Objective:To study the application value and application path of pathological examination in gynecological physical examination.Methods:A total of 1200 patients undergoing gynecological physical examination in X Hospi...Objective:To study the application value and application path of pathological examination in gynecological physical examination.Methods:A total of 1200 patients undergoing gynecological physical examination in X Hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected.All patients received cervical Pap smear examination,and patients with abnormal examination results underwent colposcopic biopsy and HPV infection test for cervical cancer screening.Results:The results of cervical Pap smear showed that a total of 780 patients among 1200 patients showed cervical abnormalities.The Pap smear combined with colposcopy was used for pathological examination to detect cervical cancer lesions in time,and biopsy and HPV infection examination were arranged for high-risk patients to provide data reference for clinical treatment.Conclusions:Pathological examination has a good screening effect in gynecological physical examination.It can detect lesions early and take timely intervention measures,which is helpful to reduce the incidence and mortality of the disease.展开更多
BACKGROUND Early detection of acute appendicitis(AA)in pediatric cases,critical to avoiding life-threatening complications such as perforation or abscess,remains challenging.AIM To evaluate the utility of abdominal ul...BACKGROUND Early detection of acute appendicitis(AA)in pediatric cases,critical to avoiding life-threatening complications such as perforation or abscess,remains challenging.AIM To evaluate the utility of abdominal ultrasonography(AUS)in diagnosing pediatric AA.METHODS Overall,102 pediatric patients(aged 3-12 years)suspected of having AA were enrolled and divided into the AA(n=78)and non-AA(n=24)groups.All children underwent AUS and computed tomography(CT).Comparative analyses regarding general patient characteristics and appendix-specific parameters were conducted.The diagnostic performance of AUS and CT in pediatric AA was evaluated.RESULTS All appendix-related parameters were greater in the AA group than in the non-AA group.The areas under the receiver-operating characteristic curves for pediatric AA diagnosis using AUS,CT,and AUS+CT were 0.870,0.824,and 0.931(all P<0.001),respectively(AUS:94.87%sensitivity,79.17%specificity;CT:89.74%sensitivity,75.00%specificity;combined:98.72%sensitivity,87.50%specificity).The positive predictive value(PPV),negative predictive value(NPV),accuracy rate,positive detection rate,and misdiagnosis rate of AUS were 93.67%,82.61%,91.18%,72.55%,and 20.83%,respectively.CT had a slightly lower PPV(92.11%)and NPV(69.23%),along with accuracy,positive detection,and misdiagnosis rates of 86.27%,68.63%,and 25%,respectively.Their combination improved performance,yielding 96.25%PPV,95.45%NPV,96.08%accuracy,75.49%positive detection rate,and 12.50%misdiagnosis rate.CONCLUSION AUS demonstrates certain diagnostic potential in AA diagnosis in pediatric patients,and its combination with CT further improves diagnostic efficacy.展开更多

Once the condition of EP is delayed, it may lead to massive hemorrhage, shock, and even death in a short time, seriously threatening the patient’s life. Early diagnosis is the key to preventing and improving the prognosis of EP.Transabdominal ultrasound(TAS) and transvaginal ultrasound(TVS) are the main diagnostic methods for abdominal diseases. The purpose of this study is to explore the application value and effect of TAS and TVS in the diagnosis of EP,hoping to provide more valuable references for the diagnosis of EP.AIM To explore the application value of TAS and TVS in the diagnosis of EP and to improve the level of clinical diagnosis.METHODS A total of 140 patients with EP admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected for this study. All patients were divided into two groups according to the examination methods. 63 patients who underwent abdominal ultrasound examination were set as the TAS group, while 77 patients who underwent TVS examination were set as the TVS group. We compared the diagnostic accuracy and misdiagnosis rates between the two types of ultrasound examinations, as well as the postoperative pathological results of the two diagnostic methods for different types of ectopic pregnancies. We also analyzed the sonograms for the presence of mixed ectopic masses,adnexal masses, ectopic gestational sacs, the presence or absence of visible embryo and fetal heart in the ectopic sac shadow, and the detection of fluid in the rectal fossa of the uterus, such as the adnexal area, yolk sac, and embryo, etc. In addition, the diagnosis time, days of gestational sac appearance, operation time, endometrial thickness, and blood flow resistance index were compared as well.RESULTS After performing both types of ultrasound examinations in 140 patients with EP, we found that the diagnostic accuracy of TVS was significantly higher than that of TAS, and the misdiagnosis rate was significantly lower than that of TAS. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). In addition, the detection rate of TVS was better than that of TAS for the presence of mixed masses,adnexal masses, ectopic gestational sacs, the presence or absence of visible embryo and fetal heart in the shadow of the ectopic sac, and sonograms such as the adnexal area, yolk sac, and embryo,etc. The coincidence rate of its postoperative pathological examination results was significantly higher than those of TAS. The diagnosis time and the days of gestational sac appearance by TVS were significantly shorter than that by TAS, and the operation time was earlier than that by TAS.What’s more, the detection rates of the endometrial thickness ￡ 1.5 mm and blood flow resistance ￡0.5 were significantly higher in TVS diagnosis of EP than in TAS. All differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION Compared with TAS, TVS has the advantages of high detection accuracy and good sonogram performance.展开更多

