The preparation of polypeptide materials in continuous flow reactors shows great potential with improved reproducibility and scalability.However,conventional polypeptide synthesis from the polymerization of N-carboxya...The preparation of polypeptide materials in continuous flow reactors shows great potential with improved reproducibility and scalability.However,conventional polypeptide synthesis from the polymerization of N-carboxyanhydride(NCA)is conducted at relatively slow rates,requiring long tubing or ending up with low-molecular-weight polymers.Inspired by recent advances in accelerated NCA polymerization,we report the crown-ether-catalyzed,rapid synthesis of polypeptide materials in cosolvents in flow reactors.The incorporation of low-polarity dichloromethane and the use of catalysts enabled fast conversion of monomers in 30 min,yielding well-defined polypeptides(up to 30 k Da)through a 20-cm tubing reactor.Additionally,random or block copolypeptides were efficiently prepared by incorporating a second NCA monomer.We believe that this work highlights the accelerated polymerization design in flow polymerization processes,offering the continuous production of polypeptide materials.展开更多
The harmonic balance method(HBM)has been widely applied to get the periodic solution of nonlinear systems,however,its convergence rate as well as computation efficiency is dramatically degraded when the system is high...The harmonic balance method(HBM)has been widely applied to get the periodic solution of nonlinear systems,however,its convergence rate as well as computation efficiency is dramatically degraded when the system is highly non-smooth,e.g.,discontinuous.In order to accelerate the convergence,an enriched HBM is developed in this paper where the non-smooth Bernoulli bases are additionally introduced to enrich the conventional Fourier bases.The basic idea behind is that the convergence rate of the HB solution,as a truncated Fourier series,can be improved if the smoothness of the solution becomes finer.Along this line,using non-smooth Bernoulli bases can compensate the highly non-smooth part of the solution and then,the smoothness of the residual part for Fourier approximation is improved so as to achieve accelerated convergence.Numerical examples are conducted on systems with non-smooth restoring and/or external forces.The results confirm that the proposed enriched HBM indeed increases the convergence rate and the increase becomes more significant if more non-smooth bases are used.展开更多
We study the average rate of change of energy of two accelerated entangled atoms coupled to electromagnetic fields in the presence of a reflecting boundary,which according to the Dalibard,Dupont-Roc and Cohen-Tannoudj...We study the average rate of change of energy of two accelerated entangled atoms coupled to electromagnetic fields in the presence of a reflecting boundary,which according to the Dalibard,Dupont-Roc and Cohen-Tannoudji formalism is only attributed to the contribution of the radiative reaction of atoms.When the boundary is present,this result can be expressed as the sum of the free-space result and the boundary-induced modifications,and it generally depends on the two-atom initial state,the orientations of atomic dipole moments,as well as the relative scales among atom-boundary distance,interatomic separation and the inverse of atomic acceleration.When the two atoms are vertically aligned and one atom is very close to the boundary,we find that the terms only related to the closer atom are zero for the symmetric state but double the free-space counterpart for the antisymmetric state,if the atom is polarizable parallel to the boundary.However,for the atom polarizable vertically to the boundary,these terms vanish for the antisymmetric state but are twice the free-space counterpart for the symmetric state.Moreover,the terms related to the farther atom exhibit obviously oscillatory behavior,and the terms related to both atoms are vanishing unless the dipole moments of two atoms both have their components vertical to the boundary.When the two atoms are aligned parallel to and very close to the boundary,the terms related to one atom are interatomicseparation-independent and only influenced by the atomic dipole moments.The terms related to both atoms are actually consistent with the counterpart in the vertical-alignment case.In addition,when the two atoms are polarizable along the direction parallel to the boundary,the average rate of change of energy of two parallel-aligned and symmetric entangled atoms vanishes as if the two atoms were a closed system.展开更多
Designing highly effective cathodic catalysts that can efficiently generate H_(2)O_(2)in situ and promptly convert it to hydroxyl radicals(·OH)poses a significant challenge within the heterogeneous electro-Fenton...Designing highly effective cathodic catalysts that can efficiently generate H_(2)O_(2)in situ and promptly convert it to hydroxyl radicals(·OH)poses a significant challenge within the heterogeneous electro-Fenton(EF)systems.Herein,we fabricate a bifunctional core-shell catalyst featuring Co^(0)species encapsulated within N,P-codoped carbon shells through a hydrothermal-pyrolysis strategy,utilizing bamboo shoots as biomass-derived precursors.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations elucidate that the protonation of pyridinic nitrogen modifies the adsorption energy of the OOH*intermediate,positioning it optimally at the peak(3.81 eV)on the twoelectron oxygen reduction reaction(2e-ORR)volcano plot,thereby significantly boosting H_(2)O_(2)production.Moreover,the Co^(0)species embedded within the catalyst function as electron donors,catalyzing the activation of H_(2)O_(2)to produce·OH by efficiently facilitating the transfer of electrons to Fe^(3+).Consequently,the synthesized catalyst exhibits a minimum electron transfer number of 2.06 and a maximum H_(2)O_(2)selectivity of 97.4%.Moreover,the degradation for the methylene blue solution exceeds 95%within 15 min,with only an 11.3%reduction in degradation efficiency after 180 min of continuous operation(9 cycles).This bifunctional catalyst design provides valuable insights that can accelerate the development of EF-based degradation systems.展开更多
AIM:To assess the visual outcomes and corneal biomechanical properties of myopia patients between laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK)and LASIK combined with accelerated corneal crosslinking(LASIK Xtra).METHODS:This pr...AIM:To assess the visual outcomes and corneal biomechanical properties of myopia patients between laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK)and LASIK combined with accelerated corneal crosslinking(LASIK Xtra).METHODS:This prospective study analyzed 52 consecutive myopia patients treated with LASIK Xtra and 45 consecutive myopia patients treated with LASIK.Only the right eyes in the two groups were analyzed.The uncorrected distance visual acuity(UDVA),keratometry values,postoperative central corneal thickness(CCT),corneal demarcation line depth,the corneal compensated intraocular pressure(IOPcc),Goldmann-correlated IOP(IOPg),corneal resistance factor(CRF)and corneal hysteresis(CH)from Ocular Response Analyzer(ORA)were analyzed.Further,the correlation between the demarcation line depth and ORA-related biomechanical parameters were analyzed.RESULTS:No significant differences in UDVA,postoperative CCT,or mean K values were found between the 2 groups at 1 to 12mo postoperative follow-up(all P>0.05).The changes of CRF was significantly lower in the LASIK Xtra group compared to the LASIK group(all P<0.05)at all the postoperative visits.The changes of CH were significantly higher in the LASIK Xtra group(all P<0.05).No significant differences were discovered regarding the changes of IOPcc and IOPg posperatively(all P>0.05).Out of 52 cases in the LASIK Xtra group,the demarcation line was present in 40 eyes(77%).The average depth of the demarcation was 220.73±42.70μm(136 to 288μm).No significant correlation was observed between the depth of the demarcation line and any of the ORA-related biomechanical parameters such as IOPcc,IOPg,CRF and CH at 12mo(all P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Both procedures demonstrate comparable outcomes in terms of visual acuity,refraction and ablation predictability.This study confirms that corneal biomechanical properties of the included patients weakened after both procedures,but the cornea after LASIK Xtra are stiffer than conventional LASIK.展开更多

