Robustness of transportation networks is one of the major challenges of the 21 st century.This paper investigates the resilience of global air transportation from a complex network point of view,with focus on attacking strategies in the airport network,i.e.,to remove airports from the system and see what could affect the air traffic system from a passenger's perspective.Specifically,we identify commonalities and differences between several robustness measures and attacking strategies,proposing a novel notion of functional robustness:unaffected passengers with rerouting.We apply twelve attacking strategies to the worldwide airport network with three weights,and evaluate three robustness measures.We find that degree and Bonacich based attacks harm passenger weighted network most.Our evaluation is geared toward a unified view on air transportation network attack and serves as a foundation on how to develop effective mitigation strategies. 展开更多

Air transport network, or airport network, is a complex network involving numerous airports. Effective management of the air transport system requires an in-depth understanding of the roles of airports in the network. Whereas knowledge on air transport network properties has been improved greatly, methods to find critical airports in the network are still lacking. In this paper, we present methods to investigate network properties and to identify critical airports in the network. A novel network model is proposed with airports as nodes and the correlations between traffic flow of airports as edges. Spectral clustering algorithm is developed to classify air- ports. Spatial distribution characteristics and intraclass correlation of different categories of air- ports are carefully analyzed. The analyses based on the fluctuation trend of distance-correlation and power spectrum of time series are performed to examine the self-organized criticality of the net- work. The results indicate that there is one category of airports which dominates the self-organized critical state of the network. Six airports in this category are found to be the most important ones in the Chinese air transport network. The flights delay occurred in these six airports can propagate to the other airports, having huge impact on the operation characteristics of the entire network. The methods proposed here taking traffic dynamics into account are capable of identifying critical air- ports in the whole air transport network. 展开更多

Abstract Recently, much attention has been paid to the reliability and vulnerability of critical infrastructure. In air traffic systems, the vulnerability analysis for airport networks can be used to guide air traffic administrations in their prioritization of the maintenance and repair of airports, as well as to avoid unnecessary disturbances in the planning of flight schedules. In this paper, the evaluation methods of airport importance and network efficiency arc established. Firstly, the evaluation indices of airport importance are proposed from both the topological and functional perspectives. The topological characteristics come from the structure of airport network and the functional features stem from the traffic flow distribution taking place inside the network. Secondly, an integrated evaluation method based on fuzzy soft set theory is proposed to identify the key airports, which can fuse together importance indices over different time intervals. Thirdly, an airport network efficiency method is established for the purpose of assessing the accuracy of the evaluation method. Finally, empirical studies using real traffic data of US and China's airport networks show that the evaluation method proposed in this papcr is the most accuratc. Thc vulucrability of US and China's airport networks is compared. The similarities and differences between airport geography distribution and airport importance distribution are discussed here and the dynamics of airport importance is studied as well. 展开更多

More than in almost any other transport industry,air transport is globally connected.This paper provides an overview over theoretical studies considering network structures involving two or more airports.Beyond conveying study results,the goal is to offer guidance on how to theoretically cover and analyze specific issues in the most effective way.Effectiveness is measured in terms of the complexity needed to address the specific issues.The selected issues discussed in this paper include ownership structures and privatization,congestion,beggar-thy-neighbor,and competition.We demonstrate that the analysis of these issues requires networks of different sizes and structures.We measure the airport size by the number of airports involved.We determine the network structure by(i)the number of regions and by distinguishing between regions which are just passively present or actively involved in policy making,and(ii)the involvement of local and non-local passengers. 展开更多

The homogeneity analysis of multi-airport system can provide important decision-making support for the route layout and cooperative operation.Existing research seldom analyzes the homogeneity of multi-airport system from the perspective of route network analysis,and the attribute information of airport nodes in the airport route network is not appropriately integrated into the airport network.In order to solve this problem,a multi-airport system homogeneity analysis method based on airport attribute network representation learning is proposed.Firstly,the route network of a multi-airport system with attribute information is constructed.If there are flights between airports,an edge is added between airports,and regional attribute information is added for each airport node.Secondly,the airport attributes and the airport network vector are represented respectively.The airport attributes and the airport network vector are embedded into the unified airport representation vector space by the network representation learning method,and then the airport vector integrating the airport attributes and the airport network characteristics is obtained.By calculating the similarity of the airport vectors,it is convenient to calculate the degree of homogeneity between airports and the homogeneity of the multi-airport system.The experimental results on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei multi-airport system show that,compared with other existing algorithms,the homogeneity analysis method based on attributed network representation learning can get more consistent results with the current situation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei multi-airport system. 展开更多