Methods: 100 children's department interns received from the hospital from January 2016 to February 2020 were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 interns in each group. The control group implemented the conventional classroom explanation teaching method for pediatric clinical teaching, and the observation group adopted the exhibition teaching method for learning guidance, and during and after the teaching. The teaching effect, classroom easy memory rate and the improvement rate of clinical processing ability of the two groups were evaluated. Results: teaching results: the effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. Easy memory rate of interns in class: the easy memory rate of students in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Improvement rate of clinical treatment ability: in clinic, the students in the observation group have stronger ability to deal with emergencies in clinic, and their clinical treatment ability is improved more significantly compared with the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in three indexes (teaching efficiency, easy memory rate of interns in class and improvement rate of clinical processing ability) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the clinical teaching practice of pediatrics, the application of expansion teaching method can effectively improve the teaching efficiency, help interns remember relevant knowledge more quickly, and give more play to its application value in clinical practice teaching.展开更多

Outcome measures: Nursing satisfaction, VAS score, complications. Results: ① Nursing satisfaction: 97.71% in the study group was higher than 86.00% in the control group (P < 0.05);② The VAS score and complication rate of the study group were (5.11±0.60) 4.29%, lower than that of the control group (7.42±0.65) 6.86% (P < 0.05). Methods: 80 patients with malignant TN were selected and divided into study group (32 cases, malignant TN group) and control group (48 cases, benign TN group) according to the postoperative pathological results. The levels of thyroid function (FT3, FT4 and TSH) and the positive rates of TG AB, TPO AB and TG (single positive rate and triple positive rate) were compared between the two groups. Results: compared with the two groups, the serum TSH level, the positive rate of TG AB, TPO AB and TG in the study group were higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the detection of serum TG AB, TPO AB and TG in patients with thyroid nodules can help to distinguish the benign and malignant nature of thyroid nodules, and have certain guiding significance for the determination of diagnosis and treatment plan of patients.展开更多

Methods: 86 patients treated in our hospital from March 2020 to November 2021 were screened. All patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission. 43 cases were recorded as routine group for basic nursing and 43 cases as observation group for comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical application effect was analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that the levels of serum hemoglobin (66g ± 1.05 / L) in the routine group were significantly higher than those in the routine group (P < 1.05);the total occurrence probability 3 (6.98%) of adverse pregnancy in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group (χ2 = 6.541, P = 0.011, P < 0.05);at the same time, the total satisfaction rate of 41 (95.35%) and the total effective rate of 42 (97.67%) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the routine group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: taking nursing intervention measures can not only significantly improve their anemia, but also ensure the health of mothers and infants. It has significant clinical value.展开更多

