The control design, based on self-adaptive PID with genetic algorithms(GA) tuning on-line was investigated, for the temperature control of industrial microwave drying rotary device with the multi-layer(IMDRDWM) and with multivariable nonlinear interaction of microwave and materials. The conventional PID control strategy incorporated with optimization GA was put forward to maintain the optimum drying temperature in order to keep the moisture content below 1%, whose adaptation ability included the cost function of optimization GA according to the output change. Simulations on five different industrial process models and practical temperature process control system for selenium-enriched slag drying intensively by using IMDRDWM were carried out systematically, indicating the reliability and effectiveness of control design. The parameters of proposed control design are all on-line implemented without iterative predictive calculations, and the closed-loop system stability is guaranteed, which makes the developed scheme simpler in its synthesis and application, providing the practical guidelines for the control implementation and the parameter design. 展开更多

This paper considers adaptive control of parallel manipulators combined with fuzzy-neural network algorithms (FNNA). With this algorithm, the robustness is guaranteed by the adaptive control law and the parametric uncertainties are eliminated. FNNA is used to handle model uncertainties and external disturbances. In the proposed control scheme, we consider modifying the weight of fuzzy rules and present these rules to a MIMO system of parallel manipulators with more than three degrees-of-freedom (DoF). The algorithm has the advantage of not requiring the inverse of the Jacobian matrix especially for the low DoF parallel manipulators. The validity of the control scheme is shown through numerical simulations of a 6-RPS parallel manipulator with three DoF. 展开更多

Compaed with traditional PID con- trollers, the adaptive PID controller has simple structure, good online adjusting ability, fast convergence and good robustness. The required information about uncertainties in the system is merely that the uncertainties are bounded, but the upper bounds are incompletely known. This paper can be viewed as an extension of the work in reference [1]. To compensate the uncertainties, an adaptive robust controller based on Lyapunov method is proposed and the design algorithm is also suggested. Compared with some previous controllers which can only ensure ultimate uniform boundedness of the systems, the controller given in the paper can make sure that the obtained closed-loop system is asymptotically stable in the large. Space-based Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast(ADS-B)technology can eliminate the blind spots of terrestrial ADS-B systems because of its global coverage capability.However,the space-based ADS-B system faces new problems such as extremely low Signal-toNoise Ratio(SNR)and serious co-channel interference,which result in long update intervals.To minimize the position message update interval at an update probability of 95%with full coverage constraint,this paper presents an optimization model of digital multi-beamforming for space-based ADS-B.Then,a coevolution method DECCG_A&A is proposed to enhance the optimization efficiency by using an improved adaptive grouping strategy.The strategy is based on the locations of uncovered areas and the aircraft density under the coverage of each beam.Simulation results show that the update interval can be effectively controlled to be below 8 seconds compared with other existing methods,and DECCG_A&A is superior in convergence to the Genetic Algorithm(GA)as well as the coevolution algorithms using other grouping strategies.Overall,the proposed optimization model and method can significantly reduce the update interval,thus improving the surveillance performance of space-based ADS-B for air traffic control. 展开更多

For making the modified FALCON learning more efficient and stable, a simulated annealing (SA) learning coefficient is introduced into learning algorithm. At first, the basic concepts and main advantages of FALCON were briefly reviewed. Subsequently, the topological structure and nodes operation were illustrated; the gradient-descent learning algorithm with SA learning coefficient was derived; and the distinctions between the archetype and the modification were analyzed. Eventually, the significance and worthiness of the modified FALCON were validated by its application to probability prediction of anode effect in aluminium electrolysis cells. 展开更多

A synchronous condenser(SC)isusedto maintain grid voltage stability owing to its bidirectional fast reactive power regulation ability and good dynamic characteristics.To address the issue of dynamic voltage instability inpower systemduring failuresor heavy inductive loads,an SC reactive power regulation optimization method based onsingle neuron adaptive PID(SNA-PID)combined with whale optimization algorithm(WOA)is proposed.This approach aimsto overcome the limitationsof normal PID controllers.Asimulation model of the SC reactive power regulation system,based on SNA-PID combined with the WOA,is established using Matlab.The parameters of the SNA-PID are optimizedbythe WOAwith the ITAE criterion under two typical operation situationsof the power system:one is to set three different degrees of short-circuit ground faults,and the other isto accessthree different three-phase resistive loads.Compared to conventional PID control,asthe degree of short-circuit ground faults increases and the three-phase resistive load resistance decreases,the SC reactive power regulation optimization method based on SNA-PID combined with the WOA can still reduce the voltage recovery time and voltage oscillation,while maintaining voltage stability.Simulation results show that the proposed method exhibits better dynamic adjustment characteristics and adaptive ability. 展开更多