Analyzing airports' role in global air transportation and monitoring their development over time provides an additional perspective on the dynamics of network evolution.In order to understand the different roles airports can play in the network an integrated and multidimensional approach is needed.Therefore,an approach to airport classification through hierarchical clustering considering several parameters from network theory is presented in this paper.By applying a 29 year record of global flight data and calculating the conditional transition probabilities the results are displayed as an evolution graph similar to a discrete-time Markov chain.With this analytical concept the meaning of airports is analyzed from a network perspective and a new airport taxonomy is established.The presented methodology allows tracking the development of airports from certain categories into others over time.Results show that airports of equal classes run through similar stages of development with a limited number of alternatives,indicating clear evolutionary patterns.Apart from giving an overview of the results the paper illustrates the exact data-driven approach and suggests an evaluation scheme.The methodology can help the public and industry sector to make informed strategy decisions when it comes to air transportation infrastructure. 展开更多

研究机场交通流量的波动范围特征是进行高效流量管理及控制的基础,理解并掌握机场交通流量波动范围特征对维持整个机场交通运行的稳定性和有效性起着重要作用。通过考虑时间的不可逆性及在一定时段内机场流量大于设施容量所产生的拥堵... 研究机场交通流量的波动范围特征是进行高效流量管理及控制的基础,理解并掌握机场交通流量波动范围特征对维持整个机场交通运行的稳定性和有效性起着重要作用。通过考虑时间的不可逆性及在一定时段内机场流量大于设施容量所产生的拥堵量会累加影响在后续时间点上,提出自适应跨越网络的构建方法。从复杂网络拓扑特性角度出发,对网络的整体特征以及节点中心性进行分析,并应用独立性权系数法分别计算节点的综合中心度,识别网络中的强波动核心枢纽时间节点。结果表明:根据北京大兴机场流量数据映射得到的自适应跨越网络呈现复杂有序的特点,具有无标度特征,网络是同配的且有明显的社团结构;21:20—22:25(节点257~269)中在各中心度的排名均靠前,波动影响范围较大,属于网络中的核心枢纽节点;综合中心度归纳了网络的各种拓扑中心性特征,并对其进行定量分析后有效刻画了网络中的强波动节点。该方法为机场交通流量的优化管理和异常波动研究提供了理论依据和实践参考,为提升机场运行效率和安全性提供了新的视角。 展开更多

风格迁移增强的机场目标检测方法研究

在基于图像的目标检测中,机场是一类非常重要的目标,对其进行自动识别具有重要意义。针对一般检测算法难以使用复杂的近地航拍图像中边缘信息的问题,提出一种融合风格迁移增强边缘特征提取的目标检测算法。使用生成对抗网络抑制图像噪声... 在基于图像的目标检测中,机场是一类非常重要的目标,对其进行自动识别具有重要意义。针对一般检测算法难以使用复杂的近地航拍图像中边缘信息的问题,提出一种融合风格迁移增强边缘特征提取的目标检测算法。使用生成对抗网络抑制图像噪声,使用边缘检测算法突出图像边缘特征,将突出边缘信息的图像经由目标检测算法完成机场位置检测。在机场目标检测数据集实验中,结合所提出的边缘特征提取方法的目标检测算法相比原始目标检测算法有精度上的提升,其中结合该特征提取方法的YOLOv5算法的平均精度达到97.7%,验证了该特征提取方法对机场目标检测具有很好的效果。 展开更多