Methods: according to the single and double numbers, the elderly patients with schizophrenia who were treated and nursed in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were divided into routine nursing group and diversified nursing group with 33 cases in each group. Different nursing interventions were used to compare the scores of BPRS and NOSIE and the quality of life of the patients. Results: (1) after receiving the intervention, the BPRS and NOSIE scores of all patients were improved to a certain extent (P < 0.05);After the intervention, the improvement of patients in the diversified group was significantly better than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05). (2) After receiving the intervention, the difference of the overall coordination degree between the diversified group and the conventional group showed significant significance (P < 0.05). The difference of quality of life assessment was also significant (P < 0.05). 文摘An analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was employed to assess the applicability of 18 new and superior varieties of flowers in Hefei City flower border applications.A total of 12 indicators were selected from three distinct aspects of adaptability,ornamental characteristics and use traits,in order to establish a comprehensive evaluation model.The results demonstrate that grade I(J≥2.685)exhibits excellent application value,encompassing six species of plants,such asHydrangeamacrophylla‘Endless Summer’;grade II(2.684≤J≤2.420)is also of notable application value,encompassing five species of plants,such asCallistemonrigidus;grade III(2.419≤J≤2.615)is of average application value,including five species of plants,such asCrocosmiacrocosmiflora;grade IV(J≤2.16)is of relatively poor application value.The evaluation results may be utilized as a theoretical reference for the promotion of new and superior varieties in the flower border of Hefei.

文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)presents challenges due to its high recurrence and metastasis rates and poor prognosis.While current clinical diagnostic and prognostic indicators exist,their accuracy remains imperfect due to their biol-ogical complexity.Therefore,there is a quest to identify improved biomarkers for HCC diagnosis and prognosis.By combining long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)expression and somatic mutations,Duan et al identified five representative lncRNAs from 88 lncRNAs related to genomic instability(GI),forming a GI-derived lncRNA signature(LncSig).This signature outperforms previously re-ported LncSig and TP53 mutations in predicting HCC prognosis.In this editorial,we comprehensively evaluate the clinical application value of such prognostic evaluation model based on sequencing technology in terms of cost,time,and practicability.Additionally,we provide an overview of various prognostic models for HCC,aiding in a comprehensive understanding of research progress in pro-gnostic evaluation methods.

文摘The application value of 70 kinds of flowers in Hefei City was evaluated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).From the three aspects of adaptability,ornamental value and economic traits,12 indicators were summarized to establish a comprehensive evaluation system.The results show that the application of grade-I plants(J≥3.6642)in flower borders is the most suitable,and they include 19 species of plants such as Osmanthus fragrans var.thunbergii,accounting for 27.14%.The application of grade-II plants(3.2319≤J≤3.6641)in flower borders is suitable,and 36 species of plants such as Jacobaea maritima are included,with the proportion of 51.42%.The application of grade-III plants(2.7935≤J≤3.2318)in flower borders is relatively suitable,and they contain 8 species of plants such as Acer palmatum’Atropurpureum’(Van Houtte)Schwerim,accounting for 11.42%.Grade-IV plants(J≤2.7934)can be applied in flower borders under special circumstances,and include 6 species of plants such as Muehlenbeckia complexa Meisn.,accounting for 8.57%.The results can provide reference for the selection of flower border plants in Hefei.The locations and types of 40 flower borders were summarized to provide a basis for the development direction and future planning of flower borders in Hefei.

文摘Background Occupational asthma is a type of asthma caused by exposure to asthma-causing substances in an occupational setting. Its incidence is closely related to the degree of industrial development, but also related to the nature of asthma. In some specific industries, such as workers who are exposed to asthmatic isocyanates for a long time, the incidence of occupational asthma can reach 5%-10%, and the incidence of occupational asthma can even reach 50% or higher among workers engaged in the detergent industry who are in contact with proteolytic enzymes for a long time. Objective To analyze the clinical value of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with occupational asthma, methods a total of 48 patients with occupational asthma who were admitted from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into control group and study group by random number table method The disappearance time of chest tightness and shortness of breath, the disappearance time of wheezing and cough, and the FEV1, forced vital capacity (FVC) and peak expiratory flow (PEF) indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups after nursing, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the levels of FEV1, FVC and PEF were higher than those in the control group, and the P < 0.05 was significantly improved.