We investigate the null tests of cosmic accelerated expansion by using the baryon acoustic oscillation(BAO)data measured by the dark energy spectroscopic instrument(DESI)and reconstruct the dimensionless Hubble parame...We investigate the null tests of cosmic accelerated expansion by using the baryon acoustic oscillation(BAO)data measured by the dark energy spectroscopic instrument(DESI)and reconstruct the dimensionless Hubble parameter E(z)from the DESI BAO Alcock-Paczynski(AP)data using Gaussian process to perform the null test.We find strong evidence of accelerated expansion from the DESI BAO AP data.By reconstructing the deceleration parameter q(z) from the DESI BAO AP data,we find that accelerated expansion persisted until z■0.7 with a 99.7%confidence level.Additionally,to provide insights into the Hubble tension problem,we propose combining the reconstructed E(z) with D_(H)/r_(d) data to derive a model-independent result r_(d)h=99.8±3.1 Mpc.This result is consistent with measurements from cosmic microwave background(CMB)anisotropies using the ΛCDM model.We also propose a model-independent method for reconstructing the comoving angular diameter distance D_(M)(z) from the distance modulus μ,using SNe Ia data and combining this result with DESI BAO data of D_(M)/r_(d) to constrain the value of r_(d).We find that the value of r_(d),derived from this model-independent method,is smaller than that obtained from CMB measurements,with a significant discrepancy of at least 4.17σ.All the conclusions drawn in this paper are independent of cosmological models and gravitational theories.展开更多