直热式电炉密闭,内部温度无法测量,且其升温单向性、大惯性、大滞后、时变性等特点,使得控制参数易陷入局部最优,温度控制不均匀且不够准确。为此,提出基于模糊免疫自适应PID的直热式电炉温度均匀性控制。利用灰色预测GM(1,1)模型实时... 直热式电炉密闭,内部温度无法测量,且其升温单向性、大惯性、大滞后、时变性等特点,使得控制参数易陷入局部最优,温度控制不均匀且不够准确。为此,提出基于模糊免疫自适应PID的直热式电炉温度均匀性控制。利用灰色预测GM(1,1)模型实时预测直热式电炉的工作温度,为控制器提供输入信号。设计模糊自适应PID控制器接收温度信号,设定模糊控制规则动态调整PID参数,控制温度的均匀性,并利用软切换技术平滑切换模糊控制与PID控制,保障控制的快速稳定响应。利用免疫算法对模糊自适应PID控制器的参数进行全局优化,克服局部最优解陷阱和参数调整不敏感的缺陷,提高控制性能。实验结果表明,所提方法具有较高的电路温度预测精度和较为稳定准确的温度控制性能。 展开更多

For a given control system with this kind of PID controller, a group of optimal PID controller parameters K p * , T i * , and T d * can be obtained by taking the overshoot, settling time, and steady-state error of the system's unit step response as the performance indexes and by use of our improved ant system algorithm. K p * , T i * , and T d * can be used in real-time control. This kind of controller is called the ASA-PID controller with incomplete derivation. To verify the performance of the ASA-PID controller, three different typical transfer functions were tested, and three existing typical tuning methods of PID controller parameters, including the Ziegler-Nichols method (ZN),the genetic algorithm (GA),and the simulated annealing (SA), were adopted for comparison. The simulation results showed that the ASA-PID controller can be used to control different objects and has better performance compared with the ZN-PID and GA-PID controllers, and comparable performance compared with the SA-PID controller. 展开更多

为了能够精准控制刹车踏板感曲线,本文设计了一款基于伺服电机力反馈控制的刹车踏板模拟器,当踏板受到压力时,控制器将通过踏板上的压力传感器采集到压力值,并根据刹车踏板感曲线确定踏板期望行程值,通过控制伺服电机的位置环和速度环... 为了能够精准控制刹车踏板感曲线,本文设计了一款基于伺服电机力反馈控制的刹车踏板模拟器,当踏板受到压力时,控制器将通过踏板上的压力传感器采集到压力值,并根据刹车踏板感曲线确定踏板期望行程值,通过控制伺服电机的位置环和速度环来使踏板运动相应行程。由于传统PID控制算法控制精度低且无法满足PID参数实时变化的需要,本文采用模糊自适应PID控制算法、基于BP神经网络的自适应PID控制算法、基于遗传优化算法的自适应PID控制算法对直流伺服电机控制系统的位置环PID参数进行自动寻优,并通过搭建直流电机系统仿真模型来比对这3种算法对系统的优化控制效果。研究结果表明,这3种自适应PID控制算法都能提高系统的控制精度,并能够在较短的时间内对位置进行高效跟踪;其中基于遗传优化算法的自适应PID控制算法控制效果最佳,不仅响应速度最快,而且在系统受到干扰时恢复稳定的速度最快。 展开更多

基于RLS系统辨识和改进模糊PID的纱线张力控制

为解决纺织生产过程中纱线张力波动的问题,提出了一种融合递推最小二乘法(RLS)系统辨识的改进模糊PID控制算法。首先,通过RLS算法对经纱系统的传递函数进行辨识,以解决经纱系统数学模型难以精确建立的问题;然后,采用改进麻雀搜索算法(IS... 为解决纺织生产过程中纱线张力波动的问题,提出了一种融合递推最小二乘法(RLS)系统辨识的改进模糊PID控制算法。首先,通过RLS算法对经纱系统的传递函数进行辨识,以解决经纱系统数学模型难以精确建立的问题;然后,采用改进麻雀搜索算法(ISSA)优化模糊PID控制器的模糊规则和隶属度函数,以提升系统的控制精度。试验结果表明:在纱线张力控制系统中,所提出的控制算法可在0.6 s内达到稳定的纱线张力,相较于传统模糊PID(FUZZY-PID)、遗传算法优化模糊PID(GA-FUZZY-PID)和麻雀搜索算法优化模糊PID(SSA-FUZZY-PID),分别缩短了0.8 s、0.1 s、0.3 s;此外,超调量相比FUZZY-PID和SSA-FUZZY-PID分别降低了0.33个百分点、0.27个百分点。认为:基于RLS辨识和ISSA优化的模糊PID控制算法能够有效改善纺织过程中纱线张力波动问题,提升系统的稳定性和动态响应。 展开更多

