However, the effect of the casing eccentricity on the long horizontal section has not been considered. In this study, a full-scale integrity tester for cement sheaths is adopted to measure the cumulative plastic deformation. Numerical models are applied to evaluate the development of the cumulative plastic deformation and quantify the MA width considering casing centralization and eccentricity in the context of multiple loading and unloading cycles. Subsequently, the influences of the eccentricity distance and angle, cement-sheath mechanical variables, and different well depths on the cumulative sheath plastic deformation and sheath MA development are explored. The research results demonstrate that casing eccentricity significantly increases the cumulative sheath plastic deformation compared with that of the casing-centered condition. Consequently, the risk of sealing integrity failure increases. The accumulated plastic deformation increases when the eccentricity distance increases. In contrast, the initial plastic deformation increases as the eccentricity angle increases. However, the cumulative plastic deformation decreases after a specific loading and unloading cycle count. Affected by the coupled influence of the internal casing pressure and fracturing stages, the width of the MA in the horizontal section increased from the toe to the heel, and the casing eccentricity significantly increased the MA width at each stage, thus increasing the risk of gas channeling. Finally, an engineering case is considered to study the influence of casing eccentricity. The results show that cement slurries that form low and high elastic moduli can be applied to form a cement sheath when the fracturing stage is lower or higher than a specific value, respectively. The results of this study offer theoretical references and engineering support for the integrity control of cement sheath sealing.展开更多

An improved multi-resolution wavelet transform algorithm was proposed to compensate for the roll eccentricity. The wavelet transform method had good localization characteristics in both the time and frequency domains for signal analysis; however, the wavelet method had a frequency-aliasing problem owing to the less than ideal cut-off frequency characteristics of wavelets. This made its component reconstruction of an inaccurate signal. To eliminate inherent frequency aliases in the wavelet transform, fast Fourier transform (FFT) and inverse fast Fourier transform (IFFT) were combined with the Mallat algorithm. This synthesis was described in detail. Then, the roll eccentricity component was extracted from rolling force signal. An automatic gauge control (AGC) system added with a multi-resolution wavelet analyzer was designed. Experimental results showed that the anti-aliasing method could greatly restrain the inverse effect of eccentricity and the thickness control accuracy was improved from ±40 μm to ±15 μm.展开更多

The mixing is ensured by a six-curved blade impeller. Three solutions which are models of food emulsions are used as working fluids. These solutions have a shear thinning behavior modeled by the power-law. The effects of fluid properties, stirring rates, impeller rotational direction and impeller eccentricity on the 3D flow fields and power consumption are investigated. Three values of impeller eccentricity are considered, namely 0%, 24% and 48% of the vessel diameter. It is found that the opposite clockwise rotational direction reduces the power consumption, compared with the clockwise rotational direction. Also, the obtained results show that an impeller placed at an eccentric position between 24% and 48% of the vessel diameter and at the third of the vessel height may ensure the best mixing characteristics.展开更多

Taking it into consideration requires reanalysis of seismic resistance, which requires either time consuming computation of natural vibration of eccentric structures or finding a static displacement solution by applying an approximated equivalent torsional moment for each eccentric case. This study proposes an alternative modal response spectrum analysis (MRSA) approach to calculate seismic responses with accidental eccentricity. The proposed approach, called the Rayleigh Ritz Projection-MRSA (RRP-MRSA), is developed based on MRSA and two strategies: (a) a RRf" method to obtain a fast calculation of approximate modes of eccentric structures; and (b) an approach to assemble mass matrices of eccentric structures. The efficiency of RRP-MRSA is tested via engineering examples and compared with the standard MRSA (ST-MRSA) and one approximate method, i.e., the equivalent torsional moment hybrid MRSA (ETM-MRSA). Numerical results show that RRP-MRSA not only achieves almost the same precision as ST-MRSA, and is much better than ETM-MRSA, but is also more economical. Thus, RRP-MRSA can be in place of current accidental eccentricity computations in seismic design.展开更多

In this paper, we design PI controller in outer loop for the strip exit thickness while PD controller is used in inner loop for the work roll actuator position. Also, in order to reduce the periodic thickness deviation, we propose roll eccentricity compensation by using Fuzzy Neural Network with online tuning. Simulink model for the overall system has been implemented using MATLAB/SIMULINK software. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed control.
文摘Strategy of the shaft eccentricity is introduced to enhance the mixing characteristics in a flat bottomed cylindrical vessel without baffles. Also, the obtained results show that an impeller placed at an eccentric position between 24% and 48% of the vessel diameter and at the third of the vessel height may ensure the best mixing characteristics.

文摘The dominant and recessive effect made by exceptional interferer is analyzed in measurement system based on responsive character, and the gross error model of fuzzy clustering based on fuzzy relation and fuzzy equipollance relation is built. The concept and calculate formula of fuzzy eccentricity are defined to deduce the evaluation rule and function ofgruss error, on the base of them, a fuzzy clustering method of separating and discriminating the gross error is found, utilized in the dynamic circular division measurement system, the method can identify and eliminate gross error in measured data, and reduce measured data dispersity. Experimental results indicate that the use of the method and model enables repetitive precision of the system to improve 80% higher than the foregoing system, to reach 3.5 s, and angle measurement error is less than 7 s.
文摘The rectification of eccentricity was revealed to be more effective in tube sinking than drawing with a mandrel. The ratio of thickness to diameter of tube blank on both sides of thick and thin wall seems to be the principal influential factor in rectifying eccentricity. The greater the ini- tial outside diameter and the initial wall thickness difference are and the less the initial wall thickness of the tube blank is,the better the rectification is.

文摘Accidental eccentricity is a non-standard assumption for seismic design of tall buildings. Thus, RRP-MRSA can be in place of current accidental eccentricity computations in seismic design.
