目的探讨老年性白内障多焦点人工晶状体植入的护理。方法回顾性非随机病例对照研究。选择2013年2月~2014年8月在我院植入Acry Sof Re STOR人工晶状体的老年性白内障48例60眼为观察组,进行白内障超声乳化联合Acry Sof Re STOR人工晶状体...目的探讨老年性白内障多焦点人工晶状体植入的护理。方法回顾性非随机病例对照研究。选择2013年2月~2014年8月在我院植入Acry Sof Re STOR人工晶状体的老年性白内障48例60眼为观察组,进行白内障超声乳化联合Acry Sof Re STOR人工晶状体植入。选择同期一般资料匹配的单焦点人工晶状体植入的患者36例50眼为对照组。两组均实施系统的术前、术后护理,比较术后裸眼远视力、裸眼近视力、日常用眼满意度。观察组增加多焦点人工晶状体的围手术期护理。结果两组患者人工晶状体均成功植入。观察组术后3个月裸眼远视力为(0.75±0.25),裸眼近视力为(0.70±0.18),日常用眼满意度为95.8%。对照组术后3个月裸眼远视力为(0.79±0.36),裸眼近视力为(0.31±0.11),日常用眼满意度为74.6%。两组3个月裸眼远视力无统计学差异(P〉0.05),3个月裸眼近视力、日常用眼满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论多焦点人工晶状体术后3个月裸眼近视力、日常用眼满意度优于单焦点人工晶状体。系统规范的围手术期护理是Acry Sof Re STOR人工晶状体植入成功的重要保障,有助于提高患者的术后满意度。展开更多
