Methods: A total of 102 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were retrospectively selected as the observation objects. According to the nursing measures taken, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 51 cases in each group. A total of 51 patients in the control group received routine nursing, while 51 patients in the observation group were guided to actively participate in the cardiac rehabilitation nursing plan. The hospitalization conditions and effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The cardiac function index, bed time, hospitalization time, anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P Conclusion: The application of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction has a good effect. PICC integrated care was used in the observation group and usual care in the control group. Comparing the infection rate and satisfaction with care between the two groups. Results: the incidence of infection was 2.22%, significantly lower than 28.89% in the control group;The nursing satisfaction was 93.33%, significantly higher than 68.89%. Data comparison between the two groups was significant. Conclusion: the application of PICC comprehensive care in the treatment of cancer diseases can significantly reduce the risk of infection and improve patient satisfaction with appropriate care work.展开更多

The research on scroll profiles theory at present mainly is aiming at the single profile and its amelioration or parameter optimization,not aiming at the natural characteristic of the profiles equation of scroll profi...The research on scroll profiles theory at present mainly is aiming at the single profile and its amelioration or parameter optimization,not aiming at the natural characteristic of the profiles equation of scroll profiles itself.Thus,the intrinsic differential equation bearing on arc-length and tangent direction angle was studied.Using the inherent differential equation and general functional theory,the conversion ideas between the expression of intrinsic differential equation and the expression in Cartesian coordinate was studied,and the condition of involutes characteristic was presented.The detailed analysis of four typical scroll profiles was given.According to the four typical scroll profiles and based on the method of Taylor series,the unified formation of general functional integration scroll profiles was established,which perfected general theory of scroll profiles increasingly.The envelope method to seek conjugation engagement profiles was studied.The unified general functional equation of scroll profiles represented the admissible function scrolls and the conjugation engagement characteristic of which was studied.The engagement condition of conjugation scroll profiles and the expression in Cartesian coordinate of conjugation scroll profiles of general functional integration scroll profiles were educed.Therefore,the restriction of inherent characteristics of single scroll profiles model is broken through.Solid modeling and machine tool path simulation can bridge the gap between design and manufacture which is essential for the design and manufacture of scroll compressors.With this method a perfect solid model can be achieved,which leads to an optimal design in terms of quality,delivery time and cost.The presentation of unified formation of general functional integration scroll profiles represents foundation factor of instinct characteristics of scroll profiles,which widens the design method of scroll compressor for automobile air conditioning.展开更多

Methods: 36 children with Kawasaki disease were randomly selected from the pediatric case system of our hospital and divided into 18 cases in group A (control group) and 18 cases in group B (observation group);The traditional admission nursing method was adopted for children in group A, and the family centered pediatric nursing scheme was implemented for children in group B. Results: the recovery time of body temperature (3.41±1.18) and skin mucosa (4.42±2.10) in group B were significantly shorter than those in group A (4.23±1.79), (6.25±2.46);At the same time, the nursing effective rate of group B (94.44%) was significantly higher than that of group A (72.22%). Conclusion: family centered pediatric nursing in the basic treatment and nursing stage of Kawasaki disease in children is helpful to correct the wrong nursing methods of parents and improve the recovery ability of children from a correct perspective. 文摘Monte-Carlo simulated annealing method (SA) was applied to the conformational analysis of flexible molecules such as peptides. The programs SAMM and SAPEP have been developed, using MM2 force field for organic molecules and ECEPP/2 force field for peptides respectively.