融合自注意力机制对机场低能见度预测研究

针对现有的机场低能见度预测耗时长、费力多且精度低的问题,论文提出融合自注意力机制的神经网络预测模型,以2003年-2023年4月近20年重庆江北国际机场的逐时报文数据分区间作为输入,实现对未来不同步长的低能见度预测。所构建的模型在... 针对现有的机场低能见度预测耗时长、费力多且精度低的问题,论文提出融合自注意力机制的神经网络预测模型,以2003年-2023年4月近20年重庆江北国际机场的逐时报文数据分区间作为输入,实现对未来不同步长的低能见度预测。所构建的模型在传统神经网络RNN、LSTM和GRU框架下分别融合自注意力机制(Self-attention)和ProbSparse(概率稀疏)自注意力机制,提取输入数据序列的信息并对影响低能见度的因子之间复杂非线性关系建模。最后,选用平均绝对误差(MAE)、均方根误差(RMSE)和对称平均绝对百分比误差(SMAPE)作为上述九个模型的评价指标。结果表明:在低能见度两个区间内,融合自注意力机制后的预测模型MAE、RMSE、SMAPE分别降低7.3%、1.86%、4.6%以上,为机场再发生低能见度天气时,可根据要输出步长的不同来选择相应的网络模型,实现较为准确的预测。 展开更多

为明确机场服务质量的影响因素及旅客对机场服务质量满意程度,提高机场服务质量,运用逼近理想解排序法(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)与贝叶斯网络结合的评估模型,建立大型运输机场服务... 为明确机场服务质量的影响因素及旅客对机场服务质量满意程度,提高机场服务质量,运用逼近理想解排序法(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)与贝叶斯网络结合的评估模型,建立大型运输机场服务质量评价指标体系。运用双向推理诊断模型评价机场服务质量,对机场满意度正向推理以及影响指标的反向敏感性诊断。对旅客机场服务质量满意度以及影响因素进行深入研究,并以某大型运输机场为例验证方法的可行性。研究结果表明,旅客对该机场的服务质量满意概率为0.67,一般满意概率为0.21。反向诊断得到行李提取系统、进出机场综合交通与城市连接的便利性、安检服务效率等影响因素敏感性较高。为机场科学制定提升服务质量措施提供理论基础。 展开更多

Air transport systems are highly dynamic at temporal scales from minutes to years.This dynamic behavior not only characterizes the evolution of the system but also affect the system's functioning.Understanding the evolutionary mechanisms is thus fundamental in order to better design optimal air transport networks that benefits companies,passengers and the environment.In this review,we briefly present and discuss the state-of-the-art on time-evolving air transport networks.We distinguish the structural analysis of sequences of network snapshots,ideal for long-term network evolution(e.g.annual evolution),and temporal paths,preferred for short-term dynamics(e.g.hourly evolution).We emphasize that most previous research focused on the first modeling approach(i.e.long-term) whereas only a few studies look at high-resolution temporal paths.We conclude the review highlighting that much research remains to be done,both to apply already available methods and to develop new measures for temporal paths on air transport networks.In particular,we identify that the study of delays,network resilience and optimization of resources(aircraft and crew) are critical topics. 展开更多

基于BP神经网络的飞行员对跑道平整度的评价预测

基于美国联邦航空管理局(FAA,Federal Aviation Administration)在B737-800和A330-200飞行模拟器中进行的飞行员对37条实测跑道平整度主观评价的调查数据,对中国跑道平整度评价指标与飞行员对跑道平整度评价间的关系进行分析,并对比分... 基于美国联邦航空管理局(FAA,Federal Aviation Administration)在B737-800和A330-200飞行模拟器中进行的飞行员对37条实测跑道平整度主观评价的调查数据,对中国跑道平整度评价指标与飞行员对跑道平整度评价间的关系进行分析,并对比分析不同机型对飞行员评价跑道平整度的影响。构建反向传播(BP,back propagation)神经网络,以中国现行的跑道平整度评价指标和飞机总重(AGW,aircraft gross weight)作为输入,以飞行员对跑道平整度能否接受作为输出,预测飞行员对跑道平整度的评价。结果表明,各跑道平整度评价指标与飞行员对跑道平整度的评价间拟合优度偏低,无法单独对飞行员的评价结果进行预测;机型会影响飞行员对跑道平整度的评价,在飞行员对跑道平整度进行评价预测时需要考虑机型特征;BP神经网络在训练集的预测准确率为100%,在测试集的预测准确率为95.5%,能够有效地综合中国跑道平整度评价指标的特征,并实现跨机型准确预测飞行员对跑道平整度评价的结果。 展开更多

