The photoacoustic imaging of lipid is intrinsically constrained by the feeble nature of endogenous lipid signals,posing a persistent sensitivity challenge that demands innovative solutions.Although adopting high-efficiency excitation and detection elements may improve the imaging sensitivity to a certain extent,the application of the elements is inevitably subject to various limitations in practical applications,particularly during in vivo imaging and endoscopic imaging.In this study,we propose a multi-combinatorial approach to enhance the sensitivity of lipid photoacoustic imaging.The approach involves wavelet transform processing of one-dimensional A-line signals,gradient-based denoising of two-dimensional B-scan images,and finally,threedimensional spatial weighted averaging of the data processed by the previous two steps.This method not only significantly improves the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)in distinguished feature regions of the image by around 10 dB,but also efficiently extracts weak signals with no distinct features in the original image.After processing with this method,the images acquired under single scanning were compared with those obtained under multiple scanning.The results showed highly consistent image features,with the structural similarity index increasing from 0.2 to 0.8,confirming the accuracy and reliability of the multi-combinatorial approach. 展开更多

SSA*-PDWA:A Hierarchical Path Planning Framework with Enhanced A*Algorithm and Dynamic Window Approach for Mobile Robots

With the rapid development of intelligent navigation technology,efficient and safe path planning for mobile robots has become a core requirement.To address the challenges of complex dynamic environments,this paper proposes an intelligent path planning framework based on grid map modeling.First,an improved Safe and Smooth A*(SSA*)algorithm is employed for global path planning.By incorporating obstacle expansion and cornerpoint optimization,the proposed SSA*enhances the safety and smoothness of the planned path.Then,a Partitioned Dynamic Window Approach(PDWA)is integrated for local planning,which is triggered when dynamic or sudden static obstacles appear,enabling real-time obstacle avoidance and path adjustment.A unified objective function is constructed,considering path length,safety,and smoothness comprehensively.Multiple simulation experiments are conducted on typical port grid maps.The results demonstrate that the improved SSA*significantly reduces the number of expanded nodes and computation time in static environmentswhile generating smoother and safer paths.Meanwhile,the PDWA exhibits strong real-time performance and robustness in dynamic scenarios,achieving shorter paths and lower planning times compared to other graph search algorithms.The proposedmethodmaintains stable performance across maps of different scales and various port scenarios,verifying its practicality and potential for wider application. 展开更多

黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum)是一种旱生植物,具有极强的抗逆性。为探究黑果枸杞在NaCl处理下的生长及生理响应,本研究分析了不同浓度NaCl[0(CK)、50、100、200、300和400 mmol/L]处理对黑果枸杞种子萌发、生长发育(子叶直径、胚轴及初... 黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum)是一种旱生植物,具有极强的抗逆性。为探究黑果枸杞在NaCl处理下的生长及生理响应,本研究分析了不同浓度NaCl[0(CK)、50、100、200、300和400 mmol/L]处理对黑果枸杞种子萌发、生长发育(子叶直径、胚轴及初根长、鲜重、干重、相对生长速率)、K^(+)和Na^(+)含量、渗透势及光合指标(净光合速率Pn、气孔导度Gs和蒸腾速率Tr、水分利用效率WUE)的影响。结果表明,与CK相比,50 mmol/L NaCl显著提高了植株的发芽率、子叶直径、初根长度、鲜重、干重、相对生长速率(P<0.05),同时根、茎及叶中Na^(+)含量也明显增加;加入50~300 mmol/L NaCl后,叶中的Na^(+)浓度显著高于根和茎(P<0.05);根中K^(+)浓度在50~100及300~400 mmol/L NaCl处理下显著提高(P<0.05)。此外,与CK相比,50和100 mmol/L NaCl处理显著提高了植株的Pn、Gs、Tr及WUE(P<0.05)。与CK相比,植株的渗透势在添加50~400 mmol/L NaCl处理下均明显降低。综上,在适当浓度的NaCl处理下,黑果枸杞能够通过调节自身Na^(+)、K^(+)含量及光合能力来促进其生长,并通过将Na^(+)转运至叶中来抵御盐胁迫。 展开更多

