In this study, a multi-peak fitting approach is first proposed to fit the two-photon transition spectrum which overlaps with the neighboring transition in Rb-87. The multi-peak fitting approach is used to eliminate the frequency shift affected by the neighboring transition. With locking the carrier envelope offset frequency at 1/4 repetition frequency, the transition frequency is measured to be 770569132739.9 +/- 5.8 kHz, which agrees well with the previous result recommended by Comite International des Poids et Mesures.展开更多

We develop a rapid and convenient experimental method of absolutely calibrating the transmission of an x-ray flatresponse filter.The calibration experiment is performed on a small laser-target facility,and a set of hi...We develop a rapid and convenient experimental method of absolutely calibrating the transmission of an x-ray flatresponse filter.The calibration experiment is performed on a small laser-target facility,and a set of high resolution holographic flat-field grating spectrometers is used as a discrimination system of the laser-produced x-ray source.Given that the holographic flat-field grating has a relatively large width,the grating is divided into two regions for use in that direction,where one region has the filter added and the other region does not.The filter transmission is determined by dividing the x-ray signal counts detected when the filter is in the line of sight by those detected when the filter is out of the line of sight.We find that the calibration results of this experiment agree with the calibration results using a synchrotron radiation source,as well as simulation results.Our method is not only highly reliable but also rapid and convenient.展开更多

BACKGROUND Breast cancer is one of the most prevalent malignancies affecting women worldwide,with approximately 2.3 million new cases diagnosed annually.Breast cancer stem cells(BCSCs)play pivotal roles in tumor initi...BACKGROUND Breast cancer is one of the most prevalent malignancies affecting women worldwide,with approximately 2.3 million new cases diagnosed annually.Breast cancer stem cells(BCSCs)play pivotal roles in tumor initiation,progression,metastasis,therapeutic resistance,and disease recurrence.Cancer stem cells possess selfrenewal capacity,multipotent differentiation potential,and enhanced tumorigenic activity,but their molecular characteristics and regulatory mechanisms require further investigation.AIM To comprehensively characterize the molecular features of BCSCs through multiomics approaches,construct a prognostic prediction model based on stem cellrelated genes,reveal cell-cell communication networks within the tumor microenvironment,and provide theoretical foundation for personalized treatment strategies.METHODS Flow cytometry was employed to detect the expression of BCSC surface markers(CD34,CD45,CD29,CD90,CD105).Transcriptomic analysis was performed to identify differentially expressed genes.Least absolute shrinkage and selection operator regression analysis was utilized to screen key prognostic genes and construct a risk scoring model.Single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics were applied to analyze tumor heterogeneity and spatial gene expression patterns.Cell-cell communication network analysis was conducted to reveal interactions between stem cells and the microenvironment.RESULTS Flow cytometric analysis revealed the highest expression of CD105(96.30%),followed by CD90(68.43%)and CD34(62.64%),while CD29 showed lower expression(7.16%)and CD45 exhibited the lowest expression(1.19%).Transcriptomic analysis identified 3837 significantly differentially expressed genes(1478 upregulated and 2359 downregulated).Least absolute shrinkage and selection operator regression analysis selected 10 key prognostic genes,and the constructed risk scoring model effectively distinguished between high-risk and low-risk patient groups(P<0.001).Single-cell analysis revealed tumor cellular heterogeneity,and spatial transcriptomics demonstrated distinct spatial expression gradients of stem cell-related genes.MED18 gene showed significantly higher expression in malignant tissues(P<0.001)and occupied a central position in cell-cell communication networks,exhibiting significant correlations with tumor cells,macrophages,fibroblasts,and endothelial cells.CONCLUSION This study comprehensively characterized the molecular features of BCSCs through multi-omics approaches,identified reliable surface markers and key regulatory genes,and constructed a prognostic prediction model with clinical application value.展开更多

It is of great significance to accurately and rapidly identify shale lithofacies in relation to the evaluation and prediction of sweet spots for shale oil and gas reservoirs.To address the problem of low resolution in...It is of great significance to accurately and rapidly identify shale lithofacies in relation to the evaluation and prediction of sweet spots for shale oil and gas reservoirs.To address the problem of low resolution in logging curves,this study establishes a grayscale-phase model based on high-resolution grayscale curves using clustering analysis algorithms for shale lithofacies identification,working with the Shahejie For-mation,Bohai Bay Basin,China.The grayscale phase is defined as the sum of absolute grayscale and relative amplitude as well as their features.The absolute grayscale is the absolute magnitude of the gray values and is utilized for evaluating the material composition(mineral composition+total organic carbon)of shale,while the relative amplitude is the difference between adjacent gray values and is used to identify the shale structure type.The research results show that the grayscale phase model can identify shale lithofacies well,and the accuracy and applicability of this model were verified by the fitting relationship between absolute grayscale and shale mineral composition,as well as corresponding re-lationships between relative amplitudes and laminae development in shales.Four lithofacies are iden-tified in the target layer of the study area:massive mixed shale,laminated mixed shale,massive calcareous shale and laminated calcareous shale.This method can not only effectively characterize the material composition of shale,but also numerically characterize the development degree of shale laminae,and solve the problem that difficult to identify millimeter-scale laminae based on logging curves,which can provide technical support for shale lithofacies identification,sweet spot evaluation and prediction of complex continental lacustrine basins.展开更多
Knowing the influence of the size of datasets for regression models can help in improving the accuracy of a solar power forecast and make the most out of renewable energy systems.This research explores the influence o...Knowing the influence of the size of datasets for regression models can help in improving the accuracy of a solar power forecast and make the most out of renewable energy systems.This research explores the influence of dataset size on the accuracy and reliability of regression models for solar power prediction,contributing to better forecasting methods.The study analyzes data from two solar panels,aSiMicro03036 and aSiTandem72-46,over 7,14,17,21,28,and 38 days,with each dataset comprising five independent and one dependent parameter,and split 80–20 for training and testing.Results indicate that Random Forest consistently outperforms other models,achieving the highest correlation coefficient of 0.9822 and the lowest Mean Absolute Error(MAE)of 2.0544 on the aSiTandem72-46 panel with 21 days of data.For the aSiMicro03036 panel,the best MAE of 4.2978 was reached using the k-Nearest Neighbor(k-NN)algorithm,which was set up as instance-based k-Nearest neighbors(IBk)in Weka after being trained on 17 days of data.Regression performance for most models(excluding IBk)stabilizes at 14 days or more.Compared to the 7-day dataset,increasing to 21 days reduced the MAE by around 20%and improved correlation coefficients by around 2.1%,highlighting the value of moderate dataset expansion.These findings suggest that datasets spanning 17 to 21 days,with 80%used for training,can significantly enhance the predictive accuracy of solar power generation models.展开更多