自从20世纪人类开展南极航空活动以来,航空一直是快速高效进出南极的交通手段。目前,南极地区的航空网络信息与其他大陆的洲际航线相比还不够完备,未能形成较为完整的南极航空网络。当前往返南极主要有4条洲际航线:智利/阿根廷—南极半... 自从20世纪人类开展南极航空活动以来,航空一直是快速高效进出南极的交通手段。目前,南极地区的航空网络信息与其他大陆的洲际航线相比还不够完备,未能形成较为完整的南极航空网络。当前往返南极主要有4条洲际航线:智利/阿根廷—南极半岛,新西兰基督城—麦克默多站/马里奥·祖切利站,澳大利亚霍巴特—凯西站以及南非开普敦—毛德皇后地。本文利用2018年12月—2022年12月的南极飞行器轨迹数据,研发了自动提取航线算法,分析了不同航段的起降点、相关航段频次和相关国家南极活动的空间区域概貌,评估了各国南极航空活动的发展态势。这些成果可为我国制定南极的飞行活动方案和安全措施提供参考。 展开更多

高原机场进近阶段近地告警关键致因识别与预测研究

高原机场运行环境复杂,进近阶段易引发近地告警,因此,研究高原机场近地告警关键致因和预测。首先,提取环境、飞机状态、操纵、航迹4个方面的参数指标,作为致因因素初步范围,通过计算互信息值识别参数间的相似特征,删除冗余参数,引入FP-G... 高原机场运行环境复杂,进近阶段易引发近地告警,因此,研究高原机场近地告警关键致因和预测。首先,提取环境、飞机状态、操纵、航迹4个方面的参数指标,作为致因因素初步范围,通过计算互信息值识别参数间的相似特征,删除冗余参数,引入FP-Growth关联规则挖掘算法识别关键致因。为解决航班样本数据高维度问题与预测过程黑箱特性,将卷积神经网络(Convolutional Neural Network, CNN)和决策树算法融合,建立近地告警预测模型,使用美国阿斯彭机场快速存取记录器(Quick Access Record, QAR)数据,对近地告警关键致因和预测模型进行了验证。得到6个与近地告警相关的关联规则,均为多指标组合关键致因;采用数据增强后的航班数据对预测模型进行了验证,预测结果表明模型可实现基于初始下降运行参数预测近地告警,平均准确率达到86.1%,并与其他预测模型进行了对比,在准确率、召回率、F1分数、虚警率(False Alarm Rate, FAR)和临界成功指数(Critical Success Index, CSI)方面均显示有更好的效果。 展开更多

为解决机场场面滑行冲突、等待时间长等运行问题,保证场面安全的同时提高服务水平,增加机场吞吐量,针对机器学习模型性能依赖于良好数据集的现状,提出一种基于注意力机制、融合门控循环单元(GRU)和改进卡尔曼滤波算法(IKF)的场面航空器... 为解决机场场面滑行冲突、等待时间长等运行问题,保证场面安全的同时提高服务水平,增加机场吞吐量,针对机器学习模型性能依赖于良好数据集的现状,提出一种基于注意力机制、融合门控循环单元(GRU)和改进卡尔曼滤波算法(IKF)的场面航空器滑行轨迹预测模型。使用3个独立的门控循环单元网络来捕获航空器未来时刻的运动状态和时间上的依赖性,并引入注意力机制加强提取数据差异性特征的能力,学习输入到输出的映射关系;与改进后的扩展卡尔曼滤波器融合,将神经网络输出的结果整合到状态预测和更新过程,以提高预测轨迹序列的准确性。利用禄口机场航空器真实滑行轨迹对所提模型的有效性进行验证,仿真结果表明:所提模型能够对场面航空器滑行轨迹进行有效准确的预测,总体均方误差约为0.00128,相较于单一循环神经网络(RNN)、长短时记忆(LSTM)网络及GRU模型,均方根误差(RMSE)分别减小72.9%,54.7%和39.9%,预测耗时40 ms,可以准确、快速预测滑行轨迹,为降低机场场面管理系统运行负荷提供帮助。 展开更多