Fe基催化剂因具有低廉的成本和优异的催化性能,被广泛应用于CO_(2)加氢制低碳烯烃。加入Na助剂能够明显提高Fe基催化剂的低碳烯烃选择性,但其内在作用机制尚不清晰。采用密度泛函理论(DFT)计算和微观动力学(MKM)分析相结合的方法探究了Na作为助剂对于Fe(111)表面CO_(2)加氢制低碳烯烃反应路径及产物相对选择性的影响。DFT计算表明,添加的Na改变了Fe(111)表面的电子密度,并且明显促进了CO_(2)吸附活化。同时,Na使C_(2)H_(4)^(*)生成和脱附能垒分别从0.81 eV和1.10 eV降低至0.61 eV和0.46 eV,CH_(4)生成能垒从0.95 eV升高至1.15 eV。MKM分析表明,添加Na明显提高了C_(2)H_(4)^(*)生成和脱附速率,同时降低了CH_(4)生成速率,整个反应网络体系的速率控制步骤由C_(2)H_(4)^(*)生成和脱附转变为CH_(4)生成。以上结果从分子水平上揭示了Na通过调控Fe(111)表面的电子结构提高C_(2)H_(4)生成速率和降低副产物CH_(4)生成速率,进而提高产物C_(2)H_(4)相对选择性的内在作用机制。 展开更多

CMC-Na/PEI水溶性粘结剂在Si/C电极中的性能研究

硅碳复合材料(Si/C)在反复脱锂-嵌锂过程中,硅材料巨大的体积膨胀易引起电极材料粉碎、脱落和失去电接触,最终造成电极循环性能变差,通过设计新型水溶性粘结剂能有效提升Si/C电极的循环性能。将林业资源纤维素的衍生物羧甲基纤维素钠(CM... 硅碳复合材料(Si/C)在反复脱锂-嵌锂过程中,硅材料巨大的体积膨胀易引起电极材料粉碎、脱落和失去电接触,最终造成电极循环性能变差,通过设计新型水溶性粘结剂能有效提升Si/C电极的循环性能。将林业资源纤维素的衍生物羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)和聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)进行简单的物理共混,基于聚阴离子和聚阳离子易形成静电相互作用的原理,构建具有三维网状结构的水溶性粘结剂(C-PEI),并以商业化油溶性聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)和CMC-Na粘结剂作为对比。采用FT-IR和Zeta电位分析表征其结构,探究了C-PEI粘结剂的粘附性能和长效循环性能。研究结果表明:聚阴离子型多糖CMC-Na与聚阳离子型化合物PEI之间存在氢键作用和静电相互作用。制备的Si/C@C-PEI电极平均剥离力为2.33 N,优于Si/C@PVDF电极的1.12 N和Si/C@CMC-Na电极的1.89 N。在电流密度0.5C(1C=950 mA·h/g)下循环240圈,Si/C@C-PEI电极的放电比容量为418.9 mA·h/g,高于Si/C@PVDF电极(174.9 mA·h/g)和Si/C@CMC-Na电极(333.0 mA·h/g)。在1C和2C电流密度下分别循环300圈和500圈,Si/C@C-PEI电极仍能展现出优异的性能,放电比容量分别为397.2和364.3 m A·h/g,明显高于Si/C@PVDF和Si/C@CMC-Na电极。电化学阻抗(EIS)测试发现,C-PEI粘结剂具有更小的电阻和更高的离子电导率。分析表明,基于静电相互作用原理制备的粘结剂C-PEI具有优异的粘结性能,能有效提升Si/C电极循环稳定性。 展开更多