The project has as its aim the design and implementation of the control of temperature in the cockpit of the prototype of neonatal life support equipment ESVIN based on the international standard IEC 60601-2-19 concerning the basic security and operation of the neonatal incubators. The prototype has been developed and is important because the cockpit is a new concept of medical equipment of neonatal life support. There was a modeling of the system of heating of the incubator using the concepts of system identification with the purpose of finding a mathematical model that describes the dynamic behavior of the system. Then, design and implement the strategy of feedback control with digital PID (proportional-integral-derivative) algorithm. The model allowed the design and implementation of a digital PID controller that meets in a satisfactory manner with the requirements, in accordance with the international standard. The control system implemented in the neonatal incubator ESVIN improved the effectiveness of the neonatal life support equipment in regard to temperature controller of the cockpit. 展开更多

Optimization of adaptive traffic signal timing is one of the most complex problems in traffic control systems. This paper presents an adaptive transit signal priority (TSP) strategy that applies the parallel genetic algorithm (PGA) to optimize adaptive traffic signal control in the presence of TSP. The method can optimize the phase plan, cycle length, and green splits at isolated intersections with consideration for the performance of both the transit and the general vehicles. A VISSIM (VISual SIMulation) simulation testbed was developed to evaluate the performance of the proposed PGA-based adaptive traffic signal control with TSP. The simulation results show that the PGA-based optimizer for adaptive TSP outperformed the fully actuated NEMA control in all test cases. The results also show that the PGA-based optimizer can produce TSP timing plans that benefit the transit vehicles while minimizing the impact of TSP on the general vehicles. 展开更多

针对数字仿真系统中机械臂控制存在的虚拟位置与真实位置偏差问题,以实验室操作机器人数字仿真系统为基础,提出一种改进海鸥优化的PID控制方法。选用随机序列相对更优的SPM混沌映射进行海鸥种群初始化处理,以提升海鸥算法的全局寻优能... 针对数字仿真系统中机械臂控制存在的虚拟位置与真实位置偏差问题,以实验室操作机器人数字仿真系统为基础,提出一种改进海鸥优化的PID控制方法。选用随机序列相对更优的SPM混沌映射进行海鸥种群初始化处理,以提升海鸥算法的全局寻优能力。提出一种非线性惯性权重系数A,以平衡探索与寻优能力。采用正弦余弦算子的方法,促进最优海鸥个体的位置信息在种群寻优过程中的有效传递。在改进后的海鸥算法中加入贪心策略和黄金正弦指引机制,提高算法的整体寻优能力。最后,搭建实验平台,对建立的数字仿真系统进行虚实运动仿真同步实验。结果表明:数字仿真系统中的机械臂运动状态与物理空间基本一致,证明了改进后的算法有效降低了数字仿真系统中机械臂模型虚实位置之间坐标的偏差。 展开更多

针对现有的弹跳机器人无法对自身的跳跃姿态角度进行精确控制的问题,提出一种基于飞轮反作用力调节的弹跳机器人跳跃时的姿态控制方法。在跳跃时,通过飞轮连续转动时产生的反作用力,可以实现机器人姿态角度的调节,每个飞轮调节器使用模... 针对现有的弹跳机器人无法对自身的跳跃姿态角度进行精确控制的问题,提出一种基于飞轮反作用力调节的弹跳机器人跳跃时的姿态控制方法。在跳跃时,通过飞轮连续转动时产生的反作用力,可以实现机器人姿态角度的调节,每个飞轮调节器使用模糊自适应比例-积分-微分(PID)控制器进行控制。相较于传统的PID控制器,模糊自适应PID能够更快,并以更小的跟踪误差实现机器人姿态角度的调节。仿真结果表明,相较于传统的姿态控制方式,采用飞轮调节能够更快地实现弹跳机器人姿态角度的实时控制。特别在机器人连续跳跃时,飞轮能够更好地吸收间歇性的冲击动量,使机器人姿态角在更大的范围内保持稳定。在未来工作中,会考虑搭建弹跳机器人实物平台,进行室内外环境的越障测试。 展开更多
