Methods: 82 patients with acute attack of bronchitis received in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected for sputum bacterial test.Based on the order of admission, 41 cases in the reference group were given routine expectoration collection method;41 cases in the observation group were treated with improved standard collection method, and the test results of the two groups were compared. Results: ① The qualified rate of sputum samples in the observation group was statistically different from that in the reference group (P < 0.05).② The positive rate of sputum culture in the observation group was significantly different from that in the reference group (P < 0.05).③ There were differences in the collection time of samples and the operation time of sputum bacteriological test between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion: the application of improved standard collection method in sputum bacterial test can improve the positive rate and shorten the time of practical operation.展开更多

Methods: 100 children's department interns received from the hospital from January 2016 to February ...Objective: to explore the application value of expanded teaching method in pediatric clinical teaching practice. Methods: 100 children's department interns received from the hospital from January 2016 to February 2020 were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 interns in each group. The control group implemented the conventional classroom explanation teaching method for pediatric clinical teaching, and the observation group adopted the exhibition teaching method for learning guidance, and during and after the teaching. The teaching effect, classroom easy memory rate and the improvement rate of clinical processing ability of the two groups were evaluated. Results: teaching results: the effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. Easy memory rate of interns in class: the easy memory rate of students in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Improvement rate of clinical treatment ability: in clinic, the students in the observation group have stronger ability to deal with emergencies in clinic, and their clinical treatment ability is improved more significantly compared with the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in three indexes (teaching efficiency, easy memory rate of interns in class and improvement rate of clinical processing ability) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the clinical teaching practice of pediatrics, the application of expansion teaching method can effectively improve the teaching efficiency, help interns remember relevant knowledge more quickly, and give more play to its application value in clinical practice teaching.展开更多
Objective: to observe the effect of applying PDCA circulation method in otorhinolaryngology clinical teaching on students' achievement, autonomous learning ability and teachers' satisfaction, and analyze the c...Objective: to observe the effect of applying PDCA circulation method in otorhinolaryngology clinical teaching on students' achievement, autonomous learning ability and teachers' satisfaction, and analyze the clinical value in the period. Methods: according to the internship time, 72 clinical interns in our department were divided into two groups: the control group (internship time: July 2020 to December 2020) and the observation group (internship time: January 2021 to June 2021), 36 in each of the two groups. The clinical interns in the two groups received routine instruction and PDCA circulation method instruction respectively. The results of the clinical interns in the two groups, their autonomous learning ability and their satisfaction with the instructors were compared and analyzed. Results: compared with the control students, the students in the observation group had significantly higher scores in theoretical knowledge and practical operation (P<0.05), significantly higher scores in self-study ability, target learning ability, problem learning ability and metacognitive ability (P<0.05), and significantly higher scores in professional knowledge, teaching methods, teaching attitude, communication and feedback satisfaction of teachers (P<0.05). Methods: 60 primary nursing students who worked in our department from May 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and observation group. Regular training methods and scenario simulation training methods were provided, and the application effects of the two groups were compared. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups before formation (p > 0.05). After the training, the examination results of the two groups of patients were improved. The examination results of the nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the observation group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: the teaching method of scene simulation exercise is helpful to maximize the learning effect of clinical nursing knowledge and skills, and is worthy of encouragement.展开更多

Methods: 86 patients treated in our hospital from March 2020 to November 2021 were screened. All patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission. 43 cases were recorded as routine group for basic nursing and 43 cases as observation group for comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical application effect was analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that the levels of serum hemoglobin (66g ± 1.05 / L) in the routine group were significantly higher than those in the routine group (P < 1.05);the total occurrence probability 3 (6.98%) of adverse pregnancy in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group (χ2 = 6.541, P = 0.011, P < 0.05);at the same time, the total satisfaction rate of 41 (95.35%) and the total effective rate of 42 (97.67%) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the routine group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: taking nursing intervention measures can not only significantly improve their anemia, but also ensure the health of mothers and infants. It has significant clinical value.展开更多