目的了解内江市2021—2022监测年度Victoria系乙型流感病毒血凝素(HA)、神经氨酸酶(NA)基因变异情况,建立内江市流感病毒基因库,为内江流感防治工作提供参考依据。方法采集内江市第二人民医院2021年4月至2022年3月的流感样病例标本进行... 目的了解内江市2021—2022监测年度Victoria系乙型流感病毒血凝素(HA)、神经氨酸酶(NA)基因变异情况,建立内江市流感病毒基因库,为内江流感防治工作提供参考依据。方法采集内江市第二人民医院2021年4月至2022年3月的流感样病例标本进行核酸检测和病毒分离,对30株Victoria系乙型流感毒株进行全基因组测序,利用MEGA11.0等生物信息学软件对测序结果进行变异特征分析。结果30株流感病毒经鉴定均属于V1A.3a.2进化分支。与疫苗推荐株B/Washington/02/2019相比,HA与NA基因的核苷酸同源性分别为98.51%~98.80%、98.82%~99.22%,氨基酸变异位点分析结果显示,HA蛋白发生16个氨基酸位点突变,涉及3个抗原决定簇,1株分离株可能发生抗原漂移,1株分离株发生信号肽位点氨基酸突变,NA蛋白的酶活位点和神经氨酸酶抑制剂耐药位点均未发生突变,HA和NA基因糖基化位点均未发生变化。结论内江市Victoria系乙型流感毒株在多个HA抗原位点上发生变异,并存在抗原漂移的个例,需持续并密切监测流行株的变异情况。 展开更多

针对高炉冶炼过程中K、Na、KF、NaF气体对焦炭劣化的作用机制,本研究采用“气相吸附法”对焦炭进行气体吸附试验,结合X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜-能谱仪(SEM-EDS)等表征技术,系统探究了K、Na、KF、NaF气体对焦炭热态性能及组织结... 针对高炉冶炼过程中K、Na、KF、NaF气体对焦炭劣化的作用机制,本研究采用“气相吸附法”对焦炭进行气体吸附试验,结合X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜-能谱仪(SEM-EDS)等表征技术,系统探究了K、Na、KF、NaF气体对焦炭热态性能及组织结构的影响规律。结果表明,K气体会造成焦炭表面颗粒剥落,Na气体则引发焦炭表面呈粉末状脱落,而KF、NaF气体会显著增加焦炭气孔数量。焦炭吸附K、Na、KF、NaF气体后,其石墨微晶的(002)晶面间距增大,微晶堆积高度与微晶层面尺寸减小,严重破坏微晶结构的有序性与完整性。上述气体对微晶结构的破坏程度排序为:K>Na>KF>NaF。微晶结构变化导致焦炭孔隙率上升,进而提升焦炭反应性(CRI)、降低焦炭反应后强度(CSR)。其中,K和Na气体对孔隙率的影响显著强于KF和NaF气体,且K气体影响大于Na气体,KF气体影响大于NaF。当焦炭吸附质量分数1%的NaF气体时,焦炭热态性能(CRI≤25%,CSR≥65%)仍满足高炉冶炼要求;当吸附质量分数1%的K、Na、KF气体后,CRI和CSR均超出标准限值。综合来看,各类气体对焦炭热态性能的影响程度排序为:K>Na>KF>NaF。此外,随着气体吸附量的增加,CRI增幅与CSR降幅均呈现边际递减趋势。 展开更多

口腔加工过程高内相乳液中Na^(+)的释放与咸味感知研究

高内相乳液(high internal phase emulsions,HIPEs)是指分散相体积分数为74%以上的乳液,常被用来调控食品质构、递送活性物质等。为研究口腔加工过程食品中Na^(+)的释放与咸味感知过程,并达到减脂和减盐的目的,使用聚甘油蓖麻油醇酸酯(p... 高内相乳液(high internal phase emulsions,HIPEs)是指分散相体积分数为74%以上的乳液,常被用来调控食品质构、递送活性物质等。为研究口腔加工过程食品中Na^(+)的释放与咸味感知过程,并达到减脂和减盐的目的,使用聚甘油蓖麻油醇酸酯(polyglycerol polyricinoleate,PGPR)作为乳化剂,制备水相体积分数为80%的油包水(W/O)HIPEs,并在模拟口腔加工的条件下对其进行了研究。研究表明,Na^(+)在W/O乳液中处于类自由离子的状态,其释放速率受分散介质和咀嚼时间的显著影响。在唾液介质中,唾液蛋白初期限制Na^(+)释放,但随咀嚼时间增加释放量逐渐提升,且与去离子水相比唾液显著加快了Na^(+)释放速率。PGPR和NaCl浓度的增加可延长乳液在猪舌表面的保留时间,而水相体积分数较低的乳液更易被唾液润湿,黏附性降低。Na^(+)在黏蛋白层的扩散主要受到乳液结构本身性质以及乳液与黏蛋白的相互作用影响。W/O乳液含有较为滑腻的油脂风味,其咸味感知更容易受到NaCl浓度的影响,乳液的质地也一定程度上影响了咸味感知和总体接受度。研究结果表明,通过调控PGPR质量分数(4%~8%)、水相体积分数(30%~80%)及NaCl浓度(10~200 mmol/L),可优化W/O HIPEs的Na^(+)释放行为与口腔黏附特性,实现减盐而不减咸。该体系作为黄油替代物兼具减脂与增强咸味感知的双重优势,希望可为新型健康食品开发提供理论依据与技术指导。 展开更多