Microspheres were prepared by double emulsion technique, using poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) as carrier. At higher medium temperature (45℃, 50℃ and 55℃), an accelerated release testing in short time was studied and correlated with the conventional release (37℃) in vitro. The release in vitro of thymopentin from PLGA microspheres at 45 ℃, 50℃ and 55℃ was significantly accelerated (P 〈 0.05). In particular, at 50℃, an accelerated release (30 h) of the hydrophilic peptide from the PLGA matrix was achieved and correlated well with the conventional release (30 d). An accelerated release testing in vitro at higher temperature could be used to monitor thymopentin release from PLGA microspheres.展开更多

The experimental results show that theaccelerated curing for ordinary concrete linealy deterioratesthe chloride penetration resistance, whereas the incorporationof mineral admixtures improves the concrete microscopic pore-structures and negative effects. An upper temperature limit of60 t of the accelerated curing is suitable for obtainingsuperior chloride penetration resistance for the mineraladmixture concrete. Pre-curing at a normal temperature of 20t is beneficial for improving the negative effect, which isalso aieviated with increasing testing age as a result of thesuccessive hydration of binder materials in concrete.展开更多

The purpose of this study is to investigate the acceleration of recession. By taking UG1 as an example, we analyze the generic mechanisms of acceleration of shrinkage of continental mountain glaciers. The results indicate that the acceleration of mass loss of UG1 commenced first in 1985 and second in 1996 and that the lat- ter was more vigorous. The air temperature rises during melting season, the ice temperature augment of the glacier and the albedo reduction on the glacier surface are considered responsible for the accelerated recession. In addition, the simulations of the accelerated shrinkage of UG1 are introduced in this article.展开更多

Conducting a constant-stress accelerated degradation test(CSADT) is generally very costly as it requires a large sample size and long time for test. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to carry out research on modeling and statistical analysis methods of step-stress accelerated degradation test (SSADT). Taking electrical connectors as the object, a research is conducted on statistical model and assessment method for SSADT. On the basis of mixed-effect degradation path model, the statistical model of SSADT for electrical connectors is presented, the maximum likelihood method for SSADT data based on mixed-effect degradation model is proposed. SSADT accelerated by temperature stress is conducted to Y11X-1419 type of electrical connectors, and the storage reliability is assessed with the SSADT data. Compared with the result obtained from accelerated life test, the reliability estimation of 32-year storage period for electrical connectors obtained from S SADT data only have a difference of 0.869%, which validates the accuracy of the degradation model and the feasibility of the test data statistic analysis method put forward.展开更多

With the promotion of the national strategy of civil-military integration, ALT will be widely used in the research and development(R&D) of various types of products, and the ALT plan design theory will face further challenges. To aid engineers in selecting appropriate theories and to stimulate researchers to develop the theories required in engineering, with focus on the demands for theory research that arise from the implementation of ALT, this paper reviews and summarizes the development of ALT plan design theory. The development of the theory and method for planning optimal ALT for location-scale distribution, which is the most applied and mature theory of designing the optimal ALT plan, are described in detail. Taking this as the center of radiation, some problems that ALT now faces, such as the verification of the statistical model, limitation of sample size, solutions of resource limits, optimization of the test arrangement, and management of product complexity, are discussed, and the general ideas and methods of solving these problems are analyzed. Suggestions for selecting appropriate ALT plan design theories are proposed, and the urgent solved theory problems and opinions of their solutions are proposed. Based on the principle of convenience for engineers to select appropriate methods according to the problems found in practice, this paper reviews the development of optimal ALT plan design theory by taking the engineering problems arising from the ALT implementation as the main thread, provides guidelines on selecting appropriate theories for engineers, and proposes opinions about the urgent solved theory problems for researchers.展开更多