文摘Through the investigation of the species of street trees located along the main urban roads in Hefei City,a total of 22 species were selected,belonging to 16 families and 22 genera,with the Sapindaceae family being the most prevalent.In this study,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was employed to assess the comprehensive value of 22 species of street trees applied along the main urban roads in Hefei City.Fourteen evaluation criteria were selected from four categories:morphological indices,functional indices,resistance indices,and management indices,to develop a comprehensive evaluation model.Based on a composite score derived from 22 street trees,these trees were classified into three distinct grades.Grade I(L≥3.0)exhibited a high comprehensive application value in Hefei City and included 6 tree species,such asPlatanus.Grade II(2.5≤L<3.0)also demonstrated a high comprehensive application value,comprising 15 tree species,includingCatalpabungei.In contrast,grade III(L<2.5)indicated a general comprehensive application value,represented by a single species,Cedrusdeodara.The evaluation results can offer theoretical insights for the selection of urban street trees.
文摘BACKGROUND Ectopic pregnancy(EP) is one of the most common acute abdominal diseases in gynecology. Once the condition of EP is delayed, it may lead to massive hemorrhage, shock, and even death in a short time, seriously threatening the patient’s life. Early diagnosis is the key to preventing and improving the prognosis of EP.Transabdominal ultrasound(TAS) and transvaginal ultrasound(TVS) are the main diagnostic methods for abdominal diseases. The purpose of this study is to explore the application value and effect of TAS and TVS in the diagnosis of EP,hoping to provide more valuable references for the diagnosis of EP.AIM To explore the application value of TAS and TVS in the diagnosis of EP and to improve the level of clinical diagnosis.METHODS A total of 140 patients with EP admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected for this study. All patients were divided into two groups according to the examination methods. 63 patients who underwent abdominal ultrasound examination were set as the TAS group, while 77 patients who underwent TVS examination were set as the TVS group. We compared the diagnostic accuracy and misdiagnosis rates between the two types of ultrasound examinations, as well as the postoperative pathological results of the two diagnostic methods for different types of ectopic pregnancies. We also analyzed the sonograms for the presence of mixed ectopic masses,adnexal masses, ectopic gestational sacs, the presence or absence of visible embryo and fetal heart in the ectopic sac shadow, and the detection of fluid in the rectal fossa of the uterus, such as the adnexal area, yolk sac, and embryo, etc. In addition, the diagnosis time, days of gestational sac appearance, operation time, endometrial thickness, and blood flow resistance index were compared as well.RESULTS After performing both types of ultrasound examinations in 140 patients with EP, we found that the diagnostic accuracy of TVS was significantly higher than that of TAS, and the misdiagnosis rate was significantly lower than that of TAS. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). In addition, the detection rate of TVS was better than that of TAS for the presence of mixed masses,adnexal masses, ectopic gestational sacs, the presence or absence of visible embryo and fetal heart in the shadow of the ectopic sac, and sonograms such as the adnexal area, yolk sac, and embryo,etc. The coincidence rate of its postoperative pathological examination results was significantly higher than those of TAS. The diagnosis time and the days of gestational sac appearance by TVS were significantly shorter than that by TAS, and the operation time was earlier than that by TAS.What’s more, the detection rates of the endometrial thickness ￡ 1.5 mm and blood flow resistance ￡0.5 were significantly higher in TVS diagnosis of EP than in TAS. All differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION Compared with TAS, TVS has the advantages of high detection accuracy and good sonogram performance.