2020-2025年云南部分地区27株H9N2亚型禽流感病毒的HA和NA基因序列分析

目的探讨2020-2025年云南地区H9N2亚型禽流感病毒血凝素和神经氨酸酶基因的分子特征与进化趋势,为流行监测和防控策略提供依据。方法从云南省部分地区环境样本中分离获得27株H9N2病毒株,利用生物信息学方法对HA和NA基因进行系统进化分... 目的探讨2020-2025年云南地区H9N2亚型禽流感病毒血凝素和神经氨酸酶基因的分子特征与进化趋势,为流行监测和防控策略提供依据。方法从云南省部分地区环境样本中分离获得27株H9N2病毒株,利用生物信息学方法对HA和NA基因进行系统进化分析及关键氨基酸位点、糖基化位点预测。结果系统进化分析显示,所有分离株均归属于欧亚谱系Y280-like亚分支,其中2024年和2025年分离株在该亚分支下进一步聚集形成独立小支系,提示出现新的局部进化趋势。HA基因核苷酸和氨基酸同源性分别为88%~100%和89.83%~100%,HA蛋白裂解位点为PSRSSRGLF,无连续的碱性氨基酸,符合低致病性特征。受体结合位点第226位和第228位分别为L和G,具备与哺乳动物唾液酸α-2,6受体结合的潜力。部分毒株在抗原位点(如90、168、200、201位)出现新突变,并在313和491位增加糖基化位点,可能影响免疫逃逸和宿主适应性。NA基因核苷酸和氨基酸同源性分别为87.99%~100%和90.5%~100%。所有分离株均存在NA蛋白颈部3个氨基酸缺失,具备增强毒力的分子标志。NA蛋白有6-8个糖基化位点,其中2株在第2位新增位点NPTQ,1株在第67位新增位点NTTI,所有分离株在第402位缺失1个位点,部分毒株在第83位和365位发生缺失。NA蛋白酶活性位点及关键位点氨基酸均未发生突变,对神经氨酸酶抑制剂药物仍保持敏感。结论近年来云南地区H9N2亚型禽流感病毒HA和NA基因持续进化,2024–2025年分离株在Y280-like分支下形成独立支系,关键位点的变异可能增强其跨种传播潜力。建议加强分子监测与风险评估,防范H9N2病毒的跨种传播及潜在公共卫生风险。 展开更多

Methods: A total of 66 patients with type D personality psoriasis admitted to the dermatology department of a top-three hospital in Jingzhou City from November 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into control group and test group with 33 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group received routine health education, and the experimental group received health education based on the HAPA theory. Chronic disease self-efficacy scale, hospital anxiety and depression scale and skin disease quality of life scale were used to evaluate the effect of intervention. Results: After 3 months of intervention, the scores of self-efficacy in experimental group were higher than those in control group (P P Conclusion: Health education based on the theory of HAPA can enhance the self-efficacy of patients with type D personality psoriasis, relieve negative emotions and improve their quality of life. 展开更多

Pelvic fractures are rare but severe injuries that severely affect patients’quality of life.Treatment of these fractures often involves invasive approaches with high risk of injuries to nervous structures,particularly lumbosacral plexus.The introduction of minimally invasive surgical approaches,such as the lateral rectus approach,not only contributes to preserving lumbar plexus integrity in operated patients but also positively impacts their psychological well-being.Patients treated by surgical reduction of pelvic fractures with lumbosacral plexus injury often experience states of anxiety and depression.The lateral rectus approach is associated with lower levels of anxiety and depression compared to more invasive surgical techniques used for similar fractures. 展开更多

