen storage but then decreased polyphenols at mo. 8 to levels similar to initial values. Frozen temperature cycling reduced anthocyanins 18% but did not affect total phenols or proanthocyanidins. Scanning electron microscopy analysis indicated temperature cycling induced cell damage, shrinking, and fusion. This disruption led to the release of anthocyanins inside the berry tissue. PPO activity did not significantly correlate with the decrease in polyphenol content during storage. °Brix did not significantly change during refrigeration and frozen storage but did during the 12th temperature cycle. Aronia berries’ pH and titratable acidity were affected more by refrigeration than frozen and temperature storage. The pH increased by 4% during refrigeration, and titratable acidity decreased by 17% at 12 weeks. In conclusion, refrigerated storage results in a modest reduction of aronia berry polyphenols, but absolute extractable polyphenols are stable for up to 8 months of frozen storage.
文摘为筛选出有效保留黑果花楸果脯酚类物质及抗氧化活性的干燥加工方法,分别采用热风干燥、微波-热风干燥、真空冷冻干燥3种干燥加工方式处理黑果花楸,测定其干燥后酚类物质含量、单体酚类物质的组成及抗氧化活性,并分析了黑果花楸果脯酚类物质与抗氧化活性之间的相关性。结果表明:经过干燥加工处理后黑果花楸果脯总酚含量和总黄酮含量显著下降,采用真空冷冻干燥二者保留率最高(总酚保留率为85.35%,总黄酮保留率为85.37%);抗氧化活性均有不同程度的下降,真空冷冻干燥组表现出最强的抗氧化能力(1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基清除率为21.06%,2,2’-联氮-双(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)(ABTS)阳离子自由基清除率为82.19%,铁离子还原抗氧化能力为798μmol Trolox/100 g m_(d),羟基自由基清除率为69.68%)。经真空冷冻干燥处理后,黑果花楸果脯中白藜芦醇、阿魏酸、芥子酸、表儿茶素含量无显著变化,肉桂酸含量显著增加,其他各单体酚含量均显著降低。黑果花楸果脯的总酚含量、总黄酮含量与DPPH自由基清除率、ABTS阳离子自由基清除率、铁离子还原抗氧化能力之间呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与羟基自由基清除率的相关性不显著,黑果花楸果脯中主要起抗氧化作用的单体酚类物质为槲皮素、芦丁、咖啡酸、白藜芦醇。综上,真空冷冻干燥是一种有效保留黑果花楸中酚类物质及抗氧化活性的加工方式。