文摘From sorting out and statistical analysis of 172 prevention prescriptions for Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) put forward by government departments, medical institutions and TCM clinical experts in various provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, the results showed that food-medicine homologous traditional Chinese medicine (abbreviated as"food-medicine materials") such as honeysuckle, licorice, agastache, tangerine peel, fresh reed rhizome, perilla and platycodon are used most frequently. Combined with TCM theory and modern pharmacology analysis, not only deeper understandin/g of the application value of food-medicine materials, but also reference value of their daily use and development of related products reference in the future is expected to be acquired.
文摘Objective: to explore the application value of expanded teaching method in pediatric clinical teaching practice. Methods: 100 children's department interns received from the hospital from January 2016 to February 2020 were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 interns in each group. The control group implemented the conventional classroom explanation teaching method for pediatric clinical teaching, and the observation group adopted the exhibition teaching method for learning guidance, and during and after the teaching. The teaching effect, classroom easy memory rate and the improvement rate of clinical processing ability of the two groups were evaluated. Results: teaching results: the effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. Easy memory rate of interns in class: the easy memory rate of students in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Improvement rate of clinical treatment ability: in clinic, the students in the observation group have stronger ability to deal with emergencies in clinic, and their clinical treatment ability is improved more significantly compared with the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in three indexes (teaching efficiency, easy memory rate of interns in class and improvement rate of clinical processing ability) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the clinical teaching practice of pediatrics, the application of expansion teaching method can effectively improve the teaching efficiency, help interns remember relevant knowledge more quickly, and give more play to its application value in clinical practice teaching.
文摘Objective: to explore the application value of high-quality nursing in painless ring removal in postmenopausal women. Methods: 1400 cases of painless ring removal of postmenopausal women admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the object of discussion. The computer group was divided into study group and control group, with 700 cases in each group. The control group was routine nursing, and the study group was high-quality nursing. Outcome measures: Nursing satisfaction, VAS score, complications. Results: ① Nursing satisfaction: 97.71% in the study group was higher than 86.00% in the control group (P < 0.05);② The VAS score and complication rate of the study group were (5.11±0.60) 4.29%, lower than that of the control group (7.42±0.65) 6.86% (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of high quality nursing in the painless ring removal in postmenopausal women can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, relieve postoperative pain, and make patients more satisfied with hospital nursing services.
文摘Objective: to detect serum thyroglobulin antibody (TG AB), peroxidase antibody (TPO AB) and thyroglobulin (TG) in patients with thyroid nodules. Methods: 80 patients with malignant TN were selected and divided into study group (32 cases, malignant TN group) and control group (48 cases, benign TN group) according to the postoperative pathological results. The levels of thyroid function (FT3, FT4 and TSH) and the positive rates of TG AB, TPO AB and TG (single positive rate and triple positive rate) were compared between the two groups. Results: compared with the two groups, the serum TSH level, the positive rate of TG AB, TPO AB and TG in the study group were higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the detection of serum TG AB, TPO AB and TG in patients with thyroid nodules can help to distinguish the benign and malignant nature of thyroid nodules, and have certain guiding significance for the determination of diagnosis and treatment plan of patients.
文摘Objective: to explore the application value of nursing intervention for pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy. Methods: 86 patients treated in our hospital from March 2020 to November 2021 were screened. All patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission. 43 cases were recorded as routine group for basic nursing and 43 cases as observation group for comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical application effect was analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that the levels of serum hemoglobin (66g ± 1.05 / L) in the routine group were significantly higher than those in the routine group (P < 1.05);the total occurrence probability 3 (6.98%) of adverse pregnancy in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group (χ2 = 6.541, P = 0.011, P < 0.05);at the same time, the total satisfaction rate of 41 (95.35%) and the total effective rate of 42 (97.67%) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the routine group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: taking nursing intervention measures can not only significantly improve their anemia, but also ensure the health of mothers and infants. It has significant clinical value.
文摘Objective: to analyze the application value of diversified nursing interventions in nursing care of elderly patients with schizophrenia and the impact on patients' quality of life. Methods: according to the single and double numbers, the elderly patients with schizophrenia who were treated and nursed in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were divided into routine nursing group and diversified nursing group with 33 cases in each group. Different nursing interventions were used to compare the scores of BPRS and NOSIE and the quality of life of the patients. Results: (1) after receiving the intervention, the BPRS and NOSIE scores of all patients were improved to a certain extent (P < 0.05);After the intervention, the improvement of patients in the diversified group was significantly better than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05). (2) After receiving the intervention, the difference of the overall coordination degree between the diversified group and the conventional group showed significant significance (P < 0.05). The difference of quality of life assessment was also significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of diversified nursing intervention programs in the nursing of elderly patients with schizophrenia has good value and impact on the quality of life.