Two kinds of the lifetime prediction based on Gamma processes were studied. One was to predict the lifetime of the population from accelerated degradation data, and the other was to predict the lifetime of an individual by taking the accelerated degradation data as prior information. For an extensive application, the Gamma process with a time transformation and random effects was considered. A novel contribution is that a deducing method for determining the relationships between the shape and scale parameters of Gamma processes and accelerated stresses was presented. When predicting the lifetime of an individual, Bayesian inference methods were adopted to improve the prediction accuracy, in which the conjugate prior distribution and the non-conjugate prior distribution of random parameters were studied. The conjugate prior distribution only considers the random effect of the scale parameter while the non-conjugate prior distribution considers the random effects of both the scale and shape parameter. The application and usefulness of the proposed method was demonstrated by the accelerated degradation data of carbon-film resistors.展开更多

For optimal CSALT design on non-rectangle test region, the present method is only focused on non-rectangle test region with simple boundary, and the optimization algorithm is based on experience which can not ensure to obtain the optimal plan. In this paper, considering the linear-extreme value model and the optimization goal to minimize the variance of lifetime estimate under normal stress, the optimal design method of two-stress type-I censored CSALT plan on general non-rectangular test region is proposed. First, two properties of optimal test plans are proved and the relationship of all the optimal test plans is determined analytically. Then, on the basis of the two properties, the optimal problem is simplified and the optimal design method of two-stress CSALT plan on general non-rectangular test region is proposed. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method, The result shows that the proposed method could obtain the optimal test plan on non-rectangular test regions with arbitrary boundaries. This research provides the theory and method for two-stress optimal CSALT planning on non-rectangular test regions.展开更多

文摘Designing highly effective cathodic catalysts that can efficiently generate H_(2)O_(2)in situ and promptly convert it to hydroxyl radicals(·OH)poses a significant challenge within the heterogeneous electro-Fenton(EF)systems.Herein,we fabricate a bifunctional core-shell catalyst featuring Co^(0)species encapsulated within N,P-codoped carbon shells through a hydrothermal-pyrolysis strategy,utilizing bamboo shoots as biomass-derived precursors.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations elucidate that the protonation of pyridinic nitrogen modifies the adsorption energy of the OOH*intermediate,positioning it optimally at the peak(3.81 eV)on the twoelectron oxygen reduction reaction(2e-ORR)volcano plot,thereby significantly boosting H_(2)O_(2)production.Moreover,the Co^(0)species embedded within the catalyst function as electron donors,catalyzing the activation of H_(2)O_(2)to produce·OH by efficiently facilitating the transfer of electrons to Fe^(3+).Consequently,the synthesized catalyst exhibits a minimum electron transfer number of 2.06 and a maximum H_(2)O_(2)selectivity of 97.4%.Moreover,the degradation for the methylene blue solution exceeds 95%within 15 min,with only an 11.3%reduction in degradation efficiency after 180 min of continuous operation(9 cycles).This bifunctional catalyst design provides valuable insights that can accelerate the development of EF-based degradation systems.

