Sources of dispersions that contribute to delivery error and reduce the soldier performance in terms of hit probability are numerous.In order to improve the warfighter performance,the source of the errors contributing to the inaccuracy and dispersion of the weapon systems must be understood.They include ammunition dispersion error,gun dispersion,aerodynamic jump and the aiming error.The aiming error or gun pointing error is defined as the angle between the gun muzzle at the instant the trigger is pulled and the line of fire that corresponds to the intendent aim point.This is a round-to-round error.In weapons systems that include the rifle,the ammunition,a sight and a gunner,the aiming error was shown to be the single most important source of dispersion for the regular infantryman.In other words,for the general purpose rifle weapon system,the weak link is often the human.In order to verify and quantify this assertion,an experimental investigation was carried out to determine the aiming error associated with general purpose rifle fired by infantryman.The aiming error was evaluated for various firing positions and scenarios using infantryman for ranges varying between 100 m and 500 m.The results show that the aiming error is the main contributor to dispersion for the general purpose rifle fired by a non-specialized infantryman.The aiming error induced dispersion for unstressed and rested gunners is shown to be at best equivalent to that of the weapon fired from a bench rest by a marksman.Crown Copyright(?) 2019 Production and hosting by Elsevier B.V.on behalf of China Ordnance Society. 展开更多

Unmanned weapons have great potential to be widely used in future wars.The gaze-based aiming technology can be applied to control pan-tilt weapon systems remotely with high precision and efficiency.Gaze direction is related to head motion,which is a combination of head and eye movements.In this paper,a head motion detection method is proposed,which is based on the fusion of inertial and vision information.The inertial sensors can measure rotation in high-frequency with good performance,while vision sensors are able to eliminate drifts.By combining the characteristics of both sensors,the proposed approach achieves the effect of highfrequency,real-time,and drift-free head motion detection.The experiments show that our method can smooth the outputs,constrain drifts of inertial measurements,and achieve high detection accuracy. 展开更多

In the paper, the precision theory of TC2003 theodolite is analyzed and some aiming experiments is done for different width line. Then, the relations between the width of line and aiming precision are shown by different aiming methods of two superposition solid lines and one line clipped by double lines. Concentrating Solar Power Tower(CSPT)plants rely on heliostat fields to focus sunlight onto a central receiver.Although simple aiming strategies,such as directing all heliostats to the receiver’s equator,can maximize energy collection,they often result in uneven flux distributions that cause hotspots,thermal stresses,and reduced receiver lifetimes.This paper presents a novel,data-driven approach that combines constraint learning,neural network-based surrogates,and mathematical optimization to address these challenges.The methodology learns complex heliostat-to-receiver flux interactions from simulation data and embeds the resulting surrogate model in a tractable optimization framework.By maximizing a tailored quality score that balances energy collection with flux uniformity,the approach produces smoothly distributed flux profiles and mitigates excessive thermal peaks.An iterative refinement process,guided by a trust region strategy and progressive data sampling,ensures continual improvement of the surrogate model by exploring new solution spaces at each iteration.Results from a real CSPT case study show that the proposed approach outperforms conventional heuristic methods,delivering flatter flux distributions with nearly a 10%reduction in peak values and safer thermal conditions(reflected by up to a 50%decrease in deviations from safe concentration distributions),without significantly compromising overall energy capture. 展开更多

目的研究人参皂苷Rg1对慢性脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)暴露引起的小鼠心肌炎症损伤及纤维化的保护作用及其机制。方法建立慢性LPS暴露小鼠模型,随机分为对照组、LPS(200μg·kg^(-1))组、Rg1(5、10、20 mg·kg^(-1))组和Te... 目的研究人参皂苷Rg1对慢性脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)暴露引起的小鼠心肌炎症损伤及纤维化的保护作用及其机制。方法建立慢性LPS暴露小鼠模型,随机分为对照组、LPS(200μg·kg^(-1))组、Rg1(5、10、20 mg·kg^(-1))组和Tempol(50 mg·kg^(-1))组。采用超声心动图评估心功能;HE染色、Masson染色和PAS染色观察心肌组织病理学改变;Western blot检测TRPC6、AIM2、NLRP3、cleaved caspase-1、IL-1β、IL-6和ASC蛋白表达。结果与对照组相比,LPS组小鼠心功能明显下降,心肌损伤和纤维化程度加重,TRPC6、AIM2、NLRP3、IL-1β及IL-6表达增加。与模型组比较,Rg1给药明显改善了小鼠心功能,减轻了心肌损伤和纤维化,抑制了TRPC6表达,以及AIM2/NLRP3炎症小体激活、炎症因子表达。结论Rg1可通过下调TRPC6表达,抑制AIM2/NLRP3炎症小体激活,从而减轻慢性LPS暴露引起的心肌慢性炎症损伤和纤维化。 展开更多

目的探讨藁本内酯(ligustilide,LIG)通过AIM2/caspase-1信号通路抑制小鼠远端大脑中动脉闭塞(distal middle cerebral artery occlusion,dMCAO)模型的炎症反应而改善髓鞘脱失的机制研究。方法将30只C57BL/6N雄性小鼠随机分为3组:假手术... 目的探讨藁本内酯(ligustilide,LIG)通过AIM2/caspase-1信号通路抑制小鼠远端大脑中动脉闭塞(distal middle cerebral artery occlusion,dMCAO)模型的炎症反应而改善髓鞘脱失的机制研究。方法将30只C57BL/6N雄性小鼠随机分为3组:假手术组(Sham组,n=10)、模型组(dMCAO组,n=10)和治疗组(LIG组,n=10)。dMCAO组和LIG组通过电凝法复制dMCAO小鼠模型,小鼠在清醒后进行Longa评分,评分2~3分为造模成功,激光散斑血流成像系统监测小鼠dMCAO术后大脑血流改变状况;造模1 h后LIG组腹腔注射LIG(30 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)),Sham组和dMCAO组注射等量生理盐水,累计1周至实验结束。TTC染色观察小鼠大脑的损伤情况;采用疲劳转棒实验、旷场实验评价小鼠的运动功能以及焦虑程度;后取小鼠脑组织进行黑金染色比较各组髓鞘变化情况;采用免疫荧光染色检测各组小鼠脑内CC区、CPU区和CX区的MBP、IBA1、GFAP的平均荧光强度;采用ELISA法检测小鼠脑组织蛋白中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、IL-17A和BDNF的含量;采用Western blot法检测各组AIM2、caspase-1、ASC的蛋白表达水平。结果与dMCAO组比较,LIG组小鼠梗死面积减少,行为学明显改善,且髓鞘脱失减少。脑组织中CC区、CPU区和CX区中MBP蛋白表达水平升高(P<0.05);CX区的IBA1的蛋白表达水平降低(P<0.01),CC区、CPU区和CX区中GFAP的表达水平升高(P<0.01)。ELISA结果显示,用药后TNF-α(P<0.01)、IL-6(P<0.01)、IL-1β(P<0.05)、IL-17A(P<0.01)水平明显降低,BDNF的表达水平增高(P<0.05),且用药后小鼠脑内AIM2、caspase-1、ASC的蛋白表达水平降低(P<0.01)。结论LIG对dMCAO小鼠模型的髓鞘脱失具有保护作用,其机制可能与抑制AIM2/caspase-1信号通路而抑制了炎症反应、促进星性胶质细胞表达BDNF有关。 展开更多
