students’practical hands-on ability,butalso cultivates their comprehensive ability to solve complex problems and teamwork spirit.In the teaching evaluationlink,a diversified evaluation system has been constructed.It has changed the previous evaluation methodmainly based on examination scores,combined process evaluation with outcome evaluation,and focused onconducting comprehensive evaluations of students’performance during the learning process,teamwork ability,innovation ability,and the quality of project completion,etc.By observing students’performance during theproject implementation process,mutual evaluation among group members,project achievement presentationand defense,etc.,comprehensively and objectively evaluate students’learning outcomes,promptly identifytheir strengths and weaknesses,and provide a basis for subsequent teaching improvement.Finally,throughthe teaching practice application carried out in the robotics major of an application-oriented undergraduatecollege,the constructed teaching mode was verified.The practical results show that students’enthusiasm andinitiative in the robot course learning have significantly increased,and their classroom participation has greatlyimproved.They have shifted from passively accepting knowledge in the past to actively exploring and practicing.In terms of the achievements of course projects,the robot works designed by students are more innovativeand practical,and can well meet the actual application needs.For example,some intelligent logistics robots designedby students have conducted preliminary application tests in the campus express delivery sorting scenarioand achieved good results.Meanwhile,the number of awards won by students in various robot competitionshas also significantly increased,which fully demonstrates the improvement of students’comprehensive qualityand practical innovation ability,and strongly proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the robot course teachingmodel based on the STEAM concept.In conclusion,the application-oriented undergraduate robot courseteaching model based on the STEAM concept constructed in this study has effectively 文摘Based on the Theory of Reasoned Action,this paper explores the influencing factors and countermeasures of teacher career development in private undergraduate institutions through questionnaire surveys.The study finds that teachers generally experience heavy workloads and time pressures,but most believe that the academic atmosphere and research activities at the school have a positive impact on their career development.The evaluation mechanisms and promotion channels are considered fair and effective,but there is still room for improvement.Teachers hold a positive attitude towards career development opportunities and promotion channels,but they perceive limited development space and promotion opportunities.Teachers’personal comprehensive qualities and abilities,as well as the development opportunities and support provided by the school,are considered key factors for career development.Disciplinary professional background,academic accumulation,research capabilities,and teacher collaboration and exchange have significant impacts on career development.Based on the findings,the following strategies are proposed:1)optimizing the work environment and reducing work pressure;2)fostering a positive academic atmosphere;3)improving evaluation mechanisms and promotion channels;4)providing continuous professional training and development support;and 5)strengthening the construction of disciplinary professional background and research capabilities.
文摘In response to the challenges of ideological and political theory(IPT)courses in applied undergraduate education—namely the disconnection between theory and professional practice,and students’low level of engagement—this paper proposes the teaching concept of a“two-way approach.”Leveraging the data analytics capacity of artificial intelligence(AI)and the realtime interactive functions of Rain Classroom,a practical pathway of“subject collaboration—content adaptation—integration of knowledge and practice”is constructed.Based on teaching practices in ideological and political education at Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology,the study connects selected knowledge points from courses such as Ideology,Morality and Rule of Law and Outline of Modern Chinese History,while drawing on specific teaching cases from undergraduate programs in Stomatological Technology,Pharmacy,Big Data and Accounting,and Early Childhood Education taught by the author in recent years.The exploration aims to tailor instruction to individual needs,significantly enhance students’classroom participation and theoretical application ability,and provide a replicable model for reforming IPT courses in applied undergraduate education.