文摘AIM:To assess the visual outcomes and corneal biomechanical properties of myopia patients between laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK)and LASIK combined with accelerated corneal crosslinking(LASIK Xtra).METHODS:This prospective study analyzed 52 consecutive myopia patients treated with LASIK Xtra and 45 consecutive myopia patients treated with LASIK.Only the right eyes in the two groups were analyzed.The uncorrected distance visual acuity(UDVA),keratometry values,postoperative central corneal thickness(CCT),corneal demarcation line depth,the corneal compensated intraocular pressure(IOPcc),Goldmann-correlated IOP(IOPg),corneal resistance factor(CRF)and corneal hysteresis(CH)from Ocular Response Analyzer(ORA)were analyzed.Further,the correlation between the demarcation line depth and ORA-related biomechanical parameters were analyzed.RESULTS:No significant differences in UDVA,postoperative CCT,or mean K values were found between the 2 groups at 1 to 12mo postoperative follow-up(all P>0.05).The changes of CRF was significantly lower in the LASIK Xtra group compared to the LASIK group(all P<0.05)at all the postoperative visits.The changes of CH were significantly higher in the LASIK Xtra group(all P<0.05).No significant differences were discovered regarding the changes of IOPcc and IOPg posperatively(all P>0.05).Out of 52 cases in the LASIK Xtra group,the demarcation line was present in 40 eyes(77%).The average depth of the demarcation was 220.73±42.70μm(136 to 288μm).No significant correlation was observed between the depth of the demarcation line and any of the ORA-related biomechanical parameters such as IOPcc,IOPg,CRF and CH at 12mo(all P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Both procedures demonstrate comparable outcomes in terms of visual acuity,refraction and ablation predictability.This study confirms that corneal biomechanical properties of the included patients weakened after both procedures,but the cornea after LASIK Xtra are stiffer than conventional LASIK.

文摘We investigate the null tests of cosmic accelerated expansion by using the baryon acoustic oscillation(BAO)data measured by the dark energy spectroscopic instrument(DESI)and reconstruct the dimensionless Hubble parameter E(z)from the DESI BAO Alcock-Paczynski(AP)data using Gaussian process to perform the null test.We find strong evidence of accelerated expansion from the DESI BAO AP data.By reconstructing the deceleration parameter q(z) from the DESI BAO AP data,we find that accelerated expansion persisted until z■0.7 with a 99.7%confidence level.Additionally,to provide insights into the Hubble tension problem,we propose combining the reconstructed E(z) with D_(H)/r_(d) data to derive a model-independent result r_(d)h=99.8±3.1 Mpc.This result is consistent with measurements from cosmic microwave background(CMB)anisotropies using the ΛCDM model.We also propose a model-independent method for reconstructing the comoving angular diameter distance D_(M)(z) from the distance modulus μ,using SNe Ia data and combining this result with DESI BAO data of D_(M)/r_(d) to constrain the value of r_(d).We find that the value of r_(d),derived from this model-independent method,is smaller than that obtained from CMB measurements,with a significant discrepancy of at least 4.17σ.All the conclusions drawn in this paper are independent of cosmological models and gravitational theories.

文摘We report the results of the experiment on synthesizing ^(287,288)Mc isotopes (Z=115) using the fusionevaporation reaction ^(243)Am(^(48)Ca,4n,3n)^(287,288)Mc at the Spectrometer for Heavy Atoms and Nuclear Structure-2(SHANS2),a gas-filled recoil separator located at the China Accelerator Facility for Superheavy Elements(CAFE2).In total,20 decay chains are attributed to ^(288)Mc and 1 decay chain is assigned to ^(287)Mc.The measured oa-decay properties of ^(287,288)Mc as well as its descendants are consistent with the known data.No additional decay chains originating from the 2n or 5n reaction channels were detected.The excitation function of the ^(243)Am(^(48)Ca,3n)^(288)Mc reaction was measured at the cross-section level of picobarn,which indicates the promising capability for the study of heavy and superheavy nuclei at the facility.

文摘The effects of initial spin orientation on the final electron beam polarization in laser wakefield acceleration in a pre-polarized plasma are investigated theoretically and numerically.From the results of variation of the initial spin direction,the spin dynamics of the electron beam are found to depend on the self-injection mechanism.The effects of wakefields and laser fields are studied using test particle dynamics and particle-in-cell simulations based on the Thomas-Bargmann-Michel-Telegdi equation.Compared with transverse injection,longitudinal injection is found to be preferable for obtaining a highly polarized electron beam.