跑道容量是影响机场飞行区正常运行的关键要素之一,外部扰动事件会造成机场动态容量下降。本文根据机场航空器滑行规则,基于元胞传输模型(CTM,cell transmission model)提出一种适用于扰动事件发生后评估机场飞行区运行网络韧性的模型... 跑道容量是影响机场飞行区正常运行的关键要素之一,外部扰动事件会造成机场动态容量下降。本文根据机场航空器滑行规则,基于元胞传输模型(CTM,cell transmission model)提出一种适用于扰动事件发生后评估机场飞行区运行网络韧性的模型。首先,基于CTM获得网络性能参数;其次,以网络等待飞机数量与网络运行效率为基础性能指标,建立受干扰网络韧性动态变化的韧性指标;最后,搭建了基于CTM的机场跑滑系统网络韧性评估框架,并收集、处理和分析了2019年天津滨海国际机场运行数据。研究结果表明,仿真的机场离场运行数据与实际离场运行数据的趋势具有较高一致性,仿真准确率在90%以上,能够准确描述机场跑滑系统网络交通流量分布。本文提出的两项机场韧性评估指标可以全面反映扰动事件发生前后系统网络性能从退化到恢复的完整动态变化过程,为机场跑滑系统网络管理提供新支持。 展开更多

中国机场延误模式动态时空异质性分析

延误模式反映了机场之间空间交互关系与特征,已有研究大多聚焦于静态或单一机场延误模式探索,忽视了机场延误的复杂非线性动态变化特点。本文提出机场延误模式动态时空异质性分析框架,通过延误网络构建、Gi*统计、Mann-Kendall趋势检测... 延误模式反映了机场之间空间交互关系与特征,已有研究大多聚焦于静态或单一机场延误模式探索,忽视了机场延误的复杂非线性动态变化特点。本文提出机场延误模式动态时空异质性分析框架,通过延误网络构建、Gi*统计、Mann-Kendall趋势检测、网络节点影响力测度构建PageRankCube模型,对中国247个机场2021年10月约35万条航班记录捕捉进港延误、离港延误、飞行延误3种延误影响力网络的时空异质性模式。研究发现:(1)机场延误影响力的共性时空模式呈现出“东强西弱”,“南强北弱”,高置信度冷热点多中心聚集,较低置信度冷点分散分布的特点;(2)京津、长三角、珠三角与成都等大中型国际机场形成连续、增强的高延误时空影响力;东北地区、中部西部地区的中小型机场时空上呈现持续较低的延误影响力;(3)相较于离港延误网络,进港延误网络在时空分布上展现了更为显著的异质性特征,飞行延误与进港延误两种网络之间的时空异质性表现出较高的相似性;(4)增强热点型机场不仅具有强大的延误影响力,且易成为引发或传导大面积延误的关键环节;持续冷点型机场呈现出离散边缘化的结构特征,展现出“小世界”的网络特性。本文克服了传统静态延误模式分析的局限性,实现延误模式的动态时空异质性捕捉,为航空管控策略制定提供技术支撑。 展开更多

为评估机场飞行区信息物理系统(CPS)的韧性,并为紧急情况下的快速恢复提供参考,以飞行区管制网为信息网,飞行区滑行路径网为物理网,构建精细化、实时化的机场飞行区CPS网络模型;以西安咸阳机场飞行区CPS为例,针对机场飞行区CPS网络,选... 为评估机场飞行区信息物理系统(CPS)的韧性,并为紧急情况下的快速恢复提供参考,以飞行区管制网为信息网,飞行区滑行路径网为物理网,构建精细化、实时化的机场飞行区CPS网络模型;以西安咸阳机场飞行区CPS为例,针对机场飞行区CPS网络,选取最大连通子图相对值计算网络的连通性,并结合鲁棒性、性能损失和综合韧性指标评估网络韧性;对比不同扰动-恢复策略下的机场飞行区CPS情况,以确定出最佳恢复策略。结果表明:介数扰动对管制网破坏最大,度值扰动对滑行路径网破坏最大;采用介数恢复能够使机场飞行区CPS韧性得到较快恢复;在随机扰动下,机场飞行区CPS网络展现出较高的韧性水平。 展开更多