A structured method to generate conformal finite element(FE)mesh for realistic 3D woven textile reinforced composite is proposed.It is based on a voxel structure mesh reconstruction framework and aims to provide accurate composite model at yarn level with material properties ready for use in commercial FE software.The textile representative volume element(RVE)is generated at filament level implementing the digital element method.Yarn structure is determined by filament bundle with variant cross-section shapes along its path.Yarn surface is then extracted using the Delaunay triangulation algorithm and a surface mesh is initiated.Then,the mesh domain is defined and constructed by voxel structure.Periodic boundary conditions,inter-yarn,and yarnmatrix interfaces are eliminated by re-mesh and mesh optimization.An element splitting rule is established to split the voxel unit into sub-elements to create smooth interface.A 3D orthogonal weave fabric reinforced composite is generated and simulated under compressive load.The composite structure and damage morphology are in good agreement with those of the experiment. 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and safety of laparoendoscopic single-site robot-assisted nephroureterectomy(LESS-RANU)by comparing perioperative,pathological,and oncological results with the conventional multiport laparoendoscopic approach in the retroperitoneal approach for the management of urinary tract urothelial carcinoma.Methods:Between January 2021 and October 2024,our center treated 56 patients with urinary tract urothelial carcinoma using either the LESS-RANU(n�31)or the conventional multi-port laparoscopic nephroureterectomy(LNU)(n�25)via the retroperitoneal approach.Data including demographic,perioperative,pathological,and oncological characteristics were collected.Results:No significant differences were found in patient demographics and tumor characteristics between the two groups.No serious intraoperative complications occurred in both groups.The mean operation time,skin incision length,Visual Analog Scale pain scores,time for repositioning and follow-up duration for the LESS-RANU group and the LNU group were 138.23 min and 180.40 min,6.48 cm and 15.40 cm,3.23 and 4.60,5.71 min and 30.24 min,and 10.84 months and 22.88 months,respectively(p<0.001).There were no significant differences in other perioperative data between the two groups.Multiple linear regression identified an association of body mass index with operation time in the LESS-RANU group(p<0.001).The mean operative time of the subsequent 15 patients was significantly lower than that of the initial 16 patients(130.33 min vs.145.31 min,p=0.044).There were no significant differences in the pathological characteristics between the two groups.Recurrences developed in four patients:one in the LESS-RANU group and three in the LNU group.-Conclusion:LESS-RANU is safe and more effective compared to LNU via the retroperitoneal approach,especially for patients with low body mass index. 展开更多

In this study,using 3,5‑di(3′,5′‑dicarboxylphenyl)‑1H‑1,2,4‑triazole(H4L)as ligands,a gadolinia‑based organic framework complex{[GdNa(L)(H_(2)O)3]·2H_(2)O}_(n)(Gd‑Na‑MOF)was successfully designed and synthesized by hydrothermal method.The structure and properties were systematically characterized and tested by techniques such as single‑crystal X‑ray diffraction,powder X‑ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis,infrared spectroscopy,and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results indicate that this complex has a unique 3D structure,excellent thermal stability,and outstanding luminescent performance.Based on its luminescent properties,a polymer‑embedding method was employed to fabricate the Gd‑Na‑MOF into a flexible,washable composite fluorescent film,Gd‑Na‑MOF@PMMA/BMA(PMMA=polymethyl methacrylate,BMA=butyl methacrylate).This fluorescent film exhibited highly sensitive recognition capability for tyramine,with a low detection limit of 1.66μmol·L^(-1).It was used for the detection of tyramine in bananas,with a recovery rate of 96.92%‑100.26%.CCDC:2466949. 展开更多

We propose an eigen microstate approach(EMA)for analyzing quantum phase transitions in quantum many-body systems,introducing a novel framework that does not require prior knowledge of an order parameter.Using the transversefield Ising model(TFIM)as a case study,we demonstrate the effectiveness of EMA by identifying key features of the phase transition through the scaling behavior of eigenvalues and the structure of associated eigen microstates.Our results reveal substantial changes in the ground state of the TFIM as it undergoes a phase transition,as reflected in the behavior of specific componentsξ_(i)^((k))within the eigen microstates.This method is expected to be applicable to other quantum systems where predefining an order parameter is challenging. 展开更多