文摘To design an accelerated method to evaluate thymopentin release from PLGA microspheres in vitro. Microspheres were prepared by double emulsion technique, using poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) as carrier. At higher medium temperature (45℃, 50℃ and 55℃), an accelerated release testing in short time was studied and correlated with the conventional release (37℃) in vitro. The release in vitro of thymopentin from PLGA microspheres at 45 ℃, 50℃ and 55℃ was significantly accelerated (P 〈 0.05). In particular, at 50℃, an accelerated release (30 h) of the hydrophilic peptide from the PLGA matrix was achieved and correlated well with the conventional release (30 d). An accelerated release testing in vitro at higher temperature could be used to monitor thymopentin release from PLGA microspheres.
文摘Through different dose-rate switching evaluation methods,the radiation-response rules of operational amplifiers are studied when the irradiation dose rate is switched from high to low under different radiation temperatures and total doses. The experimental results indicate that the response characteristics could be affected by the switching total doses, irradiation temperatures,and dose rates individually or together. Accelerated evaluation on the ELDRS can be realized by adopting a proper dose-rate switching method. Meanwhile, the irradiation time can also be reduced. Finally, the mechanisms of the difference between various radiation responses are analyzed.

文摘Four mineral admixture concrete specimens werefabricated to study the negative effect improvements ofaccelerated curing on the chloride penetration resistance ofordinary concrete. After reaching different initial strengths, the specimens were placed in 40, 60, or 80 t water tanks foraccelerated curing. The Coulomb values of the specimens weemeasured with ASTM C1202 experiment at 28, 100, 200, ad300 d. Partial specimens were also selected for rapid chlorideion migration coefficient and mercury intrusion porosimetryexperiments. The experimental results show that theaccelerated curing for ordinary concrete linealy deterioratesthe chloride penetration resistance, whereas the incorporationof mineral admixtures improves the concrete microscopic pore-structures and negative effects. An upper temperature limit of60 t of the accelerated curing is suitable for obtainingsuperior chloride penetration resistance for the mineraladmixture concrete. Pre-curing at a normal temperature of 20t is beneficial for improving the negative effect, which isalso aieviated with increasing testing age as a result of thesuccessive hydration of binder materials in concrete.

文摘As few or no failures occur during accelerated life test,it is difficult to assess reliability for long-life products with traditional life tests.Reliability assessment using degradation data of product performance over time becomes a significant approach.Aerospace electrical connector is researched in this paper.Through the analysis of failure mechanism,the performance degradation law is obtained and the statistical model for degradation failure is set up; according to the research on statistical analysis methods for degradation data,accelerated life test theory and method for aerospace electrical connector based on performance degradation is proposed by improving time series analysis method,and the storage reliability is assessed for Y11X series of aerospace electrical connector with degradation data from accelerated degradation test.The result obtained is basically consistent with that obtained from accelerated life test based on failure data,and the two estimates of product's characteristic life only have a difference of 8.7%,but the test time shortens about a half.As a result,a systemic approach is proposed for reliability assessment of highly reliable and long-life aerospace product.

文摘Similar to most mountain glaciers in the world, Urumqi Glacier No. 1 (UG1), the best observed glacier in China with continued glaciological and climatological monitoring records of longer than 50 years has experienced an accelerated recession during the past several decades. The purpose of this study is to investigate the acceleration of recession. By taking UG1 as an example, we analyze the generic mechanisms of acceleration of shrinkage of continental mountain glaciers. The results indicate that the acceleration of mass loss of UG1 commenced first in 1985 and second in 1996 and that the lat- ter was more vigorous. The air temperature rises during melting season, the ice temperature augment of the glacier and the albedo reduction on the glacier surface are considered responsible for the accelerated recession. In addition, the simulations of the accelerated shrinkage of UG1 are introduced in this article.

文摘In order to get a rapid assessment on the storage reliability of high-reliable and long-life products within the storage period, accelerated degradation test data with a large amount of reliability information of product is adopted. Conducting a constant-stress accelerated degradation test(CSADT) is generally very costly as it requires a large sample size and long time for test. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to carry out research on modeling and statistical analysis methods of step-stress accelerated degradation test (SSADT). Taking electrical connectors as the object, a research is conducted on statistical model and assessment method for SSADT. On the basis of mixed-effect degradation path model, the statistical model of SSADT for electrical connectors is presented, the maximum likelihood method for SSADT data based on mixed-effect degradation model is proposed. SSADT accelerated by temperature stress is conducted to Y11X-1419 type of electrical connectors, and the storage reliability is assessed with the SSADT data. Compared with the result obtained from accelerated life test, the reliability estimation of 32-year storage period for electrical connectors obtained from S SADT data only have a difference of 0.869%, which validates the accuracy of the degradation model and the feasibility of the test data statistic analysis method put forward.

文摘Accelerated life test(ALT) is currently the main method of assessing product reliability rapidly, and the design of efficient test plans is a critical step to ensure that ALTs can assess the product reliability accurately, quickly, and economically. With the promotion of the national strategy of civil-military integration, ALT will be widely used in the research and development(R&D) of various types of products, and the ALT plan design theory will face further challenges. To aid engineers in selecting appropriate theories and to stimulate researchers to develop the theories required in engineering, with focus on the demands for theory research that arise from the implementation of ALT, this paper reviews and summarizes the development of ALT plan design theory. The development of the theory and method for planning optimal ALT for location-scale distribution, which is the most applied and mature theory of designing the optimal ALT plan, are described in detail. Taking this as the center of radiation, some problems that ALT now faces, such as the verification of the statistical model, limitation of sample size, solutions of resource limits, optimization of the test arrangement, and management of product complexity, are discussed, and the general ideas and methods of solving these problems are analyzed. Suggestions for selecting appropriate ALT plan design theories are proposed, and the urgent solved theory problems and opinions of their solutions are proposed. Based on the principle of convenience for engineers to select appropriate methods according to the problems found in practice, this paper reviews the development of optimal ALT plan design theory by taking the engineering problems arising from the ALT implementation as the main thread, provides guidelines on selecting appropriate theories for engineers, and proposes opinions about the urgent solved theory problems for researchers.

文摘Accelerated degradation test is a useful approach to predict the product lifetime at the normal use stress level, especially for highly reliable products. Two kinds of the lifetime prediction based on Gamma processes were studied. One was to predict the lifetime of the population from accelerated degradation data, and the other was to predict the lifetime of an individual by taking the accelerated degradation data as prior information. For an extensive application, the Gamma process with a time transformation and random effects was considered. A novel contribution is that a deducing method for determining the relationships between the shape and scale parameters of Gamma processes and accelerated stresses was presented. When predicting the lifetime of an individual, Bayesian inference methods were adopted to improve the prediction accuracy, in which the conjugate prior distribution and the non-conjugate prior distribution of random parameters were studied. The conjugate prior distribution only considers the random effect of the scale parameter while the non-conjugate prior distribution considers the random effects of both the scale and shape parameter. The application and usefulness of the proposed method was demonstrated by the accelerated degradation data of carbon-film resistors.

文摘For optimal design of constant stress accelerated life test(CSALT) with two-stress, if the stresses could not reach the highest levels simultaneously, the test region becomes non-rectangular. For optimal CSALT design on non-rectangle test region, the present method is only focused on non-rectangle test region with simple boundary, and the optimization algorithm is based on experience which can not ensure to obtain the optimal plan. In this paper, considering the linear-extreme value model and the optimization goal to minimize the variance of lifetime estimate under normal stress, the optimal design method of two-stress type-I censored CSALT plan on general non-rectangular test region is proposed. First, two properties of optimal test plans are proved and the relationship of all the optimal test plans is determined analytically. Then, on the basis of the two properties, the optimal problem is simplified and the optimal design method of two-stress CSALT plan on general non-rectangular test region is proposed. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method, The result shows that the proposed method could obtain the optimal test plan on non-rectangular test regions with arbitrary boundaries. This research provides the theory and method for two-stress optimal CSALT planning on non-rectangular test regions.
